The service was good and the staff friendly. I enjoyed the pizza, although it was just a tiny bit too dry. Some soft music would have been a nice addition. I would eat there again.

I ordered number 41 (Pizza Quattro Frommagi) with olive oil, four cheeses, and basil. I got a thin, soggy cheese pizza with a pile of olives on top. When I went back to complain, I was told that the pizza was supposed to be that way. I pointed out that olives weren't listed anywhere on the menu, but the employee kept repeating that the pizza was made with olive oil(?). At the end of the song, I got a pizza that wasn't even on the menu. Olives and four cheese pizza? Come on. First and last time here.

I ordered something from there for the first time today; the reviews on Lieferando were all solid to good. The driver arrived within the stated time, but it was cold and so edible that it was definitely uneatable. I called and explained my problem, and they told me it couldn't be right. It couldn't be that it was cold, and especially that it didn't taste good. When I said the driver didn't even have a wallet with him, which forced me to tip, they laughed at me! When I went to pick up my money at the location because I insisted on it, they were very rude and even provocatively asked me to add the gas fee. That was the last time I ordered from there!

Fast delivery, delicious pizzas

So, unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the food. Since ordering there last night, I've been in bed with diarrhea, vomiting, etc., or more often on the toilet, since this morning. My doctor already told me over the phone that I might have salmonella, but this won't be cleared up until tomorrow morning if it doesn't get better. Until they get it cleared up, please DO NOT order from there! Delivery time was okay, about 45-50 minutes. The driver was friendly, too.

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5 stars) Since the new owner took over, a lot has changed for the better! The food is much tastier – fresher, better seasoned, and made with a lot of love. You can tell that someone is truly passionate about it. The only small negative: The delivery could be improved. The pizza arrived warm, but the delivery person seemed a bit disorganized and not particularly organized – there's still room for improvement. Nevertheless: Keep up the good work! I'll be happy to come back (or order again once the delivery service is a bit more professional).

So, the atmosphere is great, very clean, the people are very friendly, they never skimp on the food, and, among other things, it tastes really good. The new opening was definitely worth it! We'll definitely be back :)

I ordered food from this pizzeria, the pizza was simply delicious, the staff were very nice and the delivery man brought me a pizza within 10 minutes, warm and whole, even though I live far from the pizzeria, he was a very nice guy and very polite, what can I say, I advise you to order food from here and have something delivered.

At first, I wonder how anyone can give this 5 stars???? We ordered at 6:34 p.m., and at 7:36 p.m. we called to ask where our delivery was. They told us it would arrive in 10 minutes. The phone rang at 8:12 p.m., but it would take another 15-20 minutes. Our patience was slowly running out. And then, oh miracle... a car door, our meal was there. It was with Fanta, though, because they were out of Coke. I opened the box and it still smelled a bit burnt, and lo and behold, it was the pizza crust. Spaghetti Carbonara, I hadn't even tasted that good before, surrounded by granulated vegetable broth, it certainly didn't fill my stomach. One star is too many, because over half of it ended up in the trash... What a shame.

The quality of the food is slowly declining. The first time we were there it was great and we are now looking for another pizzeria/döneria.

You order two pizzas and only get one and Bolognese pasta and you have to pay more as I said

Delivery time was catastrophic... one hour turned into over two... After we called and were told he was looking for the house number, we waited another half an hour.. we live in the city center :) Wrong pasta delivered and the accompanying bottle of cola not at all. Pizza was decent and tasty. Maybe it's better to order directly on site and not have it delivered.

Third order (around 2:30 p.m.) The quality continues to exceed every standard - an incredibly good pizza with a cheese ham crust. I can only recommend it to everyone. If you take the delivery time into account due to the high demand, then this is the top dog here. Top taste, top price-performance ratio and if you consider the delivery time that Appeldorn is delivered from Kalkar, then that is justifiable. I'll probably have to live with the delivery time, we'll be using the pizza and pasta more often. Second order (around 2:30 p.m.): The good quality of the dishes and the good ingredients mean that you will order here repeatedly despite the long delivery times. Delivery 1/5 Food 5/5 Service 1/5 A different price was charged on site than that stated at Lieferando for menu 2. Menu 2 with 2x cheese ham rim €33 in the app - €37 on site. A new map was referenced. We agreed on €35. The drink (bottle of wine/cola) was also not included in menu 2. Therefore only 2/5 - the pizzas were excellent, but a different pasta dish was delivered than the one ordered. Salad was good.

The restaurant has “typical” snack style. This doesn't invite everyone to relax and unwind. But the service was good and the Pizza Diavolo was very tasty.

Drove there, ordered and took away. At home everything was still quite warm and it tasted good too. In the shop itself you were greeted warmly and treated nicely. Price-wise, everything was okay too.

I received the wrong order - that can happen! I went there again because I didn't like the wrong order. Then they asked why I didn't eat the food I was given and I said that I don't like that pasta. “They both have spinach in them.” It’s not about the spinach for me. They were completely different types of pasta - tortellini and tagliatelle. Why do you discuss something like this with customers? Mistakes happen, but then discussing something like that and being obviously annoyed about it isn't possible. YOU made the mistake, it's not my fault. Sorry for insisting on the food I also paid for?! Once & never again :)

We also made a mistake and thought it was the one in Haldern because everything in Rees was closed 😂 But that wasn't a bad thing at all. We found it excellent. We actually made a mistake with the pizzeria. Thought it was the one from Haldern. Then we stood in Haldern and realized that we had ordered in Kalkar. Then we called because it said 10 minutes and after ordering it was 70 minutes to pick up. It wasn't a problem, we made the food straight away and it was really tasty. Pizza, pasta, salad. Only the herb butter wasn't our thing.

Very nice service. Super tasty pizza. If we are in the area again, we would love to come back.

We ordered food there for the first time today and have to say that the portions are really more than fair for the price. The pizza and Turkish pizza also tasted really good. (We haven't ordered anything else yet) We will order there more often.

Biggest garbage store I've seen in a long time. We ordered three kebabs and one pizza each. After about 2 hours of waiting and without eating, the restaurant is called and asked. I was put off with pat answers. After 2.5 hours the food finally arrives. Unfortunately the pizza is missing. When I called the restaurant again, I wasn't taken seriously and was put off with cheeky answers. After about an hour the pizza arrived. :-) We received neither an apology nor compensation. The food wasn't even tasty. It's a shame jam, if I could I would give it minus stars.

The service wasn't great, the food was average, the cleanliness could be improved. The name restaurant is very far-fetched, a slightly larger snack bar.

Delicious food, good taxi driver

I waited two hours to order, herb butter was also forgotten on the rolls, the driver couldn't understand a word anyone was saying, the dressing on the salad probably doesn't taste like it comes from the supermarket (it would be cheap!) We've actually been ordering there for years, but today was the last time, I threw the menu straight into the trash. It's a shame that such a pizzeria ruins itself. Waiting time is an absolute no-go, we'll definitely look for another delivery service.

So after a good 3 hours, we received our order. We got a Coke for free, but our apple spritzer was missing. And we ordered a bottle of Alt and got a bottle of Pils. And unfortunately the pizza was burnt in many places! After repeated telephone contact, the blame was only placed on third parties. But hey, at least the cola was cold

Unfortunately the delivery arrived after a “short” time of almost 4 hours. At least it was warm... Unfortunately, the delivery person spoke neither German nor English and the food was burnt at the edges (however you manage it) and the dough wasn't cooked through yet. A ready-made pizza would have done the job too. Over the phone, the delivery platform was simply blamed. After 3 calls we found out that the online map wasn't correct. - Apple spritzer apparently no longer exists and so does Alt. It's a shame, but if you can't even say goodbye when you contact us by phone, there are unfortunately no stars to give.

Was here for the first time today! .... My first time Phantasia Pizza 😍. Rarely have I had such a delicious pizza. 40cm only suitable for people who are very hungry.

Fast and super friendly service. In contrast to most other stalls, kebab and kebab plates as well as pizzas are always generously topped. Salad is crisp and the fries are always well seasoned. There is also enough coffee for coffee lovers. Location is in a quiet area

We order there more often. The pizza is simply amazing.

Didn't want to deliver us food and hung up for no reason

Me and my friends wanted to place an order but the very rude man hung up on us the first time we tried and the second time he tried he told us very rudely that he wouldn't deliver to us. I find this an absolute disgrace and this is not how you should treat your customers. I would recommend ordering from another pizzeria.

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Döner den wir je gegessen haben… Leider war das Fleisch trocken und teilweise hart abgesehen davon das es nach Brühwürfel schmeckte. Zudem kam nur ein Teil unserer Bestellung an. Womit wir für Sachen bezahlt haben die nie bei uns ankamen. Einmal und nie wieder… sehr schade hatten uns mega auf Döner gefreut :(

Wir haben statt angegebenen 89 Minuten geschlagene 3 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet!!! Auf Nachfrage nach 2 Stunden hieß es: die Lieferung ist in 5-10 Minuten bei Ihnen... Es war kein Feiertag oder Wochenende. Unter aller S...!!! Das Essen selbst war halbwegs ungenießbar. Die Schnitzel waren vorgeschnitten, in einer wässrigen "Sahnesoße" ertränkt und unter einem Berg geschmacklosen Käse begraben. Die Pizza war labberig, auf die Bemerkungen (scharf, o.ä.) wurde nicht geachtet. Scheinbar macht es den Imbisse und Pizzerien nichts aus in der aktuellen Situation Kunden zu verlieren, sonst wäre der Service, zumindest die Qualität besser. Uns haben sie jedenfalls als Kunden vergrault, wir bestellen dort nicht wieder!

Absolut unseriös. Haben jetzt öfters dort bestellt und jedes Mal nur Probleme gehabt. Abgesehen davon, das die Lieferzeiten mehrere Stunden dauern, bestellt man über Lieferando nh große Cola mit oder andere Sachen und von der Bestellung kommt nur 70% an obwohl man 100% bezahlt hat. Man ruft dort an und sagt Bescheid das Sachen vergessen wurden, dann bekommt man auf versuchtest Deutsch gesagt der Chef würde los fahren und es bringen dabei hat es den gleichen Effekt wie bei den Vätern die seit 20 Jahren Zigaretten holen sind.

Essen war sehr gut. Preise sind angemessen. Bedingungen und Personal freundlich. Parken direkt vor dem Restaurant. Ausstattung und Ambiente sind nicht wirklich toll.

Eine Wartezeit von 89 Minuten wurde angegeben. Gewartet haben wir über 2 Stunden !! Das Essen war an sich nicht schlecht, aber die Wartezeit ist leider unmöglich.

Ich weiß ja nicht... Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Von Nudeln sollte man Abstand nehmen. Die Pizza ist recht in Ordnung. Leider ist der Service unterirdisch. Waren zu einem Zeitpunkt da, wo es zugebenermaßen voll war. Leider hat der Herr an der Kasse KEIN Wort verstanden. Bestellen schon schwierig. Zum Glück haben die restlichen Mitarbeiter mit einem Ohr immer mitgehört, sonst wäre es komplett eskaliert. Wir haben locker 15 Minuten gewartet, bis wir überhaupt bestellen konnten. Die Kunden hinter uns sogar noch länger. SERVICE MUSS BESSER! SO VERLIERT MAN KUNDEN

Das Essen ist super lecker nur das Personal sollte noch etwas an seiner Freundlichkeit üben.

Wir bestellen gerne dort. Das Essen schmeckt uns sehr gut. Vorallem die Pizza ist genial mit Käse im Rand. Preislich gibt's nix zu meckern. Einen Stern Abzug für die lange Lieferzeit teilweise 1h bis 1 1/2h. Aber daran sieht man das dort viel Betrieb herrscht. Kleine Fehler werden unverzüglich behoben und können passieren. Klare Empfehlung
