Berlin ächst unter 40 Grand - Mc Donalds in Ahrensfelde ist voll und das Team arbeitet trotzdem souverän und freundlich die Bestellungen ab. War cool bei Euch - danke dafür :-) !

Mitarbeiter sagte mir „Eis ist knapp“ und, dass es dies nur zu anderen Getränken geben würde. Mein Freund hat danach normal Eis erhalten. Keine große story aber einfach verwirrend und unsympathisch

Und Wiederwahl dachte sich jemand das es eine gute Idee ist ein gebrochen deutsch sprechenden Menschen im McDrive zu beschäftigen. Und dann bin ich am sprechgerät und begrüße den Menschen auf der anderen Seite und bekomme zu hören ‚einen kleinen Moment‘

Ich und mein Mann waren mega enttäuscht. So ein schlechtes Essen haben wir schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Gutscheine hin oder her aber das rechtfertigt nicht die schlechte Qualität des Essens. Mehrere Dinge über Gutscheine bestellt. Pommes so kalt wie frisch aus dem Tiefkühler, 2 Klassiker zur Wahl waren ok (schlichte Hamburger schmecken auch kalt immer geil), deswegen sage ich dagegen nichts, 20iger Nuggets ebenfalls kalt. Wie kann man das in der Gutschein-Saison raus geben. Vom Getränk fange ich gar nicht an zu reden. Das beste an Mc Ahrensfelde war das Reinigungspersonal.

An den inkompetenten, unfähigen und unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter der aussieht wie ein Inder: Wenn ich dir dreimal sage, dass es zum mitnehmen ist und es DEIN Fehler ist hast du mich nicht dumm anzumachen!!! Dann alles richtig genervt mit deinen ekelhaften Fingern anzufassen und in eine Tüte zu stopfen geht garnicht!!!! Kein Sorry, kein Nichts! Was ist das bitte?! Absolut unterstes Niveau! Ich würde den Mitarbeiter kündigen! Fahr ich lieber nach Pankow anstatt je wieder in diese Drecksfiliale, wo so ein Mitarbeiter ist!!!! Nahhh!!

Mein McDonald's Erlebnis erinnert mich an den tropischen Regen Wald Heiß und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit als wenn jemand die Dusche bei geschlossenen Fenster laufen lässt. Wieso haben die keine Klimaanlage?!

Mc Donalds halt, aber sehr gepflegt mit echten Blumen auf den Tischen

ist die bescheideste Einfahr von alles Fast Food Buden die ich kenne aber machbar 😅 alles andere ist wie erwartend...Teuer und ohne liebe zubereitet

Moderner McDonald’s. Nette Bedienungen und schneller Service. Die Zufahrt ist ein wenig merkwürdig, aber alles in allem gut zu erreichen

Sehr schnelles Personal. Fehlerfrei Zusammenstellung der Gerichte. Parkplatz und MC-Drive etwas eng und nur Pkw geeignet!

Es bleibt eine Fastfoodkette Qualität kommt ganz weit hinter Profit.

Frechheit, dass ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen knapp über zwei Stunden dort essen und quatschen war und wir dann beide einen Strafzettel vom Parkplatz á 35€ hatten. Wir hatten das bei Einfahrt nicht gelesen, jedoch hatte McDonalds auf Nachfrage meiner Freundin ein McSunday für knapp einen Euro angeboten. Als Entschädigung für 70€ Parktickets. Das ist ein Witz und bodenlos. Dann lieber nichts anbieten, als das!

Hier sind die Mitarbeiter trotz temporären Andrang stets freundlich und kundenorientiert.

Haben den Schuppen heute das erste Mal ausprobiert. Erwartungen waren niedrig, doch, als wir dann den hübschen jungen Knaben mit den großen Muskeln und dem strahlenden Lächeln erblickten, sah die Welt schon wieder ganz anders aus. Wir sprechen eine klare Weiterempfehlung aus.

Gute Filiale hier in der Umgebung. Das Ambiente ist ansprechend, die Sauberkeit (inklusive der Sanitäranlagen) ist meist sehr gut und der Service zuverlässig. Zudem ist die Verfügbarkeit von Aktionsware sehr gut. Längere Zeit ging die Anzeige leider nicht, finde ich anstrengend weil man gerade bei viel Betrieb so genau hinhören muss ob seine Nummer gerade aufgerufen wurde.

Über eine halbe Stunde gewartet in einem leeren Lokal, dann die Bestellung storniert. Kann nur von einem Besuch abraten! Dann lieber in Bernau zu McDonalds gehen.

Naja man hat lange gewartet für eine sehr kalte Teigtaschen, service war OK hat aber nichts verstanden, kann man machen ist aber kein muss

Die Bedienung im Drive-in war so unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht nett zu uns, ohne jeden Grund.

Update 28.04.26, keine Ahnung ob es einen Wechsel in der Führung gab, kaum Personal und das Personal was vor Ort ist, weiß sich nicht zu benehmen. Schreit eine Mitarbeiterin durchs Restaurant mit einem Kollegen. Generell finde ich es sehr unhöflich vor Gästen in einer anderen Sprache als deutsch zu sprechen. Aber dann auch noch so laut zu schreien, sorry geht gar nicht. Diese Filiale profitiert von den Handwerkern und der Nähe zur Autobahn. Essen wie bei allen MC Donalds. Man hat das Gefühl die Burger werden mit jedem Jahr kleiner

Ich habe 30 Minuten auf mein Essen gewartet.

Vor etwa 30 Minuten am 21.04.2026 haben wir in diesem McDonald’s ein Big-Mac-Menü und ein Shake Erbeer mit Karamell gekauft. Die Karamellsoße, die 50 Cent kostet, wurde leider nicht in die Tüte gelegt — wir haben die Bestellung zum Mitnehmen gemacht. Außerdem wurde zunächst auch die große Portion Pommes vergessen. Zum Glück haben wir das rechtzeitig bemerkt, sind zurückgegangen und haben die Pommes dann bekommen. Die Karamellsoße haben wir jedoch nicht in der Tüte gefunden. Schlechte Arbeit.

Das Essen wäre toll gewesen, wenn man da auch mit einem Sprinter drauf könnte, die Einfahrt war so klein das ich mich nicht getraut habe. Weder wollte ich McDonald's kaputt machen, noch meinen Sprinter. Trotzdem sah es von außen toll aus

Pommes fast kalt, Doubke Cheeseburger sehr trocken. Da ist echt Luft nach oben!

Beim Bestellen hat uns vor Ort eine sehr tolle Frau mit pink-schwarzen Haaren einen Extrawunsch möglich gemacht und dafür möchten wir uns sehr herzlich bedanken. Wir gehen außerdem bei diesem MC Donalds ohnehin sehr gern essen. Lieben Dank! 🔆

Systemgastronomie sollte ja eigentlich in der Kette überall gleich sein. Jeder weiß aber, dass dem nicht so ist. Dieser McD ist wirklich ein guter. Die Burger sind immer frisch und gut. Das Restaurant sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Essen , das Happy meal kam nur zur hälfte an unseren Tisch an . Dann war der Burger kalt und Hälfte hat darauf gefehlt. Bei der Reklamation wurde man schief angeschaut, als ob man was besonderes möchte. Dabei möchte man nur das haben was man auch bezahlt hat. Wir waren mit einem Paar die einzigen im Laden. Tische waren teilweise dreckig.

Der Beste Mc Donald's,wo ich in letzter Zeit war! Alle waren sehr freundlich, es wurde immer gleich sauber gemacht und die Tische abgewischt, das Essen war heiß. Also kann ich nur empfehlen. Trotz wirklich vollem Laden waren alle so freundlich. Die Primel-Töpfe draußen auf den Tischen und die Vasen mit Blümchen sind mir auch sofort positiv aufgefallen.

Leider das Neue McFlurry sieht’s komisch aus und nicht mal voll der Becher. Und kalte Pommes serviert.

Seit Monaten Funktioniert dieser Bildschirm hier nicht. Man dürfte sich nicht weit weg sitzen, weil man hören muss, wenn das Essen fertig ist. Aufgrund der defekten Bildschirm wird lediglich nur eine Ansage durchgeführt. Des Weiteren wird Erdbeermilch Shake seit Wochen ( heute 20.03.26 ) hier nicht angeboten.

Es kam mehrfach vor, dass nicht alle bestellten Produkte enthalten waren. Besonders ärgerlich bei Mc Drive Bestellungen

Es war nicht sehr sauber und die Kartoffeln waren nicht lecker, aber alles andere war super und mir gefielen die bequemen Tische für die Gäste.

Leider wurde was am Anfang vergessen, aber nach kurzer Absprache wurden meine Sachen schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Die bestellten Chicken Wings (welche anscheinend wieder verfügbar sind) waren so wie ich sie von früher kenne. Natürlich ist es Fast Food, aber es wäre schon schön wenn die Sachen auf dem Burger möglichst mittig auf dem drauf sind. Es wäre schön wenn Käse oder Patty nicht gleich auf einer Seite rausfallen oder man in eine Seite beißt und keinen Käse im Mund hat, dafür auf der anderen Seite die doppelte Menge Käse hat weil er sich dort am Brötchen von außen fest geklebt hat.

Essen ja mc Donalds Typisch eben, Service etwas kein Bock Stimmung, und das Restaurant könnte mal wieder eine Reinigung von Boden Tischen und Sitzen gebrauchen. Diese waren sehr krumelig und schmutzig

Lange habe ich Mc Donalds gemieden, nun habe ich mal wieder da gegessen und siehe da es war mal wieder Wert 2 Burger zu essen die auch geschmeckt haben also ab nach Lindenberg

Dieser Standort ist nicht zum ersten mal völlig überfordert.Wir haben unter der Woche online Essen bestellt und haben über 2:30 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet. (30-50min war angegeben) Auf Nachfrage gab man sich am Telefon sehr unfreundlich.Nie wieder diese Filliale.

Sehr schönes Restaurant Super Service

An und für sich ein ganz guter McDonalds. An der Sauberkeit kann dort teils noch etwas gearbeitet werden , wie u.a Tische abwischen etc. Das Personal ist meistens nett, leider hat dieses es bei uns noch nie geschafft , die Bestellung so zu packen , wie es bestellt wurde , denn bis jetzt fehlten immer wieder Gerichte , oder Kleinigkeiten. Deswegen rate ich stets dazu, grade beim McDrive oder zum mitnehmen , nochmals zu kontrollieren , ob auch das dabei ist, was bestellt wurde. Sonst ist es eine entsprechend gute Filiale der Kette. Für Kinder gibt es draußen einen kleinen Turm mit Rutsche.

I'm here often because this branch stands out from the others in the area in terms of quality and ambiance. For example, the play slide is open and clean, the restrooms are reasonably well looked after, and the staff is decent. Overall, it's a McDonald's that doesn't have to hide, and the promotional products are usually in stock. Keep it up and best regards.

It's closed for renovations, but this isn't mentioned.

It's unacceptable! Ordered at the drive-thru on December 6th, 2024 at 10:25 AM, we were through by 10:49 AM, there was no one ahead of us, it took forever.

The service was always pleasant and friendly. Everything looked clean. Burgers and other food were just as they should be.

Everything went smoothly with our order, but the store was an absolute ice cave; we had to get our thick jackets out of the car.

Warning!!! The McDonald's Drive-Thru is very narrow, and the curbs are high! You can easily scratch your rims. Scandal!

Something's always missing. Ugh... please get this sorted out! How many times did I go to Malchow as a kid and my family would ask... where's my Capri Sun... where are the fries... where's the mayo... Yeah, right?! Update: No improvement, something's always missing from the order, it's awful.

I waited here for 35 minutes at the McDonald's drive-thru, despite paying and ordering via the app! The staff was either overwhelmed or too few.

Instead of vegetarian cheese nuggets, you get real nuggets…top notch!!

The parking lot is narrow and the entrance is English, but my meal was as it should be.

We stop here every now and then. It's not a particularly special McDonald's, but it's usually not too crowded and it's clean.

Unfortunately, this branch, like many others, is getting worse and worse. Cold and unfriendly. You have to check every order. The heating apparently hasn't been working properly for years.

Seven employees are behind the counter, one of whom is practicing sweeping, but the atmosphere is still filthy and the dish return piles are overflowing. The preparation takes a bit too long for a fast-food restaurant. Management has poor control of the place.

They try hard, but there's usually something missing and it takes a long time, even when they're not busy! They don't offer deliveries in my area, even though it's less than 5-10 minutes away.

McDonald's, as always. The access and parking lot are quite narrow. It's a tight squeeze with a van.

A very well-run McDonald's, highly frequented due to its location—easily accessible from both the city center and the outskirts. The restaurant is modern, clean, and offers everything you'd expect: from coffee to burgers, including a sufficient number of ordering kiosks. The staff is numerous and attentive, so you rarely have to wait long. There's seating both inside and outside, and parking is right outside.

The food was delicious, the service was okay. But the atmosphere was awful. Sorry, but it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I felt really sick and uncomfortable.

We really like going there because it's clean and there's no draft anywhere. There could be more parking spaces at times.

We were only here for ice cream. The ice cream was okay, but the milkshake wasn't a milkshake; it was just ice cream, and you had to scoop it. We left in the evening and the milkshake/ice cream came out again. No one will ever see us there again. The parking there is also awful, because everything is so convoluted.

Service takes far too long. The ordering system is sometimes slow, and the display board isn't working. When ordering via mobile, it took 6 minutes for the order to even enter the system, and then another 20 minutes for the staff to process it. This is completely unacceptable when there are fewer customers. The prices have also become far too high. If a 0.5-liter bottle of water is selling for €4.34, we're in the wrong universe.

Unfortunately, this is a McDonald's with poor service. Parts of your order are forgotten, and you have to ask for them. And for missing extras, like last week with the Halloween Fanta, there's no compensation. To make matters worse, the parking lot is managed by a third-party company. We received a ticket in the mail for parking there too long (more than two hours). We spend money on food at the store, had to wait a long time for food because it was around 6 p.m. (4 children and 2 adults), and then we're even asked to pay for parking there too long? We found that more than cheeky.

Nothing against background music, but that's where it should stay.

Today, for the first time, we ordered inside instead of using the drive-thru. Very neat and tidy, with a great, friendly staff. Despite the sunshine, Sunday afternoon, and full house, we didn't have to wait long for our order. The outdoor area was also a lot of fun for the kids.

We were forgotten several times

I always order with my phone and pick up at the McDrive. The food is always delicious, nothing to complain about. But why is something almost always missing from the order? McDrive doesn't make sense if you always have to run back. Today again, I ordered the Habanero Ranch meal + Chicken Samurai coupon. What's missing? The Chicken Samurai. I didn't check today because I was pressed for time, and now I'm frustrated again. It's really annoying. Please hire someone to exclusively check orders. Mistakes do happen, but this happens far too often, regularly, even though it should be the absolute exception. Honestly, something is missing from 3 out of 5 orders. At least for me. It's a shame.

Forgotten burger, no spoon for ice cream, it has really gone downhill

I've been here a few times and I'm generally happy with the service. During rush hour, it often takes a little longer, but otherwise it's pretty quick. When I eat at McDonald's, I notice that the tables are often not wiped down and the tray shelves are full.

Always good for a snack. Strangely small tables. The staff is friendly and accommodating; unfortunately, something occasionally gets lost in the order, but the service makes up for it.

How difficult can it be? Plain cheeseburger means without onions, pickle, ketchup, mustard... but definitely not without cheese! Otherwise it would be a plain hamburger. Is that stupid? Or intentional? You can't be that stupid, can you?

Just across the street is a Shell gas station with charging stations. Food, drinks, and a restroom. What more could you want? 😊.

McDonald's has definitely declined in quality. The burger looked carelessly thrown into its packaging. By 11 a.m., almost all the tables were dirty. Upon request, our table was cleaned.

The food was really bad. The burgers were thrown together and squashed. When you ask questions, you get stupid looks.

There's plenty of parking and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There's also a small climbing frame and bike racks. The food was prepared quickly.

Unfortunately, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our food – even though it was barely busy. This somewhat dampened the experience. Furthermore, the table we sat at was noticeably dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The food itself was okay, but overall, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and organization.

They're completely overwhelmed. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I canceled the order and asked for a refund. Others waited for 50 minutes, and in the end, it turned out that their order wasn't even at the counter for processing. On top of that, the store was unfortunately very dirty, especially behind the counter. Absolutely terrible.

Big disappointment - our summer vacation fell by the wayside this year - we waited in line for at least half an hour for our Cheesy - sad to see how things are going downhill with McDonald's.

My food (TS Royal and 20-piece chicken nuggets) arrived lukewarm, and the service was rather unfriendly. I've been a customer at this restaurant for a while, but I think that will change in the future. Also, the staff is constantly changing (I miss that skinny girl at the front).

I spent a little over two hours at the McDonald's restaurant with a companion; we ate on site and spent the time there. A week later, I received a letter from "Parkdepot" demanding a €35 fine because I had exceeded the permitted parking time.

Extremely slow service. This has nothing to do with fast food. We stood in line for 25 minutes at the drive-through for a McFlurry. The quality is also not consistent and is similar to other restaurants. The contents have often been swapped or forgotten.

We waited 30 minutes for 20 Chicken McNuggets. It's just not acceptable. And all of this on a Thursday at around 10:30 p.m. without working air conditioning. It's not exactly pleasant.

This borders on fraud. Every time, just like today, various drinks, burgers, and squeezable snacks are missing. Unfortunately, we don't always notice everything right away. You have to check your order really meticulously at the drive-thru. And the same thing happens again—squeezable snacks and nuggets are missing. That's enough, we're going to complain to McDonald's. This is systematic fraud!

Yes, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! It's a shame we used to enjoy going there, but McDonald's has really gone downhill.

Worst McDonald's in all of Germany. Crispy chicken is completely dry, hardly any sauce on it, the bun is hard and dried out, the chicken is dry and cold. The Royal TS is cold and tasteless. The Big Tasty BACON has no bacon and is thrown into a cardboard box in a completely careless and shredded state, with cheese and tomatoes next to the burger... you have to put it together yourself. The people who make the burgers obviously didn't pay attention during the 5-minute crash course on "how to make a burger." No wonder only one out of 10 people understands a bit of German, let alone can speak it. It seems like there's new staff every two weeks... They're constantly forgetting something in the orders or making it wrong. Not recommended!

Nice McDonald's with a beautiful outdoor area and very friendly service staff. Every time we're here, we receive friendly and relaxed service. Better than in some restaurants 😅
