An sich ein guter Burger King, aber Klimaanlage ist für diesen Burger King ein Fremdwort, es war richtig unangenehm von der Wärme

Essen war super aber 30mim warten für nen fast food Burger. Ich tut mir das nicht mehr an. Das war der letzte Besuch, gehe ich lieber ins Restaurant dauert genauso lange.

Alles seit Jahren in Ordnung dort 👍

Fast Food Restaurant, mit Parkplätzen vor der Tür, man kann drin und draussen sitzen und essen . Eine Toilette gibt es auch . Ichag es nicht an den großen Tafel zu bestellen!!!!

Ein guter Ort für einen schnellen Imbiss. Außerdem gibt es einen ansprechenden Außenbereich und es liegt direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum, was sehr praktisch ist.

Das Essen ist Burger King Standart nur fehlte leider wieder ein Burger obwohl jetzt schon mit Zähletiketten gearbeitet wird. Z.b. 1von3, 2von3 usw. Blöd ist nur das immer ausgerechnet der teuerste Burger fehlt. Wir haben heute für über 60 Euro bestellt und bezahlt und Ware im Verkaufswert von unter 50 Euro bekommen. Dies war jetzt natürlich unser letzter Besuch bei BK in Eiche. Allen Kunden die zum mitnehmen bestellen kann ich nur raten alles zu kontrollieren ansonsten gibts Zuhause lange Gesichter.

Wartezeit teilweise lange. Am Drive-In schneller. Komme trotzdem gerne hierher.

Hatte mir mal hier vor einiger Zeit einen Erdbeershake geholt. Nicht mal an der Bushaltestelle angekommen, habe ich mir fast in die Hose gemacht. Als ich dann Zuhause angekommen bin und endlich auf die Toilette konnte, da habe ich beim Großmachen das ganze Haus zusammengebrüllt.

Wir haben planten based Long Nugget Burger bestellt und daraufhin wurden wir gefragt, ob wir veganen Käse drauf haben wollen. Wir waren ganz verwundert, weil das noch nie so war. Wir haben dann mehrmals gefragt, ob der wirklich vegan ist und uns wurde versichert, dass der Käse jetzt seit langer Zeit vegan ist. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns dann nochmal gesagt, dass er die Info vom Chef hat und das auf jeden Fall stimmt. Wir haben dann gleich gegoogelt und die KI gefragt und überall steht, dass die Patties plantbased sind der Käse aber mit Kuhmilch. Dies haben wir dem Verkäufer auch mitgeteilt, er hat trotzdem darauf bestanden, dass der Käse zu 100% vegan ist, und immer wieder versichert, dass sein Chef das auch so bestätigt hat. Nach weiterer Recherche ist der Käse natürlich nicht vegan, weder auf der Internetseite noch in den Produktbeschreibungen gibt es etwas über veganen Käse. Überall ist Kuhmilch enthalten. Sowas geht leider wirklich gar nicht, wer weiß wie viele sich schon auf diese Aussage verlassen haben..

Heute war es in dem Laden sehr ruhig. Ist eine etwas in die Jahre gekommene Filiale, die aber über die neuste Technik verfügt. Die Burger waren tatsächlich ein bisschen besser als erwartet. Preislich isses natürlich recht happig.

Gut gelegenes und modernes Burger King. Sauber & frische Gerichte, alles okay.

Wie zu meiner Kindheit nur alles in neu und die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich.

Leider braucht das Personal manchmal zu lange und auch grade bei vollem Laden dauert es noch etwas länger. Sonst super freundlich. Leider kein Spielplatz draußen mehr, echt schade.

Das Getränk schmeckt nach nichts. Ich weiß nicht, welche Einstellung die Maschine hat, aber es ist wirklich ekelhaft

Wer errät welcher Baby-Burger auf dem Foto abgebildet ist? Liebe oder Leidenschaft kann man in den Burgern nicht finden. Wir hatten zwei Babyburger und alle sechs sahen so aus. Michael Douglas darf dort nicht an einem schlechten Tag Essen gehen. 😱Fingerfood ist lecker.

Du bekommst sehr gutes Essen und praktisch unbegrenzte Getränke. Perfekt. Meine Freunde und ich lieben es. Artiom liebt es auch.

Nirgendwo in ganz Berlin findet man einen besseren Ort für leckere Burger, saftige Chicken Wings und fantastische Whopper.

Also es war sehr laut und voll das Essen ist sehr sehr Hard und fast nicht kaubar alle Burger schmecken nicht nach frisch und sehen auch nicht frisch auch aber ein Stern gebe ich weil es meine Katze schmeckt sonnst komme ich nicht mehr zu ihnen

Leider der schlechteste BK weit und breit. Unsauber , Freundlichkeit nicht vorhanden. Dann bekommst ein falschen Burger und dann geben die dir die Schuld.

Bürger sind nicht so groß wie in der Werbung, schmeckt aber trotzdem

Grundsätzlich ist der Laden in Ordnung. Die Getränkeautomaten sind gut. Personal ist freundlich und relativ schnell. Man muss aber immer kontrollieren, es wird praktisch ständig etwas vergessen. Selbst bei den Chicken Tenders wurde der "XXL Dip" vergessen, er kostet extra. Daher immer kontrollieren oder ärgern.

Habe heute gegen 13:50 Uhr einen Plant-Based Wrap bestellt und erst während des Essens festgestellt, dass Fleisch enthalten war. Da der Wrap geschlossen serviert wurde, war das vorher nicht erkennbar. Sehr belastend, wenn man bewusst kein Fleisch isst. Der Mitarbeiter reagierte nur mit „falsch gemacht“ – keine richtige Entschuldigung oder Verständnis. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel.

Is halt n Burgerking. Manchmal hast du richtig netten Kundenservice und manchmal halt Menschen, die die einfachste Bestellung falsch eingegeben. Was ganz cool ist, ist dass Burgerking so viele Vegetarische Burger hat.

Ein hervorragender Service! Das Team ist extrem aufmerksam und hat wirklich auf jedes Detail geachtet. Besonders toll fand ich, dass der Manager persönlich geholfen hat, meine Bestellung perfekt aufzunehmen. So wünscht man sich das! Vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung 🙏

Leider schmeckt das Essen überhaupt nicht mehr. Pommes wie Pappe

Das Essen war bisher immer gut, Family happy. Jedoch muss man immer bei Mitnahme kontrollieren ob alles drin ist (Soßen fehlen fast immer, Burger falsch etikettiert), sehr lästig. Die Toiletten dort sollte man öfter auf Sauberkeit kontrollieren, leider gibt es genug Menschen die solche Örtlichkeiten verschmutzen, da kann einem der Appetit vergehen.

Alles frisch und wie bestellt zubereitet.

Wie schwer kann es sein, Vanille von Erdbeere zu unterscheiden? Und als ich um einen anderen Milchshake bat, bestanden sie darauf, dass es Erdbeere sei. Wenn das Absicht ist, dann ist das der leckerste Vanille-Milchshake, der als Erdbeere verkauft wird. Er hat nicht einmal die Farbe einer Erdbeere. Ansonsten sollten die Mitarbeiter dringend eine Schulung besuchen und die Grundlagen auffrischen.

Ich finde von allen Burger King Filialen, diese am besten. Sie nach dem Umbau sehr ordentlich und super aus. Das Personal ist auch immer sehr freundlich.

Hygienisch mangelhaft. In der Filiale wurde komplett auf das verwenden von Handschuhen verzichtet. Da man gut in die Küche schauen kann, hat man alles gesehen. Ich glaube nicht das dies den Hygieneregeln, den Burger King unterliegt, entspricht!!! Ich würde vermeiden dieses Lokal aufzusuchen

Super freundliches Personal. Ich bin gerne hier. Mach dem Umbau sieht der Laden echt schön aus, hat sich gelohnt.

Always delicious and short distances for us

I picked up food an hour ago and paid for extra cheese, but it wasn't put on the plate twice. It's not the first time I've paid for extras but haven't received them. Very annoying; we won't be getting food from there again. You don't unpack everything on the spot to check if you order takeout.

I've rarely experienced such good quality and such fast service at Burger King! The burgers are very well-topped and really fresh. Absolutely top-notch for a fast food restaurant! Other restaurants could learn a thing or two from this.

Plenty of shops to go shopping. From Kaufland and Mediamarkt to numerous clothing chains, shoe stores, and much more...

I can't recommend this place. The food is only lukewarm, the fries aren't tasty. And the cleanliness, despite adequate staffing, is terrible. Not one table was clean, despite a total of five customers! It's a shame, it used to be much better.

Unfriendly, unmotivated employees. Food clapped together carelessly. A train station hall is more comfortable.

The food is always truly delicious, and the staff are very friendly. The restrooms, however, definitely need to be cleaned more often.

That's not how you treat customers. No receipt roll in the ordering machine. No receipt at the cash register, and no receipt pad in the office. The boss on duty on August 10, 2025 (afternoon) pretends to be ignorant. In the end, there's no receipt for the office and no proof for his own boss.

We sent the kids to get burgers – the receipt said three, and there were two in the bag. Whether that was carelessness or the customer relied on the kids not to count – it's hard to say. The fact is: This kind of thing seems like deliberate fraud. Checking your order is standard practice, especially when children are shopping. Not checking is a betrayal of trust. A truly bitter aftertaste. Such a shame.

Well, the quality of the food at Burger King is unfortunately not that great overall. But this restaurant was no different.

I ordered food from there via Lieferando. Everything was great as always. But the delivery was excellent. Unfortunately, I'm a bit mobility-challenged at the moment and it's taking a while. The lovely Ms. Ebert (I hope I spelled that right) was incredibly nice and didn't let it get to her. So friendly even though she had to wait (she even called me). They shouldn't let such great and friendly staff go! I'm so impressed with her!! Thank you for your understanding! Always a smile on her face! THANK YOU!!

The shop is good but the doors to the men's restroom do not lock

Either they were having a bad day, or I don't know... but first impressions count, and it was a bad one. There was no sauce on the burgers, and the cashier didn't really understand us either.

As always, Burger King impressed with fast service and delicious products. My order arrived complete and piping hot. The staff was friendly, and the cleanliness was also very good. Definitely recommended for fast food lovers.

We've eaten here several times; they even have a play area and slide for kids, which was great for us. Sometimes it's not 100% clean, but that can happen. The men's restroom, however, needs some improvement. The staff is friendly, and I've always gotten what I ordered. I'd be happy to come back.

It depends on which employee you find. Sometimes you get a discount that the employees themselves don't even know about. I once paid twenty cents for a meal. With a bit of luck, it happens more often. Otherwise, other Burger King restaurants do the same.

Very good Burger King, can get very crowded on certain weekdays. But when it's empty, everything's great.

Great food, friendly staff, a place made with love – everything is wonderful. BUT: In the summer? No air conditioning, but a tropical climate for free! The burgers could have taken a break outside – cooked thoroughly on the metal table. I'm sweating more than the meat on the grill.

When eating takeaway, things are often missing.

My wife visited this Burger King branch on Friday, June 13, 2025, at around 10:00 PM and had a very unpleasant experience. She bought food for herself and our young daughter for approximately €30. When she tried to fill our daughter's water bottle at the beverage station, an employee who had just cleaned the dining area and emptied the trash became loud and rude and said that this was not allowed. The manager also confirmed this – is it really not allowed to give water to a small child? Furthermore, this employee's demeanor was very distant and unpleasant. The way she looked at our daughter, in particular, struck my wife as very unfriendly and cold. There was a complete lack of friendliness and respect. I hope management takes such feedback seriously. As long as this behavior continues, we will not visit this branch again.

Nice staff, but the location is sometimes dirty. They often forget to add mayo or ketchup to your order, and it's generally quite busy during peak hours. Unfortunately, it also smells very strongly of old grease (outside). Which is also the reason why I won't be going there again. The smell can be smelled for a good 20 meters, and it's persistent. It's a shame, really. I used to enjoy going there for a burger.

No food ordering except through Lieferando, which incurs an additional charge. Unfriendly on the phone... I used to have good experiences, but since I've been trying to order directly for seven days, no way. I'll avoid the restaurant because of the unfriendly phone service. I'd rather go to McDonald's or Dominos... I'm sorry, but you used to be really friendly and good...

I was extremely hungry on the way home from work and thought I'd treat myself to something from Burger King. Unfortunately my order was mixed up, which in itself wouldn't have been a problem. My hunger would still have been satisfied because half of the order was bacon (apart from the fries and nuggets). It's no use to me because I don't eat pork and I don't like it. So I'm throwing away two burgers and I'm still hungry. Next time I'll be a bit more qualified behind the counter or, if necessary, concentrate on my work. My mood is of course also appropriate. I've just ordered €15 for fries and nuggets. You can be happy that I live further away, otherwise I would have come back for sure.

Unfortunately, the wrong burgers were delivered to us with our previous order. After we informed us by telephone, the delivery was made later. Today we wanted to order again, but every order is canceled by the system. Employees on site then said it was because we had complained about the last order and this branch no longer wanted to deliver to us!? Are you serious?? YOU make a mistake and that's why we will NOT be supplied anymore?? This is disgusting!

Good food and fast service, the view of the main street and the resulting noise are a bit off-putting but otherwise a really good experience.

I was at the drive on April 26, 2025 at around 8 p.m., I ordered two double cheeses, only got one and that as a normal cheese with bacon.. The employee needed 10 attempts to understand the code for a cola and enter it correctly, then asked what kind of cola, Cola Fanta Sprite.. Cola is COLA!! At the top there was mayo, for what please?? Sry, but not charging for a burger is okay, but packing the wrong one isn't possible!! If I hadn't already been too far gone, I would have gone back and made a fuss!! This is a rip off!!! Never again BK in oak!!

Eating is one way or another, depends on the time of day. Otherwise, the restaurant has improved over the years, products are fresher - the only drawback is the drinks filling, a lot of water and a lot of syrup

5-6 employees were there, and jokes are endlessly running 🏃‍♂️. They took 26 minutes to prepare 1 burger and cheese nuggets. Otherwise, food was good. Only the issue is the timing of them.

Stop Burger King. You always get the impression that there aren't enough staff at the Fast Frut restaurants. Because the tables are often dingy.

Yesterday I was at BK again for a long time. At first I wasn't given enough change. Anything can happen to people. The burgers weren't good! Soggy, salad not fresh. Tables were also dirty and sticky. But the worst came a good 2 hours later. My wife had stomach cramps and nausea and I couldn't get off the toilet half the night. And all for a relaxed €36👍

The walls and doors in the toilet are still dirty. Addendum: The Cola no longer tastes like Cola and the Fanta no longer tastes like Fanta. Why is a mystery to me, because in other branches everything tastes the same as always. The burger was supposed to be plant based, but tasted like the usual one. The fries had almost no salt. Now our patience is running out. We will no longer be customers there in the future. This branch has repeatedly attracted negative attention in recent years.

Staff is nice and friendly. The cleanliness of the dining area could be given more attention and the tables could be wiped down more often. But if you let us know, it will be done straight away ✌️

Better than in Lichtenberg Landsberger/Storkower near Landsberger Allee train station! You'll feel sick there if you've briefly seen the toilet. Oak is clean and staff is sufficient and friendly. Food as you would expect from fast food

I was at this Burger King an hour ago. I made a takeaway order because I didn't have time. I arrive home.... and what can I say, the fries sauce and a burger were missing..... without words......
