Food really disgusting, service ZERO, I don't recommend it!

Were here today, beer could have been a little colder. Unfortunately the kebab pockets weren't as ordered, but still a pleasant atmosphere, very nice ambience, service very polite is recommended.

So I ordered chicken kebab in the evening, the meat tasted like nothing, no spices. The whole kebab was just so disgusting. Nothing special… never again… A little tip: maybe get a bit better meat and make the kebab 0.50 or 1.00 euros more expensive... I've eaten kebab everywhere, whether in Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Berlin and this is really the worst of all...

I often order a kebab, a pizza or a pide from Mercan and it always tastes amazing and thanks to the lovely Ömer the food arrives at my house so quickly that I can enjoy it while it's still warm. Thanks guys for your great work 💪🏽

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the kebab. It was ok, but quite small, so if you're really hungry you won't be full. So the price-performance ratio is not right at all; It is far too expensive, and then there are 2€ delivery costs. In other kebab shops the kebabs cost around €7, but here they cost €9. This means that you pay almost €20 for two kebabs including delivery costs. The delivery time was over an hour. Overall it was mediocre, but if I was really hungry I wouldn't order here again.

Meal has developed well and has been operating at a high level for a long time now! I am extremely satisfied. The only point of criticism, which now affects all restaurants, snack bars, etc., is that the prices are far too high!

The kebab is very well filled with meat but anyone who talks about good quality simply has no idea! The meat is sausage quality! It also tastes exactly like sausage. It's probably a turkey mince mix. But they also have some other things here like fries with currywurst, or fried things that looked okay. Therefore kindly meant 3***.

Food was ordered for 7 p.m. - the order status was set to "delivered" before 6:30 p.m. Only when I asked was I rudely told that they couldn't reach me. An incorrect number was sent to the driver. The food didn't come until 7:30 p.m. in a very unfriendly tone. Food was almost cold and sticky, but the taste was still ok. That was the last order.
