how can it even be called "fast-food" when you wait 20 minutes for someone to put two burgers and a sprite in a paper bag. Like you just have to take it and put in the bag. It just ruined my bike ride, i regret stopping there but I was extremely thirsty. Despite being in a rural area, this is slower than any big city mc donalds. never again mc donalds.

The ambience is of course not like a 3 star restaurant, so what should you compare it to? It's hectic, a bit noisy because the display didn't work and every order was called verbally, but all in all it's a "normal" McDonald's where it tastes like a McDonald's. The employees were through with my order within 10 minutes, all of it complete.

When we arrived we were shocked at the condition of the restaurant, rubbish everywhere, tables not wiped and floor dirty. Restaurant was moderately busy. After more than 30 minutes we asked where our order was, they were probably processing it. 5 minutes later the order was brought to the table without a word and with an angry face. Then the next disappointment, all the burgers were cold and had definitely been sitting for longer. We complained immediately, were remade after another 5 minutes and brought to the table without an apology + an even more evil look. We were actually happy with the store and I was surprised at the bad reviews. The last time I visited, the store was so dirty and the waiting time was very long. I thought we'd give the store a second chance, but it only got worse.

Unfortunately, this branch has gone way down! I was there often and enjoyed being there with the children. There was a nice climbing tower inside and outside. Inside it was replaced with a dice that has now seen its best days behind it. The toilet doors are broken, the floor is sticking, there has always been something wrong with the order lately. The frozen yogurt was sour, with the reasoning that it had to be that way. I've never eaten sour frozen yogurt and I drink kefir and even that isn't that sour. The tray return is over full, even with few customers. Instead of emptying them, people twiddle their thumbs in the kitchen. In the last few months I have also noticed that there is only silence among the employees. The mood is ice cold. Just like my attitude since my last visit today. Unfortunately, I've now lost the desire to come back here again. Too bad!

This is the slowest, dirtiest store I have ever experienced. I waited 20 minutes for my order. The entire floor is sticky, there is food everywhere. The display boards are apparently broken and the intern takes the dirty trash bags outside through the dining area. Oh dear! One can only hope that things get better in the future.

This place is slowly falling apart. There are visitors, but the floor and toilet are dirty (lists of cleaning tours are not filled out), dirty floors, styles, chairs. It used to be my best MCD, but today it might be my worst. There needs to be a good old organization even before the Corona period when I came.

Me and my partner went to this McDonalds on the evening of July 27th. It was pretty crowded. We ordered and paid at the checkout. 2 employees were at the counter and were super hardworking. We should then sit down with a table number. Even though it was really busy, I think it went very quickly. The food was warm and tasted good. Things looked relatively tidy in the store. So you have to leave the church in the village sometimes. The employees tried very hard. Me and my partner liked it and would like to come back.

My partner and I had dinner in the restaurant between 7 and 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 28th. Ordered at the terminal with table service was relatively well attended at the time. After a waiting period, which I think is acceptable, we were given part of our menu, the only thing missing was the netted potatoes. After we started eating the still warm burger, after about 5 minutes even hot potatoes came to our table (yay). As for the food, everything was ok, the restaurant itself was in an acceptable condition in terms of cleanliness, employees came every now and then to wipe down the tables and empty the carts. Toilets were fine so far. In conclusion, you can say it was a good visit and if the service stays the same or even improves, we will always be happy to come back to this restaurant as guests.

I'm writing my review here based on the McDrive. The employees are trying very hard but I think they are extremely overworked, which is reflected in the quality of the orders. Almost every time, goods are forgotten when ordering, regardless of whether they are side dishes or sauces. If you don't check what you've received after receiving it, you'll often have bad luck. Habe über Lieferando bestellt. Vor der Annahme,das Essen mit Temperatur Messstab kontrolliert. Pommes hatten eine Temperatur von 48 Grad Celsius. Vorgang aufgenommen und Annahme verweigert. Neue Lieferung gefordert. Kam dann nicht. Filiale angerufen. Mitarbeiter teilte mir sehr unfreundlich mit,das keine Weitere Lieferung erfolgt. Bei der Nachfrage,wie ich mein Geld zurück bekäme,wurde mir lapidar mitgeteilt ich solle mich an Lieferando wenden. Eine Unverschämtheit, wie diese Filiale mit der Kundschaft umgeht. Der Mangel war berechtigten.

McDrive: God bless you, you want to get unhealthy “fast” food “quickly”. Plan time, lots of time! Make yourself a coffee, watch a full movie or go to the Shell gas station across the street in time. The only nice thing is the lady or gentleman who takes the money for your order at the second window. 2. The food itself: Don't be fooled by pimped up photos or similar prettification. The portions have definitely shrunk compared to what they used to be and if you value the phrase “your eyes eat with you”, then you should close your eyes while eating. I mean, on average, when you finally free the burger from its packaging, there is so much fat involved that you can easily see through the paper. I would even go so far as to say that when motorcyclists stop there, they can easily re-grease the chain with the paper from the burger. Really disgusting. Final word: This McDonalds location used to actually be great. You argued with yourself whether you wanted to pay a lot of money for unhealthy food or not. But sometimes, like once a quarter, you just get the better of your appetite. But since everything has somehow gone downhill in the last few years, I don't have to complain anymore. The decision was made for me by this location itself. For me personally, at least, there is no overpriced, unhealthy “slow food” here. And if I do have an appetite for a burger, there are real restaurants in the city that have mastered the art of making burgers. A quick ice cream on the way home was the plan! Order via vending machine. Ice cream and coffee, with service, table number taken and seated. In a wanna be restaurant. Inside around 10+ staff people messing around while trash lying all over the place inside and outside. Third worst McDonald's I've been to after Marseille and Paris.

Went to Ahrensfelde again today, unfortunately you have to give it one star 😖 I don't know where to start. Ordered via app with table service. 7:29 p.m. Order placed and paid online. At 7:45 p.m. I thought the food was coming, puff cake! We were allowed to wait a little longer. I'm curious, how long does McDonalds have to deliver the food?? At 7:52 p.m. the food finally arrives. Of course, there wasn't everything that the employee didn't tell us, so I went to the counter with my piece of paper in my hand and reported that we were still getting 20 nuggets. She beat me to it and told me that the pack of 20 would be coming soon 🤣 At 8:17 p.m. we went to the counter and reported that we had been waiting for our nuggets for more than 45 minutes. The employee made them ready for me straight away, 8 pieces. put more in which of course my son couldn't manage (what a waste 🤮) We gave them to a family friend so we didn't have to throw them away. Wiping tables is also very low key. Today I saw no less than 6 customers who wiped their own tables so that they could sit at a clean table. Worst branch ever McDonald’s should definitely think about the word FAST FOOD. I can get my food quicker in a “normal” restaurant.

The delivery service is below all expectations. At 9 p.m. we placed and paid for a €100 order, we called at 10:30 p.m. and were told that the next driver would deliver our food. No problem, I'm just sitting here at almost midnight and still waiting. If people can't keep up with the delivery, that's one thing, but making me false promises, making me wait and thus depriving me of the opportunity to get my food somewhere else is just shabby. I had a large order of 3 Mac menus, plus individual burgers. To take away! Instead of 3 large fries 🍟 and 3 curly fries, there were only 3 large fries 🍟 and 1 small one in the bag. Fries 🍟 For larger orders you should check in the store! I will always check now.

It's a McDonald's. You can now think whatever you want about food. But the fries and nuggets were cool yesterday (sunny Sunday). Yes it is stressful and yes there were a lot of customers...but I found the helpfulness and service better 6 months ago (last visit). They responded nicely and said they were “not responsible for it”. I found that really unpleasant yesterday, I told an employee who was bringing out an order that the return cart already stretched over 3 tables and he said "I'm not responsible for that"! Thanks for nothing!

The food had probably been there for a while because it was all cold. After 30 minutes I went back to ask for the fish mac, which was then given to me. I can no longer recommend this store at all

I had dinner there with my girlfriend on a Sunday evening and we felt very comfortable. The employees were stressed, but very hardworking and friendly. The cleanliness was due to the crowds and the few employees. We noticed that when delivery service employees were on site, they immediately took care of the cleanliness. We'd love to come back.

We ate there and waited more than 45 minutes for our food. When the food came it was cold. When I complained about the cold food, I was laughed at. The fast food restaurant is really very dirty, the employees here were also informed of this, and the answer was that we shouldn't have each other like that! A typical McDonald's on a busy arterial road just before the Berlin border. There is usually a long line of cars in front of the drive-in. If you eat inside, you can lean on the comfortable backrest. Unfortunately, the deep fryers beep in an increasingly loud cascade of warning tones that drives everyone (except the employees) crazy. The Big Mac is as always, but expensive for a bun with meat.
