Best cheeseburger in a long time, hot and fresh and soft and still super fast. Top! We would love to come by again on the trip.

I've been annoyed about this store far too often. Cold food, wrong food and unfriendly employees are no exception here at McDrive, rather the standard. Better drive to the nearest McDonalds or get a bockwurst at the gas station.

Very good, a little more cleanliness

No smile, no kind word. Not even a hello. And as the only customer. The café area is nice to sit in though.

Even though it was full, service was quick. Staff very friendly and polite.

Employees at McDonald's near Blumberg are very friendly and even gave them balloons and the food was a 10 minute wait. Go there and try it out ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Waited 10 minutes at the drive-in to place the order and another 15 minutes from paying to receiving the burgers. This should be a lot better.

Great playground next to McDonald's with fence around. You can eat in peace your meal while kids are playing. Baby changing and kiosks to order by your own. Very nice and clean spot - with cute plant pots on the tables outside! 🫣😊

Mc Drive you have to wait forever after ordering.

Today I had a bug in my fries. As I walked to the counter with the tray and the beetle, the next beetle crawled behind the cash register. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she didn't know what to do and asked if she should kill it now. I got a new fry but no apology or anything like that. There's little that comes to mind. Really bad.

Nice staff, you can sit comfortably outside in the sun and the food is brought to the table. The burgers 🍔 taste delicious as always. The restaurant is well attended.

I was at this McDonald's branch today, July 24th, 2024, and saw an employee cleaning up the weeds in the drive lane. I thought it was really great. She did a great job. Now it looks much neater.

The cleanliness of the toilets should be checked more often.

Underground... I've never visited a MC Donald's like this. Toilets unclean, toilet paper everywhere on the floor, so you have to worry about getting them off your shoes. Ordering at the terminal was quick and the food was delivered relatively quickly. Unfortunately there were 2 errors in a single order. After complaining, person 1 had no success, didn't understand German, person 2 wanted to deliver it to the table, unfortunately after 10 minutes I had to ask again. Fast, tasty and cozy is something different.

Disgusting and unfriendly staff, Hygiene is very important here and with a common thread. Two of the three urinals were broken and unfortunately soap and paper were not available. That fits with the dirty tables and the disgusting overall appearance of this branch. If you have a lot of time, this fast food restaurant is the right place for you. Here you are told more than once in the drive-thru that it may take a moment before you can place your order. Unfortunately, after 5 minutes and 3 small moments, my patience was at an end and the journey continued hungry.

I can no longer understand the appeal that something like this had on me when I was a child. Freshly prepared food that wasn't warm. I had to return a burger that was only lukewarm and the cheese didn't even begin to melt. The fries used to be hot too. You can save yourself now.

Drive was bad. Long waiting time. Sleepy order taking. Not friendly and then something was missing from the order so you had to run after it... Once and never again

That was definitely the last time at McDonalds! Pathetic and now outrageously expensive!

Check your bags if you go to the drive-thru or order take-out. We were missing food worth almost €20. If I worked like these employees, I could apply for citizen's benefit.

Almost empty restaurant and I waited over 30 minutes for my food! People wait 10 minutes at the checkout to pay for their order! Failure.

Fast food... fast food restaurant?!?! Waiting times of under 5 minutes at the McDrive are worth a thunderous applause... Waiting times including ordering and payment of 10 to 20 minutes are the norm... The shortage of skilled workers has been noticeable here for a long time.... What a shame

You order quickly and pay quickly - the rest is incredibly slow. Waiting 30 minutes after ordering is almost standard. Today it took 42 minutes, better go eat something decent. Fast food - the word “quick” is translated into it. If you paid when you picked it up, this McD would be bankrupt for a long time.

If there is no other option, you can go there, but you should definitely check your order - unfortunately only a few employees there speak and write German - to our regret, today on July 5th, 2024, we received a double when we ordered to take away Embezzle Big Mac ☝️ so be careful and compare the take-away order with the receipt ☝️☝️

A bit of a long wait at MC Drive...prices of the products have risen sharply...unfortunately

I ordered vegetarian nuggets and got regular nuggets. It's not the first time something like this has happened.

No drinking bowl for the dog was provided even when asked, the parasol was not opened when asked even though the employee promised.

The food is actually always delicious, but what is a little annoying is that you always have to check whether everything has been packed correctly. Haven't checked it a few times...when you're home and something's missing, it's a little annoying. 😬

I was on the drive. It wasn't crowded so it went quickly.

The order is rarely complete... Currently there are still problems with the completeness of the orders, for example Fries or nuggets tend to be a little old or cold, which is more than just painful given the prices.

Even though it was very full, you got there quickly and didn't have to wait long for your food. It was also quite loud, but that's to be expected on a Saturday afternoon.

Doesn't have his business under control. Employees don't speak a word of German. Meal takes 40 minutes for 3 burgers. Drinks are already there and getting warm.

Food was okay, McD standard. But the waiting time... Waited forever (in the waiting area, as there were no number displays for table service at the ordering terminal). Somehow the staff didn't really seem organized.

Food was very good, also warm and quickly prepared. Nice offer in my opinion. Since I'm not the typical McDonald's goer, I was pleasantly surprised. Toilets were clean, parking spaces were free. The outside area could have been a little cleaner. Definitely a recommendation.

The order was quickly brought to the table after being placed at the terminal, everything was neat and well prepared. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly.

Order 'food at the table', after 45 minutes there was no food in sight, when asked just a shrug of the shoulders, when the food came, something was missing.....

It's a shame that you have to sit at dirty tables in the morning because they're all dirty.

Guys, I've never experienced anything like that! We wanted to order a Schocko frappe and a Mc Flury Smarties via the drive in, but since the lady didn't understand us straight away, we repeated it and spoke a little more clearly, then she passed her microphone on to one of her colleagues who said we should Speak with respect, say you've screwed these people over! We didn't say anything bad! This store will never see me again

A typical fast food restaurant with no ups or downs. The service could be friendlier and clean the tables every now and then.

At 8:36 p.m. I placed an order at the terminal for a quick meal after work and finally got everything after 30 minutes. Processing the order had to be interrupted again and again because several other customers were at the counter with complaints. Milkshakes repeatedly not available on the menu.

The latte macchiato and cheesecake were delicious. Unfortunately, guests left the premises without clearing up themselves and tables remained uncleared. Spills on the floor were not wiped away, tables were very dirty...

Very good, the best we have visited so far.. only the day was so busy, air conditioning would have been better..

REALLY BAD!!! No more personal service. Totally complicated and tedious at the machine. Even if there are few customers, you HAVE to go to the machines for small things. Furthermore, NO ONE speaks GERMAN!? Got where...?! A challenge, especially for older people or those who do not speak English. At different times, the business was always run by migrants or non-Germans who spoke little or no German and, if necessary, only spoke English. There is still praise for individual staff members who tried hard to provide service and were quite friendly!

I was so very disappointed, not only that the size of the burgers was halved but also the quality. Unfortunately, I ordered takeout and got lukewarm, unsightly burgers out of the bag when I got home. Any microwave burger from the supermarket would have been better by far. I even had to throw away the “fish sandwich”. It was by far the worst fast food meal in the last 30 years. All I can say about the service employees is that if I'm poorly paid and don't enjoy the job, I won't let the guests feel that.

By far the worst "restaurant". Cold fries, Sprite with no taste because "everything is all", "you have to wait". Double Cheese completely sticky and cold. But for the prices requested, a certain quality is now expected.

After a long day at work I thought it would be best and quickest to order from McDonald's zeppelinstr....I thought..... We ordered for 2 people.....French fries and curlys were soggy and cold.....disgusting MC Rib was so smeared that you couldn't touch it... Nuggets were OK big tasty Bacon would have been fine if the roll hadn't been so packed...... It was the last order here .....and the staff was awesome, they walk around with a face like 7 days of rain.......

A McDonald's in the middle of the industrial/commercial area. Difficult to reach with “normal” transport connections. Still well attended and quite full (we were there around 1 p.m.). I don't like the fact that almost everything is done via machines. Or am I already too old?! 😆 Seniors 👨‍🦯👩‍🦯 can no longer use it (of course) and wheelchair users 🧑‍🦽👩🏻‍🦽 👩‍🦼 cannot access the touchscreen screens for ordering at all! 🤨😠 We had to wait a long time for our food (which was brought to our table). Burger 🍔 tasted dry and lettuce fell out of the bun everywhere (because it only consisted of small snippets). Oh yeah, sauce was concentrated in a single spot in the burger. And that too on the sidelines, so that the meal ended up being a real mess. I don't mind getting my fingers dirty. But as...?! 😒 Potato curls were extremely salty. I was only able to cover it up by using plenty of the included sour cream. So of course the sour cream (I only got a small cup) quickly ran out. There were a lot of ice cubes in the drink (peach iced tea) and not exactly a lot of tea. As a result, the iced tea tasted watered down and diluted quite early on - it hardly had any flavor of its own.

The employees are very nice and very accommodating if something isn't right. Everything was tidy too

I had a Royal TS menu. The burger and also the fries were very fresh, warm and tasty. The service was very quick and very friendly. I can only recommend this branch.

Anyone who knows McDonald's knows that most of the restaurants are similar. With this one I would always recommend checking whether all the sauces are in there. They tend to be forgotten. Otherwise it takes quite a long time until you get your food. Especially if you order take-away you will be particularly likely to be kept waiting and customers who eat on site will be given priority.

Very nice staff and special requests are also taken into account. Food is very good for MCD. Particularly good and competent service from the nice young man behind the counter.

The burger wasn't quite as warm and if someone would wipe the tables and empty the shelves every now and then, it would be almost perfect. The room temperature is also very borderline, just one degree lower and you would freeze.

The best thing was the parking lot... there was a very nice Maybach there... the rest was McDonald's...

Um im McCafe etwas bestellen zu können muss man viel Zeit mitbringen. Man stellt sich am Schalter an und wenn man Glück hat wird nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit bedient. Das Personal nimmt einen wahr, scheint sich aber nicht für die Bedienung des Kunden zu interessieren. Man sollte als Mitarbeiter nie vergessen, das der Kunde das Gehalt bezahlt.

Zwei mal oder gar mehr jeden Monat sind hier Pflicht für mich.

McCafé freundliches Personal Update nach 3 Jahren von 4 auf 5 Sterne: Freundlichkeit bleibt, daran hat Corona nichts geändert. Ganz im Gegenteil, der Empfang zur Datenaufnahme war freundlich, entgegenkommende Hilfe am Bestellterminal, vielen Dank.

Eine tolle Filiale. Sauber, man fühlt sich wohl. Nettes Personal und bei Problemen hilft der Chef persönlich und mit sehr viel Charme.

So, ich habe dem Laden jetzt einige Chancen gegeben aber irgendwann reicht es auch mir mal. Jedes Mal, wenn ich dort etwas zum Essen kaufen möchte, ist irgendwas. Das erste Mal ging das Kartengerät generell nicht und ich hatte sonst nichts bei, schön umsonst 20 Minuten im Drive-in gestanden. Anstatt vorne eine Information steht lässt man lieber alle umsonst warten. Das zweite Mal hat meine das Kartengerät meine Karte nicht akzeptiert, komischerweise ging dieselbe Karte bei der Tanke gegenüber. Das 3. Mal war ein Samstag um 19 Uhr: Der Laden ist geschlossen (um 19 Uhr am Samstag wohlgemerkt), aber die Mitarbeiter rennen drinnen rum aber lassen keinen rein. Auch wieder umsonst hergefahren. Aber heute wurde dem Ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt: Ich bestelle eine 6er Nuggets, welche sofort als Abholbereit dran stehen. Alle anderen bekommen nach und nach ihr Essen, nur ich nicht. Daraufhin fragte ich eine Mitarbeiterin was denn mit meinem Essen ist. Diese brabbelte nur irgendwas in ihren nicht vorhandenen Bart, dreht sich um und lässt mich einfach da stehen. Daraufhin habe ich den Manager geholt und der hat meine Bestellung persönlich fertig gemacht, weil die Mitarbeiter es nicht auf die Reihe bekamen. Bei einer 6er Nuggets wohlgemerkt, keine Großbestellung. Ich habe also wieder umsonst ca. 20 Minuten rumgestanden. Wie gesagt bei aller Geduld, irgendwann reichts mir auch mal, das war das letzte Mal dass ich hierher kam, am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben!

Nicht zu empfehlen! Das Personal versteht überwiegend kein Deutsch ! Das Essen war ekelhaft. Kalt & mit Sicherheit auch nicht frisch zubereitet. Die Cola hat geschmeckt als stand die Schon 10 Stunden rum. Der Laden war sehr kalt. Man musste mit Jacke sitzen.

Essen war leider trotz frischer Umstellung von Frühstück aufs Tagesgeschäft kalt und lieblos zusammen gematscht. Service war sehr freundlich. Leider war ich etwas in Zeitnot. In Zukunft einfach weiterhin ein guten Job machen und freundlich bleiben. Das kann schon mal passieren.

Ein schöner McDonald's mit McCafé als Zwischenstopp in Autobahnnähe. Sauber und gut aufgeteilt, sogar mit kleiner Indoor-Kletterbox. Essen wie gewohnt lecker, supernette, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Durchschnittlicher McDonalds. Die Bedienung ist nett und drinnen ists verhältnismäßig sauber. Am McDrive dauerts meist etwas. Leider schmecken mir die "neuen" alten Burger nicht mehr so gut wie die alten. Bei den Preisen ganz schön traurig.

Man ist ja schon viel rum gekommen und hat einige McDonalds gesehen. Aber dieser war bisher der dreckigste den wir gesehen haben. Versiffte Toiletten die auch noch gestunken haben,volle Wagen und Tabletts die überall standen weil die Gäste nicht wussten wohin damit. Wir stellten unsere vollen Tabletts am Tresen ab,die Blicke der Mitarbeiter sagten alles.Also Freundlichkeit wird in dieser Filiale klein geschrieben. Essen war halt wie immer,die Kinder lieben es halt. Wir waren am 17.12 da.

Frau Katrin Z. hat uns den McDonald's Abend so versa... Das wir wieder gegangen sind. Danke . Klar ist an einem Freitag Abend viel los. Aber wenn man erklärt das die Leute bereits im Windfang stehen zum bestellen und an der Kasse niemand.dann möchte man nicht angemeckert werden die Kasse ist nicht zum bestellen sondern zum kassieren da. Was machen Leute die zb. Nicht mit den Automaten umgehen können.bleiben die genauso fern wie wir jetzt?

Immer wieder zieht es uns zu diesem McDonald's, die Frage ist nur wie lange noch, denn es fehlt in der Regel immer etwas. Zudem werden die Wartezeiten auch immer länger. Deshalb auch keine Empfehlung mehr hier zu Speisen.

Eigentlich super laden,die Mitarbeiter super nett aber wenn man bestellt wartet man super lange auf sein Essen,wir hatten einmal nur 2 Pommes und 2 chickenburger und haben über 10 min gewartet und der landen war euch leer. Genauso das um 18:30 das eine mal zu war Grund dafür war wohl sie hätten nix mehr,anstatt dann an die Tür oder so ein Schild zu hängen warum auch. Infos hat man auch nicht richtig bekommen.

Waren mit Familiy auf durchreise, aber da anzuhalten um mal was schnell zu Essen? 3 Menüs 1 Kidsbox, 1 Gratis 20er Nuggets, --- 45 min bis es fast alles fertig war, dass geht gar nicht. Dann kam eine Teiltieferung an den Tisch, rest kommt gleich. 15 min später war es dann auch mal da. Ich weis ja nicht wer da in der Küche arbeitet, aber wir haben ein Big Tasty mit Rösti Scheibe bekommen. War mal was anderes, aber schmeckte alles.

Einigermaßen sauber und freundliches Personal. Toiletten könnten sauberer sein und Service war auch gut.
