da Vinci Express in Bergisch Gladbach

Anyone who orders food there must expect very long delivery times. Unfortunately, the name Express doesn't fit at all at 2.6 km

I've been ordering my food online for a long time. Always arrived before the specified time (never more than 30-45 minutes so far). Food is great, whether pizza, Chinese or Indian.

The service is even worse than the food. My salad with chicken breast was absolutely inedible. The rest of the food wasn't great either. When I complained, I was told that this was not true. Ok, the salad is still here and can be picked up. Apparently the quality is standard. Then they wanted to offer me a voucher for €6, even though the salad cost almost €10. I'm not sure whether my problem was even understandable to the employee on the phone. We didn't use the voucher because we won't be ordering there anymore. Mistakes happen. But they should be ironed out again. I also don't understand why Lieferheld rated them so well. The Google ratings are definitely more realistic.

I'm always satisfied. Food is hot, requests are implemented and usually happen quickly. Will continue to order there

Lasagna was cold... we had ordered dressing for the salad. Without dressing, according to Lieferando it would have been 40 minutes. In total we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. I definitely won't order again!

Always fast, always tasty, never wrong delivery. Good value for money!

Unfortunately the delivery only came after about 1.5 hours, the delivery date said 40 minutes. Nobody answered the phone and nobody said anything or the driver didn't apologize. Food (fried noodles with beef) was quite good.

We ordered via Lieferando. Unfortunately the fries are far too soft and unsalted. Currywurst is a mushy sausage in a sauce that tastes like warmed curry ketchup. The Peking soup is very tasty, but unfortunately the pieces are far too large and it is far too spicy. Unfortunately nothing was eaten here. Delivery costs are great: €1 Unfortunately we didn't like it and we won't eat here again.

The food tastes good, is delivered quickly and the driver is very friendly.

Ordered via Lieferando. Worst food! The noodles and rice dish tasted expired and smelled horrible. The chicken wings were undercooked and dripping with (stale-smelling) fat. Really deserves 0 stars! Everything ended up in the bin. 😡

What others write is not true. Many people lie because of envy. Very tasty pizza and other food too. Very nice service.

Am 29.Juli haben wir das Essen telefonisch bestellt, dass Essen war weder gewürzt noch genießbar, Die Hummerkrabben mit Reis haben nach altem Fett gerochen und das Essen schmeckte verbrannt. Die Tortellini mit „italienischen Tomatensoße“ hatte nichts von einem guten italienischen Essen, es war einfach ungenießbar. Nie wieder Geld raus schmeißen für so ein schlechtes Essen.

Leider nicht mehr das was es mal war . Die Qualität hat nachgelassen , Pizzen viel zu dunkel , sehr trocken , mager belegt . Bei den Baguettes fehlt ständig irgendetwas . Sehr schade :-( Pluspunkt : schnelle Lieferung !

Besonders empfehlenswert sind die Pizzen und die chinesischen Nudeln 😋😋😋Preisleistung ist einfach top👍 Wir haben schon viele Lieferanten rund um Bergisch Gladbach ausprobiert, aber keiner ist annähernd so gut wie der Da Vinci Express. Die Lieferung kam sehr schnell. Die Pizza war der Hammer, sehr gut belegt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und war super frisch. Die Calzone war ebenfalls sehr frisch und gut gefüllt. Würde ich wieder bestellen.

Ich habe schon häufig bei diesem Lieferservice bestellt und eigentlich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Pizza war immer einwandfrei und hat ein gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Ich finde es toll das an manchen Tagen Pizzen beim abholen billiger sind. Anderes essen dort kann ich schwer beurteilen da ich dies noch nicht bestellt habe.
