Hot fries and a good McDonald's roll for Germany

A great place to eat and rest on the way. The food should have been hotter but maybe it's just me. Apart from that everything is fine. A big plus is the free toilet.

Unfortunately the quality is extremely poor. Old fries, carelessly thrown together burger. I hope the branch management will work on it. I have rarely experienced such poor quality. The only advantage: there is still ice in the drink. Not all McDonalds do that anymore.

Everything was clean, nice atmosphere, nice service. We didn't have to wait long either. And we received our order completely (unfortunately this rarely happens to us at McDonald's) there is an indoor and an outdoor playground. I just don't like the parking situation. You have to walk past moving and parked cars, there is no footpath.

Very nice, friendly staff, delicious cappuccino, toilets were also very clean, fresh paper towels available (not a given) - thank you very much!

Something is constantly forgotten or mixed up here. When a complaint is made, there is no insight and the blame is placed on the customer.

EVERY TIME THE CONTENT OF THE ORDERS IS MISSING! No matter when you go, no matter what you order - at least one component is always missing. Otherwise, the staff is relatively friendly, the latest restaurant chain standards, clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, the annoyance of products that have been paid for but not received predominates.

Something is always not working in the app or is not possible on site due to problems. The sanitary facilities are mostly dirty. There is an unreasonable noise in the seating area. The Flurry and the Sundae are a disappointment. There is less than in any other store. And the hardness is the McDrive. What you stand there and wait for stuff. Craziness. So I come by here very, very often, but I try as much as possible not to slow down here.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I compared it to other McDonald's branches. The food was freshly prepared (nuggets & fries hot and not "kept warm" and sticky like some places) and was delivered to the table within 2 to 3 minutes at the most after ordering at the terminal. The service was also very friendly. Some branches can follow an example. 👍🏻

staff unfriendly.. Wrong orders are distributed or people don't work with concentration... they're all just people who can make mistakes, but then when you've said something, making fun of it in the kitchen is such a cheek...

I had a hamburger and an MC Rip, the hamburger was so small and tasteless, the MC Rip had too much sauce on it... I wouldn't offer that to anyone, the quality has deteriorated extremely, price performance is not good at all.

At times well attended, Mäckes stop on the motorway. But very clean, friendly staff. That's how it has to be! - Transit from the parking lot to the entrance is a bit inconvenient because there is no footpath, but with mutual consideration it's okay.

McDonald's continues to decline slowly but steadily, although there are significant differences between branches.

Everything here is exactly what you would expect from a McDonalds. No long waiting times, the food is hot and tastes as usual. Fast food is still the order of the day here.

The blonde, short-haired power woman should perhaps seriously think about changing jobs. She brings us our food to the pond - and as a little extra there's a hair in the strawberry shake. Nice as we are, we ask for a new one. But her look? Priceless. He says something like: “Don’t act like that.” But well, we actually get a replacement - but this time without strawberry syrup. I kindly point out that this will only taste like a “shake” and not like strawberries. But our service queen looks at me and says with complete conviction: “Just stir and the strawberry flavor will come out by itself.” Oh, sure! Magical self-blend, how could I forget that? When I ask again to check the strawberry syrup, the only answer I get is an annoyed “Just stir it and drink the shake.” Well, curiosity wins – and lo and behold, big surprise: the strawberry syrup is EMPTY. But instead of just admitting it, she comes out completely convinced that she would have put some extra in there. Naturally. And next week it will probably rain strawberries too. At the end I got a shake from the branch manager. Food was good and fresh, great in itself except for the shake and the blonde lady who clearly didn't want to work from the look on her face.

Nice, clean atmosphere with friendly staff. Definitely recommended. Better than the one in Döbeln. But I also have a point of criticism about this: touching food, cups, etc. without gloves and money without disinfecting or washing your hands afterwards is not that cool for me. Could be improved.

One star is still too many. We wanted to eat ice cream and were told that ice cream was not available that day. On Sundays, no employee probably wants to clean the ice machine at the end of the day.

Chicken burger as it shouldn't be...completely carelessly slapped together....

I was on the drive in range asking for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 hamburgers and 1 milkshake. The shake wasn't a bit cold and thick as usual. It was quite warm and very liquid... I noticed that when I was on the highway again. It's a 2 minute drive. I didn't like it that much...

I have no idea what happened here. Order a delicious cappuccino and receive it in totally dirty cups. Windows and various pieces of furniture filthy... Not really toilets.

I can only say it again and again. Fast food is not my thing, but the coffee was quite good.

Meat grilled rock hard in a salad. See image. Nuggets not fresh. Forgot the fork for the salad. You have to get napkins despite seat service. That's better.

Big disappointment. Picked up at McDrive and continued on the highway. Stopped to eat at the next rest stop and was surprised: only 1 of 2 fries. No time to turn around. The fries were also no longer fresh and inedible. These were thrown away because no one wanted to eat them. The chicken burger was soaked all over with sauce, so you needed a sink after eating. Too bad.

We ate in this restaurant and were shocked to find that 90% of the tables and benches were very dirty. The employees stood around and had nothing to do. Nevertheless, no one was able to wipe or at least look at the tables or benches. The same thing in the ladies' room. It smelled badly of urine and despite an employee checking, nothing was done.

Some of the food was cold and thrown carelessly into the boxes. The table and benches were dirty. The staff, on the other hand, was very friendly and the preparation was also very quick.

Meat tastes like the sole of a shoe

Was there for breakfast and wanted to try the new dishes. Everything wasn't even lukewarm. Even the eirap, which is supposedly freshly prepared, was cold. It had zero seasoning. The farmer and chicken burger were lukewarm. Actually eat everything. But not that. I just finished the farm burger because I was hungry. The rest only half. Because I just couldn't get it down. The best part of the visit was the cola. I will never go to McDonald's for breakfast again. I would have been better off spending the money at a dirty snack bar and getting 4 bratwursts that were tasty and hot. My conclusion is to avoid McDonald's breakfast and get a bockwurst at the gas station. You have more of it and for the money you can treat yourself to 4 and be full. Instead of going back to where you can't enjoy half of it and you're still hungry. Everyone stay loyal to the gas station pheasant because you know what you have

The best MC DONALD I know so far. The food was super fresh and hot, everything went super quickly. The staff was very friendly, something you don't get to experience often. Toilets very clean. Lots of parking spaces. Keep it up.

Food was quite OK. Service top. Really quick and competent. I ordered Coke without ice and that's exactly what I got. Brown sugar for my capu was also available. Lots of parking spaces. Some order machines. Clean toilets. Really great! I can happily recommend it.

Food came very quickly, was hot and tasted great. What bothered me was that the staff chatted quite loudly at the counter, but in return all the trolleys with full tablets went unnoticed. We then placed our tablet on the counter with the corresponding notice. Otherwise the stay was good.

As always, I forgot the extra shot of caramel in my coffee that I bought for an extra euro, fries were soggy as always and the toilets were absolutely pissed and shitty that I have ever seen at a McDonalds. I can't understand it, with such a turnover that is generated there on the motorway and with the rush of people there, in a FOOD ENVIRONMENT, there MUST be a permanent cleaning lady/man on site and constantly keeping it clean, there is no other way. Today it was so bad that I photographed everything in detail and sent them directly by email to the responsible trade office/regulatory office and the responsible food inspection authority in the district. In my opinion, the store should be closed. Or is there perhaps a Mr. Wallraff missing here? My grandma always said that the way it looks in the toilets in restaurants is what it looks like in the kitchen. Disgusting! I'm not including the pictures here out of respect from fellow readers. Please make your own impression. Visit the toilet first and then think about whether you would stay for dinner at a friend's house where the toilets look like this.

Poor cleaning, dirty floors and bathrooms during the day and even at the time of opening in the morning. The cleanliness of the place and hygiene of the staff should be superior, the manager should control all of this.

When we entered the Golden Seagull establishment, my wife and I took off our socks. Dirty tables, sticky floors and the smell of deep fryers spread fear and terror (even though it wasn't even Halloween yet). Despite few visitors at that time, the service left a lot to be desired and we waited 1200 seconds (20 minutes for Adam Ries haters) for a simple menu. This is based on turtle slow food rather than fast food. No recommendation!

During a break in the journey, we decided to try how it differs from Polish. The cheeseburgers are the same as ours, but the chickenburger is completely different, I like the one from Poland better. A big plus is the included sauces, I especially recommend Sour Cream/Schnittlauch Dip.

In the evening I just wanted two small burgers and a coke to take away and I got two completely salty, sticky double cheeseburgers. Worst McDonald’s experience ever!

The food was great as always, the people were all quick and hard-working, but perhaps due to staffing, table service should be omitted (long waiting times) and it would be better to fill up the serving service with the staff that is still available. I know it personally, so unfortunately you have to concentrate on your performance.

Waited 45 minutes, ordered via app, order probably flew out of the system after 30 minutes. Branch totally overloaded by the motorway, endless queues. Employees work like crazy and do what they can, but the branch is a total failure. You can only get to the parking lot through the drive-in, which doesn't make any sense because it's completely clogged. McDonald's food is what it is, but the infrastructure is a total failure.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to for breakfast. Over 40 minutes waiting time because our order was forgotten....

It should be zero, waiting 10 minutes, then someone took my order and left.... Then he came back and realized he took the wrong order... They gave it to me and.... Had to go back as kids juice was missing...then had to go back as my salad was missing.... This staff needs training! Disaster service

As usual, everything was ready quickly and delicious. Located directly at the Siebenlehn motorway exit. Great for a short stop and not nearly as expensive as at a rest stop.

Really a nice stay, there was a very friendly young gentleman at the counter who I would love to order from every day. And the caramel ice cream sauce is just to die for, especially when it's still warm. 🤎

There was too much going on. Some food was forgotten and we had to complain. Tables were all greasy and unclean.

3 out of 4 times absolute fail! First the wrong burger in the bag, the second time I completely forgot a burger and now I forgot the sauce for the 20g nuggets. I'm letting it taste dry now and I'm glad that the people responsible for it aren't standing in some operating room and always forgetting something. So it's better to check the order straight away or drive a few kilometers further to another one. We won't get anything more from there.

We were there after the concert and shortly before closing time. A very nice service. Please set the prices again so that Germans with normal incomes can find their way to you and not something that shouldn't actually be here. But thanks to the Berlin warmongers for everything. Sorry for the politics and no, I'm not an AfD voter!!!!

I was actually really looking forward to my meal (especially my Adelholzener apple spritzer) but when I opened it, all of a sudden my table and all of my clothes were in Schwinn, one of the employees must have shaken these Adelholzener, it's a shame that you have to do that to a person . Breakfast was good and expensive

First of all, on the positive side: the food was hot and tasty and was quick. Negative: here McDonalds becomes an experience gastronomy again. It's 2:11 p.m. and there's nothing going on, but I haven't seen such a dirty place in a long time. The Chinese colleague prefers to lean on the ordering counter instead of taking a cloth to clean the tables and the tray trolley. Our order was missing a burger (we only ordered 4) and the coffee was missing a refreshing towel instead of sugar. Oh my God...

It's a tragedy, we go inside and the employee starts throwing everyone out of the restaurant because the cash registers don't work, I don't recommend it, it's not the first time from what I've heard that such things happen here

It was on June 21, 24 around 9:15 p.m. When we came in there wasn't much going on. Still there wasn't a clean table or chair. Crumbs, leftover food, spilled liquids everywhere. I asked an employee at the counter for a cloth, then she came to a double table and asked where we would like to sit. She actually just wiped our table and left. We then cleaned the bench ourselves. I'm not picky, but a mess would have been cleaner that day. We ordered 10 burgers, 5 cokes, 5 large fries. The fries were very good and hot, but unfortunately half of the burgers were too cold (especially in the middle). At 9:40 p.m. we tried 2 filet o fish and 2 chicken burgers. No doubt due to the fact that there was now more crowd, these burgers were still really hot five minutes later.

I was there this morning with a school class. Today's weather: Sun and hot... My request to open at least one parasol outside was rejected due to a severe weather warning ---> This was valid for the evening from 8 p.m.!!!! The burger doesn't fit in your mouth
