Dirty tables and chairs. We first cleaned our seats ourselves with damp paper towels because the listless staff couldn't keep up. The store doesn't have to be back anytime soon.

Holiday evening...was very busy. Four order machines are not enough. Everything should be thought about in order to prevent frustration among the guests.

Ordering is absolute horror. The female suppliers are generally in a bad mood and always make you feel it. Usually half of it is missing or it is completely cold and muddy.

The toilets smell very unpleasant. A little more attention couldn't hurt.

Had a Hamburger Royal Cheese, ordered an additional slice of cucumber. McDonald's always gives about 2-3 cucumber slices, but today I was lucky: I GOT 10 CUCUMBER SLICES. I LOVE CUCUMBERS AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE CUCUMBERS. THANK YOU MCDONALD'S!!

The food is the food you know at McDonalds, it's the same everywhere! But what stands out here is the staff!!! I have rarely seen such friendly employees at McDonalds!!! They seem to really enjoy doing it! There was always someone running around wiping the tables! Normally in such places you always find the fat and crumbs of at least two previous guests on the tables! The only thing I would have to complain about would be the hand dryer in the men's toilet! From the sounds of it, it's no longer healthy!😅

Today, July 18, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., we ordered two cheeseburgers, small fries with mayo and a small Coke without ice cream at Mc Drive. Service said: "I can give you a menu with 2 burgers, medium fries and medium coke!" I said, "Thanks, no!" Repeated my order. She said ok! What did I get? Two cheeseburgers, dry as the Sahara. Hardly any sauce on it. Fries without mayo and a cola with ice of course! Now just Burger King.

It's just a McDonalds like everywhere else. 🤷‍♂️

Seats are sticky, tables are dirty and they urgently need to be dusted. The employees are all nice and friendly, preparation is also very quick, but every now and then something is forgotten. We go to McDonald's often, but this was by far the worst visit ever. We ordered using the mobile phone app with service at the table. We waited about 30 minutes until the food was at the table. All the food was cold. I then reported it in a reasonable tone. In response there were eye rolls and dirty looks from the staff. After another 10 minutes we got the food remade, but the nuggets, mayonaise and sweet chili sauce were missing. Plus, the Zero Cola simply tasted like carbonated water. It's a disgrace how customers are treated there and that you don't see your own mistakes, even when there's a lot going on. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Es ging. Es ist aber eigentlich unter dem normalen MC Donalds Standard. Du hattest das Gefühl das du an den Sitzen kleben bleibst, aber das Essen war recht schnell da und war auch sehr lecker.

May 23, 2024 And the same problem again. I asked for the coffee to be made on the expressor machine and not the machine I normally have at home. I was told the machine was broken. I haven't had any complaints, even though this problem has been going on for a week. After 20 minutes I see an employee go to the espresso machine and make 2 coffees without any embarrassment (even though I was sitting at a next table). I don't understand why the McCafe sign is still posted at the entrance????

Highly recommended it was already 10 p.m. and you got nice fresh things.

MC Donalds in Görlitz...4 employees on site I thought there would be a crash course in Polish because of the proximity. Then I was taught All 4 spoke good German, so it's okay. Everything was tip top, tidy and clean, no waiting times. Conclusion: I'll come back here if the opportunity arises. 5 stars are appropriate

was at mces yesterday. received a very warm welcome and provided comprehensive advice. He then introduced himself as Arne. I can only say good things about him. He is simply the nicest employee in Görlitz Rarely have I seen someone so personable and courteous.

What can you say... quick food on hand. Mostly quickly put together burgers that are reminiscent of the leaning tower. But the atmosphere is better now. The staff in Görlitz is also nice.

If you are on site, you have better service than if you order online from Lieferando. We have the problem that something is always missing from the deliveries. Yesterday our fries were missing again and a salad dressing. It's a shame if you only get half, usually already cold, but in Lieferando you easily pay €2 more per dish than in the MC Donald's app itself (which I find very outrageous, considering that despite the higher order value 3€ delivery costs are added) So I can't recommend it to order.

We had something to eat here again on January 21st, 2024. The fries 🍟 were totally over salted, all 4 portions. The burgers 🍔 were partly cold. It's just a good thing that we rarely stop there, it's not the first time

Die Bestellterminals laden zu Schlägen ein damit sie reagieren, wie man so einen technisch veralteten Dreck immer noch nutzt ist fragwürdig, zudem war einer von 2 Big Macs kalt

Essen so wie immer bei Mc Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Tische dreckig. Fußboden dreckig. Sitzfläche dreckig

Wir waren am 07.01.24 dort essen. Die Burger waren lecker. Meinen Kindern hat es geschmeckt. Nur ein Sternabzug weil der Kaffee kalt war. Sonst war alles gut. Verbessert den Kaffee und ihr bekommt alle Sterne.

Essen wie bei jedem anderen MC. Toiletten sauber. Da gibt's schlimmere. Tische nicht ganz so sauber. Kann sein das kurz vor uns jemand da war und die gerade keine Zeit hatten.

Ein Burger wurde erst falsch zubereitet, dann vollständig vergessen...Entschuldigung von der verantwortlichen Angestellten akzeptiert, aber somit eine unschöne aber bleibende Erinnerung. ...leeres Geschirr konnte wegen übervoller Servicewagen nicht vernünftig abgestellt werden...tja

Ein typischer MCD. Nichts zu meckern. Essen wurde warm serviert. Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich.

Ab und zu muss es auch Mal Fast Food sein. Und ich gehe gern zum Görlitzer McDonald's. Ich hab die Anfänge in den neunziger Jahren kennengelernt, als meine Tochter noch klein war und ab und zu gehe ich jetzt auch noch hin. 👍

Schlechtester McDoof den ich kenne, dauert sehr sehr lang, personal hat 0 bock. teilweise sehr dreckig und seit 5monaten ist ein Bestelldesktop kaputt.

Schmeckt eigentlich wie überall in deutschen MC's! Ist total in Ordnung. Bedienung nett aber ab und zu echt schlechter Service falsche Bestellung oder gar fehlende Soßen

Das Essen schmeckt super nur leider arbeiten da Leite die sehr unhöflich zu den Kunden sind

Wie man beim MC Chicken die Soße vergessen kann, ist mir ein Rätsel.

Das Essen hier ist besser als in manch einer anderen McDonalds Filiale, hier bekommt man die Burger zum größten Teil noch frisch und Verzehrbar, man sollte dennoch wenn man sich was bestellt zum Mitnehmen nochmal rein schauen ob sich das dabei ist was man bestellt hat... das ist bei mir schon des Öfteren leider passiert das ich Zuhause an Kamm und plötzlich nen anderen Burger in der Hand hielt als man wollte. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist die andere Sache.

In der App bestellt und bezahlt, direkt in der Frittenschmiede gegessen. Ging schnell, war alles da und dank Coupons aus der App auch erschwinglich.
