Hello, we often order from Telepizza. We are always satisfied. Today we made an embarrassing mistake. Our car was badly parked in front of the property so that the doorbell or door could not be reached. We couldn't be reached by phone either. The driver drove off without having achieved anything. The poor. After our call, I was told in a nice and friendly manner that the driver couldn't reach us. Hey, how great are you!! You send your driver out a second time and everything worked out great. We apologize for our mistake and thank you. We would be happy to order again. Have a nice weekend.

An owner who doesn't like Germans because the woman on the fourth floor doesn't like that anymore and the owner doesn't have her own opinion and gets involved. It's an argument that shouldn't happen. We haven't done anything and we've been tormented for 1/2 years with stomping and loud noises and so on and the owner gets involved and we can't do anything about it just because I'm German

We ordered a total of 3 schnitzels and a pizza. The delivery time was okay. The pizza was OK, we had already ordered it a few times. BUT, the schnitzels were incredibly bad! The size was very huge, like a rag, and they felt like they were just thrown into the box with the fries. The Hawaiian schnitzel came without a drop of sauce, the cooked ham was 'baked' with cheese on top of the schnitzel as if it were uncut. It was the same with the Schnitzel Creme Fraiche! The fries were all soft, fried in old oil or repeatedly. A side salad with just iceberg lettuce with dressing can also save you money. The food wasn't appetizing. One star is already too many. We will never order there again.

Pizza arrived lukewarm at most but tasted okay. Delivery instructions were not followed by the driver and it ended up taking a detour to me. Delivery took twice as long as stated when ordering.

We often order from AJs from the store. The long opening times make it a great advantage, especially on the night shift. The food tastes okay and has always arrived warm. But what has happened more and more often in recent months is that drinks or snacks such as fries that were ordered are often forgotten. Finally, the entire order never arrived at all. 2-3 stars more for this delivery service and it doesn't get any better there. Price performance is ok.

For me, Pizzamax is one of the worse pizza suppliers. In terms of taste, I think the pizzas are mid-range and the prices are quite high. That certain something is missing. Almost every pizzeria offers a better price/performance ratio. The selection and promotions are quite good, so I order there maybe once a year. Delivery time is okay, but there are few reasons why Pizzamax can really score points. Might be interesting for some people: those who collect their items themselves get a 20% discount.

The food was an absolute disaster. The meat was cold and raw. The doner kebab meat was cold. The pizza was more like a bad crust with bad toppings. Sorry, but never again.

Really bad! The pizza and pasta are terrible. For that price, you'd be 100 times better off preparing the dishes yourself and saving money in the process. Not to mention that the service is now at least as bad as the food itself. If you call and politely express your dissatisfaction with your order, you'll only get a rude response and no solution. Unfortunately, we've had this experience several times, and from now on, we won't be ordering from there again.
