Burger King Oak, we actually always liked going there, but what I saw there today was terrible. Maybe it's because of the new staff? In any case, quality has somehow been lost. I have attached a photo of the burgers. Assembled listlessly, hardly any salad left and yes, they were cold too. The fries were extra soft, light and probably all salty. So everything is great, at least for those who expect absolutely nothing. We can probably count ourselves lucky that after first swapping the wrong burger and then adding a missing one, everything ended up in the bag. It's a shame, but at prices that are fundamentally justified, you can expect a little more than the performance delivered. Whether we'll treat ourselves to this "fun" again is anyone's guess.

BurgerKing should urgently rethink its ice cream pricing policy. A King Fusion costs almost €5, but the cup is not only smaller than last year's, but is also only half full. This is not only outrageous, but simply fraudulent. For this price I expect a reasonable portion size - so I won't be buying ice cream here again.

People better check your orders before taking them away. I was expecting six nuggets and got six onion rings... unfortunately I didn't notice until too late

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location today. I’ve had Chicken Wings at many other Burger King restaurants, and they’ve always been great, but here they completely overdid it with the spice! They were extremely spicy—almost impossible to eat. There was no warning about this, and honestly, I don’t understand why the recipe varies so much from one location to another. If you’re used to the regular taste of Burger King’s Chicken Wings, don’t expect the same experience here. A total disappointment!

When I visited again, Burger King was pleasantly empty, which had a positive effect on the waiting time. The dishes were prepared quickly. Particularly noteworthy is the attractive all-you-can-drink offering with a diverse selection of drinks such as Cola, Fanta, Sprite, iced tea and various other varieties. The premises were clean and well maintained; overall a very positive impression.

Nun ja, man bekommt was man erwartet bei einem Fastfood Restaurant. Den Hunger schnell stillen und danach setzt das schlechte Gewissen ein, zumindest ist das bei mir so. Ich weiss wenn ich Bock auf Burger mit Pommes hab, finde ich am Kaufpark Eiche bei Burger King das wo nach das Raubtier in mir brüllt. Da ist Qualität und Gesundes Essen erstmal zweitrangig.

I'm often there with my 3 children. Staff is always friendly and helpful. When it comes to cleanliness, there is still a lot that needs to be improved, e.g. There has been ice leftover in one of the upper cubes in the games area outside for weeks. The play area in the building is always closed. The BK is very busy and yet you don't have to wait long for your order.

How expensive do you want it to be? Sometimes over 9 euros for a burger. The competition does it far better. Vouchers from the Christmas calendar are NOT accepted.

The food is delicious, and the request doesn't take long to arrive.

I think the atmosphere is like a large canteen. The service is a disaster and the food was only lukewarm. Ordered 2 menus. The fries were finished first and then sat on the tablet for what felt like 5 minutes before the burger was added and the full tablet was finally handed to me.

I was in the store last Friday at 7 p.m. I should have left it alone. I put my order in the machine and then the wait started. You understand that when the place is full it takes a while. You can tell that Wallraff hasn't been there for a while! Let's start with the positive things. A very empathetic employee at the counter. Unfortunately that was it. The shop is totally filthy. Tables are not wiped down. On the floor there is a loosely 2m long, now dry, sticky trace of something that must have once been a drink. The floor in the children's area is a real source of danger. The shelf at the drinks machine has stains and has been dry for a while. AND THESE ARE JUST THE THINGS YOU CAN SEE!!! Now the most important thing: the listless employee keeps the salt shaker over the fries so long that they are inedible, definitely not healthy. The nuggets, well what about them? Old? They tasted so bad we had to spit them out. For all these wonderful facts, we paid over €30! Shame on you!!!

I had to wait 25 minutes for two individual burgers... there was no further order before me... I saw that! The burgers in the area where they are kept warm are getting more and more but my order takes a while... you don't expect anything and you're still extremely disappointed.

My husband and I ordered this so-called beef tortilla to take away today, among other things, we specially ordered the one WITHOUT bacon because he is Muslim and what did we get? The one where there is bacon in it, which unfortunately he only noticed when he bit into it because of course you relied on it being bacon-free. An absolute disgrace! I'm super sad and shocked about it now!

FAIL FAIL FAIL!!!!!!! It's kind of standard practice here that people forget to put food in the bag. Why do employees stare at the screen for ages if items are still forgotten? How about scanning every item so no bag comes out beforehand? Sometimes the fries are missing, sometimes the sauces... but this time the bird was shot. A tortilla for over €7 was missing. Very great when you arrive home and half of it is missing. Then I went to the counter and wanted to pick up my part. When I got home I realized it was the wrong cheaper tortilla that wasn't ordered. Incredible! The best thing was, we waited a whopping over 35 minutes for food, a new record. At that time, a real meal would have already been served in a restaurant. To date, there has been no response to my complaint directly to Burger King, so negative on all counts.

The simplest reason why I go often is the free filling from the drinks machine with a cup. The young people in the BK are behaving strangely and have to deal with them by being quiet.

I've never experienced anything like this at a Burger King. I went to this Burger King at 10am on a Sunday after a wedding! So I went to the drive in and ordered a Whopper solo. What can I say, the lady at the counter was super friendly and the Whopper I got looked absolutely nothing like what you normally get at other branches. At first I thought, boy did she accidentally do a double whopper and wanted to drive over to pay more. Then I looked at the thing and no, it was a normal Whopper, only what I got actually looked like the one you see in advertising. It was significantly larger and more voluminous than what you usually get. Long story short, I don't know whether it was the time, I was in a really good mood and everything was perfect or this branch actually sells what is advertised. I'll be back.
