Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food arrived more than 30 minutes late – and it was completely cold. When I called, they didn't even know where the driver was or how long it would take. The employee on the phone was also unfriendly and seemed annoyed – offering no understanding or apology. When the food finally arrived, the quality was also a disaster: The fries were completely soggy, and the doner meat wasn't cooked properly. This simply shouldn't happen. This was definitely the last time for me.

I have to say that I like to come to eat often, I'm extremely happy and satisfied. The food tastes very tasty. The service is very good. The employees who work there are very nice and friendly. I don't understand why they usually give such negative reviews because the food, drink and service is very good at Bella Dürüm. I'm really satisfied and can recommend everyone to just go to Bella Dürüm and eat there. I can only say from my side that I only love eating at Bella Dürüm, otherwise I don't love eating at any other kebab shop!!

The food was delicious, but the service was not good at all. I actually wanted to give the service no stars, but that option wasn't available. The Coke we were given was expired. I would only have the food delivered; I will never come and eat here. We also had to pack the food ourselves because the employee wanted to pack it with her hands, just like she used to wash the dishes. Hygiene was simply nonexistent.
