Food was quite OK. Service top. Really quick and competent. I ordered Coke without ice and that's exactly what I got. Brown sugar for my capu was also available. Lots of parking spaces. Some order machines. Clean toilets. Really great! I can happily recommend it.

It went very quickly and the service was extremely friendly, especially towards the child 👍🏻

Food came very quickly, was hot and tasted great. What bothered me was that the staff chatted quite loudly at the counter, but in return all the trolleys with full tablets went unnoticed. We then placed our tablet on the counter with the corresponding notice. Otherwise the stay was good.

As always, I forgot the extra shot of caramel in my coffee that I bought for an extra euro, fries were soggy as always and the toilets were absolutely pissed and shitty that I have ever seen at a McDonalds. I can't understand it, with such a turnover that is generated there on the motorway and with the rush of people there, in a FOOD ENVIRONMENT, there MUST be a permanent cleaning lady/man on site and constantly keeping it clean, there is no other way. Today it was so bad that I photographed everything in detail and sent them directly by email to the responsible trade office/regulatory office and the responsible food inspection authority in the district. In my opinion, the store should be closed. Or is there perhaps a Mr. Wallraff missing here? My grandma always said that the way it looks in the toilets in restaurants is what it looks like in the kitchen. Disgusting! I'm not including the pictures here out of respect from fellow readers. Please make your own impression. Visit the toilet first and then think about whether you would stay for dinner at a friend's house where the toilets look like this.

Poor cleaning, dirty floors and bathrooms during the day and even at the time of opening in the morning. The cleanliness of the place and hygiene of the staff should be superior, the manager should control all of this.

When we entered the Golden Seagull establishment, my wife and I took off our socks. Dirty tables, sticky floors and the smell of deep fryers spread fear and terror (even though it wasn't even Halloween yet). Despite few visitors at that time, the service left a lot to be desired and we waited 1200 seconds (20 minutes for Adam Ries haters) for a simple menu. This is based on turtle slow food rather than fast food. No recommendation!

During a break in the journey, we decided to try how it differs from Polish. The cheeseburgers are the same as ours, but the chickenburger is completely different, I like the one from Poland better. A big plus is the included sauces, I especially recommend Sour Cream/Schnittlauch Dip.

In the evening I just wanted two small burgers and a coke to take away and I got two completely salty, sticky double cheeseburgers. Worst McDonald’s experience ever!

There are also people who want to order their food verbally. You shouldn't forget that either. I left again without ordering.

The food was great as always, the people were all quick and hard-working, but perhaps due to staffing, table service should be omitted (long waiting times) and it would be better to fill up the serving service with the staff that is still available. I know it personally, so unfortunately you have to concentrate on your performance.

Waited 45 minutes, ordered via app, order probably flew out of the system after 30 minutes. Branch totally overloaded by the motorway, endless queues. Employees work like crazy and do what they can, but the branch is a total failure. You can only get to the parking lot through the drive-in, which doesn't make any sense because it's completely clogged. McDonald's food is what it is, but the infrastructure is a total failure.

It should be zero, waiting 10 minutes, then someone took my order and left.... Then he came back and realized he took the wrong order... They gave it to me and.... Had to go back as kids juice was missing...then had to go back as my salad was missing.... This staff needs training! Disaster service

Really a nice stay, there was a very friendly young gentleman at the counter who I would love to order from every day. And the caramel ice cream sauce is just to die for, especially when it's still warm. 🤎

As usual, everything was ready quickly and delicious. Located directly at the Siebenlehn motorway exit. Great for a short stop and not nearly as expensive as at a rest stop.

There was too much going on. Some food was forgotten and we had to complain. Tables were all greasy and unclean.

We were there after the concert and shortly before closing time. A very nice service. Please set the prices again so that Germans with normal incomes can find their way to you and not something that shouldn't actually be here. But thanks to the Berlin warmongers for everything. 3 out of 4 times absolute fail! First the wrong burger in the bag, the second time I completely forgot a burger and now I forgot the sauce for the 20g nuggets. I'm letting it taste dry now and I'm glad that the people responsible for it aren't standing in some operating room and always forgetting something. So it's better to check the order straight away or drive a few kilometers further to another one. We won't get anything more from there.

Everything here is exactly what you would expect from a McDonalds. No long waiting times, the food is hot and tastes as usual. Fast food is still the order of the day here.

I was actually really looking forward to my meal (especially my Adelholzener apple spritzer) but when I opened it, all of a sudden my table and all of my clothes were in Schwinn, one of the employees must have shaken these Adelholzener, it's a shame that you have to do that to a person . Breakfast was good and expensive

First of all, on the positive side: the food was hot and tasty and was quick. Negative: here McDonalds becomes an experience gastronomy again. It's 2:11 p.m. and there's nothing going on, but I haven't seen such a dirty place in a long time. The Chinese colleague prefers to lean on the ordering counter instead of taking a cloth to clean the tables and the tray trolley. Our order was missing a burger (we only ordered 4) and the coffee was missing a refreshing towel instead of sugar. Oh my God...

It's a tragedy, we go inside and the employee starts throwing everyone out of the restaurant because the cash registers don't work, I don't recommend it, it's not the first time from what I've heard that such things happen here

It was on June 21, 24 around 9:15 p.m. When we came in there wasn't much going on. Still there wasn't a clean table or chair. Crumbs, leftover food, spilled liquids everywhere. I asked an employee at the counter for a cloth, then she came to a double table and asked where we would like to sit. She actually just wiped our table and left. We then cleaned the bench ourselves. I'm not picky, but a mess would have been cleaner that day. We ordered 10 burgers, 5 cokes, 5 large fries. The fries were very good and hot, but unfortunately half of the burgers were too cold (especially in the middle). At 9:40 p.m. we tried 2 filet o fish and 2 chicken burgers. No doubt due to the fact that there was now more crowd, these burgers were still really hot five minutes later.

I was there this morning with a school class. Today's weather: Sun and hot... My request to open at least one parasol outside was rejected due to a severe weather warning ---> This was valid for the evening from 8 p.m.!!!! We were there at 10:30 a.m. 🤬🤬🤬 Just incredibly lazy and cheeky!!! Impossible ....

The burger doesn't fit in your mouth

Once again: long waiting time, dirty and no taste. McDonalds is slowly but surely entering Germany... It's a shame - you could see how things could be different in Slovenia, for example.

The food, which was pretty good, used to wait for me. Today I wait 25 minutes for really bad quality food.... I hardly ever go there anymore....

No water in any of the taps in the toilet, the staff wasn't particularly nice when I asked for a straw. There was a lot of leftover food on the floor. A plus point was the location near the main road.

Total misunderstanding. We arrived before closing time and instead of informing them that it was too late, they didn't grill the meat but fry it in deep fryers and the hamburger looked and tasted like...... It all ended up in the trash. The staff looked at us like our biggest enemies. The only upside is that I will never go into any McDonald's again.

So the first thing we do is go to the terminal and the device showed us that almost everything was not available. You only had a small selection and you couldn't redeem any coupons because there was almost nothing in stock. Then we redeemed a reward coupon for 1000 points for normal nuggets. But veggie nuggets arrived at the table and they didn't taste anything like them. When we wanted to return them, we were bluntly told that we couldn't have ordered normal ones because they didn't have any. However, like all other products, it was not stated in the appointment that it was not in stock and it was clearly stated on the receipt that we had ordered normal nuggets. No points could be refunded and we were fobbed off with two unspectacular MC Flurrys. We don't even want to talk about the cola that ran out of syrup and only tasted like still water. So that was the last time at McDonald's for me!

We deliberately drove there after our Whitsun trip. Then came the huge disappointment. Nuggets were out and the fries were the last ones. Of course our kids didn't think it was so great when they had a happy meal without nuggets. The 2 same burgers were dressed with different sauces... Not that it was bad enough. The employees were still picking on each other... Citizen King one descent further will be happy about such competition. A pity

The McDonald's branch left us with a decent impression during our visit on May 8, 2024 with its acceptable service quality and average atmosphere. Particularly noteworthy is the efficiency of the ordering process, which is usually quick. Nevertheless, there is potential for optimization in terms of waiting times, especially at peak times. The quality of the food corresponds to the standards, although it was not to be expected that you would be surprised with a special culinary delight, but rather that it would be the same uniformity as in every other branch. Overall, the branch is well organized and operations run smoothly. However, there are opportunities for improvement in regular maintenance of the technical devices in order to leave a consistently positive impression. However, since McDonald's itself jokes about the downtime of its McFlurry machines, it is not expected that anything will change in the foreseeable future. In summary, it can be said that the McDonald's branch performs satisfactorily and meets the expectations of an average fast food restaurant branch. We thank you for the appropriate experience and recommend the branch for uncomplicated visits.

I was always happy here. That's why I chose this McDonald's again after a long time. Unfortunately I'm no longer happy here. The terminals are extremely slow. Especially if you register using a coupon. I canceled the order because I didn't want to wait in line for 15 minutes for 2 burgers. At the other terminal without registration it was faster, but still far too slow. Service is great... I forgot the milk with my coffee and there are no more napkins here either. Very disappointing

Good service, lounge area clean and well maintained

Compared to other McDonald's, there's too much wrong with me here. Sometimes raw chicken in the burger, sometimes snails in the salad, sometimes missing parts of a McDrive order that you can only notice at home. But the children like the playground. Addition May 27th: raw chicken for the second time on a Homestyle Crispy Chicken. I don't know what you're doing wrong, but something isn't going right for you. Together with the rude cashier who took my order "if absolutely necessary", I've definitely had enough and she's one less regular customer. A pity.

First of all: the terminal where we wanted to order was extremely slow. Couldn't complete the order either, so we canceled and moved on. The employees who walk through the restaurant don't look particularly friendly and seem quite demotivated.

The food was fine, but the service not so much. We ordered using the kiosk, which was great, but when we received our order one of the two salads was missing. When I went to the counter to ask about the missing salad all employees were very confident that they had put two salads on our tray and did not seem to believe me that it was not there. We did not receive our missing salad - I guess maybe the waiter ate it on his way to our table, or I don't know...very poor customer service.

Service was terrible. They forgot a kids salad and when we asked if they could correct their error they said they definitely gave us the salad and that was it. You better hope they give you the correct food or they'll steal your money.

I haven't experienced such unfriendly and arrogant customer service in a long time. Products are simply given out incorrectly and when asked about it, you get a rude answer from the employee. Service is zero!

The service is unpleasant, you want to order an espresso coffee, they have the machine turned off and they don't want to give it to you, only from the machine and they are disgusting like toilet water. There is dirt in the toilet and the floor is sticky in the restaurant.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's is not prepared for football fans after a game or generally larger groups of people. After the first Dynamo game we stopped and spent 47 minutes in the drive-in because the employees were unfortunately extremely overwhelmed with two large fries and a chicken nugget package of nine. After today's game, the iced tea and other soft drinks were sold out by 4:40 p.m. in the afternoon. I would like more preparation.

A Mc Donalds, as you are used to, everything as usual, food as usual! But the toilets were a real gray! Very unclean! In this case it was the women's room...too bad. To be honest, you have to approach the general public...if everyone left the toilets properly, wouldn't there be such disgusting experiences?! Unfortunately I can't understand it. And the staff probably can't keep up.

So MC Donalds in general is something to break the habit of, lettuce with three thin slices of tomatoes, otherwise just a bit of greens and disgusting stuff Balsamic dressing, MC rib is small and doesn't taste like it did years ago and the price is also a disincentive.

Honestly, there's not much to complain about. The food tasted as you would expect from a good McDonalds. Unfortunately, I still have one complaint: I dropped my straw and it was open and I wanted a new one at the checkout. At the checkout the cashier said to me, “That’s not possible because of the environment.” Personally, I thought that was a bit exaggerated, as getting a second straw used to be a given. So if I could, I wouldn't give the service a star! When I was there recently with my partner, there were very young colleagues in the service. They found it very funny to have to shout and insult each other through the microphone. We constantly let some machine overflow and made fun of it (in the end the overflowed things were thrown away) and the highlight was when these great employees started throwing ice cubes at each other. You should be ashamed of that! Others have nothing to eat! And because of this kindergarten we had to wait almost half an hour, even though it was already very late in the evening and there were no other guests there.

Unfortunately, even though I ate them right away, the fries were soggy and the burger stuck to the paper lid. So that wasn't for the price. I've never had such a bad meal at McDonald's here.

This habit of eating extra breakfast is absurd... even at ten in the morning, at least fries should be available. Worse, there's nothing at breakfast! vegan included. It doesn't work at all.
