I'm not a fan of the food, except for the ice cream, which is why we were there. Since the weather was nice, we ate the ice cream outside, of course. The tables were sticky and dirty, but you can also hold the ice cream in your hands.

Absolutely filthy, mountains of trash, tables piled high with dirty tablets, trolleys packed to the brim, no cleaning, the dirtiest McDonald's, no one feels responsible. This was definitely the last time I'll be here. Disgusting.

Almost like every McDonald's, the burgers were a bit gamey, and the restrooms were a bit dirty, both for men and women, but overall, it's a good place to go. The wait time was a bit too long for my liking.

A classic McDonald's, as it should be and as I expect it to be. The ice cream machine is broken quite often. Almost noticeably so. So often that there are even conspiracy theories about it. In the evenings, the crowd can sometimes be a bit tiring. The village youth have nothing else to do. But it's better to spend the evening at McDonald's than to stock up on hard liquor at the Norma next door. There's still some hope for Blumberg's youth. Aside from that, the McDonald's here is okay.

Preparation takes a very long time, even though the restaurant was not only moderately busy at that time; part of the order was forgotten (only noticed at home); burger with the wrong ingredients; one drink was wrong... Kids were extremely disappointed 😞

Not recommended. The staff there are always overwhelmed, the wait times are very long, the burgers are constantly missing from the bag, and there's no communication. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. Guests before us placed a very large order, which was ready within about 10 minutes. We only ordered a small portion, but had to wait over 30 minutes. While we were still sitting, several guests who had ordered after us received their food and left. It's a real shame—you expect even smaller orders to be prepared promptly. Hopefully, the service here improves, because this isn't a pleasant experience.

My wife and I placed a normal order via the terminal. The order went through normally, but having to wait more than 15 minutes and only receiving our order after asking was completely unacceptable. We were here today, around early afternoon. The place was full both inside and outside. We still found a seat. We waited 40 minutes. The food was very good and freshly prepared. But now for the absolute negative factor. We observed a very dedicated employee (short, middle-aged, short brown hair) who was completely "working herself to the bone." She brought order after order to the tables, was very friendly to everyone, apologized a thousand times for taking so long, cleared up the mess outside, and looked after everyone around her. Great respect! And in return, two employees who were the complete opposite. Respectful, friendly interaction, even among colleagues, was not the case. To name an example: the very good employee asked a less motivated employee for help with a tray. I repeat, it was a tray. She said no and just went inside. When she came out again, the tray was still there. And there she was again, the motivated employee, giving her best, even though you could see how exhausted she was. Due to the wait, we witnessed many unpleasant situations between guests and employees, including two completely unfriendly employees. It's a shame. Other guests had similar experiences. I would give the other employee 10 stars.

Great McDonald's. It's not really fast food. It took 20 minutes for us to get a cheeseburger and coffee. You guys can do better than that!

No salt on the fries, staff were yelling at each other. The only bright spot was the extremely nice cleaning lady. She was a delight.

Although it is a traditional and proven chain for years, this establishment disappointed me completely. I expected fast food standards, but instead I waited over 25 minutes for my order – and the establishment was half empty. The staff seemed very slow, unorganized and without any attempt at speed that one would expect from McDonald’s. To top it all off, the screens were turned off, so no one had any idea which order was being prepared. All the bins and storage areas were full, there was chaos everywhere. Hygiene was also poor – the staff worked without gloves, and chaos reigned in the kitchen. I am sorry, but I do not recommend this branch and if possible, avoid it. Such an approach spoils the name of an otherwise well-functioning brand.

A very clean McDonald's with a nice atmosphere. The food was prepared super quickly, and the staff was very friendly. I'd especially like to highlight the service: We accidentally dropped our Coke – an employee immediately came over, cleaned everything up, and brought us a new one. Top-notch customer service! We'll be back.

Catastrophic to the tenth degree! First of all: cold coffee, cold wrap, fries not as good as usual. But that's part of the "experience" in many branches these days. Now, on to cleanliness: The branch was barely visited, and there were a maximum of five tables occupied, but at least as many service employees available at the same time. Not a single table had been wiped, and old numbers and full trays were lying around everywhere. The only trash cart was also overflowing. No one felt responsible for it. The door to the trash room was open. I think the picture speaks volumes. The lack of a cleaning schedule in the men's restroom suggests that they don't clean at all. I felt really sick. Almost all the windows weren't cleaned and were covered in fingerprints. I could list at least ten more points. The conclusion remains: catastrophic. I don't understand how McDonald's can accept such franchise operators, or how an operator can run a branch like that.

Sometimes it doesn't work out with the extra toppings for the burgers. But it's rare, and at least I still enjoy the food, and I like bringing it to the table.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Cold McWrap – after complaining, the manager explained that it was a new recipe. I immediately ordered a coffee, but the cup must not have been washed, because that evening I came out with aphthous stool... terrible. I don't recommend it and warn you about crap!

Drive-Thru: Each time (about 6 times in a row), several items and Coke glasses were "simply forgotten" with my order and also in the car in front of me. Ordered 2 fries, got 1, Cappuccino forgot every time, Forgot the straw for the milkshake (probably you can drink it like that because it was already thawed and liquid; it was +5°C outside), Forgot the servings several times, Forgot the ketchup several times, Not taken back the deposit cups, Another time, they tried to cheat me with the deposit cups with lids (6 cups), only got €6 back. When they asked why so little - the answer was: €6 for 6 cups (with lids, of course), that's what it says on the computer. They "forgot" to give out Coke glasses several times. After asking where the cups were, they answered, a lie straight to my face: You already got them from me. Aside from the fact that you'll be stuck waiting in the drive-thru line for at least 30-50 minutes, they'll become rude and blame it all on too many customers and stress. -1 star for forgetfulness and service, 1 star for friendliness. :(

Unfortunately, the burgers were very slow to be prepared and they were also cold (not cooled down but apparently cold from the start). Fast food works differently. Tray shelves were overflowing and leftover food was everywhere under the tables. Didn't really make a good overall impression.

Often incorrect goods on the tablet. The beeping of kitchen appliances is extremely annoying. The employees respond to this loud beeping for minutes or not at all. It is extremely annoying for many guests. At MC-Drive you sometimes wait 15-20 minutes. Although there are only 2-3 vehicles there and the restaurant isn't that busy.

What should you rate at McDonald's? According to the franchise, the food and ambience are the same. So the service remains. I only use the drive-in here, the staff is always friendly, but the waiting time is significantly longer than at other branches.

Food fresh. I asked for cream for my coffee and the lovely lady opened it, poured it in and mixed it.

Unfortunately I had 1 meat nugget in my plant based nuggets, the friendly staff were very understanding and even gave me a completely new pack.

Maybe you shouldn't necessarily put the house dragon on the McDrive. The wait just to place the order took 15 minutes. At minus 12 degrees (you can't close the window, you can no longer hear the "friendly" voice), the hungry guest can finally let out a relieved Na. The fact that you are then literally dressed down and insulted by Babajaga at the next window.... all due respect. And then she complains about her own colleagues, who are lazy and stupid... so the old lady didn't exactly shine with her enthusiasm for work. Conclusion: it was the last time.

Going to Donald's on Saturday evening may be good for short-term hunger...but patience and spit are really required. Drive including the event inside - everything is full. No matter...we got a terminal. While you're waiting, you look a little more intensively everywhere, including the open kitchen. I often order on the go to save time. However, I have never been able to get my food directly at the reception. You start off very comfortably, only when I'm there. The customer is not viewed as if he were air. I've seen this several times now, it doesn't just affect me. No smile, no kind word. Not even a hello. It's nice to sit in the café area.
