This is the best MC Donalds I've ever come to. The food is awesome(I ordered chicken burger), the place is nice all the machines are working, nothing bad about the Employees but I felt like almost every one of them are from other countries. AND don't forget! The food comes so quick and hot and I can't play with my phone while waiting 😀 free toilets🔏🎛️🀄🏑🪔🎍 I hate myself

Please don't work there as an intern, you won't get a good review...how is an intern supposed to be able to work as quickly as the others who have been working there for months/years if they've never done it before.

The new breakfast is truly outstanding. The rest of the regular food is still the same.

The employees would rather cackle among themselves and about all sorts of things than do their work. At the McDrive it is now extremely noticeable that none of them can work! And the only way I can get around the fact that the orders are being carried out incorrectly is that I usually just order a menu and nothing confusing.... UNPROFESSIONAL SAUHAUFEN in Reichenbach!

In einem Fast Food Restaurant 10 min. auf einen Burger zu warten und das an einem Wochentag um 14.00 Uhr, das ist eindeutig zu viel. Essen war dazu auch noch Kalt.

Der Innenraum wurde vor einiger Zeit umgestaltet. Nun kann man an vier Terminals seine Bestellung aufgeben. Bezahlung erfolgt entweder am Terminal oder beim Mitarbeiter. Nun heißt es warten. Auch bei geringem Gästeaufkommen kommt es zu einer langen Wartezeit. Im Schnitt wartetan 10-15 Minuten von der Bestellabgabe bis zum Warenempfang. Alle Mitarbeiter arbeiten zwar sehr schnell, aber ohne ersichtlichem System. Sie treten stets freundlich auf, machen aber einen gestressten Eindruck. Bei der Müllentsorgung werden nicht gleich die Trolleys ausgetauscht, sondern die Tabletts einzeln entfernt. Für die Sauberkeit im Gastraum wurde regelmäßig gesorgt, so dass man abgewischte Tische vorfand, supi.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Mc Donalds im allgemeinen entwickelt sich zurück . Von daher... kennste eine kennste alle.

Essen is gut, aber seit dem neuen Abrechnungssystem dauert es viel länger bis man es bekommt. An den Mitarbeitern liegt es sicher nicht, die waren vorher auch schon da, als es normal lief. Bitte nachbessern.

Für mal schnell geeignet aber nicht sehr gesund.
