Always very satisfied so far! The burgers are always hot and even special requests are easily accommodated. The drive-through service is also impressive - ordering is processed quickly and friendly, so there is hardly any waiting time. Many thanks to the team for the consistently good quality and fast service!

Standard BK. The service impresses with its speed. Seem to have a good team. Feel free to come, even if the shop seems bleak.

Unfortunately, it was not tidy when we visited, and there were spilled drinks on the floor everywhere. Unfortunately, our take-away order was missing fries, which we didn't notice until too late. The staff seems to be disinterested in the job; we can't explain why this happens any other way. There will probably only be a next time in an emergency...

We used the drive-thru. The food was ok, as was the service itself, but the chili cheese nuggets and sauces were missing. Unfortunately we only noticed this when we got home. Too bad.

Do not deliver to Louis-Lewin-Str. 5 minutes by car. How can something like that be in this day and age? Simply wrong. Addendum: Over 20 minutes waiting time for a fast food order. Unfortunately not recommended. 👎

I had to wait 25 minutes for two individual burgers... there was no further order before me... I saw that! The burgers in the area where they are kept warm are getting more and more but my order takes a while... you don't expect anything and you're still extremely disappointed.

Some things that are too cold need to be cleaned more and the toilet is very dirty.

My husband and I ordered this so-called beef tortilla to take away today, among other things, we specially ordered the one WITHOUT bacon because he is Muslim and what did we get? The one where there is bacon in it, which unfortunately he only noticed when he bit into it because of course you relied on it being bacon-free. An absolute disgrace! I'm super sad and shocked about it now!

I recommend this restaurant. Drinks can be taken away up to 3 times free of charge.

FAIL FAIL FAIL!!!!!!! It's kind of standard practice here that people forget to put food in the bag. Why do employees stare at the screen for ages if items are still forgotten? How about scanning every item so no bag comes out beforehand? Sometimes the fries are missing, sometimes the sauces... but this time the bird was shot. A tortilla for over €7 was missing. Very great when you arrive home and half of it is missing. Then I went to the counter and wanted to pick up my part. When I got home I realized it was the wrong cheaper tortilla that wasn't ordered. Incredible! The best thing was, we waited a whopping over 35 minutes for food, a new record. At that time, a real meal would have already been served in a restaurant. To date, there has been no response to my complaint directly to Burger King, so negative on all counts.

The simplest reason why I go often is the free filling from the drinks machine with a cup. The young people in the BK are behaving strangely and have to deal with them by being quiet.

I feel so sorry for the employees. It's 30 degrees, the store has no air conditioning and the employees are so pale as if they were all about to pass out one after the other. There should at least be air conditioning, but that shows how important the health of your employees is to you :'D

I haven't seen such disgusting toilets in my life for a long time. They should really send the health department there and have the place closed straight away for hygiene reasons

I've never experienced anything like this at a Burger King. I went to this Burger King at 10am on a Sunday after a wedding! So I went to the drive in and ordered a Whopper solo. What can I say, the lady at the counter was super friendly and the Whopper I got looked absolutely nothing like what you normally get at other branches. At first I thought, boy did she accidentally do a double whopper and wanted to drive over to pay more. Then I looked at the thing and no, it was a normal Whopper, only what I got actually looked like the one you see in advertising. It was significantly larger and more voluminous than what you usually get. Long story short, I don't know whether it was the time, I was in a really good mood and everything was perfect or this branch actually sells what is advertised. I'll be back.

Some things are missing in every third order. Just super annoying.

Ordering took a good 25 minutes, the long waiting time was laughed off by the employee. They tried to keep the restaurant clean, which was moderately successful. Tables were at least wiped down. All in all a mediocre result, you should avoid it at the beginning of the month.

Staff not that friendly Annoyed and stressed Food used to be better

Food was okay, cleanliness was okay too. It could only have been a snapshot, but as Germans we were rather exotic there. You didn't feel like you were in Brandenburg, but rather like you were in Neukölln.

Been waiting for 1 hour and 35 minutes for the food I ordered via the Burger King app This has nothing to do with fast food anymore (Ordered Wednesday 5:30 p.m.)

Unfortunately, things are getting worse there. The tables are not wiped down. The staff tries hard but is often overwhelmed.

Saw it by chance and walked in. Very attentive MA who brought our special requests to the shady outside area with napkins, cutlery and great garnishes.

Basically like most Burger King. Cleanliness is fine.

Since I go to Burger King every few years, I recently realized that ordering and paying is not my thing (i.e. the whole system). The menu navigation made me so excited that I was about to leave. Citizens have also become very expensive.

Drive IN, so far we've always gotten everything we ordered.

Mediocre It's pretty busy on the weekend and the employees rarely come to wipe the table so the customer has to do it himself xD

I would like to give 0 points for service. Something is always missing. With a large order, it is not so easy to check whether everything is actually included. We as customers are not responsible for this, you are! So please make sure that everything is complete. I had 12 burgers, 12 fries, 5 nuggets and 12 cokes. Not even half was there! YOU COULD REALLY BURST!!!!

I've had several times now where my order was wrong or sometimes even something was missing.

The burgers for 10 are a joke and should be banned in this form...

Cold burger, got 1 new one after giving notice, it was lukewarm... I'm still waiting for the other burger. When the burger came after a long wait, it was carelessly thrown into the package... I complained and gave the "food" back. I asked for my money and got it, as an explanation or apology I got a "Yes, it's ok now..." It's sad what this restaurant has become, I'm a chef myself and can do a lot, but something like that just isn't possible, charging prices like that and cold burgers and zero service. It's a shame that there are no minus stars and honestly, the 5 star reviews read like I bought it.

I am extremely disappointed, no matter when you order it is never complete! There's always something missing, I've just thrown almost 10 euros out of the window because my food isn't even complete, that's really a disgrace and I'm not complaining because it's happening for the first time, no, it's happening for the 30th time, like that This has happened so many times that I can't even count anymore. Once again no complete order via Drive was made 3 times in 1/2 years. Never this Burger King again. Thank you, my children had neither the chicken nuggets nor the wings and the fan package was therefore not worth 19.99. Anyone who stops there MUST take the time to check everything on site otherwise they will be deducted!!!!!!!

The Burger King Eiche at Landsberger Chaussee 15, 16356 Ahrensfelde completely convinced me with its excellent service and delicious offerings. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the order was processed quickly and correctly. The quality of the food was excellent, the burgers were freshly prepared and very tasty. The cleanliness in the restaurant was exemplary. Overall, an all-round successful experience that I would happily rate with 5 stars. I will definitely come back!

It was very good today I was with my best friend and we sent two Chris Beats, got burgers and the employees were very friendly and then they told us a joke and that was very funny

I had dinner at Burger King in Eiche on Saturday evening after a long drive. The store was crowded and dirty, so I decided to take the food with me. I had the number 421 and had to wait well over 20 minutes for my food. When I finally got my food, my daughter and I asked why it took so long. The service employee explained behind closed doors that his fries had been stolen from his tray and he had to make new ones. I was so annoyed that I wanted to speak to the boss. The boss who was working at the neighboring checkout noticed this and wanted to offer me a milkshake, which I politely declined. If I wanted it, I would be able to buy it. I would have found it better to get information in advance after the employee knew that number 421 would have to wait longer. Since it has often occurred to me in the past that part of the order was missing, I checked my bag and lo and behold, some of the sauces were missing. Great experience!!! Thanks … By the way, the burgers were cold.

Very chilling, fast service and fresh food and I've been going to this BK for years after school but still after my school days I go there less often but I can always suggest it 🍟👌

Orders that came after us and were even larger were even completed before our 4 standard items. So you actually had to wait almost 30 minutes.

The food there was better than at Eastgate...but one item in my order wasn't included in the bag. Basically almost exactly like Eastgate 🤷‍♂️

One of the few Burger King's that accepts American Express credit cards. It's just a shame that Burger King are out of the Payback points system without warning.

Unfortunately, the quality of this branch has declined significantly recently. I am very disappointed as I used to enjoy eating there. The burgers have become more and more expensive and no longer taste as intense as they used to. The bacon on each burger was totally flaky and didn't taste good. Every crispy cheese burger had no sauce on it. Some of the nuggets were still flaky. The new Selection range tastes like any other burger in the range. I regret that this will probably be my last visit to Burger King.

My first and only experience at this Burger King on June 3rd, 2024: food poisoning!

One of my favorite Burger King stores, always friendly staff… You get food quicker than in other Burger King stores… modern drinks, tap system… Mostly clean and tidy… I really enjoy being here, respect to the restaurant management and the entire team and best regards

98% of the time we drive up to take the food with us. Everything is always very hot, fresh and delicious. The employees have always been very nice and friendly, even late in the evening.

The cheeseburger tastes better here than at MC..... 😱

The fries were a mess. Probably the rest of the bag. And then, as always, tables not wiped down, tablet returns full to the roof. There is trash everywhere... There are better branches.......🫤

It's a normal civil war I didn't see any special features that separate it from other Burger King, the food was tasty as expected and the staff was friendly too

An ideal place for a quick snack.

Most Burger Kings end up being 2,5/3 star experiences, but this one was decidedly worse than average. Wasn't really clean, not a nice atmosphere inside, and a medium milkshake that was likely the most mediocre one I've had in a couple of years costs €4,29 nowadays. Perhaps I should stop going to these places, they disappoint every time.

All prices have risen sharply and the junior meals now cost well over 5 euros. You can't afford everything anymore. It's a shame, but the restaurant is no longer worth visiting.

The burgers could be really tasty... but I don't understand why the burger buns at Burger King are always so dry. That is not how it works. Mess up the whole burger and I'll be in a bad mood. That's what makes McDonald's better. A burger needs to be juicy and not dry.

Nice ambience, simple food, Cola machine to create your drink. Service is one point less because when you want to pick up the number is on the monitor ready for pick up but the food isn't ready yet.

I was there early on a Saturday evening. Despite it being full, the employees were very nice. There is also a Cola mixing machine where you can drink various types. Such as. Spirit cherry.

Basically Burger King standard. But underneath it all: the 4 out of 5 order is not okay. Sometimes something is missing, sometimes the order takes a long time, sometimes the entire order is wrong. Unfortunately very bad. They are friendly for it.

We came in by chance in the evening, there were 15 minutes left before closing, but we were given a full order. Good atmosphere, friendly guys at the counter. We liked it and will come back more often.
