Pizzeria Palermo in Lampertheim

Our pizzas arrived steaming and too hot to eat. The driver was super nice and our special requests were completely taken into account. The pizzas were very tasty and the 32s were so big that you couldn't finish them... but tomorrow...

We have ordered from Palermo several times. But now we're going to take a break first. The pizza has so much cheese on it that the cheese is just as (partially) thicker than the dough... After we wrote in the comment field the next time that there should be less cheese on it, unfortunately this was not taken into account (see photo). Today: The menu states that all schnitzel dishes are served with a salad. Which was unfortunately missing. We also chose croquettes for the schnitzel and we still got fries. Finally, it should be said that you have to wait 30-60 minutes longer for the food than you actually ordered. The food is tasty, but it's not worth the price and service.

We ordered a pizza €8.50 and a burger with fries €7.50. Plus 1 € travel costs. My son got the food and paid €20. I didn't receive the remaining 3 euros.

Unfortunately, this time the pizza slipped when it was being delivered - one call and I had a new one delivered straight away, extremely nice staff. Thank you very much for the quick service :) Tastes great as always 👍🏽

We ordered there on Sunday 1/26/25. Pizza, nuggets plus fries, 1 Italian salad and a children's portion of spaghetti Bolognese. The spaghetti bolognese was packed away after 3 bites because it tasted strange. Conclusion: I've been lying flat with food poisoning since Sunday night. I'm glad the rest of the family didn't get hurt! Apparently the Spaghetti Bolognese or Italian Salt was the trigger.

Be careful, I ordered hamburgers and cheeseburgers from them. After 1 hour my wife threw up, my daughter also threw up and had diarrhea. My son had a schnitzel Bolognese and he felt sick afterwards. I'll never order anything there again

Food usually comes before the announced time, otherwise it's super punctual. Food is very good, everything comes as requested and hot. Staff is absolutely friendly. I can't say anything about the ambience, as it is always delivered.

I'll describe the last 2 orders. 1 order was a schnitzel Bolognese with fries and salad, as well as a tuna salad. After 1 1/2 hours the order still hadn't arrived. So I called and asked if the order had been received. I was told the driver was busy but would be there soon. About 10 minutes later he was there. Unfortunately he only had the schnitzel Bolognese and the fries. He apologized to me and said that he would bring the salads immediately. OK, it can happen. When after another 1/2 hour the salads weren't there, I called again. Now the kicker: "Do you even know what's going on here, our driver has so much to do, it's your turn on the next tour." I told the unfriendly woman that it couldn't be the case, that orders weren't being delivered together. If something is forgotten, the missing order should be brought to the customer immediately. Well waited another 15 minutes. Then at least the tuna salad came. The side salad was forgotten again. 2nd order, today. Ordered schnitzel Bolognese with fries and salad, as well as a bottle of Mezzo Mix. The mezzo was missing, unfortunately everything had already been paid for via PayPal. Call around 9:45 p.m., phone no longer busy. So finished with getting something to drink. Everyone deserves a second chance if you don't If you use it, you have lost a customer. It's a shame, I was always happy when they still served pizza with a cheese crust. Now with new leadership, just catastrophe.

Actually, this used to be a solid pizza delivery shop with decent quality. Unfortunately, no longer. We stupidly ordered 3 pizzas and were told it would take an hour. After 1.5 hours it wasn't there yet... when it came there was great disappointment, nothing that could seriously be described as pizza... We won't be ordering there anymore...

We have ordered there several times and have always been satisfied. Both pasta and pizza tasted good. Will order there again.

Haben seit langem mal wieder beim Palermo bestellt. Die Wartezeit war zwar länger als angekündigt. Hatten noch mal Angerufen u gleich drauf kamen unsere Pizzen an. Sie waren richtig lecker u vorallen noch richtig heiß...waren toll mit Käse belegt, was wir super fanden...also unser Fazit....eine richtig leckere Pizza 🤘🏻🤘🏻

We ordered food from Palermo today. Everything is normally great, which is why we are regular customers and order regularly. Today we ordered 3 tacos to test. The food in the aluminum bowl didn't look like it was tacos, so I stirred it around and looked where the tacos were. No tacos available. Complained, we were told on the phone that couldn't be the case. We told them to pick up the food and see for themselves. No, we should bring it. This is customer service? I will also send the whole thing to Lieferando, which we used to place the order. Lost a regular customer, just ordered yesterday, hope many read this. Attach two pictures so everyone can see for themselves. Please note, however, that the picture taken was taken after stirring.

It's been a long time since I've had something so bad. Ordered 2 spaghetti carbonara ham/cream sauce. Received 1x tortellini with cream sauce and ham. After about 50 minutes the food was only lukewarm and partly edible. The person who met me on the phone could hardly speak German and could hardly understand me. Simply bad.

After speaking to a very unfriendly lady on the phone to place my order, an inedible pizza was delivered to me after over an hour. I had ordered a pizza Frutti di Mare, I received a pizza with incredibly strange tasting cheese and a few pieces of squid that were unbearably tough. Sorry - but that was definitely an impertinence!

As always, the food tasted very tasty. Price is right too. Very nice friendly staff. Highly recommended 😉 😘

Bad service. Even though I ordered at 8 p.m. (pickup at 10 p.m.), they hadn't even started processing my order at 10 p.m. Not because it has been forgotten, but because there is a lot going on. I should wait. Of course I couldn't do that because I had to work the night shift. Conclusion: only order if I have time. Not suitable for shift workers. Not recommended

Delivery time 2 hours although 50 minutes stated. Food was lukewarm and not edible as it was probably kept warm on the hot plate. I won't order there again

The food has always been very good! Everything arrives warm to us. Palermo is our favorite restaurant when it comes to good food at home. Regardless of whether it's pizza, fries, pasta, etc. We've never been dissatisfied... and we order there quite often :) There was a very nice delivery person with us today! The staff is always friendly too! We will continue to order there for cozy evenings.

Fast delivery, the food was delicious. The only thing was that I ordered a spinach lasagne and got one with peas and Bolognese. But it was also very tasty. Thanks for that. Delivery service 👍

Who the hell puts raw pizza dough into a baking dish, pours tomato sauce over it, throws cheese on it and sells it as enchiladas!!!! Disgusting, the chef should be beaten and then he would have to be forced to eat the crappy food! Never again

The pizza was good...service and delivery time a disaster. Delivery time was set at 45 minutes, after 75 minutes I asked by phone "we don't have an order for this address"; Just then the delivery driver rings and delivers exactly what I ordered (irritates me). When I say "better late than never" I get "a lot of traffic today" as an excuse, really now??? There was so much traffic 600m down the road?!

The calzone and the ham with pepperoni pizza were very tasty! The fries weren't soggy but still crispy. Will order again :)

That was the first and last time

Just wow, ordered today, received order confirmation. Waited for an hour, then of course called. No order was ever received. After a long discussion, they don't even come up with the idea of ​​offering us something new. Never again!!!! We were always satisfied after the campaign. You don't work with a statement like that and not even accommodating to customers.

First the positive: the food was delivered quickly, was hot and the driver was friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get the receipt, the driver took it back with him. About the food: The portion (schnitzel carbonara with spaghetti) was large, but the bowl was unfortunately too small for the amount. The carbonara was a tasteless cream and flour mush. The taste of the cheeseburger was also inedible, although you can't really go wrong with it. Unfortunately we couldn't eat it and threw both portions away straight away. It's a shame about the money and the wasted food.

Half of it was forgotten. The dressing is from the supermarket and the fries are way too dry. The burger was good.

Falsche Lieferung. Schlechte Pizza.

Auch bei größeren Bestellungen dauert die Lieferung nicht länger. Das Essen wurde stets heiss geliefert.

Bislang sehr zufrieden gewesen. Statt Preise wohl "erneut" zu erhöhen, verwendet man jetzt andere (kleinere) Verpackungen und damit ist der Inhalt auch weniger geworden. Ich denke mit dieser Verkaufspolitik tut man sich auf Dauer keinen Gefallen.

Ich möchte gerne meine Begeisterung für die Pizzeria Palermo in Lampertheim zum Ausdruck bringen und eine wohlverdiente 5-Sterne Bewertung abgeben. Seit meinem ersten Bestellung per Lieferung habe ich endlich mein Lieblingsrestaurant gefunden und bin von den angebotenen Gerichten absolut begeistert. Die Pizzeria Palermo bietet einen hervorragenden Lieferservice, der es ermöglicht, die köstlichen Speisen direkt nach Hause zu genießen. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl am Telefon als auch bei der Lieferung. Meine Bestellungen wurden immer pünktlich und mit einem Lächeln geliefert, was den Service noch angenehmer macht. Was die Speisen betrifft, bin ich restlos zufrieden. Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist vielfältig und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders freue ich mich darüber, dass die Pizzeria Palermo auch Hähnchen-Gerichte anbietet. Als Fan von Hähnchen habe ich endlich ein Restaurant gefunden, das meine kulinarischen Vorlieben perfekt bedient. Eine kurze Empfehlung am Rande: Probieren Sie unbedingt die Hähnchen-Schnitzel mit der Rahmsoße. Diese Kombination ist ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus! Die Hähnchen-Schnitzel sind saftig und zart, und die Rahmsoße verleiht ihnen eine köstliche Note. Es ist definitiv ein Gericht, das man probiert haben muss, auch bei Lieferungen. Darüber hinaus sind auch die anderen Speisen, wie Pizzen und Pasta, von hoher Qualität. Die Zutaten sind frisch und die Zubereitung erfolgt mit Liebe zum Detail. Jedes Gericht, das ich bisher per Lieferung bestellt habe, hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Insgesamt kann ich die Pizzeria Palermo in Lampertheim für Lieferungen uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Hier findet man nicht nur exzellentes Essen, sondern auch einen freundlichen Service und eine zuverlässige Lieferung. Ich bin begeistert und werde definitiv regelmäßig bestellen, um meine Lieblingsgerichte bequem zu Hause zu genießen.

Lieferung war OK.die Pizza war Katastrophe....

Die Pizza ist lecker - wirklich. Aber der Lieferservice ist eine Katastrophe, erst 45 Minuten bestätigt, dann nach 1,5 Stunden, wir haben angerufen, hieß es die Pizza ist im Ofen, es dauert noch 10 Minuten, nach fast 2 Stunden dann die Lieferung. Zweites Mal, pünktliche Lieferung aber trotz 2x durchgehen wurde eine Pizza Margherita geliefert statt Capricciosa. Ärgerlich...

Ich und 2 Kumpels sind Zufrieden. Flammkuchen war sehr gut so wie der Brokoli Auflauf, Das Schinken Baguette und die Enchilada. Wir bestellen hier nun öfters

Leckere Pizza ( ein bisschen fettig) deswegen ein Punkt abzug, schnelle Lieferung und freundliches Personal.

Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt kam aber bisschen zu spät

Pizza Belag war ok und viel. Aber die Pizza war total weich und Geschmacklich nicht besonders. Gewürze scheinen komplett gefehlt zu haben auf Einer.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schnelle Lieferung u das Essen schmeckt auch super lecker 😉

Sehr freundliche Leute ohne Zweifel. Aber die Pizzen haben leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Ich vermute der Teig kommt auch schon fertig. Schade.

Bei einer Bestellung mit drei Pizzen und einem Salat wird der Salat vergessen. Es gibt noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Nachlieferung dauert 30 min, nein danke. Leider nicht mehr empfehlenswert.

02.06.2022 Gemüse-Lasagne bestellt mit Champignons und Erbsen, total lecker, 5 Sterne Heute (eine Woche später) Gemüse-Lasagne bestellt, ganz anderes Gemüse und Soße nicht so lecker, 2 Sterne. Nächstes mal bitte wieder so wie vorher machen :)

Pizza top Lieferung in angemessener Zeit wir bestellen wieder.

Der Besitzer macht es wirklich mit Herz und geht auf Persönliche Wünsche ein. Ich bestelle öfter und kann nur positives sagen. Zudem gibt es jetzt eine Neue Auswahl an Gerichten.

Habe das letzte mal heute da bestellt! Es ist jetzt schon mehrmals vorgekommen das der palermo falsches essen liefert ich habe da angerufen habe gesagt das da der käse fehlt beim käse schnitzel dann haben die gesagt sie liefern mir nochmal essen kostenlos. Das zweite mal wo der lieferdienst dann gekommen ist haben die pommes gefehlt...! Das essen dort schmeckt gut (aber früher war es besser bevor der besitzerwechsel war) aber sehr ärgerlich das die beim palermo so oft das essen falsch liefern und man wartet manchmal ziehmlich lange auf sein essen wenn es geliefert wird. Kann den palermo nur empfehlen wenn man selbst hinfährt und das essen kontroliert das es auch das richtige ist

Hallo Sehr leckere Pizza und vor allem die Pommes waren super.Wir werden wieder bestellen.

Ich habe gestern 2 Party Pizzen abgeholt und die waren echt sehr lecker! Das Personal ist auch sehr höflich und die Preisen sind auch angemessen. Auf jeden Fall würde ich die Pizzeria weiterempfehlen!

Ich habe mir ein nudelgericht zusammen stellen lassen war sehr lecker wurde sogar gefragt ob eher weniger oder mehr Gewürz ich es möchte der Italienische Salat war sehr lecker nur das Dressing war etwas übergewürzt ansonsten top

Meine Lieblingspizza aus Lampertheim hole ich immer hier. Ich gehe mindestens einmal im Monat hier mir meine Pizza holen und bin seit Jahren ein Fan :D

Schnitzel so dünn und angebrannt wie Zeitungspapier, und die spaghetti carbonara trifften vor fett. Einmal und nie wieder,gibt besseres in Lampertheim.
