Burger King in Görlitz

Typical Burgerking: good fries, crispy and fresh. The burger was cold, the staff was totally bored and unfriendly. This has happened several times now! I'd rather go 100 meters further to the competition... Addendum: massive improvement on my points mentioned above! Only the drinks machine would like to be filled more often. Flavors are regularly empty and normal water hasn't been available for months...

Food continues to be better than MCs. What I hate is when I have an order and I don't receive it. We had ordered for the family and it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that 3 burgers were missing. Conclusion: expensive, order incorrect, delicious

The restaurant is already showing its age, in a competing restaurant next door it is possible to shop at the stands, but unfortunately not here. I don't have any face-to-face contact, but the advantage of self-service stands is that a person who doesn't know all the names can easily see what's what on the screen without blocking the queue at the checkout. Apart from that, I have no objections.

Probably the worst BK we have ever been to. Nobody seems to care, most of the beverages are not available, there is no permanently visible menu to chose from and everyone still laughs. Our second and last visit.

The worst Burger King around. The poor employee who had to work the counter all alone, where the line was getting longer and longer. By the time you go to the toilet you know that you don't want to go there anymore. The operator has absolutely no control over his shop, unfortunately on the shoulders of the employees.

Ambience not my thing. Service was like, well, how do I come today or I come tomorrow. And the burger was completely soggy and the meat was soggy. It didn't convince me.

A clean Burger King. Food was good. WiFi was available. This is also a good place to go with children.

Were the only guests around 11 during the fall holidays. 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

Such a great Burger King, starts with the super friendly employees and the clean toilets. Unfortunately there are no order terminals. Motivated employees who take the order are really unimaginable compared to Bavaria, everyone makes a face like 3 days of rainy weather :D In terms of taste, it's a normal Burger King, but there are lots of drinks to choose from at the vending machine, which I think is good.

Unfortunately only 2 stars from me. 1 employee at lunchtime on Saturday at the checkout, about 15 people in front of us, left after waiting in line for almost 10 minutes because the line hadn't moved at all. Therefore service underground

You can really forget about it completely on the weekend. The waitress looks unfriendly before you order and then apparently doesn't know how to treat customers in a friendly manner. At the drinks machine you could choose between around 10 sugar-free drinks (no normal water or other soft drinks with sugar). Really never had such a bad experience at BurgerKing.

I have to agree with the other reviews. The staff was totally annoyed, aggressive and unfriendly. The burgers are barely warm and the cheese on the burger hasn't melted. There were times when friendly employees were there, unfortunately they are gone. That's what cashiers are now there to yell at you as a customer. I will probably also file a complaint with Burger King.

Very briefly... unfriendly, listless employees, the food was so cold that the cheese on the burgers didn't even begin to melt! The tables were covered in crumbs, grease, and sauce smeared! And because that wasn't enough, there was a big puddle of piss on the toilet, under the bowl!!! We'll never go to this dive bar again!!!

Worst burger king I've ever been to! Firstly you need an interpreter to order, then the wrong order and forgotten sauces. The tables and chairs were apparently bought by the GDR fund.

Clean, quick to prepare and simply really delicious food, also a really good selection of coupons in the app.

Unfortunately, there is only one menu on site that is shown for about 10 seconds, so you can't take your time to see what you can order. The bag with my order that an employee handed me had some bloodstains because the employee had bloody fingers and had touched the bag with them. The food was delicious, but the blood stains on the bag made you feel slightly bad while eating because you don't know what else you touched. Service itself was good, so the employees were nice.

What a quick hunger pang, even if you know it's not necessarily healthy. Fast food, but who doesn't even "sin".

Tastes just like Burger King tastes. I have actually experienced very friendly staff. Today, however, an employee who, without being asked, types the menu into the cash register instead of the individual burger. Friendliness: 0. The staff was overwhelmed with 4 orders at the same time... Overall, I realized again today: if I want friendly and quick service then it's better not to go to BK Görlitz. It's a shame actually, it was much better last time.

Nowadays there are almost only unfriendly employees here who are simply annoyed and lazy. You have to check everything because a lot gets forgotten. Sometimes you wait a long time because there are so few staff. The selection of drinks vending machines is often very limited. The restaurant is clean. The toilets are reasonably clean.

Today we came here again, but we were bitterly disappointed. The app had its share of problems and when I politely asked for support, there was none from the irritated and rather unfriendly employee! In addition, there was no cheese on the cheeseburger, there was no drink cup and the freshly prepared Big Kings on the menu were only lukewarm. We can only hope that this situation doesn't stay that way! Fast service, good selection of seats and not a long waiting time. Everything was clean and tidy. We were here around 2:00 p.m.

If you like Burger King, this is the right place - how could it be otherwise? However, I found the long chicken tasteless and only lukewarm. The service was unfriendly. Before ordering, I looked for coupons in the app and then held out the QR code to her. She then told me in an inappropriate tone that I should hold my cell phone differently so that she could read the number.... (OK, I thought QR code works. ) Well, the sound makes the music. Otherwise it was OK.

Bis jetzt (Geschäftlich Vielreisender) die beste BK Filliale überhaupt. Burger und Pommes waren total Frisch zubereitet und darauf gewartet habe ich nur ca. 5min. Das ist sehr gut. Wenn ich in der Nähe bin sehr gern wieder.

Alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Ich konnte die Coupons einlösen und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Essen war richtig lecker und hatte genau die richtige Verzehrtemperatur. Auch eine Quittung mit dem Code, welchen man nach einer online Bewertung erhält, wurde unkompliziert angenommen. Während Corona wurde man ohne Maske nicht bedient und somit diskriminiert!

Ein guter Burger King muss man sagen. Die Beidienung ist nett, kann sogar fließend Deutsch und Polnisch, zuvorkommen. Sonst alles wie normal.

Leckeres Essen, freundliche Bedienung und Tische auch sauer, nur beim Getränkeautomat oft sehr klebrig und rutschig.

(Bezieht sich nicht auf das gesamte Personal.) Beim bestellen der Gerichte wurde ich mit meiner Begleitung darauf hingewiesen, wie man den Namen des Gerichts richtig ausspricht und das wir hier nicht bei McDonalds seien, da würde man das so aussprechen. Obwohl wir alles aus der Burger King App vorgelesen haben und es tatsächlich so heißt. Als wir beim Einlösen eines Coupons die Ziffern einzeln aussprachen (vier, null, neun), schien das Personal nicht zufrieden zu sein und korrigierte uns mit einem leicht irritierten Ton: "Vierhundertneun, also?!" So leid mir die Mitarbeitenden da tun....aber Höflichkeit ist in der Gastronomie, egal ob Fastfood oder Nobelrestaurant, das A und O. Wir gehen wieder zu MC Donalds!

Saubere Sache und alles supi toppi3

Was here first time, always visiting McDonald few metres from BK. Anyway, asked for burger w/o onion. Got the onion. Found on the road few miles away so didn´t come back, and stopped in another BK in CZ. Basically paid 12 euro for pomes frites and fanta. Second point is, that the meal options in Cz are included some ,,tortilas and twisters" which are really good.

Alles supi dupi aber man kann einfach Abends nicht hin weil die einfach um 21 Uhr schon zumachen und dann muss ich immer zwangsweise zu mcges und da die Reste von Burgerking essen

Es war alles schon mal sauberer und ordentlicher dort was macht einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck so langsam.

Freundlich, schnell und vor allem, die angebotenen Burger und Menüs stimmen mit den Werbefotos überein, was ich bei der "Konkurrenz" absolut nicht mehr habe.

Die Burger sind’s Sau lecker und frisch zubereitet. Super 💪✌️👍

Der Mitarbeiter Robert arbeitet sehr gewissenhaft und wendet die pattys stets perfekt getimt bis sie die richtige Bräune und Konsistenz haben.

Ein Burger King. Nichts zu bemängeln oder hervorzuheben. Essen war frisch und warm.

Das ist nun schon die zweite Filiale, die ich binnen kurzer Zeit an unterschiedlichen Standorten aufsuchte und ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht, wie sauber eine Filiale sein kann. Es gibt zwar keine Bestellterminals, aber das Personal ist stets super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch werden die App-Coupons akzeptiert. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet, nichts aus der Auslage! Es ist klar ausgeschildert, wo Plant-based hergestellt wird und es gibt hier auch den Coca-Cola Automaten, wo sich jeder beliebig verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen auswählen kann. Die Toiletten waren stets sauber. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung!

Ich dachte, wenn ich schon in Görlitz bin, probiere ich mal die andere Kette gleich neben MC Donalds. Aber bis auf, dass man sich Getränke nachholen kann, kann man geschmacklich nur 2 von 5 Punkten vergeben. Das Essen soll nicht toll auf Bildern aussehen sondern schmecken!!!
