McDonald's in Rheinberg

The old game, top prices and flop quality, that's just how it is with Mäck...

Ordered via app and had it brought to the table. A portion of fries and two apple cones for the children were missing. (We picked up fries at the counter - we didn't notice the missing apple cones until much later.) Special requests for the burgers were taken into account, but they were all stacked in a very messy and unappetizing manner/were half falling apart. Fries were exceptionally salty even for McDonalds. And unfortunately, 3 out of 5 people had stomach pains and digestive problems after their visit, something we don't know from other locations. But the shop, yard and toilets were clean!

Fresh flowers on the tables, that's great! And the service staff was so friendly and accommodating! Big praise for this branch!

Last night I had to eat something at MC Donald in Rheinberg and ordered, among other things, these potatoes in a grid shape. Mistakenly given fries. Since I had to wait a long time for my food and it was brought to the table, I didn't let the fries go back. I ate a few and just bit off two three and put them back in the bag. Then an employee came and brought the lattice potatoes and took the specified fries back with him. He put them back on display to give to the next customer. What a mess I did a huge tear up and insisted on disposing of them all over the place. Never again mc stupid

Ordered food via the app and it went really well! Preparation was ok too! But then again what was missing last time was the nuggets! I've been avoiding Mc Drive for a long time because it just takes too long! If there is no staff there then it is better to close the drive because the queue to the street is extremely long! Or if you want to park, you don't even think about it because everyone is queuing at the drive!

Waiting times beyond 20 minutes. Waited longer for food than actually ate 🤦🏼‍♂️.

Cold dried out burgers, dried out fries that had probably been lying there for hours, it was just disgusting not to get any fresh food.

Yesterday I was at McDonald's in Rheinberg and placed an order at the counter, which turned out to be very difficult because we had a hard time understanding each other because of your poor German. Also, the Big Macs were almost cold and the fries were soggy. Question why do they wear masks if they are worn under the chin???

Food was cold and incomplete! Unfortunately the nuggets were missing, great 🙏🏼

Atmosphere could be a bit nicer

Ordered breakfast at the terminal. Waited 25 minutes and found out when asked that you had been forgotten. But breakfast would be over now. When I pointed out that I had ordered this, they offered to do it, but it would take a long time. Because I was hungry, I agreed that I would take something else. The team was friendly but overwhelmed and I can't even explain how something like this could happen.

McDonald's Rheinberg: Disaster! The employees have no plan, ordering via app and paying via Paypal only seems to work with luck! There is always something 😔 There is really room for improvement here.

So that day the supervisor didn't leave at all, she complained all the time to the staff, so loudly and the words she used were inappropriate, really embarrassing, the other staff were super nice, that has to be said too.

Just waited my morning food 20 min in FAST food restaurant. Muffin bread was not soft. My friends were finished with eating, when i got my 3 simple things.

I got chicken nuggets today. They were warmed up and no longer fresh. I would have complained about this immediately if I had been there. Next time I will ask for fresh ones.

Ordered items are constantly being swapped

A McDonald's like the ones that exist countless times doesn't stand out from the crowd, either positively or negatively. The staff was friendly and courteous and would be happy to come back at any time

It's just McDonald. The older generation is having a hard time.

Ordered and paid in the app in the car in front of the restaurant, after 3 minutes the food was on the table in the restaurant. That's how it should be Friendly service and clean restaurant, we would love to come back.

Really frightening for the customer. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a roar from behind the counter. A seemingly overwhelmed shift manager loudly exhorted her team in front of all the customers. These fluttered around the kitchen and the themed area in a totally irritated manner. There were maybe 10 people in the store...in the MC Drive line there were a maximum of three cars. Everything gave the impression of a penal department in Siberia...totally exaggerated! In the end we had the wrong sauce for the chicken nuggets... which nobody likes... more calm and professionalism would work wonders!!

We've only been there once so I can only rate the snapshot. Visually it's a normal McDonald's. However, it was very clean when we visited and the employees were very friendly and motivated. Work also took place quickly and there seemed to be a relaxed atmosphere among the employees. The food was prepared fresh, quickly and apparently the fat was changed regularly as there were no smells.

Bad internet in the store. I constantly had to go out the door to load new coupon codes. Parking lot very tight. Otherwise, a Macces like everyone else.

No rides, small burgers, no mix, a bit of muesli and mini milkshake. Mr. Kazimov great

A veggie burger was ordered and I received a burger with just a slice of cheese. In my opinion, an absolute disgrace.

It's McDonald's, the food was as expected and wasn't messed up on the first try. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean. Atmosphere was quiet at the time that we went (around 11). Overall I would return to this McDonald's.

Quick, disciplined and absolutely pandemic-compliant! Price and goods as good as ever.

You probably can't get the fries thing under control at McDonalds. The burger was pretty decent Addendum: November 22, 2023 The deep fryers beep for more than 3 minutes at a time, 11 employees in the house, the return cart is only used for stacking, it can do much better Addendum: 01/26/2024 Food came very quickly 👍 The employee probably came to work and then called in sick. As a guest, I don't care what another employee thinks about it and it's not appropriate for me as a manager to gossip about it when the employee is gone. Everything at the front in the counter area, where the customer is. It is an absolute no-go to talk about employees like that. I don't begrudge anyone anything bad, but sorry, the manager is welcome to suddenly get sick and his boss then judges him, just as he did his employee

Something is always missing when ordering...

This isn't the McDonald's you'd want to eat at.

You already know the food. The self-order terminals were all operational. The cleanliness was good, the atmosphere was very modern and partly also very clean. The inside temperature was quite cool and almost uncomfortable. My chicken burger (not P.B.) tasted different. Voucher 127. Can be recommended

Einen guten 🍔 für den kleinen Hunger

Een McDonalds met sfeer. Hele goede service, netjes, gezellig aangekleed met bloemetjes op tafel. Een McDonalds waar de Nederlandse veel van kunnen leren! Ga zo door!!

Das Essen bei Mäcess kennt man ja. Plant based ist auch ok. Service ist ja irgendwie immer weniger. Man bestellt selbst, holt es selbst ab, isst es selbst und räumt es selbst weg... Ambiente... Naja.. ein Albtraum verglichen mit jedem italienischen Restaurant.

Ein McDonald's Restaurant wie jedes andere. Obwohl kein grosser Andrang an der Theke war, dauerte es viel zu lange, bis die Menus fertig waren. Heute gegen Mitternacht wieder einmal in diesem Lokal. Während der ganzen Zeit, ca. 25 Minuten ertönten laute Alarmsignale aus der Küche. Anscheinend haben die Angestellten keinen Bock diese abzustellen oder sie haben etwas an den Ohren.

Schön sauber und Bestellung ging auch schnell

Die Filiale liegt direkt an der A57 und ist die bisher beste McDonalds-Filiale, die ich besucht habe - und ich habe in meinem Leben schon viele besucht. 😉 Sehr sauber & modern, sehr freundlich und ich kann mich nicht erinnern, jemals Tischdeko an Weihnachten gesehen zu haben. Ich komme definitiv jetzt öfter hierher.

Der Boden ist manchmal sehr rutschig und bei dem Bug Macs sind oft die Zwiebeln leicht verbrannt

So ein Service freundliches Personal habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt bei McDonald. Super Hilfsbereit.

Schöner und Moderner McDonald's. Alles sehr sauber. Einziges Manko ist der Parkplatz. Um auf den Parkplatz zu kommen muss man sich kurz in die Warteschlange vom McDrive einreihen. Wenn viel Los ist, ist das etwas nervig. Außerdem sind auch zu wenige Parkplätze vorhanden. Ansonsten ist alles super. Besser als der McDonald's in Wesel

Neben mir am Tisch saß einer der sich in 30 Sekunden einen McSundae reinzogen hat. Danach gab's zwei Hamburger in zwei Bissen hinterher. Sonst war gut.

Die Einfahrt ist zu klein man kann nicht auf den Parkplatz wenn welche durch den drive fahren wollen. Stand da letztens 20 min nur um auf den Parkplatz zu kommen

Das Essen war lecker und schien deutlich besser als in anderen McDonalds. Die Angestellten sind super nett, wir wurden schnell und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Ambiente sieht an sich gepflegt aus, die Toiletten waren nur sehr dreckig.

Essen natürlich typisch Macces. Leider war das Lokal sehr verdreckt.

Für ein "Mäces" echt ok! Tische werden gesäubert, insgesamt sauber und gut zubereitete Burger. Parkplätze eng, Schnell Ladesäule für E Autos.

Bei der Bestellung gab es ein kleines Problem aber als den Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen habe hat er mir sofort meinen fehlenden Burger gebracht und mir noch eine gratis Pommes dazugegeben.

Alles sauber im Laden, das Essen war heiß und schnell zubereitet.

Der Laden war sehr sauber die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und die Bürger haben auch lecker geschmeckt.

App funktionierte nicht aber Mitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit,Essen war frisch.

Das Essen war nicht so gut. Die Chicken Nuggets waren sehr weich und nicht wirklich lecker. Der Service war gut. Das Ambiente nicht besonders, eher relativ klein.

Der Kaffee spottet jeder Beschreibung

Erstaunlich wie unterschiedlich die Filialen sind... Diese hier finde ich, ist sehr gut. Komme gerne wieder!

Leider gabs mal wieder Probleme mit den digitalen Bestell-Terminals! Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse und der diensthabende Manager am 21.07.23 um 14:45 Uhr haben uns jedoch sehr kompetent geholfen!

Sauberkeit im laden mittelmässig Essen zu teuer Pommes ungesalzen Toaleten relativ sauber Man erwartet aber auch nichts besseres

Bin öfters in Rheinberg bei McDonald's essen. Leider ist es im Restaurant immer kalt. Allerdings ist das Personal sehr nett und die Tische meistens sauber.

Für kleines Geld, eine Fahrrad - Rast-Pause bei Mc DONALD`s in Rheinberg einlegen. Das Mc DONALD`s Restaurant in Rheinberg, an der Neuweide 33, ist auf fast jeder Fahrrad-Tour die wir am linken Niederrhein unternehmen, als eine Anlaufstelle, zum Abschluss unserer Tour als Rast eingeplant. Die immer saubere Toilette, ist da mit im Hinterkopf fest eingeplant Wir waren bisher immer nur auf unseren Fahrrad-Touren, hier zur Rast eingekehrt. Aber wir bestaunen jedes mal viele das Mc - Drive Kundschaft hier bei Mc DONALD`s das Angebot nutzen. Diese Mc DONALD`s Niederlassung scheint eine Goldgrube zu sein, es ist sogar im Winter, fast genau so voll, wie zur Sommerzeit, nur das der Außenbereich, der sehr schön angelegt ist, und auch den Kindern Platz zum spielen bietet, im Winter eher nicht benutzt wird. Nur die Raucher wissen diesen Bereich zu schätzen. Stamm oder Laufkundschaft, hier in Rheinberg bei Mc DONALD`s , obwohl eher ländlich gelegen, ist immer voller Betrieb zu verbuchen. Wir standen bisher, immer für eine Bestellung, in der Warteschlange, die aber auch immer zügig abgearbeitet wird. Das Personal, ist ser freundlich, und macht obwohl der vielen Arbeit, keinen gestressten Eindruck, das sotte man auch mal lobend erwehen. Ein Hamburger für meine Frau, kostet 1€. Ein Vegetarischer Burger für mich, 1,99 €. Ein kleiner Kaffee 1 € und ein Cappuccino 1,66 € . Billiger kann man keine Rast einlegen. im Sommer gibt es immer noch ein Eis zum Abschluss.. So hat jede Jahreszeit ihren Reits bei Mc DONALD`s So ländlich gelegen, nicht wie man es sonst in den Städten gewohnt ist, ist Rheinberg am linken Niederrhein, eine Empfehlung von mir, an EUCH.
