Tastes very good, food is served quickly, no long waiting time.

An interesting selection of products, quite different from those in Poland. And the place itself is well-maintained.

Everything is fine everywhere, just not in this country.

Basically it used to be better the food staff is becoming more and more unfriendly delivery to certain locations in the area is not offered at all

I don't know if it was because of today, it's usually like this, but today I received some fries that were a bit hard and the color of wet cardboard. The service was friendly but slow. I stood looking at my order at the counter for a little over 3 minutes and no one brought me my order. The manager himself had to come and bring it to me.

The food was warm, and I got everything I ordered. I'm very satisfied. A staff member asked all the customers at the table if everything was okay. I'm very impressed. Hence, 5 stars.

We ordered something to pick up. The drive-thru had a terrible access. Very difficult with a large car. We had to wait a long time. And unfortunately, as so often happens, something was missing from our order. And the donut was stale again. Not a pleasant experience.

We each ordered a McFlurry and were extremely disappointed. The cups were at most half full (compared to other locations). For the price, I expect a decent portion and not such a rip-off.

Overall, everything was perfect. Everything went pretty quickly. The food was also good.

Today an order with the number 123 was placed, but unfortunately no Big Mac was included in the order, which disappointed the child very much(((. I ask you to correct this situation.

We bought ice cream and French fries with Coca-Cola on sale for 50 cents. At the checkout they looked at us unkindly and exchanged glances. Then they said something to each other. They didn't give us a receipt for the goods, so that we wouldn't take something again, something at the promotional price of 50 cents. This really upset us. After we took our order for the third time, a plump saleswoman ran up to our table and started taking the receipts from the table and shouting Nine and nicht. Horrible.

Waited 10 minutes for an MX Sunday to get 90% melted ice cream

I generally only use the drive-thru at McDonald's. The service there is quick and friendly. When I arrive to change from breakfast to normal service, the fish burgers are freshly made 😋 The menu is happy to accommodate individual requests, such as mustard sauce instead of ketchup.

Dirty under the tables, and then they forgot to leave sauce, toys in the Happy Meal, and Happy Meal extras. The food was bland except for the fries. At least the staff were nice.

The food tastes just like any McDonald's. Fast food? Well, it wasn't fast. The employees try hard, but they can't perform magic. The advertising monitors inside have been broken for ages. The loudly calling out the pickup numbers doesn't make it any more comfortable... Please at least fix this monitor!

Oh my god, the Swabian McDonald's was terrible. The burgers are terrible, there was some hair in the pork neck burger, but the service was very good. Just improve the food. Ok.

When we ordered two burgers to go, it was quite busy (a child's birthday party), so we waited quite a while for our order. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly, the parking lot was free, and the premises were generally tidy.

Online home delivery doesn't work at all. The food arrived after 70 minutes and the fries were lukewarm and the nuggets were like cardboard!

Mr. Hitch served us really well because the app was causing problems.

The Happy Meal we ordered came with various toys, but unfortunately, not the one we wanted, and the promised squeezable treat was completely missing. The fries were old and cold, and the burgers and salsa could have been fresher, considering the crowd. We'll probably go back to Burger King next time.

The ice cream I got wasn't ice cream at all, but melted slush. It's a shame, since the ice cream is actually there. The hamburger was too salty and barely edible. There used to be two pickles on the burger, but now there's only one, which is getting fewer instead of more with rising prices.

When you're greeted at the checkout with a rolling eye and an annoyed groan, followed by the remark, "Next time, please don't fold your money like origami," then I have no sympathy for someone having a bad day. In my opinion, there's a lack of professionalism. Thanks to the cashier who made it clear to me that I didn't want to eat there again.

McDonald's in Goerlitz - clean, empty place (Wednesday after Easter, morning), fast service. An ordinary, even average place... But the coffee! Delicious cappuccino in a large real cup and donuts, which I miss so much here! For travelers - I recommend it.

Ordering at the drive-thru took a long time. Then there was a very long wait at the counter, because something was missing, drive up and continue to wait. The taste was ok, but there was also the stomach ache

Disaster!!! After I ordered the HappyMeal at the machine and completed the process with CASH PAYMENT, we stood around for about 15 minutes and had to watch as it felt like EVERYONE had received their order. All burgers, full bags, no problem. BUT the ... fries and ... nuggets for the child - none! Unfortunately it doesn't work that way...

Now it's just disappointing when you want to pick something up at the drive. We've had something missing from the order for the 5th time in a row. Today alone 5 things were missing...it's just annoying to have to check and go to the store again and they're still being picked on because they wouldn't forget five things.

We live in the 21st century and you still have cold water in the toilet to wash your hands!!! Even the toilet on the highway in Poland has warm water. And here? Third world. I know that Görlitz is not Las Vegas, but have respect for the people and the customers!

The salesperson at mcdrive is absolutely incomprehensible, mumbles extremely and can't get his teeth apart. The lady at the food counter was absolutely unfriendly. No hello and no goodbye. People there should be trained in kindness. Furthermore, I have never paid so much money for such waste!

Either the full amount is charged but something is basically missing, or it is “served” ice cold. Today was the icing on the cake. After a long day, we just wanted something quick, even for the child. At the drive-in there was an employee who was hard to understand, but good. Placed the order and unfortunately it wasn't until we got home (2 minutes in the car) that I noticed that something was missing again. But we can live with it, but the food looks like it was made this morning and is ice cold. Thanks for nothing. Also delivery not possible? But cars drive all over the city? It's a shame because the delivery service and everything about it were once very good.

Dirty tables and chairs. We first cleaned our seats ourselves with damp paper towels because the listless staff couldn't keep up. The store doesn't have to be back anytime soon.

Holiday evening...was very busy. Four order machines are not enough. Everything should be thought about in order to prevent frustration among the guests.

The food is the food you know at McDonalds, it's the same everywhere! But what stands out here is the staff!!! I have rarely seen such friendly employees at McDonalds!!! They seem to really enjoy doing it! There was always someone running around wiping the tables! Normally in such places you always find the fat and crumbs of at least two previous guests on the tables! The only thing I would have to complain about would be the hand dryer in the men's toilet! Service said: "I can give you a menu with 2 burgers, medium fries and medium coke!" I said, "Thanks, no!" Repeated my order. She said ok! What did I get? Two cheeseburgers, dry as the Sahara. Hardly any sauce on it. Fries without mayo and a cola with ice of course! Now just Burger King.

We go to McDonald's often, but this was by far the worst visit ever. We ordered using the mobile phone app with service at the table. We waited about 30 minutes until the food was at the table. All the food was cold. I then reported it in a reasonable tone. In response there were eye rolls and dirty looks from the staff. After another 10 minutes we got the food remade, but the nuggets, mayonaise and sweet chili sauce were missing. Plus, the Zero Cola simply tasted like carbonated water. It's a disgrace how customers are treated there and that you don't see your own mistakes, even when there's a lot going on. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Es ging. Es ist aber eigentlich unter dem normalen MC Donalds Standard. Du hattest das Gefühl das du an den Sitzen kleben bleibst, aber das Essen war recht schnell da und war auch sehr lecker.

May 23, 2024 And the same problem again. I asked for the coffee to be made on the expressor machine and not the machine I normally have at home. I was told the machine was broken. I haven't had any complaints, even though this problem has been going on for a week. After 20 minutes I see an employee go to the espresso machine and make 2 coffees without any embarrassment (even though I was sitting at a next table). I don't understand why the McCafe sign is still posted at the entrance????

Highly recommended it was already 10 p.m. and you got nice fresh things.

MC Donalds in Görlitz...4 employees on site I thought there would be a crash course in Polish because of the proximity. Then I was taught All 4 spoke good German, so it's okay.
