Dieser BurgerKing hat uns echt den letzten Nerv geraubt. BurgerKing ist ja mittlerweile schon sehr preisintensiv, aber wenn ich dann Burger mit falschen Soßen und in schlechter Qualität erhalte, habe ich auch kein Verständnis mehr.

Ich liebe Bürger King, aber leider ein Punkt Abzug dafür das es keine Bestellautomaten gibt für drinnen wie bei anderen Bürger Kings und man somit immer am Schalter bestellen muss. Aber ansonsten immer einen Besuch Wert wenn man schon einmal in Görlitz ist.

Am besten ist der Getränke-Automat: Viele Sorten vorhanden!

Sehr gute Bedienung und gutes Essen – Burger King in Görlitz auf hohem Niveau Ich besuche dieses Restaurant seit einiger Zeit und bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Vor allem die Bedienung – und insbesondere Herr Celiński – ist der richtige Mann am richtigen Platz. Man merkt, dass er sich auskennt, auf Sauberkeit achtet, die Kunden schätzt und dafür sorgt, dass alles reibungslos und mit einem Lächeln läuft. Es ist selten, dass jemand seinen Job so professionell und gleichzeitig so herzlich macht. Das Essen ist immer frisch, gut zubereitet und schmeckt ausgezeichnet – im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Fast-Food-Ketten merkt man hier wirklich, dass jemand auf Qualität achtet. Die Brötchen sind nicht zusammengedrückt, die Pommes knusprig, das Fleisch saftig. Burger King in Görlitz zeigt, dass schnelles Essen nicht unbedingt Fehler, Chaos oder mangelnde Qualität bedeuten muss. Herr Celiński – vielen Dank für das, was Sie hier geleistet haben! Ich bin früher auch oft zu McDonald’s gegangen, aber nach meinem Besuch hier weiß ich, dass McDonald’s sich von Burger King in Görlitz eine Scheibe abschneiden könnte – sowohl was den Service als auch die Qualität der Speisen angeht. Ich kann Burger King jedem empfehlen, der einen Burger ohne Enttäuschung genießen möchte. 👍

Waren zu 9. da. 3 haben irgendwas mit Chicken gegessen und 2 davon waren am Abend mit Magen Darm völlig aus dem Leben.

Wie immer freundliches Personal in dieser Schicht. Der Mitarbeiter Abdu ist einfach nett und zuverlässig. Immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Hier komme Ich gerne wieder.

Die Dame am Tresen war die unfreundichste und lustloseste Person, die mich je in einem fast food Restaurant bedient hat und das soll wirklich was heißen. Unterirdisch!

Burgerking typisch: gute Pommes, knusprig und frisch. Der burger war kalt, das Personal total gelangweilt und unfreundlich. Das war jetzt mehrfach so! Da geh ich doch lieber zur Konkurrenz 100 Meter weiter... Nachtrag: massive Besserung meiner oben angenannten Punkte! Nur der Getränkeautomat dürfte gern mal öfter befüllt werden. Geschmacksrichtungen sind regelmäßig leer und normales Wasser gibt es seit Monaten nicht mehr... Nachtrag 2: burger sind winzig geworden, teuer dazu. Die Belegschaft versteht gefühlt keinen Satz deutsch ( burger ohne Tomaten bestellt, kommen mit Tomaten. Ohne gurken, kommen mit...) Katastrophe... Das wars für mich

Die letzten 3 Male nicht das aktuelle Spielzeug da gehabt. Und vor 4 Tagen definitiv das letzte Mal in dieser Filiale gewesen... Fleisch trocken, Soße hat nicht frisch geschmeckt, Pommes total versalzen. Und das "Gyros" bei den Chilicheese Pommes war einfach hart.

Ich habe einen Big Mac plant Based bekommen, War sehr wenig Soße (schmeckt wie die Wüste🏜️🏜️🏜️ mit Patties) Ebuka hatte das,Monte mannn yessssssss, und die Fanta Sorte Pfirsich war nicht vorhanden(Papa hatte das) Danke für die Wüste💀💀 in Grüße Epstin und ebukas Mutti

selten eine so lieblos hingewixxxte Bestellung in einem Franchise 'restaurant' gesehen. Salat braun faulig, cheese Melt über die komplette Verpackung gelaufen, einfach nur versifft räudig.

hier werden die Regeln komplett selbst gemacht - gratis Beilagen zu den Menüs werden mit selbstgebastelten Schildern und ausgedachten Preisen verkauft, Saucen zu den Pommes gibt es auf Nachfrage, Besteck für Chili cheese fries wird gar nicht beigelegt, Getränke Automat ist standardmäßig leer. der Regionalleitung ist das ja alles bekannt - vllt sollte eher an dieser Stellschraube gedreht werden.

Liegt etwas außerhalb , ist aber gut mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. Das Restaurant ist sauber und das Personal war sehr höflich

Es verschlechtert sich immer mehr sie bieten Eis an was sie nicht haben der Weihnachtswhooper ist eine Enttäuschung einfach ein Hamburger mit 2 Käse Sternen, Getränke auch fast nie was da. Und eingeschlossen wird man auch 10 min bevor sie zu machen, das zählt unter freiheitsberaubung!!! Und man wird abwertend informiert dass sie gleich zu machen. Also so schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt!!!

I was at this branch on Saturday. And I was very disappointed. The staff was overwhelmed with little customer traffic. Ordering took much longer than 20 minutes, which is simply too long for me.

It's a shame the store is doing so poorly. On Saturday, I was practically the only one there. Everything seems very disorganized and lackluster. It would be a nice store, if the staff and food were better.

The food took a long time compared to other branches and the volume of visitors. The wopper I received was rather carelessly prepared. Another disadvantage is that you can only order at the checkout. But the branch was clean and well-maintained, which is something you don't always have.

If you don't feel like it, just stay at home. Absolutely NOTHING is wrong here!! no coke, almost never when you're there. You couldn't insert the Oster whopper into the app, which didn't really matter to the people who were collecting the money (a young man and an older blonde lady in Poland). When I left I was mocked and laughed at by the staff. I found it rather unpleasant here. Another guest felt the same way and at least we were able to vent our frustrations together. The bk branch gr is known to be at its end. off to mäcces now :)

You have to give one star here. The waitress didn't feel like working and the food was disgusting. It caused stomach pain and vomiting. I'll never go there again

During our visit, the shift manager was a certain Nicole. I have never experienced such condescension towards customers and employees. The poor employee cleaned the counter by herself while she stood next to it. When she finally served us after noticing how overwhelmed her employees were, all we got were stupid comments that we should better read the numbers and a lecture on how to use the app correctly. Accompanied by annoyed looks and a tone that is hard to beat in terms of arrogance. Same behavior towards all customers we observed. If she hates people that much, she shouldn't work in any customer-facing job.

The food sucks, I'm done with Burger King. I wish everyone good health and that's why my advice is: keep your distance from food.

The staff was overwhelmed with 4 orders at the same time... Overall, I realized again today: if I want friendly and quick service then it's better not to go to BK Görlitz. Because of the unfriendly blonde cashier, we could hardly enjoy our food! Unfortunately, there is no exact price overview of the individual and menu offerings, which made me change my mind when ordering and this was only done reluctantly by an annoyed eye roll.

The worst Burger King around. The poor employee who had to work the counter all alone, where the line was getting longer and longer. By the time you go to the toilet you know that you don't want to go there anymore. The operator has absolutely no control over his shop, unfortunately on the shoulders of the employees.

Such a great Burger King, starts with the super friendly employees and the clean toilets. Unfortunately there are no order terminals. Motivated employees who take the order are really unimaginable compared to Bavaria, everyone makes a face like 3 days of rainy weather :D In terms of taste, it's a normal Burger King, but there are lots of drinks to choose from at the vending machine, which I think is good.

You can really forget about it completely on the weekend. The waitress looks unfriendly before you order and then apparently doesn't know how to treat customers in a friendly manner. At the drinks machine you could choose between around 10 sugar-free drinks (no normal water or other soft drinks with sugar). Really never had such a bad experience at BurgerKing.

I have to agree with the other reviews. The staff was totally annoyed, aggressive and unfriendly. The burgers are barely warm and the cheese on the burger hasn't melted. There were times when friendly employees were there, unfortunately they are gone. That's what cashiers are now there to yell at you as a customer. I will probably also file a complaint with Burger King.

Very briefly... unfriendly, listless employees, the food was so cold that the cheese on the burgers didn't even begin to melt! The tables were covered in crumbs, grease, and sauce smeared! Worst burger king I've ever been to! Firstly you need an interpreter to order, then the wrong order and forgotten sauces. The tables and chairs were apparently bought by the GDR fund.

Unfortunately, there is only one menu on site that is shown for about 10 seconds, so you can't take your time to see what you can order. The bag with my order that an employee handed me had some bloodstains because the employee had bloody fingers and had touched the bag with them. The food was delicious, but the blood stains on the bag made you feel slightly bad while eating because you don't know what else you touched. Service itself was good, so the employees were nice.

Nowadays there are almost only unfriendly employees here who are simply annoyed and lazy. You have to check everything because a lot gets forgotten. Today we came here again, but we were bitterly disappointed. The app had its share of problems and when I politely asked for support, there was none from the irritated and rather unfriendly employee! In addition, there was no cheese on the cheeseburger, there was no drink cup and the freshly prepared Big Kings on the menu were only lukewarm. We can only hope that this situation doesn't stay that way! Fast service, good selection of seats and not a long waiting time. Everything was clean and tidy. We were here around 2:00 p.m.

If you like Burger King, this is the right place - how could it be otherwise? However, I found the long chicken tasteless and only lukewarm. The service was unfriendly. Before ordering, I looked for coupons in the app and then held out the QR code to her. She then told me in an inappropriate tone that I should hold my cell phone differently so that she could read the number.... (OK, I thought QR code works. ) Well, the sound makes the music. Otherwise it was OK.

Bis jetzt (Geschäftlich Vielreisender) die beste BK Filliale überhaupt. Burger und Pommes waren total Frisch zubereitet und darauf gewartet habe ich nur ca. 5min. Das ist sehr gut. Wenn ich in der Nähe bin sehr gern wieder.

Alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Ich konnte die Coupons einlösen und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Essen war richtig lecker und hatte genau die richtige Verzehrtemperatur. Auch eine Quittung mit dem Code, welchen man nach einer online Bewertung erhält, wurde unkompliziert angenommen. Während Corona wurde man ohne Maske nicht bedient und somit diskriminiert!

Ein guter Burger King muss man sagen. Die Beidienung ist nett, kann sogar fließend Deutsch und Polnisch, zuvorkommen. Sonst alles wie normal.

Leckeres Essen, freundliche Bedienung und Tische auch sauer, nur beim Getränkeautomat oft sehr klebrig und rutschig.

(Bezieht sich nicht auf das gesamte Personal.) Beim bestellen der Gerichte wurde ich mit meiner Begleitung darauf hingewiesen, wie man den Namen des Gerichts richtig ausspricht und das wir hier nicht bei McDonalds seien, da würde man das so aussprechen. Obwohl wir alles aus der Burger King App vorgelesen haben und es tatsächlich so heißt. Als wir beim Einlösen eines Coupons die Ziffern einzeln aussprachen (vier, null, neun), schien das Personal nicht zufrieden zu sein und korrigierte uns mit einem leicht irritierten Ton: "Vierhundertneun, also?!" So leid mir die Mitarbeitenden da tun....aber Höflichkeit ist in der Gastronomie, egal ob Fastfood oder Nobelrestaurant, das A und O. Wir gehen wieder zu MC Donalds!
