Food is very tasty, employees are very nice and prices are ok. But so far we haven't had it delivered but have always picked it up.

We used the delivery service and the driver was also very friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good, and unfortunately it wasn't the first time. I've been ordering chicken Setchuan for many years, but that was the last time today. The sauce was like jelly and the price is high for 6 pieces of meat absolutely not justified.

My girlfriend and I have ordered here a few times, but we probably won't do it again. The food is delicious and we were always happy with it, but the delivery person was so rude 😅 Every time the delivery person told us that we shouldn't order here because he had to drive that far and whether there wasn't any pizzeria here that delivered here 😅 Sorry, my dear, but if you deliver that far then you can't complain if you have to drive there too. We'll definitely follow his advice now and only order from you if there's really no other option 🤝🏻 BUT the food was always delicious and it was always warm, so try the kitchen 🙏🏻

You recommend your Szechuan to your best friend who really likes Asian food because it was so hot and tasty and then today it's so brutally salty and I'm really disappointed...

Totally crazy store!! The delivery takes a very long time, we had ordered a San Sebastian cheesecake, it arrived rock hard and frozen. When I tried to thaw it, it melted and was therefore inedible. When we asked, we were told the cake was supposed to be like this and was always frozen by them?! They also didn't want to provide the money or a replacement. Absolute disgrace, we will definitely not order here again. The other things were mediocre. Price performance is not right, staff totally incompetent and unfriendly! With the best will in the world, I wouldn't recommend ordering here.

The food is very tasty. What really bothered me was when the delivery man said that he would now get a tip and that it would be rude that I only pay for the food. He wouldn't leave until he got a tip. And I won't let myself be insulted. I was under so much pressure that I gave him something I would rather not have done. You can't say to the customer that now I'll get a tip and if not I'll stay here until I get some. And then it's not possible to be insulting.

Professionalism is not a priority in this store. The employees were strange, especially the man at the checkout with black glasses and a blue sweater who was acting strangely. Strange noises that resembled monkeys came from the kitchen. It's questionable how you can still eat there as there is no seating, everyone was standing and employees were sitting. The bearded employee who spoke somewhat broken German was very unhygienic and didn't wash his hands after collecting the cash. We don't even need to talk about the quality of the food, as my wife and I had stomach problems for several days after the visit.

I actually order there often, but am considering ordering somewhere else. Has really slowed down lately. Rotisserie plate hardly seasoned, neither the meat nor the fries. Not tasting tzatziki is more like sour cream with a bit of herbs in it. Portions have also become much smaller and with the price increase I expect more. Sometimes it tastes better, but is too changeable for us. A pity

We ordered from “Pizza Hot” again on March 1st, 2024, after a long time, and were actually always satisfied there too. The “Frutti di Mare” pizza I ordered for €12.90 with an extra “Frutti di Mare” for €4.00 was more along the lines of “hunger drives it in”. The pizza had minimal toppings and the taste was reminiscent of a frozen pizza from a discount store. I was annoyed to have paid €16.90 for this. The “San Remo” salad for €13.90 (only available on the online menu), although fresh, is too expensive in terms of price-performance ratio. The food, i.e. the pizza, was actually an insult to the palate and, in my opinion, no longer recommended. Since there was no response to my email, I decided to write here. Please have your own experiences! “Thank God” tastes are different. For us it was the last order from Pizza Hot. The only positive thing about the order was the quick delivery and the friendly driver. Therefore 3 points for the service. Since you have to award at least one point to be able to post, you get one point for the pizza and the salad. However, this is actually a “minus, minus one point”. Otherwise, we have no recommendation for Pizza Hot in Bergisch Gladbach.

I ordered a Kentucky casserole. The pasta wasn't salted, there were 2 pieces of turkey and hardly any broccoli in it, but lots and lots of pasta. Very very disappointing. No comparison to before. Won't order there again.

With this drastic increase in prices even before the VAT increase on January 1st, 2024 to 19%, I don't know whether I can or want to afford that! Am very disappointed!

Pizza Romana costs 12.50 at Pizza Hot in Dellbrück and 16.90 in Bergisch Gladbach! Price difference of over 35%!!! within 5 km. This does not justify the tax change (officially from January 1st, 2024!!), nor does it justify higher food costs. I wonder whether this pizza will cost 20 euros in Bergisch Gladbach from January 1st, 2024?? The only thing you can do is stay away and order the pizza somewhere else in the future. It's a shame since you've been a customer for years...

Grausam! Hab heute online bestellt und wollte ein Angebot einlösen, leider wurde die zweite Pizza vergessen. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon sehr unfreundlich ! Ein Stern ist noch übertrieben.

Pizzangebot 2:1 wurde nicht geliefert. Es wurde nur eine Pizza geliefert. Geldabzocke !!! Fahrer meinte er liefert nach kam niemals wieder. Auf Nachfrage wurde die Pizza verweigert. Auf die Bitte mit dem Chef zu sprechen wurde auch verweigert. Geldabzocke pur. Geschmacklich ebenso nicht lecker. Nicht geschnitten. Reis klebrig und durchnässt. Nie wieder.

Ich habe schon öfters dort bestellt und war meistens zufrieden, aber heute haben meine Kollegen ihre Pizza wie immer in Ordnung bekommen ich aber mein Hähnchen Süßsauer ohne Süß Saure Soße habe dort angerufen und auch nach 30min ist nichts gekommen. Meine extra bestellte und bezahlte Sojasoße war auch nicht mit dabei.... und das für fast 25€ ziemlich enttäuschend

Leckere Pizza, schneller Service

Pizzen und Lieferzeit waren gut. Leider gibt es hier kein Schweinefleisch mehr. Putenschinken und Rindersalami sind halt nicht so schmackhaft wie die schweinichen Äquivalente.

Die pasta die ich hier bestellt habe sollte knoblauch drin haben was ich garniert raus schmecke das 2te mal schon wenn ich in Niehl bei der arbeit bestelle bekomme ich das gleiche essen vom gleichen Anbieter aber mann riecht schon alleine wenn da knoblauch drin ist leider müssen die in bgl noch viel mit Gewürzen lernen oder wie man knoblauch Öl macht wie leider die meisten habe mich nie beschwert aber bei denn Preisen heute kann mann verlangen das knoblauch drin ist wenn es drauf steht sorry aber essen kann mann essen aber bei knoblauch fühlt man sich dann betrogen bei dem preis

Schnelle Lieferung Leckeres Essen Preise sind Fair

Essen ist lecker, schnelle Lieferung, trotzdem warme Mahlzeit. Als Vegetarier habe ich in 25 Jahren 2 mal Probleme gehabt, deren Lösung ohne Probleme und Komplikationen abgelaufen ist. Update 27.10.22, immer noch lecker und relativ flott bei der Lieferung.

Wir haben sehr öfters da bestellt, wir hatten bisher nur einmal was einzuwenden. Kann passieren, denn den Rest können wir nur positiv bewerten. Heute habe ich ein Gyros komplett bestellt, einfach nur lecker und die Pommes ein Traum so schmackhaft. Wir werden weiter bestellen wenn man keine Lust hat zu Kochen.

Essen kam nach über 80 min .auf der Pizza nicht bestellter Knoblauch die ganze Pizza war versaut damit könnt ihr Bestellungen nicht lesen ?

Das Essen wurde schnell geliefert und die Fahrer sind auch nett. Dafür 2 Sterne. Ich habe mir das Burger Menü bestellt. Pommes, Nuggets und einen riesigen Burger. Ich habe mich wirklich darauf gefreut. Die Pommes sind weich und schmecken mehlig, die Nuggets so heftig frittiert, dass sie nach Fett schmecken und der Burger ist echt schlimm. Eine Gurkenscheibe, eine durchgeweichte Tomate, ein schwarzer Patty, etwas Fertigsoße und alles in einer Box. Sorry, aber dafür fast 20 Euro verlangen ist echt heftig und nicht wert. Das bekomme ich bei Mekkes und Burger King günstiger! 😓

Gute italienische Pizza, nicht sehr knusprig, persönlich nicht so mein Fall. Personal sehr freundlich. Pizzabrötchen und Salat sind immer sehr gut und sind absolut zu empfehlen.

Beste Pizzeria in Bergisch Gladbach und leckerer Pizza

Wir haben dort immer gerne bestellt aber die letzten zwei Lieferungen waren nicht zufriedenstellend. Schnitzel m Pommes- Pommes bedeckten so gerade den Boden der Schale. Ging der Rest unterwegs verloren oder neue Sparportionen? Die Salat Beilagen waren heute ebenfalls sparsam. Von braunen Stellen an den hellen Salatblättern abgesehen, enthielt einer sagenhafte 7 Maiskörner, der andere noch weniger. Ein Stück Tomate, 3 Gurkenscheiben. Dressing suchten wir und fanden etwas auf dem Boden der Schale. Wir bestellen immer für über 40,-. Mal bekommen wir eine gratis Flasche Cola, mal nicht. Das System haben wir noch nicht durchschaut. Ich werde nun beobachten ob die Lieferungen über Lieferando besser ausfallen als die so bestellten. Eine Logik hinter den Qualitätsschwankungen haben wir noch nicht ausmachen können. Untersch. Wochentage und Uhrzeiten...hm...

Wir lieben die frischen, heißen Pizzabrötchen! Sehr netter Service dazu.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Schnelle Lieferung, die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und das Essen ist immer heiß und es wurde immer das Richtige geliefert. Sehr lecker und frisch. 👍🏻

Wir haben in den letzten 2 Wochen 3 x bestellt und sind mit der Pizza soweit zufrieden, obwohl sie auch unterschiedlich gebacken war. Mal knuspriger mal fluffiger Rand und das bei den gleichen Pizzen. Schwachpunkt ist ganz eindeutig das Personal bei der Abholung. Bekommen so ziemlich nichts auf die Reihe! Hier bedarf es unbedingt Schulungen in Zuhören und Vestehen, Zählen und Finden!!!

Ich bestelle wöchentlich mit der Firma und war bis dato zufrieden. Heute habe ich zum ersten Mal ein "Schnitzel" bestellt.... Aus Pute na ja ok.... Aber was da als Putenschnitzel kam, ein Grauen! Billigstes Pressfleisch mit der Konsistenz eines Vanillepudding! Schnitzel nie wieder!!!

Schade. Heute war es leider nicht so toll. Zuerst kam die Bestellung (über die Homepage) 40 Minuten zu früh und dann war die Pizza nicht geschnitten. Bitte die Bestellung beim nächsten mal richtig lesen.
