Got pizzas delivered 2 hours late. Pizzas tasted very much like cardboard and were not very edible.

I've eaten better before...it wasn't yesterday...cold, not as fresh as usual...and then I waited almost 2 hours.

So you have to wait forever for the food because Dominos is faster and it tastes better

Tastes quite good. Delivery is usually quick. Staff is friendly. In terms of price, however, it has become a complete failure. I prefer a real Italian

Great offers, very tasty - but unfortunately the delivery time always leaves something to be desired. Out of ten orders, only three arrive at the actual time ordered. You should plan for a delay of up to half an hour. Too bad.

Delivery arrived lukewarm. The driver was totally unmotivated. Thanks, he was hardly interested in a 2 euro tip. For the price you can absolutely expect more.

Never again Freddy Fresh! When you get a little hungry in the evening, many people order their food from home and have it delivered. That's how I often do it too. I ordered on October 14th. at Freddy Fresh in Görlitz. However, nothing was delivered. After the stated delivery time had been significantly exceeded, I called this juice shop. The guy on the phone also became cheeky and claimed that my doorbell had been rung several times and that people had tried to call me several times. That is simply not true. To date I have not received back the invoice amount I paid via Klarna: there has been no response from Lieferando and the Freddy Fresh headquarters either. I cannot recommend anyone to order food from Freddy Fresh in Görlitz.

Delivery time beyond good and evil. A maximum of 1 hour was specified. After almost 1:30 hours nothing was delivered. Order canceled. I couldn't have been found at home or reached by phone. These claims are beyond outrageous. Never again.

Fast delivery time, top quality of the ordered goods and friendly competence of the employees. No other pizzeria or kebab shop can match the quality of the pizza. Neither does the selection

Disappointing! Waiting time 1 hour and 15 minutes for a pizza within Görlitz. It was only when I asked that I was told that the order was a little delayed. Of course the pizza was cold.

Ordered pizza Palermo. In the picture there is half a kilo of salami and I actually got 4 slices. Never this rubbish again, prefer a frozen pizza from Aldi!

I've never been there but the food is always delicious. I regularly use the delivery service. Always friendly staff. Always reliable and if anything happens, you will be called without any problem. I can really recommend it to everyone. Delicious.

To the employees who laughed at my 2x additional hollandaise sauce today: if I had known that 2x was SO MUCH that I could have covered another portion of asparagus with it, then I wouldn't have chosen it that way. However, I once had an order with 1x extra and somehow there wasn't any more on it than usual (in hindsight I now know that it was probably simply forgotten when I ordered), so today I thought I'd just try 2x. Well, my conclusion is: at least you get something for your money. After 2 pieces I was super full, a little disgusted and can probably eat the pizza for another 3 days. :)

Waited almost two hours for the food.

Once again, 25 minutes were shown in the app, 50 minutes in the email, and the food was there after 2 hours, thank you for all this wasted time, you probably also pay extra for the delivery time in hours, which is where the price comes from.

Food delicious, address (holiday apartment) found easily, pizza, burgers and finger food delicious, delivery complete and on time!

Delivered food always received warm or even hot. Very delicious. Driver always friendly. Maybe we could introduce something new to the dessert and use less ice cream (in large quantities). I recommend further. I can't say anything about the ambience, I only order for delivery.

To summarize my/our impressions of ordering from Freddy Fresh, I'll start with the good. The supplier was a very likeable personality. Now that that's finished, it's time to get to the bulk of the feedback. The course of the meal: The food was delivered and smelled quite pleasant for the time being. The order included three burgers (vegetarian and bacon) and hash browns, as well as a salad. As soon as the first bites reached the mouth and thus the taste buds there, the entire group noticed the interesting nuances. Not only did the burger buns taste like they were from the day before, but they also disintegrated into their molecular components after seconds. Furthermore, the average temperature of the food was just over 0 and therefore fit in very well with the overall picture. Shortly after the taste test, the faces already reflected the respective opinions very well. The whole spectacle of this Sunday dinner was then interrupted by the brutal attack of a cat, which dragged around 60% of the burger structure to the floor, thus underlining that the entire meal was now literally for the cat. To round it all off and evaluate it, here are a few more quotes: "We've never spent so much money on something so bad." "I'm full, but not satisfied" For me, the name “Freddy Fresh” is not only misleading but also completely wrong. So all in all, a brilliant experience that I would like to recommend to anyone who has always wanted to try something new and then returned to the tried and tested to clear their mouth again. You have to know.

Turning point? The burgers 🍔 are now inferior, the atmosphere is cruel, uncomfortable, dirty and run down. Keep it up 👌

Actually good pizzas. But the agreed waiting time of 1.5 hours was not adhered to. 2.5 hours is clearly too much. Pizzas lukewarm. Absolutely not wearable. The young driver was nice and showed understanding for our harsh criticism. There is a lack of staff. Okay, then this needs to be communicated over the phone straight away. A pity!

I tried the new hüttengaudi and the Kaiserschmarren The Kaiserschmarren was great value for money Unfortunately, the taste of the hüttengaudi was absolute rubbish, it only tasted like dough. And unfortunately there was no green on it like in the advertising photo

First we waited over 2 hours for the food, which wasn't even complete and after waiting another 40 minutes we called and asked where the rest of the order was. The answer we received was that it no longer exists and we can no longer get it. We don't get our money back either, but we were given a ridiculous voucher.

No respect for people riding bikes. Unfriendly and unreasonable.

Bestellung nach 1h ca angekommen | Lieferantin super nett | Pizza war noch warm aber keine 60 Grad mehr | Geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber das Schneiden muss irgendwie nochmal geschult werden - das war ja abgrundtief schlecht. Macht ihr das dort gern im Dunkeln ? 😄

es gibt keinen schlechteren Pizzaladen und Lieferdienst in der Stadt. euer kleines extremst lautes Auto nervt auch hart und wird jetzt den Ordnungsbehörden gemeldet. edit: die lassen sich hier gern in den Rezensionen die Daten der Kunden schicken - um sie dann im System zu sperren! mehrfach im Bekanntenkreis erlebt.

Schnelle Lieferung, nette Pizzabotin und die Pizzen gut belegt und sehr schmackhaft, Pizza Freddy Fresh können mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen ! !

Die Liefergeschwindigkeit ok. Der Geschmack auch ok.

Immer wieder Lecker und vorallem gut warm bis heiß geliefert

Essen meist gut wenn auch dezent überteuert, Lieferzeit ist oft etwas länger, Lieferantin war frech weil wir ihrer Meinung nach zu spät bestellt haben, - passt eure Lieferzeiten an, lehnt die Bestellung ab aber akzeptieren und sich dann bei mir beschweren weil ich mich dafür entscheide Ihnen das Geld zu geben anstatt woanders zu bestellen ist nicht gerade sympathisch. Die Konkurrenz akzeptiert keine Bestellungen wenn sie innerhalb der nächsten 30min schließen, vielleicht solltet ihr das auch so machen.

Ging flott essen war heiß aber Belag sah alt aus wie vom Vortag und schneiden müssen die Jungs noch lernen war fast in Viereckig geschnitten die Runde Pizza . Fazit: Stark nachgelassen.

Pizza war etwas salzig und die Wartezeit war schon relativ lang, aber das Essen an sich hatte noch ganz gut geschmeckt.

War super schnell gemacht. Das Essen ist lecker. Preislich ist es ok.

Wir waren immer sehr zu Frieden nur was im Moment los ist kann man sich nicht vorstellen manchmal nur noch lau warm oder fast nichts in der Schachtel drin oder bei einer Pizza die falsche Größe bekommen. Die Lieferung allerdings geht relativ schnell.

Schmeckt aber die Lieferzeiten sind ja unglaublich lang x

2/3 bestellungen werden falsch geliefert. eine frechheit war es das einfach weniger als die hälfte der chicken popster dabei war, und auch teile vom belag der pizza gefehlt haben, aber dann soll man doch entweder sagen das man es billiger macht oder man bietet es nicht an, ich hab für 2 pizzen und die popster 42€ bezahlt, geb wie immer ordentliches trinkgeld und ich wurde einfach nur verarscht.

Die Burger sind ganz okay, nur leider war das Essen bisher jedesmal kalt, wenn es bei uns ankam. Pizza Margherita ist eher ein Käse-Pizzabrot. Auf 2 Tage ungenießbar und für 7-8€ dafür viel zu teuer

Wir sind zu Gast in Görlitz. Wir wollten Abends nach unserer Ankunft mal ne Pizza essen. Freddy ist uns aus unserer Stadt bekannt und haben deswegen dort bestellt. Leider kam die Lieferung 2 Stunden zu früh, wäre es ne halbe Stunde gewesen, wäre es nicht so schlimm. Als die Lieferung etwas später nochmal ankam (eigentlich 21.00) waren die Pizzen schon fast kalt. Das war nicht so toll, da wir in unserer Unterkunft auch nichts aufwärmen können. Mir kam es vor, als wären es die Pizzen von vor 2 Stunden gewesen. Meine Kinder haben insgesamt deswegen 2 Stücke gegessen und ich auch nicht viel mehr. Leider echt enttäuschend, zumal es ja nicht so billig ist. So kenne ich es nicht

Essen lau warm dipp vergessen und das Personal hat mich nicht verstanden als ich angerufen habe um zu sagen das die dips fehlen.

seit Jahren meine erste Adresse, Hamburger sehr lecker, für mich im Rang vor BK und McD und nach "Endhaltestelle" ;). Bestelle grundsätzlich nur "Mittags Packages", wär mir sonst zu teuer. Leider Probleme beim Barzahlen, auf 200 Euro konnte nicht herausgegeben werden, bei dem Preisssegment schon eigenartig.
