For the umpteenth time I was handed beef at this branch of the MC Plant. One out of three orders was once again wrong. That's annoying and I throw 6 euros in the bin.

By chance we came into contact with an incredibly nice employee at McDonald's today. He was cleaning the children's play area and looked at our family every now and then and beamed. Our children asked him a lot and he was so incredibly friendly and open-minded. I have never seen such a nice employee at McDonald's. Thank you for people who give so much without realizing it. We were there around 9 p.m. because the burgers were cold and with 2 burgers you had to go to the front 3 times and they always said we forgot, toilets were also very dirty

I've never had such a slow branch before. There were 9 cars in MC Drive when we arrived. After almost 40 minutes I had my food.

We are always in this branch quickly. Now it's happened for the third time that we didn't get the food we ordered. Last time we ordered via the app to save time. The food was only prepared after I contacted a member of staff. Paying via PayPal via the app did not work. I had to pay by card. Our food was ready, but it was now booked twice so the staff wouldn't give me the food because it wasn't the same number. I was the only customer and the food had to be mine. After a few minutes of confusion on the part of the employees, the manager came and canceled the booking with the card. We probably paid twice. Well, I hope I didn't pay twice via PayPal because I received two emails. When we finally got our food, we checked the number and packaging of the burgers on site. Everything seemed right this time. When we got home, we discovered that instead of chicken burgers, the smart menu included chilly chicken. Sauces were missing again (but the number was correct) and the two sprites were water. The double cheese and double chicken were also quite flat. Whenever we sat in the restaurant, the tables were not clean and the trolleys (all of them) were full to capacity. We won't go to McDonald's anymore. We love making a pizza and then receiving it when we arrive at the store.

We go to MCD every six months, but from ordering to eating on the table, over 25 minutes is far too long for a fast food restaurant! Then you look forward to great salty fries and get cold unsalted fries 👎🏼 and cold burgers 👎🏼👎🏼 But hey, everything for profit and shareholders. You also have to ask for napkins, which of course you need for the dirty tables and chairs.

Cleanliness is very important here. Finding a clean table is not that easy. Although the store is empty, the trolleys are full and almost all the tables are dirty. There is also no way to clean them.

We have always been happy here so far. Unfortunately, our last visit disappointed us massively. The employees were very unfriendly. Our information was only responded to in a cursory manner. The entire floor was stuck, returns were full, tables full of tablets were simply ignored and let's not even start with the toilets. The ambience is of course not like a 3 star restaurant, so what should you compare it to? It's hectic, a bit noisy because the display didn't work and every order was called verbally, but all in all it's a "normal" McDonald's where it tastes like a McDonald's. When we arrived we were shocked at the condition of the restaurant, rubbish everywhere, tables not wiped and floor dirty. Restaurant was moderately busy. After more than 30 minutes we asked where our order was, they were probably processing it. 5 minutes later the order was brought to the table without a word and with an angry face. Then the next disappointment, all the burgers were cold and had definitely been sitting for longer. We complained immediately, were remade after another 5 minutes and brought to the table without an apology + an even more evil look. We were actually happy with the store and I was surprised at the bad reviews. The last time I visited, the store was so dirty and the waiting time was very long. Unfortunately, this branch has gone way down! I was there often and enjoyed being there with the children. There was a nice climbing tower inside and outside. Inside it was replaced with a dice that has now seen its best days behind it. The toilet doors are broken, the floor is sticking, there has always been something wrong with the order lately. The frozen yogurt was sour, with the reasoning that it had to be that way. I've never eaten sour frozen yogurt and I drink kefir and even that isn't that sour. The tray return is over full, even with few customers. Instead of emptying them, people twiddle their thumbs in the kitchen. In the last few months I have also noticed that there is only silence among the employees. The mood is ice cold. Just like my attitude since my last visit today. Unfortunately, I've now lost the desire to come back here again. Too bad!

This place is slowly falling apart. There are visitors, but the floor and toilet are dirty (lists of cleaning tours are not filled out), dirty floors, styles, chairs. It used to be my best MCD, but today it might be my worst. There needs to be a good old organization even before the Corona period when I came.

My partner and I had dinner in the restaurant between 7 and 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 28th. Ordered at the terminal with table service was relatively well attended at the time. After a waiting period, which I think is acceptable, we were given part of our menu, the only thing missing was the netted potatoes. After we started eating the still warm burger, after about 5 minutes even hot potatoes came to our table (yay). As for the food, everything was ok, the restaurant itself was in an acceptable condition in terms of cleanliness, employees came every now and then to wipe down the tables and empty the carts. Toilets were fine so far. In conclusion, you can say it was a good visit and if the service stays the same or even improves, we will always be happy to come back to this restaurant as guests.

Me and my partner went to this McDonalds on the evening of July 27th. It was pretty crowded. We ordered and paid at the checkout. 2 employees were at the counter and were super hardworking. We should then sit down with a table number. Even though it was really busy, I think it went very quickly. The food was warm and tasted good. Things looked relatively tidy in the store. So you have to leave the church in the village sometimes. The employees tried very hard. Me and my partner liked it and would like to come back.

In my opinion, you can't even blame the employees. I would scrap the delivery service again and put the focus back on the tried and tested, namely “eat on site” and “McDrive”. Habe über Lieferando bestellt. Vor der Annahme,das Essen mit Temperatur Messstab kontrolliert. Pommes hatten eine Temperatur von 48 Grad Celsius. Vorgang aufgenommen und Annahme verweigert. Neue Lieferung gefordert. Kam dann nicht. Filiale angerufen. Mitarbeiter teilte mir sehr unfreundlich mit,das keine Weitere Lieferung erfolgt. Bei der Nachfrage,wie ich mein Geld zurück bekäme,wurde mir lapidar mitgeteilt ich solle mich an Lieferando wenden. Eine Unverschämtheit, wie diese Filiale mit der Kundschaft umgeht. Der Mangel war berechtigten.

Final word: This McDonalds location used to actually be great. You argued with yourself whether you wanted to pay a lot of money for unhealthy food or not. But sometimes, like once a quarter, you just get the better of your appetite. But since everything has somehow gone downhill in the last few years, I don't have to complain anymore. The decision was made for me by this location itself. For me personally, at least, there is no overpriced, unhealthy “slow food” here. And if I do have an appetite for a burger, there are real restaurants in the city that have mastered the art of making burgers. Although there was nothing going on around 9 p.m., we still hadn't received anything after 30 minutes. After 45 minutes and several questions came the order. Then put together incorrectly. The Order-to-table system is well thought out, but poorly enforced. Communication would have been helpful.

Went to Ahrensfelde again today, unfortunately you have to give it one star 😖 I don't know where to start. Ordered via app with table service. 7:29 p.m. Order placed and paid online. At 7:45 p.m. I thought the food was coming, puff cake! We were allowed to wait a little longer. I'm curious, how long does McDonalds have to deliver the food?? At 7:52 p.m. the food finally arrives. Of course, there wasn't everything that the employee didn't tell us, so I went to the counter with my piece of paper in my hand and reported that we were still getting 20 nuggets. She beat me to it and told me that the pack of 20 would be coming soon 🤣 At 8:17 p.m. we went to the counter and reported that we had been waiting for our nuggets for more than 45 minutes. The employee made them ready for me straight away, 8 pieces. put more in which of course my son couldn't manage (what a waste 🤮) We gave them to a family friend so we didn't have to throw them away. Wiping tables is also very low key. Today I saw no less than 6 customers who wiped their own tables so that they could sit at a clean table. Worst branch ever McDonald’s should definitely think about the word FAST FOOD. I can get my food quicker in a “normal” restaurant.

The delivery service is below all expectations. At 9 p.m. we placed and paid for a €100 order, we called at 10:30 p.m. and were told that the next driver would deliver our food.
