During our visit, the shift manager was a certain Nicole. I have never seen such a condescending attitude towards customers and employees. The poor employee did the counter alone while she stood next to it. When she finally served us, after she noticed how overwhelmed her employees were, all we got were stupid comments about how we should read the numbers and a lecture on how to use the app properly. Accompanied by annoyed looks and a tone that could hardly be surpassed in arrogance. The same behavior towards all the customers we observed. If she hates people so much, she shouldn't be working in a job that involves customer contact.
