Super Burgerladen! Die Burger waren frisch, saftig und geschmacklich echt top. Auch die Pommes waren knusprig und lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt auf jeden Fall. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann Burger Brothers nur empfehlen! 🍔👌

Der beste Ort für einen richtig guten Burger

Burger viel zu klein reinste verasche

Habe Putin bestellt und über 8 Euro bezahlt. Das war eine gute Hand voll Pommes und ein halbes Schnitzel klein geschnitten und ein Esslöffel voll Sauce. Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Geschmacklich gut aber vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis echt Wucher! Ich ärgere mich darüber,dass ich nicht zurück gegangen bin und das reklamiert habe, da es wirklich nichts mit dem Bild des Gerichtes,welches an der Tafel angezeigt wird, zu tun hat.

Es war sehr entspannt dort zu essen vor allem nach der Haubt Betriebszeit

Leider müssen wir sagen das uns das Essen überhaupt nicht geschmeckt hat und es auch keine Gute Qualität hatte. Der Bacon war graulich und so zäh das man ihn nicht mit abbeißen konnte oder überhaupt essen konnte. Die „hausgemachten Buns“ waren komplett mehlig von oben. Der Burger war matschig und leider einfach nicht lecker. Man kennt mittlerweile viele gute Burger Ketten und diese kann nicht mal mit einem Mc Donalds mithalten was schon echt traurig ist. Die Filet bites waren trocken und sehnig. Die Mozzarella sticks wo man meinen könnte da kann man nicht viel mit falsch machen - leider zäh wie Kaugummi. Die Saucen absolut Standard nichts super leckeres aber okay. Die Pommes waren okay aber auch da würde ich mehr erwarten. Gutes können wir nur zu den fertigen Eistees sagen die dabei waren.😅 (Zur Info: Wir haben 2 Burger zum mitnehmen bestellt im Menü mit Pommes, Mozzarella Sticks und Filet Bites. Wir haben Bacon für unseren Burger dazu bestellt da dieser nicht mit drauf war mit Aufpreis.) Ich würde nicht empfehlen dort zu essen wenn man sich auf richtig gute leckere Burger gefreut hat. Wir waren das erste und letzte Mal dort. Leider gibt es in Neheim nicht viel Auswahl was Burger essen angeht. Liebe Grüße

Sehr gute Burger und auch die Pommes sind lecker. Der Elephant Ice Tea war mir zu süß und hat mir persönlich nicht besonders geschmeckt. Auch gibt es in dem Lokal keine Kundentoilette. Aber egal, wir kommen gerne wieder und trinken das nächste Mal etwas Anderes.

Top hier. Geschmacklich und vom Service sehr empfehlenswert. Heute zum ersten Mal den Protein Burger gegessen und der ist nicht nur Protein reich sondern auch vom Geschmack eine Bombe 🤲🏽

War super lecker und alle sehr lieb.

Wo soll ich nur anfangen… Für 12€ hab ich einen Chili Cheeseburger Burger bekommen der so groß war wie ein Mc Cheeseburger. Dachte dass man für diesen Preis wenigstens Satt wird..das war absolut garnicht der Fall. Das Pattie War totgebraten und hat verkokelt geschmeckt. Jalapeños haben nach Gewürzgurken geschmeckt. Frag mich nur woher nimmt ihr diese Summen? ich meine man will doch nicht seine halbe Niere dalassen, es ist immer noch Fast Food! Wäre der Burger wenigstens Genießbar oder würde sättigen (bei der Größe wird ein Kleinkind nichtmal satt) ,wäre der Preis noch ein wenig nachvollziehbar. Da beides jedoch garnicht vertreten ist muss ich leider so ehrlich sein um andere vor dieser Abzocke von Burger zu schützen. Jetzt weiß ich auch warum die Preise draußen überklebt wurden😂😂😂 Ps: sah von der Einrichtung echt vielversprechend aus :(

Sehr zufrieden gewesen, sehr netter Service. Sollte ich nochmal in der Nähe sein werde ich wieder dort essen, ich kann es weiter empfehlen. Einziges Manko keine Toilette für Kunden.

Der Classico Burger hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Es gibt ein Halal-Zertifikat. Kurz gesagt: sehr empfehlenswert.

Thanks for the ban!!! Customer service is clearly not a priority here. It's like their motto is: "It can always get worse, as you'll soon see." My partner and I wanted to go out for some delicious burgers. We both ordered a large burger with fries and a drink as a meal deal. Everything was fine until we paid. But unfortunately, we hadn't mentioned beforehand that we had a 2025 discount voucher booklet, and as expected, they refused to give us the discount (2 for 1), claiming the voucher was no longer valid. Since we ate on November 30th and the voucher was valid until December 1st, the staff had to come up with something else and told us we should have mentioned it earlier. When we apologized, they were adamant! Then, in front of other guests, they accused us of being fraudsters (claiming the voucher booklet had expired and it was only a €2 discount)! Which, of course, isn't true. Each dish cost €19.30, and we still had to pay the full €38.60. Our order hadn't even been entered into the till; it was just handwritten on a piece of paper. They weren't accommodating at all. On the contrary, the two employees even berated us rudely and showed us in the booklet that we were obligated to announce it beforehand. Meanwhile, the other guests joined in, telling us not to make such a fuss over €2 and not to get upset. When I finally paid the full €38.60 and tried to explain the mistake to the other guests, we were practically thrown out, and they even shouted after us that we were banned from the premises. Who would want to eat there again if they get harassed and denounced in front of other guests over a minor technicality? Certainly not us!!! P.S.: Regarding the owner's statement. Owner: I was also told that you grabbed one of my employees rather roughly when it came to who owned which coupon book. Us: Yes. My partner took OUR coupon book back because the employees wanted to confiscate it for the alleged offense! It is OUR coupon book, and the supposed confiscation can be defended!

We ate there with our two children on a short trip and were very satisfied. The burgers and fries were fresh and of very good quality. We highly recommend it. The staff were also courteous and friendly. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely go back.

Burgers were good, but had to be eaten without cutlery...which is probably normal.

The burgers are divine! Worth the rather small price. Unfortunately, there are no plates or cutlery, so you need a big mouth to eat. The self-service is okay, but unfortunately the door was open the whole time, so I had to keep my jacket on. The quaint interior would have been cozy otherwise.

Ate there today and although I/we are not typical burger fans, we are very satisfied.

The burger joint didn't impress me. You can get much better burgers elsewhere for the same price. The table was sticky, and overall, the place didn't seem clean. Even with a voucher, I found the price too high for four rather mediocre meals.

The price/performance ratio is simply not right here, and the seating is uncomfortable. I've been there three times already, and they didn't even serve chicken or Greek sauce...that shouldn't be there. Nothing special.

I was there for the first time today and I really enjoyed it. I'm absolutely thrilled; the burger was delicious, and the rest of the food was perfect, too. I'll be back.

I went there with my family today. Even though there was only one other family in the restaurant, we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. This restaurant also has no restrooms, making it unsuitable for families, so I can't rule out another visit with children. The taste was okay, not particularly outstanding. I don't think we'll be visiting this place again.

There's no restroom here. There were three of us there on a Saturday evening. Everyone ordered 2 burgers and were more than satisfied. Both the bread and the salad in the burger were very fresh. Double patty in Big Bro -> was very juicy. The taste is also great. The detour to Neheim was definitely worth it! 1 star deduction because unfortunately there is no toilet on site. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. If you want to eat a really good burger, you definitely have to go there.

Super tasty and authentic... I can only recommend it! The brioche buns were a dream, the Angus beef patty was tender and not fried for too long, the selection of sauces was great... I just can't complain about anything! I'm not allowed to eat pork meat and BB has Angus beef bacon!!! Everything great!

The food was ok, the burgers lacked a kick, everything was pretty standard. The patties looked like they were frozen goods. I can hardly rate the service because there is no classic service. The ambience seems rather cool and a bit thrown together. Unfortunately the restaurant does not have any toilets.

A bad burger place compared to others. The attempt to differentiate itself from BurgerKing, MC Donalds and Co. was not successful. The burgers are average. Unfortunately the prices are not. Other burger restaurants can do this much better. The ambience is careless and poorly maintained. If you look at the details, it's really not great. The rubbish lying around on the steel beams in the ceiling area alone is a no-go! The tables are not wiped at all or only poorly. Our table was greasy and there were still crumbs on it from the previous person. Just not nice. The neighboring table was not cleaned after guests there left the table. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be that important. I can only advise against a visit. Then it's better to go to McDonald's or another restaurant. Here you just throw your money out the window. Plus there is no toilet!

I like the burgers! Fresh and delicious real beef flavor and delicious buns to choose from. Fries are great, wedges and sweet potato sticks should also be tried. Poutine helps with a little hunger 😁

Four of us just had dinner there. It was our first visit. It was awesome! Everything freshly sliced, fried and fried. The waiting time was good for the really fresh burgers, not too long. The extremely nice young man gave us excellent advice when ordering. My husband wanted an additional ingredient, he said that the taste would be similar to another. He recommended a sauce to me and he was right, everything fits perfectly! He couldn't be surpassed in his friendliness, that's what you want! The burgers were super tasty, to the point and left you wanting more! Thanks for the good food, we'll definitely be back!!!

We had dinner there relatively late in the evening. The fries were really delicious and the fries also tasted good and seemed to be made from very fresh ingredients. The service was also very friendly. The only negative point would be that although the shop was quite empty, we had to wait a bit long for the food. However, it was still within limits. Otherwise also recommended for vegetarians. We would come back.

Excellent burgers, too bad we ran out of salads so I can't rate them. Strangely enough I couldn't pay with my ING card, hence the 3 stars for service, luckily enough cash in my pocket. It's funny that they had Joopi sauce, which we know in the Netherlands as Joppie sauce.

The burgers were okay but not special, the fries were really good. Surprisingly long waiting time (the restaurant wasn't very full!), the atmosphere and music in the restaurant was good, friendliness was still clear. Personally, I think the prices are a bit high, but still within reason.

We were here for the first time a week ago and can definitely recommend the burgers and fries! We enjoyed it! The self-service for drinks in the refrigerators is well organized and the seating is comfortable. Unfortunately the black bean burger was sold out so we couldn't try it. Instead we ordered a veggie burger and a crispy chicken burger. We were particularly impressed with the fries that came with it! The only surprising thing is that there is no toilet. When I asked, I wasn't given any alternative toilets nearby. I found that a bit strange because we ate in the store and I expect toilets on site or at least a cooperation with another store next door whose toilets you can then use.
