McDonald's in Reichenbach im Vogtland

I've known this restaurant for years and am extremely disappointed. The food tastes old and bland, something is constantly forgotten and the people who work there aren't nice either. It is also totally dirty and unkempt, just like the employees. This McDonald's used to have really good quality but now you can completely forget about it. Very sad.

Well, as some have already described. 20 nuggets and my Big Rösti were missing. Annoying yes, but it can happen to anyone! Great service! Get vouchers! So now I just have to give it one star To date I have received NOTHING for the missing food vouchers! Really a shame 🤬

And take a sip of your drink. The Sprite only contained water, no syrup. The curry sauce was mixed up, spicy sauce was given with the order. The spicy sauce was tasted for the sake of experience, but this is also not recommended. It tastes chemical and wasn't for our taste. And the salad we ordered wasn't included either. The suggested reusable Coca Cola and Sprite plastic drinking containers are just image fakes, you get a branded MC cup here. That wasn't our thought. We were looking forward to branding from Coca Cola and that was nothing either. The images displayed are only visual purchase suggestions. Only appearance and no being. Unfortunately we looked at the order too late. Well, we have now learned not to visit McDonald's anymore. Expensive and poor, unfriendly service. Very unfortunate.

The ambience is super cool, very modern and the outdoor area invites you to hang out when the weather is nice.

Service super .Essen soweit okay, außer die Pommes waren versalzen. Aus hygienischen Gesichtspunkten fand ich es sehr bedenklich, wenn Mitarbeiterinnen mit langen offenen Haaren das Essen zubereiten. Weiterhin hatten die Mitarbeiter keine Handschuhe bei der Lebensmittelzubereitung (belegen der Burger von Hand) an.

Ich denke das der Schuppen gut ist, war noch nie darin holte nur jemanden dort ab.

Wie bereits schon mehrfach geschrieben wurde vergessene Sachen oder falsche Sachen drin. Es wurde eine falsche Soße zu den Nuggets gelegt und ich sprach es an. Da wurde mir nur gesagt ich soll mal warten womit ich freundlich antwortet das es kein Problem ist. Dann wurde mir gesagt das ich die richtige Soße drin hätte und in der App richtig anklicken muss. Da ich den Beweis dafür hatte das ich im Recht war zeigte ich es Ihnen. Sie tauschen die Soßen aus aber eine Entschuldigung kam nicht. Und der krasseste Vorfall, es gibt Eisbecher mit Pfand. Gibt man den Becher wieder ab sollte man normal den Pfand wieder bekommen. Jedoch wollten die mir den Pfand nicht zurück geben, weil der Becher angeblich beschädigt gewesen wäre. Wir hatten den Becher so erhalten, das Eis gegessen und sogar ausgespült den Becher zurück gebracht. Die Frau meinte nur ich will nicht diskutieren und gab mir den Pfand zurück. Auf eine Nachfrage beim Support bekam ich diese Antwort: "Denn eigentlich nehmen wir keine beschädigten Becher zurück. Diese müssen wir entsorgen und somit entstehen Kosten für uns." Wie bitte? Aber der Kunde soll es bezahlen, wenn er nichts dran gemacht hat? Frechheit Also überlegen ob man sich den Stress mit dem Pfand antun möchte.

Es is immer laut im Restaurant und man sollte immer wieder seine Bestellung kontrollieren , jedes Mal fehlt das ein od. Andere , also nicht vergessen Vertrauen is gut , Kontrolle ist besser

Es war sehr schmutzig und es wurde bei der Bestellung einiges vergessen. Essen war am Tisch nicht zumutbar, wir haben es in das Auto verlegt

Wir waren heute das erste Mal in diesem Freibad. Bei 5 Sternen muss man nichts mehr dazu schreiben. Alles sehr schön, und heute Livemusik dazu. Besser geht's nicht!!!

Wenn ich mich setze, schaue ich stets auf die Tischplatte. Ich habe in all den Jahren höchstens einen MC in Deutschland erlebt, wo der Tisch sauber war. Jedes Mal ekelt es mich. Ich verstehe nicht, warum Tische nicht abgewischt werden. Burger, Salat und Milchshake haben ausgezeichnet geschmeckt.

Sehr Lange warte zeit, aber sandwich war ok .... Drive Through war geschlossen wegen lieverung. (Kann man ja verstehen) wollten hier mal fruehstuecken vor ein paar wochen aber opening hours haben sich "verschoben" ansonsten das personal ist freundlich und das restaurant ist sauber.

So ein Saftladen. Ist uns schon mehrere Male passiert, dass wir abends hier her gefahren sind und auf einmal werden wir des Ladens verwiesen, weil man jetzt geschlossen hat. Jokes on you, pal. Der Saftladen hat eigentlich noch weitere 2h auf! Also standen wir hungrig, entsetzt und vor verschlossenen Türen. Und das wie gesagt schon zum vierten Mal! Könnt ihr euch sparen. Gera Mcces besser.

Naja. Eigentlich fehlt hier ständig mal was in ner Bestellung. Dauert auch manchmal länger, obwohl das Restaurant fast leer ist

Es war sauber und angenehm. Der Service war hervorragend und das Essen, ich mag das Eis sehr.

Sauber und ordentlich sowie nettes Personal in dieser Filiale.

Es fehlt ein Bällebad, wie früher.

McDonalds Reichenbach der Herr im schwarzen Outfit evtl. sogar der Chef, sollte mal seinen Ton gegenüber seinen Mitarbeitern überdenken. Ich bin echt schockiert, wie man dort mit seiner Mitatbeiterin (auch noch vor uns) umgeht! War am Donnerstag gegen 16:45 Uhr

Das Personal ist immer sehr nett.

Eins der ruhigeren Standorte...zumindest, wenn ich da bin. Es ist meiner Meinung nach nicht so überfüllt. Aber ich nehme auch lieber gerne mit. Hier ist es mir noch nie passiert, dass irgendetwas vergessen wurde ( Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Apfeltasche oder die Eissorte verwechselt). Das ist schon mal was wert 😉

Sprite schmeckte nach Klowasser -> bitte Wasserleitung prüfen

Man wird beim betreten der Einrichten angefurzt, man sollte doch an den blöden Terminels bestellen obwohl man schon das Handy in der Hand hat und die Bestellnummer zeigen will. Und dann vergessen sie wieder die Hälfte... Das nächste mal räume ich die Tüte her Ort wieder aus um zu schauen ob alles drin ist

Nix besonderes ist halt der einzige McDonalds in der Nähe, da das Personal oft wechselt bzw. Sie nicht wissen was sie machen sollen das sie kein Deutsch können leidet der Service und Qualität darunter
