The food is pretty good, I have chicken fried rice. The guy who serves you is always in a bad mood, as if he was forced to work there. He definitely doesn't want to be there. Bad customer service

We were guests at Franky's Cafe for the first time today and were very enthusiastic 🥰The atmosphere is very lovingly designed, you always discover something new 😊 The host is very warm, you can only feel comfortable there. ☺️The food was really very good. You can taste that it was prepared with love. 🤗We haven't eaten so well in a long time. We'll definitely be back, even if it's just for a drink. A nice restaurant with delicious food. We had a great Viennese veal schnitzel, as it should be. The salad was also fresh and tasted great. The service was also great.

The food is super tasty 😋 and the waiting time was very short.

We had 3x to take away (Königsberger Klopps and Geschnetzeltes). It was definitely plenty and tasted great. For dessert there was raw vegetable salad. Price-performance is given. Is recommended. Visited November 12, 2024

You are looking for a restaurant with fresh preparation, selected wines and friendly service. How far would you like to drive if you live in Zwickau? 20 km to Reichenbach. Enjoy good cuisine in a historical ambience and have the feeling of being a guest. More than a recommendation.

I've been to this restaurant several times for all-you-can-eat and every time it's been a great experience! The selection of dishes is huge, everything is fresh and very tasty. I particularly liked the Chinese specialties. The service is always friendly and quick. The only point: it can get a little louder on busy evenings, but that's completely understandable given the popularity of the restaurant. Overall, a clear recommendation, I'll be happy to come back again and again!

ALWAYS A GOOD LUNCH AT A FABULOUS PRICE.

Wanted to reserve on April 13th, 2024. A service employee (not the boss) greeted us immediately with the short words: Everything is full, go. I explained to her that we only wanted to make reservations for a family celebration for around 20 guests, but she said that there was no interest. I was very disappointed with this behavior. We have now made reservations at another restaurant in Reichenbach/Vogtland. Will continue to avoid the Hackepeter in the future

Everything here is perfect, from the staff to the delicious food, simply 10/10

The food is great, I've been enjoying it for 30 years or more, sometimes I'd like more sauce :-)
