What's the use of capital letters? At Burger King, you simply know what you're getting. Consistent quality and delicious burgers are always on point. I personally prefer this chain much more than the competition with the weird yellow "M." Here at Burger King, the burgers are at least available in a reasonable size. The price is probably debatable, but nothing's free these days. Definitely recommended for a quick snack or even a bigger appetite.

I'm only giving one star for the Coke because they mixed up the burgers. I ordered with vegetables, but I got a terrible burger with cheese sauce that was veeeery salty. Also, the burger was dry because there were no vegetables in it at all. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to exchange my order and only noticed the mistake when I bit into the burger.

My hunger for a burger drove me to Burger King in Arnsberg once again, and as usual, I wasn't disappointed. The restaurant on Hüstener Straße offers the usual delicious taste of freshly grilled meat, but also has a little room for improvement. Overall, my visit was a positive experience. The staff were friendly, and my order was taken promptly. My Whopper was freshly prepared, juicy, and warm—exactly as you'd expect. The fries were also crispy and well-salted. The cleanliness of the restaurant area is particularly noteworthy; the tables were wiped down, and the floor appeared well-maintained. However, there is a slight point deduction for the wait at the drive-thru, which can be a bit longer during peak times. A bit faster service would have been desirable. Additionally, the ice cream machine was out of service on my last visit, which was a shame, especially on a warm day. Nevertheless, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives. If you're craving classic Burger King specialties, this is the place for you in Arnsberg. The quality of the food is excellent, and the staff is attentive. With minor tweaks to the service process, the experience could be perfected.

There was practically nothing wrong with my order: Ordered a Whopper - got something with brown sauce Ordered a vanilla milkshake - got a strawberry Asked for a Naruto figurine - got some junk I couldn't even identify. The XL T-shirt is probably an Asian size; even a colleague who usually wears a size L couldn't squeeze into it. Absolutely not recommended! The franchise should revoke its license for this garbage.

I was just there and bought two chicken burgers for €5.98!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, I expected more. This was just a burger bun with spicy ketchup, two bits of lettuce, and two nuggets slapped on top. So, €5.98 for that!!!!!! I'm insulted! That's not right, something has to change! It tasted absolutely terrible, and the burgers ended up in the trash 👎

This is the second time in July that I've had a lukewarm burger. Apparently, this somewhat larger chip shop doesn't care about freshness. And €10.48 for it is ridiculous.

We arrived at 10 a.m. and they were watering flowers outside – very unusual for a chain! We were told the manager likes flowers. Nice ambiance, albeit a bit noisy! The interior and exterior areas are very clean, including the restrooms, and the staff are extremely friendly – especially Mr. Choukri. The food and cappuccino were good! We'd love to come back!

I ordered a Naruto Whopper and only got a regular Whopper. Which could happen, but I heard them discussing it and waiting to see if I would even check it out, and they waited. They knowingly gave me the wrong burger, and that's disgusting! They should be glad it was actually plant-based and not beef! Cheeky, I'll go to McDonald's instead from now on! Of all the Burger King branches I've visited, I find the Arnsberg branches absolutely disastrous... even though the store is relatively cozy and nice... the entire staff and the processes are absolutely a disaster. Every time you order food there, half the food is missing or it's cold... I'm not used to this kind of experience from other Burger King stores... So, I'll just circumvent my personal opinion.

Out of 5 visits and takeout orders via the terminal, something was missing 3 times. Once a hamburger and 2 times fries, which we only noticed at home. It wasn't worth driving back. Last night we checked the order in the car. Fries were missing again. We went back and got the fries. Not a word of apology. I don't know if we'll come again. My grandchildren would regret it. Mistakes can happen, it can happen sometimes, but not so often and at the customer's expense. We're obviously not the only ones with this negative experience. Besides, if something is missing, it costs more to drive back than if you go without.

For when you're hungry, I like these burgers, nice atmosphere, funny customers as well as the staff. As is the case everywhere, employees are sometimes motivated and sometimes not; it's better to leave out sanitary facilities. But this BK is somehow great. Go there.

The cheese tasted like dry UHU and even though there were only two cars at the drive-in counter, we had to wait 15 minutes. We paid €22 for a meal that we ultimately disposed of in the organic waste bin. What a disgrace!

I'm usually always satisfied, but today I was shocked by the service. After this experience, I was no longer hungry. A man at the counter, who I understand is still in training, was extremely rude. I simply asked if I could get a little more sauce on my chili cheese fries - even for an additional charge. However, his reaction was completely rude and unacceptable. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at the counter. The whole thing happened around midnight on Friday. Unfortunately I couldn't recognize the name correctly, something with A.K... For me a reason to avoid this place when this employee is on duty.

Ate there with 7 children after a children's birthday party, the table was decorated and prepared for the birthday child, food was ordered at the table by a very nice employee, the children were able to make themselves some ice cream behind the counter, which was on the house. There's a lot to improve. Especially at the drive-in. Sometimes the meat is missing from the burger. Sometimes something is forgotten when ordering. Dips are not included with the nuggets.

In all Burger King, vouchers or PLUs can be entered into the cash register system, but this is apparently not possible here. Registration in the app is not possible because there is no reception in the building. WiFi is not offered. Welcome to the modern world. Just ridiculous.

You should sleep on your anger before you do anything.... OK. I did. And I usually take the view that wherever people work, mistakes can happen. BUT: Here the error is the norm. Out of 5 orders placed at the drive through, 4 are easily incorrect or incomplete. The fact that the advertised tortilla flatbread comes in a package that is approximately twice the size for the consumer, while the contents are only slightly larger than the covered minced patty underneath, is just the cherry on top of the ridiculous ice cream sundae. And YES, of course it was also the wrong content. The version for 6.99 euros was only calculated for this tiny dumpling, which of course includes the version for 4.99 euros. Who bothers to go back again for 2 euros? Then the food is colder than it already is and you have used more fuel than the little "mistake" (I'm assuming this was the case) cost... Although it's certainly worth having a lot of "mistakes" if everyone goes out with 2 euros more in their checkout... I don't want to use the phrase "reddeningly incompetent", but after all the failures I've experienced with this BK, it's starting to come to mind. Anyone who works so little carefully in another profession would have lost their job long ago. Anyone who gets a good kebab is better served... Less mistakes are possible and ultimately just as full for less money despite the explosion in kebab prices!

I got a menu today. 2Wopper Jr with a drink and Curly Friese. For 7.94 euros. I wanted to have Curly Friese one more time. I couldn't believe the isolated Curly Friesians seriously cost 3.99 euros. Where is the relationship? If that's not a rip off. The “fries” cost more than the meat. So if something isn't going wrong here then I don't know anymore.😡😡😡😡😡

I haven't been to Burger King in many years. This used to be a highlight. I was almost reassured that not much had changed. In principle everything was okay. Comprehensible concept, impeccable food, nice staff, cleanliness. What struck me, however, was the price-performance ratio. For two people I ended up with a bill of just under €30. marched out. We weren't really that hungry. Given the price, I have to say clearly that I can get something in other restaurants that I personally like even better. ... I don't want to judge hygiene, ingredients or missing ingredients here. There's a lot of nonsense written by people who have a lot less knowledge than me. So: if you really like it at BK → go!
