We ordered via Lieferando and advise everyone against it. We've never eaten such disgusting pizzas. Any frozen pizza is better. Even though it's Tuesday, delivery took over an hour. We had a pizza with ham and one with seafood and garlic. The dough is thin, wet, tasteless and ultimately rubbery. There is a thin layer of sauce on top, barely noticeable, then come the ingredients. I found 10 small strips of ham on the entire pizza and the seafood pizza was almost entirely made of cheap mussels and the garlic was neither to be found nor included in the taste. Then there is a layer of cheese several centimeters thick, the color and taste of which cannot be assigned to exactly one type of cheese. This isn't even really melted and is greasy. One could also argue about the freshness of the ingredients and the finished pizza. The pizza looks as if it had been sitting somewhere for a long time and could have absorbed liquid there. The mussels also tasted older. There is also a lot of glutamate in the food, which is probably supposed to cover up the poor quality of the pizzas. Since I have an intolerance to glutamate, my throat closed. I'm just glad I didn't get pasta, but I regret ever ordering here.

Unfortunately the pizzas were only lukewarm, very dry and hardly any toppings. This was the 2nd time like this... Price performance is absolutely no longer right...

*Edit* October 16th I rarely order food, but that wasn't possible today. The food was pre-ordered around 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and didn't arrive until around 7:45 p.m., boxes were warm enough to the touch, but the contents were only lukewarm (IR thermometer was ordered so that this doesn't happen to me again) When I asked about the tour, the driver apparently lied to me or, what would be much worse, the food was ready long before it could be delivered. For the reasons mentioned above, I unfortunately have to regulate myself down to 1* Unfortunately I had a bad experience today, I ordered more than 3 hours in advance and had to wait almost an hour more. Why pre-order if the time management isn't right! Nevertheless, the temperature and the taste are right! The driver was friendly and pointed out to me that a call to the branch would do more good than a review, but you can see what I think about it. 1* deduction because of the waiting time today!

I have tried their vegetarische Pizza and it tastes really good. I had ordered it online and they delivered on time with good packaging.Im not really sure about the ambiance of the restaurant because I have not been to this restaurant so far. I recommend vegetarisch pizza here and it goes well with coke.

Never again Freddy Fresh! When you get a little hungry in the evening, many people order their food from home and have it delivered. That's how I often do it too. I ordered on October 14th. at Freddy Fresh in Görlitz. However, nothing was delivered. After the stated delivery time had been significantly exceeded, I called this juice shop. The guy on the phone also became cheeky and claimed that my doorbell had been rung several times and that people had tried to call me several times. That is simply not true. To date I have not received back the invoice amount I paid via Klarna: there has been no response from Lieferando and the Freddy Fresh headquarters either. I cannot recommend anyone to order food from Freddy Fresh in Görlitz.

If people think this is 'good' food, they probably don't know what is tasty. The food is not good, it's made rather rudely. The chicken pieces are chewy and feel like they are not fresh. Unfortunately, 9 Euro went to waste... I won't order again.

Four of us had pizza delivered. Unfortunately, the pizzas were not crispy versions. The bottom was wobbly and the cheese tasted like analogue cheese to me. You could have gotten a pizza like this at Dominos Pizza...I'll try another pizza shop next time.

We order there often and can't complain, the food tastes great, the suppliers are super nice and in terms of time it depends on what time you order but the food is always hot and delicious 😋

We ordered a total of 3 schnitzels and a pizza. The delivery time was okay. The pizza was OK, we had already ordered it a few times. BUT, the schnitzels were incredibly bad! The size was very huge, like a rag, and they felt like they were just thrown into the box with the fries. The Hawaiian schnitzel came without a drop of sauce, the cooked ham was 'baked' with cheese on top of the schnitzel as if it were uncut. It was the same with the Schnitzel Creme Fraiche! The fries were all soft, fried in old oil or repeatedly. A side salad with just iceberg lettuce with dressing can also save you money. The food wasn't appetizing. One star is already too many. We will never order there again.

Food was good, the sushi was also very tasty, I highly recommend it, it was also fresh. The pizza wasn't cut but my God you can also cut it at home, pizza was very tasty and fresh, the fries were also good and edible and not soggy. Delivery time was about 40-50 minutes so that was good too. Overall, I would order there again and recommend it.

Bad staff, the delivery man complains because he gave me the wrong pasta and I didn't see it straight away. Once again the order wasn't delivered to me, I don't understand why, and the money has been booked so far. So never again
