Gasthaus Zum Berzdorfer See in Görlitz

In September we went on a hike around Lake Berzdorf and had dinner in this restaurant. Unfortunately, some hiking friends were unable to take part due to illness and canceled at short notice. The German network is poor around the lake and I was only able to pass this information on to the manager of the restaurant shortly before we arrived. I was shouted at and accused of lying. The service staff was also very unfriendly and literally processed us in a hurry. We were the only guests and probably too many. Constantly looking at the clock was annoying and at 8:30 p.m., after an average meal and being in a bad mood, we had the faxes and paid. So not recommended for a cozy evening. This restaurant is on the gourmet calendar, and at this time they make an effort to be friendly. It's just a good thing there are still restaurants in Görlitz where you're welcome.

Nice operator, first class food, prices okay, always happy

This "inn" is absolutely NOT SUITABLE for a family celebration. The ambience corresponds to a sports bar and not an “inn”. The guest definitely cannot feel at home there. We had our small family celebration take place there and were very disappointed. Mainly from the arrogant, sometimes cheeky and unfriendly owner. I had already read about this in previous reviews and unfortunately I can only confirm this misbehavior. My conclusion: It's better to spend a little more money and look for another "inn" that can also bear the name. So that the family celebration becomes a positive experience and not an absolute disappointment like we did at the “Gasthaus Zum Berzdorfer See”.

Old enemy! We were a small group, consisting of 12 people. You couldn't even remember 3 drinks. Maybe it was because you were busy chewing gum. But the owner was the biggest shock. This is no way to treat guests. Absolutely unfriendly, snippy and a pretty big mouth. The food was so-so. For someone who just wants to have a schnitzel and play billiards, it's just enough. The beer comes out of the barrel just fine. So no one will see us there again. I come from the industry myself and know exactly what is important. But even the landlord is in the wrong place here.

A super delicious meal, all homemade, took me back to my childhood. Very friendly and attentive service!!! The atmosphere suits everything!

This time we were only there to play darts....as always everything was great...again at any time....

Gibt es nur eins zu sagen - Saulecker Sehr guter Service und spitzenkoch !! Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und wir kommen gerne wieder .

Schöne Snooker-Runde gespielt und dazu lecker Mittag gegessen.

Preis/Leistung, Qualität der Speisen sehr gut,ebenso kam der Service gut an. Von Außen unscheinbar,drinnen trotz einfacher Einrichtung gut und an Sauberkeit ließ sich nichts aussetzen.

Chef ist nicht auf den Mund gefallen! Essen war top! Super lockere Atmosphäre.

Wir waren heute am 1 Weihnachtstag essen. Das Mittagessen war sehr sehr lecker, besonders die Gans mit Rotkohl und Klöße.Vielen Dank an Service und Küche.5 Sterne dafür.Wir kommen gern wieder.

Echt klasse. Gute bürgerliche Küche in uriger athmosphäre. Der wirt sehr freundlich. Preiswert. Findet man heute so in der Form sehr selten. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Dankeschön

Wir haben mit dem Wirt eine prima Menüauswahl für unsere Feier getroffen, werde das Ergebnis mitteilen.

Gepflegtes Ambiente, fast exclusiv. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service, wir haben nur Kuchen gegessen, aber der war Kaffee war ebenfalls gut.

Ausgezeichnet. Der Wirt hat sein Handwerk auf Tasche. Keinerlei Beanstandungen. Höfliches Personal. Saubere Örtlichkeiten.....und die Menschlichkeit steht wie früher an vorderster Stelle.

Das Essen ist, naja, ganz okay. Mehr auch nicht. Der "Chef" allerdings ist eine Lachnummer. Groskotzig, unfreundlich, pampige Antworten auf normale Fragen. Nie wieder

Gute Hausmannskost zu zivilen Preisen. Bedienung war freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente kann aber leider nicht mithalten. Es ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es war auch recht kalt in den Innenräumen.

Super Hausmannskost, nette Bedienung und die Preise liegen im normalen Bereich. Das Gebäude ist nicht mehr gerade das schönste, aber es wird sich wenigstens Mühe gegeben. Man darf eben kein kein feines französisches Sterne Restaurant erwarten.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Schmeckt absolut nicht schmutzig.Es stinkt aus den Toiletten und Küche. Erinnert an eine schmuddelige ddr Kantine. Also besser einen großen Bogen drum machen.
