We received friendly service, and the food was good. Then the waitresses started approaching the guests, asking them to please write a review on Google and mention them positively by name... (They had prepared small cards with QR codes and their names for this purpose.) They stayed next to the customers until they had completed the review. In return, they offered a small portion of fries or a Coke as a "thank you." They were so persistent that even customers who hadn't yet eaten were expected to write a review immediately, and customers who had already eaten were told to interrupt their meals because the review took priority. Is that really the point of reviews here? Well, if that's what the company wants...

What's the use of capital letters? At Burger King, you simply know what you're getting. Consistent quality and delicious burgers are always on point. I personally prefer this chain much more than the competition with the weird yellow "M." Here at Burger King, the burgers are at least available in a reasonable size. The price is probably debatable, but nothing's free these days. Definitely recommended for a quick snack or even a bigger appetite.

I'm only giving one star for the Coke because they mixed up the burgers. I ordered with vegetables, but I got a terrible burger with cheese sauce that was veeeery salty. Also, the burger was dry because there were no vegetables in it at all. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to exchange my order and only noticed the mistake when I bit into the burger.

Service doesn't get a star because the service staff were completely overwhelmed with the orders.

My hunger for a burger drove me to Burger King in Arnsberg once again, and as usual, I wasn't disappointed. The restaurant on Hüstener Straße offers the usual delicious taste of freshly grilled meat, but also has a little room for improvement. Overall, my visit was a positive experience. The staff were friendly, and my order was taken promptly. My Whopper was freshly prepared, juicy, and warm—exactly as you'd expect. The fries were also crispy and well-salted. The cleanliness of the restaurant area is particularly noteworthy; the tables were wiped down, and the floor appeared well-maintained. However, there is a slight point deduction for the wait at the drive-thru, which can be a bit longer during peak times. A bit faster service would have been desirable. Additionally, the ice cream machine was out of service on my last visit, which was a shame, especially on a warm day. Nevertheless, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives. If you're craving classic Burger King specialties, this is the place for you in Arnsberg. The quality of the food is excellent, and the staff is attentive. With minor tweaks to the service process, the experience could be perfected.

There was practically nothing wrong with my order: Ordered a Whopper - got something with brown sauce Ordered a vanilla milkshake - got a strawberry Asked for a Naruto figurine - got some junk I couldn't even identify. The XL T-shirt is probably an Asian size; even a colleague who usually wears a size L couldn't squeeze into it. Absolutely not recommended! The franchise should revoke its license for this garbage.

I was just there and bought two chicken burgers for €5.98!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, I expected more. This was just a burger bun with spicy ketchup, two bits of lettuce, and two nuggets slapped on top. So, €5.98 for that!!!!!! I'm insulted! That's not right, something has to change! It tasted absolutely terrible, and the burgers ended up in the trash 👎

This is the second time in July that I've had a lukewarm burger. Apparently, this somewhat larger chip shop doesn't care about freshness. And €10.48 for it is ridiculous.

We arrived at 10 a.m. and they were watering flowers outside – very unusual for a chain! We were told the manager likes flowers. Nice ambiance, albeit a bit noisy! The interior and exterior areas are very clean, including the restrooms, and the staff are extremely friendly – especially Mr. Choukri. The food and cappuccino were good! We'd love to come back!
