War heute zum zweiten Mal. Das Essen ist extrem lecker, obwohl auch klassischer Döner prima. Das einzige, was mich etwas gestört hat, ist die laute Musik. Wenn man sich unterhalten möchte, ist das vielleicht etwas zu laut. Das Team war auch super nett.

War sehr sehr lecker, total freundliche Mitarbeiter..saubere und ordentliche laden..das einzige problem ist kein Parkplatz 😃empfehle auf jedenfall...

5 Sterne! Sehr lecker und absolut empfehlenswert. Das Fleisch war saftig und geschmackvoll, das Brot frisch und der Salat ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich dachte lange, dass es in Hamm keinen richtig guten Döner gibt, aber dieses Restaurant hat mich positiv überrascht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Inhaberin – eine sehr freundliche und stets lächelnde Dame. Der Service war aufmerksam, herzlich und einfach top. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann diesen Laden nur weiterempfehlen.

Bester Döner in Hamm. Es ist etwas teuerer als die anderen, aber lohnt sich, Geschmack ist top.

Es tut mir leid, diese Bewertung schreiben zu müssen, aber ich hoffe, der Besitzer ergreift die nötigen Maßnahmen. Es ist wirklich schade um seine harte Arbeit. Die Preise waren, um ehrlich zu sein, durchaus angemessen.

Hallo zusammen. Wir waren auf Empfehlung eines Freundes hier, aber ich bereue es. Das Fladenbrot, das ich zum Kebab bestellt hatte, war altbacken und stammte offensichtlich vom vorherigen Gast; es war mit Essensresten verschmutzt. Wir sind nur wegen der Freundlichkeit der Bedienung wieder nach Hause gegangen. Ich hoffe, der Besitzer unternimmt etwas dagegen. Das war mein erster und letzter Besuch.

Ich war dort zum Iftar (Fastenbrechen)... Ich wurde freundlich und schnell bedient. Ich kann es empfehlen.

KATASTROPHE – so etwas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt! Ich bin alleine zum Fastenbrechen zum Urfa Kebabhaus gefahren und habe höflich nach einem Tisch für eine Person gefragt. Die Chefin und die Kellnerin sagten mir direkt, dass angeblich kein Platz mehr frei sei. Also habe ich notgedrungen eine Bestellung zum Mitnehmen aufgegeben. Diese wurde von einem älteren Herrn mit weißen Haaren und Brille hinter der Theke sehr unfreundlich und respektlos entgegengenommen. Das Schlimmste kam jedoch wenige Minuten später: Neue Gäste kamen herein und fragten nach einem Tisch. Die Chefin fragte, wie viele Personen sie seien. Als sie hörte, dass sie zu dritt sind, sagte sie sofort, dass das überhaupt kein Problem sei und ein Tisch frei wäre. In diesem Moment wurde mir klar, dass ich einfach abgewiesen wurde, nur weil ich alleine war. Ich habe die Chefin darauf angesprochen und gefragt, warum mir gesagt wurde, dass kein Platz frei sei. Ihre Antwort: Für eine Person würden sie keinen Tisch vergeben, nur für mehrere Personen. Ehrlich gesagt hat mich das wirklich enttäuscht und verletzt. Besonders in der Fastenzeit, in der man als Muslim eigentlich füreinander da sein, Respekt zeigen und ein offenes Herz haben sollte. Stattdessen wurde ich hier respektlos behandelt. Ich habe meine Bestellung sofort storniert und bin gegangen. So ein Verhalten – vor allem im Ramadan – ist einfach beschämend. Absolut unterirdischer Service. Wir waren heute zu fünft im Urfa Kebaphaus in Hamm und wollten insgesamt drei Gerichte bestellen, weil einige von uns keinen großen Hunger hatten. Die Kellnerin meinte daraufhin ernsthaft, dass wir pro Person ein Gericht bestellen müssen, nur weil wir zu fünft sind. So etwas habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben erlebt. Wir haben ihr ruhig erklärt, dass wir nicht so viel essen wollen und drei Gerichte völlig reichen. Statt das zu akzeptieren, wurde sie extrem unfreundlich, zickig und am Ende sogar beleidigend und persönlich. Man hatte richtig das Gefühl, als würde sie uns zwingen wollen mehr zu bestellen. In einem Restaurant sollte man selbst entscheiden dürfen, was und wie viel man bestellt, ohne sich rechtfertigen zu müssen oder sich von einer Kellnerin respektlos behandeln zu lassen. Das Essen war zwar okay, aber der Service war eine absolute Katastrophe und hat den kompletten Besuch ruiniert. Wegen so einem Verhalten gegenüber Gästen werde ich diesen Laden definitiv nie wieder betreten und auch niemandem empfehlen.

40 Minuten Wartezeit für eine Pizza ist schon eine kleine Geduldsprüfung gewesen – ich wusste gar nicht, dass der Teig erst noch emotional reifen muss 😄 Für den Preis hatte ich außerdem etwas mehr Tempo und Wow-Effekt erwartet. Lecker war sie, keine Frage – aber schneller und fairer wäre noch besser gewesen.

Fantastisches essen. Riesige Portion. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt sind die Edelstahlteller, die sich ständig auf dem Tisch drehen, während des Essens.

Der Döner sieht saftig aus, aber in Wahrheit ist es trocken und ich habe leider Knorpel bzw. Ein Stück Knochen erwischt. Salat ohne Liebe vorbereitet. Sah nicht super frisch aus.

Ich habe das Menü 1 bestellt: unbegrenzte Chicken Wings mit Pommes, Salat und Meze für 19,90 €. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Einzige, was mich gestört hat, war die lange Wartezeit, bis neue Chicken Wings serviert wurden. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Restaurant und komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu viert im Restaurant und hatten zwei Kuzu Saç Kavurma bestellt. Gebracht wurde uns Dana Saç Kavurma. Wir haben das Personal daraufhin informiert, woraufhin das Personal und der Koch uns erzählen wollten, dass es das ist, was wir bestellt hatten. Wir waren vor diesem Besuch schonmal so 2-3 Wochen vorher zum Essen da, weil uns das Kuzu Saç Kavurma sehr geschmeckt hatte. Diesmal war das aber aufgrund des falschen Fleisches leider nicht der Fall. Der Koch brachte uns einen kleinen zusätzlichen Teller zum Beweis, was aber wieder das selbe Fleisch war. Dazu kommt, dass wir beim ersten Besuch frei Tee trinken konnten und uns diesmal versucht wurde, uns nen Extra Preis zu berechnen für den Tee, obwohl der frei ist, nur um das Geld für den EIGENGEBRACHTEN Teller wieder rauszuholen. Das hat uns die finale Entscheidung gegeben, dass wir dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall nicht wieder besuchen.

Das beste Essen, das ich je gegessen habe, gibt es hier. Der Service ist hervorragend. Alle sind freundlich. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich hatte einen Dürüm Döner – super leckeres, hochwertiges Fleisch und richtig gut. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant ist gut besucht, was die Qualität nur bestätigt. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Urfa Kebap Hamm My brother Mahmut is an expert in this business, a barbecue master. You will find the delicious meat on your plate. Definitely a place to go. You will not regret it, and let me warn you, the taste in your mouth will become a habit.

We were there for the first time today to have breakfast and it probably won't be the last time, because it completely met our expectations of a Turkish breakfast. The restaurant has been around for a long time but apparently the owner and chef have changed because I noticed the difference in quality straight away! First and foremost: The doner/kebap! You can really taste the meat and it's not minced meat/minced meat, like in most other restaurants. After I asked, I was also told that the chef puts the skewer together himself. I'm thrilled, especially because of the prices! I went out for a spontaneous meal that week and ordered something else and the veal was tender and plentiful. I'll try other things from time to time, but so far everything is fine.

Retro İskender Hause is one of the restaurants abroad that serves traditional Turkish food well. In addition to kebabs and appetizers, they also have delicious salads. A positive energy has come to the business, which recently changed owners. I especially recommend you to eat Iskender.
