disgusting attitude towards people, it says that McDonald's opens at 7 and we were told that a full meal is at 10, it's just horrible

Sometimes it doesn't work out with the extra toppings for the burgers. But it's rare, and at least I still enjoy the food, and I like bringing it to the table.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Cold McWrap – after complaining, the manager explained that it was a new recipe. I immediately ordered a coffee, but the cup must not have been washed, because that evening I came out with aphthous stool... terrible. I don't recommend it and warn you about crap!

Drive-Thru: Each time (about 6 times in a row), several items and Coke glasses were "simply forgotten" with my order and also in the car in front of me. Ordered 2 fries, got 1, Cappuccino forgot every time, Forgot the straw for the milkshake (probably you can drink it like that because it was already thawed and liquid; it was +5°C outside), Forgot the servings several times, Forgot the ketchup several times, Not taken back the deposit cups, Another time, they tried to cheat me with the deposit cups with lids (6 cups), only got €6 back. When they asked why so little - the answer was: €6 for 6 cups (with lids, of course), that's what it says on the computer. They "forgot" to give out Coke glasses several times. After asking where the cups were, they answered, a lie straight to my face: You already got them from me. Aside from the fact that you'll be stuck waiting in the drive-thru line for at least 30-50 minutes, they'll become rude and blame it all on too many customers and stress. -1 star for forgetfulness and service, 1 star for friendliness. :(

Such unfriendly staff, that's not how you treat customers.

Unfortunately, the burgers were very slow to be prepared and they were also cold (not cooled down but apparently cold from the start). Fast food works differently. Tray shelves were overflowing and leftover food was everywhere under the tables. Didn't really make a good overall impression.

Often incorrect goods on the tablet. The beeping of kitchen appliances is extremely annoying. The employees respond to this loud beeping for minutes or not at all. It is extremely annoying for many guests. At MC-Drive you sometimes wait 15-20 minutes. Although there are only 2-3 vehicles there and the restaurant isn't that busy.

Far too long a waiting time for fast food, the wrong food in the order or not complete.

I would prefer to give zero stars. Ordered a happy meal. And you're so overwhelmed with the order that you forget about the surprise and the ketchup. If this happened to me as an adult, ok, but my son was really sad.

Except for the fact that the burger was cold and there was no problem complaining about it, everything was great.

Service and team spirit are 0. Tables are all dirty too.

I'm really disappointed after my order today. I have received incorrect items for the repeated time. My “Iced Coffee” was a chocolate milkshake with ice cubes and cream and my blueberry muffin was a chocolate muffin. Unfortunately I only saw it on the highway.

Just on site, order received after 15 minutes. Then the fries were missing. Wait another 20 minutes. Wow, what an annoying shop.

Everything ordered in advance via the app and paid for at the checkout via KK. Iced tea was missing at first, but was supplied very quickly. Tables were cleaned again and again in the meantime.

Food was really sloppy. You order a menu and what is it... half of it is missing, you also get the wrong drink. The employees are overloaded, no one works the cash register, etc. I'm honest, we'll never go there again.

Absolutely bad. Wait forever until something happens. Ignorant employees. Communication was underground due to poor knowledge of German. Orders incorrect. Every customer goes back because What is missing or wrong.

What should you rate at McDonald's? According to the franchise, the food and ambience are the same. So the service remains. I only use the drive-in here, the staff is always friendly, but the waiting time is significantly longer than at other branches.

Unfortunately, as in other branches, something was forgotten when ordering.

Food fresh. I asked for cream for my coffee and the lovely lady opened it, poured it in and mixed it.

Unfortunately I had 1 meat nugget in my plant based nuggets, the friendly staff were very understanding and even gave me a completely new pack.

Maybe you shouldn't necessarily put the house dragon on the McDrive. The wait just to place the order took 15 minutes. At minus 12 degrees (you can't close the window, you can no longer hear the "friendly" voice), the hungry guest can finally let out a relieved Na. The fact that you are then literally dressed down and insulted by Babajaga at the next window.... all due respect. And then she complains about her own colleagues, who are lazy and stupid... so the old lady didn't exactly shine with her enthusiasm for work. Conclusion: it was the last time.

It tasted delicious as always, we wanted a little ice cream for the onward journey...✨️unfortunately sometimes quite understaffed in terms of staff, but after a long wait we finally went on our journey again😊

Unfriendly, rude. This compressed air shed doesn't work. No option to pay in cash. Was in this shed for the last time.

Unfortunately, the toilets are very bad in terms of appearance and smell. Have slacked off in everything. Too many employees with poor German skills. Price/performance hasn't been right for a long time. It's a shame.

I usually order at the drive-thru counter because we want to eat at home. Long waiting times. Annoyed staff. No water. No apple bag. Toys are horrible. And then something was missing from the order. I will probably order somewhere else soon.

Cash registers broken. Garbage can in the entrance to the drive in. My order via the app was not accepted because I chose the drive in. Ordered again so that I can get my order through the restaurant. The technician will probably not come until Monday. I hope the amount hasn't been debited twice.

Going to Donald's on Saturday evening may be good for short-term hunger...but patience and spit are really required. Drive including the event inside - everything is full. No matter...we got a terminal. While you're waiting, you look a little more intensively everywhere, including the open kitchen. The floor tiles in almost the entire area were quite slippery due to grease and food residue. Well, there was a hectic pace, but also the efforts of the international team.

The fries were already cold when they were served and we had to stay at McDrive for over 40 minutes even though there were only 3 cars in front of us. It wasn't because one person placed a large order. When it was our turn we waited 5 minutes until our order was taken

Fast food restaurants no longer apply here. You don't necessarily get served according to the order... Coffee always tastes delicious

If I order a burger with a special request, I want to receive it!!! Ordered Mc Crispy for my son without sauce. Get Mc Crispy Spicy. Impudence!

Normal McDonald's with drive-thru

I often order on the go to save time. However, I have never been able to get my food directly at the reception. You start off very comfortably, only when I'm there. The customer is not viewed as if he were air. I've seen this several times now, it doesn't just affect me. No smile, no kind word. Not even a hello. It's nice to sit in the café area.

Juice shop had to wait 25 minutes for cold burgers!

The men's room smelled like a train station toilet. No matter what excuse is given, a restaurant should not subject its customers to such smells. !!!!!!!Disgusting!!!!!!!!

Forgot to eat (everything wasn't there) and you can tell that they are totally overwhelmed. In other words, they sometimes confuse things. I've noticed this in several branches

Food was quickly brought to the table The table was dirty, we cleaned it ourselves. But shortly afterwards an employee went around and wiped down all the free tables. Food was good, no stomach problems afterwards 😄

our grandson couldn't find any balloons... We asked the employee who brought our food about it, he sent his colleague to us... and we were very friendly and even given the color of our choice Thank you very much for your commitment even lovingly decorated for Halloween

It's just a McDonald's. However, I waited 30 minutes for a McMenu and during this time I was able to watch as one complaint after the next was brought to the service staff. If you have a lot of time, you can at least get good McD food.

Waited half an hour for the food. 2 burgers were missing, as well as the shake. Fries lukewarm. The burgers were good. Pretty much all the tables were dirty. The staff only spoke to us in English (???). Even after our second visit nothing has developed positively.

I've been annoyed about this store far too often. Cold food, wrong food and unfriendly employees are no exception here at McDrive, rather the standard. Better drive to the nearest McDonalds or get a bockwurst at the gas station.

Employees at McDonald's near Blumberg are very friendly and even gave them balloons and the food was a 10 minute wait. Go there and try it out ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great playground next to McDonald's with fence around. You can eat in peace your meal while kids are playing. Baby changing and kiosks to order by your own. Very nice and clean spot - with cute plant pots on the tables outside! 🫣😊

Mc Drive you have to wait forever after ordering.

Today I had a bug in my fries. As I walked to the counter with the tray and the beetle, the next beetle crawled behind the cash register. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she didn't know what to do and asked if she should kill it now. I got a new fry but no apology or anything like that. There's little that comes to mind. Really bad.

Nice staff, you can sit comfortably outside in the sun and the food is brought to the table. The burgers 🍔 taste delicious as always. The restaurant is well attended.

I was at this McDonald's branch today, July 24th, 2024, and saw an employee cleaning up the weeds in the drive lane. I thought it was really great. She did a great job. Now it looks much neater.

The cleanliness of the toilets should be checked more often.

Underground... I've never visited a MC Donald's like this. Toilets unclean, toilet paper everywhere on the floor, so you have to worry about getting them off your shoes. Ordering at the terminal was quick and the food was delivered relatively quickly. Unfortunately there were 2 errors in a single order. After complaining, person 1 had no success, didn't understand German, person 2 wanted to deliver it to the table, unfortunately after 10 minutes I had to ask again. Fast, tasty and cozy is something different.

I can no longer understand the appeal that something like this had on me when I was a child. Freshly prepared food that wasn't warm. I had to return a burger that was only lukewarm and the cheese didn't even begin to melt. The fries used to be hot too. You can save yourself now.

Disgusting and unfriendly staff, Hygiene is very important here and with a common thread. Two of the three urinals were broken and unfortunately soap and paper were not available. That fits with the dirty tables and the disgusting overall appearance of this branch. If you have a lot of time, this fast food restaurant is the right place for you. Here you are told more than once in the drive-thru that it may take a moment before you can place your order. Unfortunately, after 5 minutes and 3 small moments, my patience was at an end and the journey continued hungry.

Check your bags if you go to the drive-thru or order take-out. We were missing food worth almost €20. If I worked like these employees, I could apply for citizen's benefit.
