Very fast service today and a particularly friendly employee.

I had a Big Mac menu with vanilla milkshake here yesterday. The milkshake had a strange flavor. I got really sick afterward. I think the machine needs a good cleaning.

It's just a Maccas I go to monthly. But it can't be that, as a very young person, you're aggressively told about a fundraising campaign twice, then, out of goodwill, hand over the euro for this stupid gimmick, only to see in the small print that only 65% ​​is being donated. So, basically, a 65% donation, plus tax benefits because of it, and 35% simply being pocketed, isn't really acceptable.

That happened once, I had to go through the drive thru twice and something was always missing, the hamburger was much smaller, no that was it, that's customer fraud, the scanner doesn't work, the store can close.

Just two McFlurrys with more chocolate sauce on request, if possible; we would have even paid more. The super friendly shift manager (October 20, 2025, 10:07 p.m.) said we should discuss it with the colleague at the counter, not with the shift manager. When I asked at the counter, the shift manager had already intercepted the colleague. The colleague (who speaks southern German) was super friendly. If she can't answer questions competently and refers me to the colleague at the counter, what is she doing at the counter? But the good woman is apparently not cut out for this position. Her friendliness leaves a lot to be desired!

Unfortunately, the fries and burgers were only lukewarm. I expect food to be hot.

We stopped by on a quick visit; it wasn't busy, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The salad was outside the burger, but after doing the puzzle, everything was back to normal. They could clean it up a bit, but otherwise, everything was fine.

When you order from a McDonough Drive-Thru, you always have to wait in the large parking lot. After 20 minutes, an employee came in with a bag of food and didn't know if it was for us. She went back in, confused, with the bag and came back out five minutes later. After a 25-minute wait, our breakfast was lukewarm to cold. We didn't even get an apology for the wait. If you're going to order from a McDonough Drive-Thru, you should get your food faster. There were only two cars waiting and three people inside ordering. So, it was almost quiet, but still overwhelmed.

Waited a little longer than usual for food

Inviting people is something else entirely. The listlessness is evident in everyone's face, not to mention the food. Not recommended at all.

These days, orders at McDonald's are constantly incorrect. Even the exchanged items are then exchanged incorrectly again. Toys are constantly missing from the Happy Meal...

They forget at least something with EVERY ORDER. Last time we ordered, they forgot the entire McSmart menu and the sauces from our Happy Meals. The time before last, it was the 20-piece chicken nuggets? HOW can you forget something like that? And having to report them every time that they've forgotten something is just annoying. We got home and realized that, of course, something was missing again. Let's be honest, this is just embarrassing.

I keep falling for it. Food is cold. Staff has trouble communicating. Impersonal. I'll try not to go to MC again. There's better value for money.

Great McDonald's. Friendly, fast, and good.

The best employee is the older lady who deserves 100 stars. She makes the milkshake best and much more. The rest are overwhelmed. The fries are too salty, and the sauces are always forgotten. My husband once ate a Big Mac there and a day later he couldn't get up because of stomach pain. We then complained to the main office but we never heard back. We just sent them the quality control and wanted to get in touch again but nothing ever came back, not even an 'I'm sorry'. It's sad that when others make the milkshake it's milk and you want vanilla. What does it taste like, strawberry.

Unfortunately, it's always disappointing. The McDonald's in Rheinberg is often dirty – the tables are sticky, the restrooms are unhygienic, and appear unkempt. The food is poorly prepared, and our orders were frequently missing something. Asking about it usually reveals that the food is missing, but nothing changes because the staff seems unmotivated and unhelpful. It's a shame, because with a little more care and dedication, the location could be much better. So, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

At the drive-in everything is super fast and perfect 👍🏻

A small but nice branch. Few parking spaces and a relatively small shop, but nice and open. The rest is the same as always, McDonald's ;-)

A solid McDonald’s – exactly what you’d expect, in the best way. Everything worked smoothly: ordering was fast, the food came out hot and fresh, and there were no issues at all. The place was clean, staff were friendly, and service was quick. Nothing fancy or surprising, just reliable quality and a familiar menu. Perfect for a quick bite when you’re on the go and want something you know. Sometimes, that’s all you need – and they delivered it just right.

Very, very courteous and friendly staff!! Service like in a restaurant, wow. Except for the older team leader who is a bit too shouty. I think it's helpful not to address your employees like that, although every one of them is great!

We ate there last night with the whole family, and today we all have an upset stomach. Please check the freshness of the food more carefully. We suspect the fries; they had a strange taste that we ignored because we were hungry. Good luck to everyone, stay healthy.

It was ok, but full. Unfortunately, something was missing from the order at the table service. I then picked it up myself, they apologized, everything was OK.

Phew, my shoes are still greasy. Even on the toilet, you slip on the greasy film... The place is unkempt. There was nothing to dry your hands with in the restroom, and it wasn't cleaned well. The staff was friendly, if not uninvolved, and the food was good, as you'd expect from McDonald's.

Luckily, they were open. Hungry at 1:00 AM.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review here. It's become the norm these days that something is always missing from orders at the McColl's Drive-Thru counter. Sometimes the fries, sometimes the sauce, sometimes a burger. I hope there's no system behind this. Best regards

A catastrophe. And it's getting worse. Waiting time at the McDrive is well over 20 minutes. Rheinberg has had speed issues for months, but today was the worst.

One order included two complete burgers that cost over €5. Absolutely disgusting, trashy place. Never going back to Rheinberg for McDonald's!

Was there this evening around 10:30 p.m. (order number 228), journey 15 minutes. It was very crowded there and it's okay that you have to wait a little longer. The “boss” is a disaster. Talk to your employees as if they were your subjects: e.g. faster,, faster / I can't work like that. The boss gets involved in all the orders, instead of bossing everyone around, maybe go into the kitchen and do it yourself if you think you can do it better. The tone of voice of another older employee is terrible compared to the others and while you are waiting for your order you can hear every word and every tone of voice. Really embarrassing and not very professional. If I worked there, I would call in sick on every shift I was assigned to with the boss. I took a look in the bag and it seemed complete. At home I noticed that both Mc Donalds glasses were missing, which are used to advertise every Mc menu, instead of a Mc Crispy I got a spicy one even though according to the box it was normal. With a 15 minute drive and already cold food, I was absolutely annoyed, unfortunately not the first time.

Food was decent, took a while to get out to us, pretty small order too, €4 apple schorle was pretty ridiculous, I tried to buy a cup of ice, they said no, I asked for a cup of water with ice in it, they said no, even though water was on their menu, and it was advertised with ice in it, then, when my buddy, who was with me when I tried to get ice water, ordered a soda, they didn’t put ice in it despite the fact that when we ordered it earlier, it had ice in it, terrible service, don’t recommend 👎.

We were there twice on different weekends with the kids. I have to say the cleanest Mc. Donalds we have eaten at for a long time. Service, friendliness and speed are simply top!

Mc Drive arrived on a Sunday at 2 p.m. A car in front of me, perfect. The order...2 cheeseburgers, even more perfect. I ordered a 9 piece nuggets and a cheeseburger... Then I was asked to drive up a bit to wait. It took 14 minutes from the order to the bag. 7 out of 9 nuggets cold and the cheeseburger now too...great service. That was it for me at mäcces

How can you be so friendly? This store is just great! I always leave with a big smile, not just because of the food but also because of the great staff who are always really friendly. Very, very big praise to you.

Unfortunately, once again we did not receive all of the products we ordered. Ordered 5 products and only received 4. That's €5.29 without anything in return.

We celebrated a children's birthday here, everything was well organized, the service was top. Very nice employees.

Delicious breakfast, there were only visitors, it would have been better to order digitally than at the counter. Much calmer, clearer, employee was vague and impatient, but not unfriendly.

Totally overwhelmed staff, very chaotic at the counter, three stars because burgers were good. There is still a lot to do...

Ordered via app and had it brought to the table. A portion of fries and two apple cones for the children were missing. (We picked up fries at the counter - we didn't notice the missing apple cones until much later.) Special requests for the burgers were taken into account, but they were all stacked in a very messy and unappetizing manner/were half falling apart. Fries were exceptionally salty even for McDonalds. And unfortunately, 3 out of 5 people had stomach pains and digestive problems after their visit, something we don't know from other locations. But the shop, yard and toilets were clean!

Fresh flowers on the tables, that's great! And the service staff was so friendly and accommodating! Big praise for this branch!

Last night I had to eat something at MC Donald in Rheinberg and ordered, among other things, these potatoes in a grid shape. Mistakenly given fries. Since I had to wait a long time for my food and it was brought to the table, I didn't let the fries go back. I ate a few and just bit off two three and put them back in the bag. Then an employee came and brought the lattice potatoes and took the specified fries back with him. He put them back on display to give to the next customer. What a mess I did a huge tear up and insisted on disposing of them all over the place. Never again mc stupid

Ordered food via the app and it went really well! Preparation was ok too! But then again what was missing last time was the nuggets! I've been avoiding Mc Drive for a long time because it just takes too long! If there is no staff there then it is better to close the drive because the queue to the street is extremely long! Or if you want to park, you don't even think about it because everyone is queuing at the drive!

Yesterday I was at McDonald's in Rheinberg and placed an order at the counter, which turned out to be very difficult because we had a hard time understanding each other because of your poor German. Also, the Big Macs were almost cold and the fries were soggy. Question why do they wear masks if they are worn under the chin???

Atmosphere could be a bit nicer

Ordered breakfast at the terminal. Waited 25 minutes and found out when asked that you had been forgotten. But breakfast would be over now. When I pointed out that I had ordered this, they offered to do it, but it would take a long time. Because I was hungry, I agreed that I would take something else. The team was friendly but overwhelmed and I can't even explain how something like this could happen.

McDonald's Rheinberg: Disaster! The employees have no plan, ordering via app and paying via Paypal only seems to work with luck! There is always something 😔 There is really room for improvement here.

Ordered and paid in the app in the car in front of the restaurant, after 3 minutes the food was on the table in the restaurant. That's how it should be Friendly service and clean restaurant, we would love to come back.

Really frightening for the customer. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a roar from behind the counter. A seemingly overwhelmed shift manager loudly exhorted her team in front of all the customers. These fluttered around the kitchen and the themed area in a totally irritated manner. There were maybe 10 people in the store...in the MC Drive line there were a maximum of three cars. Everything gave the impression of a penal department in Siberia...totally exaggerated! In the end we had the wrong sauce for the chicken nuggets... which nobody likes... more calm and professionalism would work wonders!!

We've only been there once so I can only rate the snapshot. Visually it's a normal McDonald's. However, it was very clean when we visited and the employees were very friendly and motivated. Work also took place quickly and there seemed to be a relaxed atmosphere among the employees. The food was prepared fresh, quickly and apparently the fat was changed regularly as there were no smells.

Bad internet in the store. I constantly had to go out the door to load new coupon codes. Parking lot very tight. Otherwise, a Macces like everyone else.

A veggie burger was ordered and I received a burger with just a slice of cheese. In my opinion, an absolute disgrace.

It's McDonald's, the food was as expected and wasn't messed up on the first try. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean. Atmosphere was quiet at the time that we went (around 11). Overall I would return to this McDonald's.

Quick, disciplined and absolutely pandemic-compliant! Price and goods as good as ever.

You probably can't get the fries thing under control at McDonalds. You already know the food. The self-order terminals were all operational. The cleanliness was good, the atmosphere was very modern and partly also very clean. The inside temperature was quite cool and almost uncomfortable. My chicken burger (not P.B.) tasted different. Voucher 127. Can be recommended
