Were here for breakfast. The man in the café was extremely friendly and helpful. We really liked it. Could be like that everywhere!

The employee wearing the headset obviously believes that this entitles him to behave rudely. We had chosen a certain toy in the Happy Meal, and when we got the wrong one, we politely asked if it could be exchanged for the correct one. Sorry, but the last few times the food was absolutely unappetizing. If it weren't for the sauces on the burger, they simply wouldn't have tasted like anything. Carelessly slapped together, the burgers arrive and lie in the box almost in pieces. And that for prices that have now risen considerably. I'm absolutely willing to pay the money if the quality is right. 3 stars because I still got full and you can't go wrong with fries and nuggets. The service is good, nice and, above all, fast. The ambience: Actually only one star, but it's a fast food restaurant and not a star restaurant, so I turn a blind eye. BUT: What is nice in the summer is not possible in the cold season. It is extremely cold in the rooms, there is a draft from above and on your feet. Cold air comes everywhere, so we had to keep our jackets on the whole time. How uncomfortable is that? No wonder most people eat and leave quickly.

Fast food but prices have gone up too much

The ordering terminals are extremely difficult to use and when there are a lot of people it's stressful to order like that. The last time we were there there were a lot of people and it felt like we had to wait forever for the food. During our current visit, the app for the terminals didn't work at all. It sucks. Apparently nothing works without a cell phone these days.

Fast table service despite a full house

We were here on the way home for vacation. We were allowed to go outside with our dog. And we even got water for our dog. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. You can also tell that they still have a lot of fun at work. It was really really nice. We would love to come back here again.

Yep, what should I write?! Children had loudly asserted their will in the back seat, so I had to drive to the “Golden Seagull Restaurant”. I haven't stopped there in ages because I'm more of a kebab person :-D. Food came relatively quickly, the service was super nice and the kids were finally quiet.

Coffee tastes terrible, no MC Café quality. Portafilter wasn't changed, coffee wasn't freshly ground. Apparently the coffee is used here several times. That explains the watery, inedible broth that is far too hot.

It is extremely rare to experience such a clean, tidy MCDONALD'S in Germany, with very friendly service staff throughout. McDonald's also has the advantage on the highway that there is always a climbing frame for children to let off steam. Which is worth a break for me on a long car journey. Parents can even drink coffee inside at McCafe while watching their children climb from the window. Most people probably know McDonald's and can judge for themselves what age of children this offer suits them... (In the summer the climbing frame is probably not as pleasant in the blazing sun as it is for us in February/March...) That's why 5 stars even for a fast food shop.

In 9 out of 10 cases a main course is missing. You simply can't leave without checking the bags. This is really striking and can't be a coincidence. Either you are completely overwhelmed or there is a system behind it. It's also noticeable here that it's almost always with the same colleague, just as the colleague looked annoyed, we apparently know this internally

Wir waren am 17.1.total entsetzt von der Dame an der Kasse. Die Burger waren kalt, wir also reklamiert. Dann kam die Krönung, die Dame hat uns den Kassenzettel holen lassen, da sie der Auffassung war, dass zwischen Bestellung und Reklamation keine 10 Minuten) sehr viel Zeit lag und wir selbst schuld sind. Nette Person. Man kam sich vor wie ein Verbrecher. So etwas geht garnicht! Schaut euch den Service mal in Swinemünde an, da kann man sich eine Scheibe abschneiden. Den Umgang mit Kunden sollte MC Donald durch Testkunden trainieren!!!

Perfekt zum Essen wenn man das Auto am Supercharger hat.👍
