Unfortunately, things are getting worse there. The tables are not wiped down. The staff tries hard but is often overwhelmed.

Waited 20 minutes for the food that has nothing to do with fast food!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Use more workers!!!!!!!!

Saw it by chance and walked in. Very attentive MA who brought our special requests to the shady outside area with napkins, cutlery and great garnishes.

Since I go to Burger King every few years, I recently realized that ordering and paying is not my thing (i.e. the whole system). The menu navigation made me so excited that I was about to leave. Citizens have also become very expensive.

Drive IN, so far we've always gotten everything we ordered.

Mediocre It's pretty busy on the weekend and the employees rarely come to wipe the table so the customer has to do it himself xD

I would like to give 0 points for service. Something is always missing. With a large order, it is not so easy to check whether everything is actually included. We as customers are not responsible for this, you are! So please make sure that everything is complete. I had 12 burgers, 12 fries, 5 nuggets and 12 cokes. Not even half was there! YOU COULD REALLY BURST!!!!

I've had several times now where my order was wrong or sometimes even something was missing.

The burgers for 10 are a joke and should be banned in this form...

Do not deliver to Louis-Lewin-Str. 5 minutes by car. How can something like that be in this day and age? Simply wrong.

Cold burger, got 1 new one after giving notice, it was lukewarm... I'm still waiting for the other burger. When the burger came after a long wait, it was carelessly thrown into the package... I complained and gave the "food" back. I asked for my money and got it, as an explanation or apology I got a "Yes, it's ok now..." It's sad what this restaurant has become, I'm a chef myself and can do a lot, but something like that just isn't possible, charging prices like that and cold burgers and zero service. It's a shame that there are no minus stars and honestly, the 5 star reviews read like I bought it.

I am extremely disappointed, no matter when you order it is never complete! There's always something missing, I've just thrown almost 10 euros out of the window because my food isn't even complete, that's really a disgrace and I'm not complaining because it's happening for the first time, no, it's happening for the 30th time, like that This has happened so many times that I can't even count anymore. Once again no complete order via Drive was made 3 times in 1/2 years. Never this Burger King again. Thank you, my children had neither the chicken nuggets nor the wings and the fan package was therefore not worth 19.99. Anyone who stops there MUST take the time to check everything on site otherwise they will be deducted!!!!!!!

The Burger King Eiche at Landsberger Chaussee 15, 16356 Ahrensfelde completely convinced me with its excellent service and delicious offerings. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the order was processed quickly and correctly. The quality of the food was excellent, the burgers were freshly prepared and very tasty. The cleanliness in the restaurant was exemplary. Overall, an all-round successful experience that I would happily rate with 5 stars. I will definitely come back!

I had dinner at Burger King in Eiche on Saturday evening after a long drive. The store was crowded and dirty, so I decided to take the food with me. I had the number 421 and had to wait well over 20 minutes for my food. When I finally got my food, my daughter and I asked why it took so long. The service employee explained behind closed doors that his fries had been stolen from his tray and he had to make new ones. I was so annoyed that I wanted to speak to the boss. The boss who was working at the neighboring checkout noticed this and wanted to offer me a milkshake, which I politely declined. If I wanted it, I would be able to buy it. I would have found it better to get information in advance after the employee knew that number 421 would have to wait longer. Since it has often occurred to me in the past that part of the order was missing, I checked my bag and lo and behold, some of the sauces were missing. Great experience!!! Thanks … By the way, the burgers were cold.

A little better than Eastgate. Anyway not recommendable...

The food there was better than at Eastgate...but one item in my order wasn't included in the bag. Basically almost exactly like Eastgate 🤷‍♂️

Orders that came after us and were even larger were even completed before our 4 standard items. So you actually had to wait almost 30 minutes.

One of the few Burger King's that accepts American Express credit cards. It's just a shame that Burger King are out of the Payback points system without warning.

Unfortunately, the quality of this branch has declined significantly recently. I am very disappointed as I used to enjoy eating there. The burgers have become more and more expensive and no longer taste as intense as they used to. The bacon on each burger was totally flaky and didn't taste good. Every crispy cheese burger had no sauce on it. Some of the nuggets were still flaky. The new Selection range tastes like any other burger in the range. I regret that this will probably be my last visit to Burger King.

One of my favorite Burger King stores, always friendly staff… You get food quicker than in other Burger King stores… modern drinks, tap system… Mostly clean and tidy… I really enjoy being here, respect to the restaurant management and the entire team and best regards

98% of the time we drive up to take the food with us. Everything is always very hot, fresh and delicious. The employees have always been very nice and friendly, even late in the evening.

The cheeseburger tastes better here than at MC..... 😱

The fries were a mess. Probably the rest of the bag. And then, as always, tables not wiped down, tablet returns full to the roof. There is trash everywhere... There are better branches.......🫤

It's a normal civil war I didn't see any special features that separate it from other Burger King, the food was tasty as expected and the staff was friendly too

Most Burger Kings end up being 2,5/3 star experiences, but this one was decidedly worse than average. Wasn't really clean, not a nice atmosphere inside, and a medium milkshake that was likely the most mediocre one I've had in a couple of years costs €4,29 nowadays. Perhaps I should stop going to these places, they disappoint every time.

For a quick snack, super tasty. Very clean, nice friendly staff. I can only recommend.

All prices have risen sharply and the junior meals now cost well over 5 euros. You can't afford everything anymore. It's a shame, but the restaurant is no longer worth visiting.

The burgers could be really tasty... but I don't understand why the burger buns at Burger King are always so dry. That is not how it works. Mess up the whole burger and I'll be in a bad mood. That's what makes McDonald's better. A burger needs to be juicy and not dry.

Nice ambience, simple food, Cola machine to create your drink. Service is one point less because when you want to pick up the number is on the monitor ready for pick up but the food isn't ready yet.

Well, everything is great, just not enough space. Of course, such establishments shouldn’t have huge halls, but there were 5 of us and it was a bit cramped. The outlet for the establishment is a summer terrace. Looks like they started building. No complaints about food and service. You can go)

I was there early on a Saturday evening. Despite it being full, the employees were very nice. There is also a Cola mixing machine where you can drink various types. Such as. Spirit cherry.

Basically Burger King standard. But underneath it all: the 4 out of 5 order is not okay. Sometimes something is missing, sometimes the order takes a long time, sometimes the entire order is wrong. Unfortunately very bad. They are friendly for it.

We came in by chance in the evening, there were 15 minutes left before closing, but we were given a full order. Good atmosphere, friendly guys at the counter. We liked it and will come back more often.

The staff was very friendly. The guests were rude and loud.

So this is a pleasant branch that also has a really nice atmosphere, new look, you can fill the drinks yourself and refill them 😁...so we'll be happy to come back, the service was also great, it was clean and deliciously fresh 👍🏻

Every time I gave Burger King another chance I was disappointed again. Every time they forgot to put a citizen in! After the 5th time I was fed up.

For the fourth time in a row something is missing from the order. The food also looked as if it had had several accidents on the way to the bag. Not even the cheese on the burgers was warm. There were no fried onions on the Danish King either. And that evening when we were the only customers at the drive in. And if the message comes to check the order, it should be noted that I order, pay and then as a customer I expect to receive this paid order. Handing over the paid goods to the customer should be the lowest level of quality management.

We stood at the drive-thru for an incredible 30 minutes and then had the wrong contents. Incredibly disorganized. 1 employee accepts the orders, collects the cash and also packs up the order. I'd rather go to McDonald's.Sorry.

Here we still work in a down-to-earth manner, slowly, calmly and prudently. For a fast food restaurant there is half food but almost zero.

We don't go there often, but when we do, there's always a missing burger or the wrong one. Same yesterday. The Long Chicken was missing and two were incorrectly wrapped. We checked immediately after receiving the bags. Unfortunately we just counted and didn't unpack everything. So it wasn't until we got home that we realized we had two wrong burgers in the bag. Of course it's stupid if you don't live around the corner. And as I wrote above, it wasn't the first time. Is there a system behind it? My two fake burgers were cheaper than the ones I actually ordered.

Now it's happened again. They just can't get an order out completely. There is ALWAYS something missing. This time another expensive burger. That can't be true!! This is really where the suspicion of targeted fraud comes in!! I usually check it straight away. Not yesterday as it was extremely busy and there was no room to unpack my order and check if they were doing their job properly. Really sickening!!

And gastrointestinal again! This is no coincidence - preparing it requires first of all GLOVES like Subway. Dirt stable

Ein guter BK. Aber: Immer wieder werden 1-2 alte Onion Rings untergemischt.

Essen ist wie üblich . Ist eben ne Fastfood Kette. Was gar nicht geht, ist die Sauberkeit. Auch in einem Schnellrestaurant sollte darauf geachtet werden, daß die Tische sauber sind und das dee Boden gesäubert wird wenn was rumliegt. Das ist bei McDonalds definitiv besser .

Achtung, betrügerisches Schema. Bei dieser Adresse bin ich immer wieder auf die systematische Täuschung von Klienten unter Führung ihres Vorgesetzten gestoßen. Der Trick besteht darin, dass die zum Mitnehmen verpackten Artikel in der Regel nicht vom Käufer überprüft werden, sodass das Restaurantpersonal „vergisst“, einige Artikel in die Bestellung aufzunehmen, und Sie auch nicht darüber informiert, dass Sie die Gläser selbst füllen müssen. Infolgedessen geht der Kunde und stellt nach 30-50 km fest, dass er getäuscht wurde und es keine Möglichkeit gibt, zurückzukehren. Heute war ich dort und habe mit dem Manager gesprochen, ihm die Quittung gezeigt, aber es war klar, dass er genervt war und die Möglichkeit, die Getränke abzuholen, verweigerte. Als ich sagte, dass ich eine Inspektion einleiten würde, hatte er große Angst, denn es schien, als stünde er mit seinen Untergebenen unter einer Decke. Updated: Lassen Sie sich Recht geben, aber seien Sie sich bewusst, dass Sie 20 Euro betrogen und mich provoziert haben, deren Magen kürzlich aufgrund von Krebs entfernt wurde und die möglicherweise nicht mehr viel Zeit zum Leben hat. Gutes Personal und schnelle Beratung und Bedienung

Jedes mal fehlen SachenJedes Mal fehlen Sachen. Selbst auf Nachfrage, ob alles drin sei und mehrfacher Überprüfung durch die Mitarbeiter. Man muss jede Tüte öffnen und sämtlichen Inhalt bis auf das Detail auspacken, um sich sicher zu sein, dass alles da ist. Wenn der Rest dann zumindest stimmen würde, dann wäre es ja noch fast akzeptabel, aber auch beim restlichem Essen unterlaufen extrem viele Fehler. Falsche Dips, Beilagen fehlen kontinulerlich oder werden mit iregndwas ausgetauscht was man nicht mal ansatzweise bestellt hat, zumindest sind die Burger meist richtig. Alles in allem bei mehereren Besuchen bisher viel Frust bekommen und sinnlos viel Geld an fehlenden oder falschem Essen liegen lassen.

Was erwartet man von einem Fast Food Restaurant? Es soll schnell gehen und satt machen. Die Burger waren vollkommen in Ordnung, nix besonders haben aber satt gemacht. Was allerdings zu bemängeln war, war die Sauberkeit der Tische. Zwischendurch mal die Tische abwischen wäre schon toll aber das ist eben typisch Burger King und McDonald.
