Fast table service despite a full house

We were here on the way home for vacation. We were allowed to go outside with our dog. And we even got water for our dog. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. You can also tell that they still have a lot of fun at work. It was really really nice. We would love to come back here again.

Yep, what should I write?! Children had loudly asserted their will in the back seat, so I had to drive to the “Golden Seagull Restaurant”. I haven't stopped there in ages because I'm more of a kebab person :-D. Food came relatively quickly, the service was super nice and the kids were finally quiet.

Coffee tastes terrible, no MC Café quality. Portafilter wasn't changed, coffee wasn't freshly ground. Apparently the coffee is used here several times. That explains the watery, inedible broth that is far too hot.

A great, dear, nice person has been working here for some time. His name is Vily... He is totally attentive, friendly, super committed and a kind-hearted person. He enriches our McDonalds a lot. My husband, my daughter and I are thrilled with him.

It is extremely rare to experience such a clean, tidy MCDONALD'S in Germany, with very friendly service staff throughout. McDonald's also has the advantage on the highway that there is always a climbing frame for children to let off steam. Which is worth a break for me on a long car journey. Parents can even drink coffee inside at McCafe while watching their children climb from the window. Most people probably know McDonald's and can judge for themselves what age of children this offer suits them... (In the summer the climbing frame is probably not as pleasant in the blazing sun as it is for us in February/March...) That's why 5 stars even for a fast food shop.

Let's start with the positive. The food is usually ready quickly. Unfortunately, the current rule is that McDrive seems to be systematically trying to defraud customers. In 9 out of 10 cases a main course is missing. You simply can't leave without checking the bags. This is really striking and can't be a coincidence. Wir waren am 17.1.total entsetzt von der Dame an der Kasse. Die Burger waren kalt, wir also reklamiert. Dann kam die Krönung, die Dame hat uns den Kassenzettel holen lassen, da sie der Auffassung war, dass zwischen Bestellung und Reklamation keine 10 Minuten) sehr viel Zeit lag und wir selbst schuld sind. Nette Person. Man kam sich vor wie ein Verbrecher. So etwas geht garnicht! Schaut euch den Service mal in Swinemünde an, da kann man sich eine Scheibe abschneiden. Den Umgang mit Kunden sollte MC Donald durch Testkunden trainieren!!!

Perfekt zum Essen wenn man das Auto am Supercharger hat.👍

Szybko, smak jak to Mc. Bardzo miła obsługa, przypadło by się naprawić niektóre drukarki w automatach do zamawiania jedzenia.

Vor allem, immer saubere Toiletten (wenn nicht gerade vorher "Assis" da waren.

Ein ganz normales, meist extrem volles, sehr ordentliches McDonald's. Gut gelegen. Sonst alles wie man es so erwartet.

Punkt Mitternacht aufgeschlagen & noch bedient worden. Absoluter Klasse Service& motiviertes Team. Auf großer Fahrt ein lohnenswertes Ziel! Weiter so!:)

Mega lecker, vor allem der Cappuccino.

Also das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Schön wäre es aber, wenn ich 2 Kaffee mit je 2x Milch bestelle auch 4x Milch bekommen würde. Das Ambiente? Wäre schön wenn es auch Plätze gäbe wo mann mit über 1,80 noch gemütlich sitzen kann.

Jedzenie obsługa super, Ja niestety ciężarówką musiałem zatrzymać się na stacji Aral, gdzie spotkałem się z bardzo nieuprzejmy człowiekiem z tej stacji. Gość problematyczny jak moja była żona. Stacja pusta moje auto stało tak że nikomu nie przeszkadzało ale jak zwykle Znajdzie się ktoś kto będzie chodził z linijką i marudził - łapka w dół dla tej stacji paliw. Łapka w górę dla McDonald's👍🎖

Essen ist eben MC Donals. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Der Service ist o.k. und die Mitarbeiter nett. Soweit ich das sehen konnte, war alles ordentlich und sauber. Leider waren die Sitzmöbel (an unserem Tisch) schon arg verschlissen.

Alles ok. Was hier für uns wichtig ist, ist die Anordnung der Parkplätze. Im Urlaub sind wir mit kleinem Wohnwagen unterwegs. Brauchen 2 Parkplätze hintereinander

Auf der Durchreise einen kurzen Stopp eingelegt. Alles super frisch und heiß, Service freundlich, Tische, Sitzgelegenheiten und Toiletten sauber, obwohl am Sonntag viel los war.

Lange Wartezeit trotz viel Personal. Großes Schild, man kann auch am Schalter bestellen, dann stellt man sich dort an um Becher abzugeben, wird zwar wahrgenommen aber nicht bedient. Das war nix.

Sauberer als andere Filialen, es wurde stetig geputzt und Abfall entsorgt. Spielecke mit Kletterbereich innen, Kletterturm draussen. Hatte einen positiven ersten Eindruck. Service schlecht zu beurteilen da wir via Monitor bestellt und bezahlt haben. Elektroladestation vor der Tür.

Wir waren hier frühstücken, die Bestellung kam schnell, alles prima, das Restaurant und die Toiletten waren sauber (vllt weil es noch morgens war). Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht und freundlich. Die Spielbereiche innen und außen waren auch in Ordnung und etwas besser als bei vielen anderen Filialen.

2 Bestellungen und jeweils was vergessen. EINMAL das Getränk und dann einmal die Pommes.... war aber auch schon recht spät :)

An sich wie jedes ander McDonald's, was mir an sich gut gefällt. Die toiletten sind etwas ungepflegt und extrabestellungen werden häufig ignoriert

Personal teilweise überfordert, gerade die Aushilfen, welche kaum Deutsch sprechen, Restaurant ist aber sauber, auch die Toiletten sind gepflegt.

Immer voll und längere Wartezeiten zu bestimmen Tageszeiten
