I would like to see more German-speaking staff... at least at the "drive in" or at the checkout... it can't be that the guy at the drive from "T" makes a "D" for Thomas... I mean seriously “DHOMAS”????? Oh well, after two tries we had to drive up to his window and hold the cell phone in his face. After finishing the rest of the order at his window, the wrong burger still came into the bag... best shop ever...

Unfortunately, there is hardly anywhere in Cottbus at night where you can quickly grab something to eat. Order was wrong but was kindly corrected. Nice service but be sure to check your orders.

⭐One of the McDonald's branches where, the food tasted consistently. 💯When they had spicy chicken nuggets I used to eat from this McDonald's continuously. I've never received any fried items soggy or unseasoned from them. 🕑The only issues I face are from the delivery people, they'll sometimes take about 45 mins to 1 hour to deliver even to very near places. May be due to the crowd. 🚑Also the exit for drive through, and entry for normal walk in are the same, so the chances of getting hit by somebody are very high. I had a similar incident when I was cycling inside and a guy with his show piece car almost hit me, since ppl exiting from parking will not be able to see the other side of the turing ✔️Their atmosphere is good, cleanly and very organized, they've drive through, and an outside and sitting area. Play area for kids are also available.

As always, good service. What I've noticed more often lately is that the packs of fries are no longer full. Especially when you redeem vouchers from the app. Of course it could just be a coincidence. Otherwise, it is always clean here, the service is quick and the food is fresh and tasty. Great for all electric car drivers: two hyperchargers have just been set up. Thumbs up!

Employees are rude, food is always cold, long waiting times, a woman with glasses and short black hair makes derogatory comments and is arrogant

Food is OK! But the lady with the dark, short hair and glasses is an absolute disaster! She screams around in the checkout area, gives stupid answers to her colleagues, rolls her eyes, seems extremely annoyed and also answers the phone just as unprofessionally! A foreign colleague wanted to know something from her and she said “my God, can someone help me?” and explained it to him loudly again. She seems absolutely dissatisfied with her job and lets all the customers know about it loudly!! So you can't call it ambience either. It's often dirty and everything is lying around because the employees don't clean up regularly.

I can recommend it, the food quality is as expected. (Still very good for mc's) 👍🏻

Unfortunately, things are always missing from the output, for example. Toys are not even noticed or forgotten. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time either. Unfortunately, when you take them with you, it's often so clear that you can push or check them with confidence, but with such a large chain something like that shouldn't happen. I received a sour milkshake, when I complained I was told it was 100% original, the second one I got was also sour.

The toilets were dirty, no towels to dry off and the hand fan didn't work either

Poor attitude of staff towards visitors!!! I asked for one straw, since the child cannot drink juice from a bottle, to which they refused me rudely and with ridicule, although there are 100% straws, we saw them!!!

For the third time, the burgers ordered at McDrive were missing. Unfortunately not checked directly, unfortunately you can't trust the store. A pity. Thanks for the rip off…

The employees are very unfriendly. Listless and not customer focused. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed an argument between a blonde lady and an employee. The employee didn't understand anything and the lady actually shouted.

We ordered food, especially with the MC menu because we wanted a glass with it. What didn't arrive, however, was the glass. We then went to the restaurant just to have them tell us that there were no glasses included with deliveries. Thank you for nothing. We checked again and it wasn't obvious anywhere that the glasses weren't available upon delivery. Especially since it was delivered the other times before. Well... another time we also ordered something for our child, of course a happy meal, our child was really looking forward to the toy, what wasn't there was the toy. Our child is extremely unhappy and we are once again annoyed with the delivery service. Thanks for that.

Typical McDonald's, sometimes it's great sometimes you think "oh no!" Our food was luke warm. Rude at the checkout because we wanted more napkins. You spend 31 euros for 2 people... you want to be served pleasantly. Otherwise, there are McDonald's employees who are better than there.

May 2024 McD has done it, nothing is good anymore. Mc Rib sauce is no longer smoky, but tomato-sour. Mc Chicken Sauce also sour. Mc Sundae different flavor, although this is not even stated transparently but only for chocolate or yoghurt it says "new." The best part is no damp cloth for the McRib? I won't go there anymore. 👎🏻 Changing every well-known and popular recipe to maximize profits scares away customers. Every single dip no longer tastes good, who made that happen? All I can do is save money and never visit a McD again.

In itself a standard restaurant like everywhere else. The sanitary facilities are absolutely disgusting. Dirty and smells like a monkey cage. Definitely change something here. Here you are already full before eating.

Last night I ordered an MC menu (with glass) and a rainbow donut, the glass didn't arrive and the donut tasted like it was from the day before yesterday. Given the delivery prices, it's actually a shame to offer such poor quality

It doesn't work at all! My son ate there last week. After he ate his first burger, he saw that the BigMäc bun from his second burger was completely moldy. He complained and got a new burger. As you can imagine, his appetite was no longer very big! Something like this simply shouldn't happen. I can't even imagine how many burgers like this were sold during that time.

Most of the time they were happy but this time they took the hit, an extra 3 mc menus for the new glasses because the children wanted them and then the stuff arrives and nothing, no glasses are written on it but cheekily on the receipt so you call them and Apparently there are no more, (probably all of them have already been sold by the employees on eBay) poor, well, a reason to stop eating chemicals

MC drive, thank you for the lesson 👍, I mean something different by that. Then simply close it if there are too few staff. That is not how it works.

After the renovation work in the fall it became really chic. Digitalization has finally arrived, only large displays for offers, easy-order terminals or even huge touch screens with play options in the table in the children's corner. Otherwise very clean, you can always see someone walking around the tables with a wiping cloth or emptying the return shelves, I've experienced this very differently at other McDonald's restaurants. The food is always fresh, special requests, e.g. for burger toppings, are addressed without discussion, and orders are ready very quickly. There is always a small bag of gummy bears for the junior too, but never without first getting a nod of approval from the parent -> extra point :) Parking spaces sometimes become really scarce when you arrive at peak times, but unfortunately there isn't enough space to remedy this. After 5 years it's time for an update... Overall it still works as described above. I just have to point out 2 things: 1. When ordering at the drive-in, be sure to check that everything is included. Over the last few months, something has been missing from <every> order at the DriveIn. Complaining about this later is always difficult, so it's better to check straight away. 2. Apparently, contrary to all publications, the opening times have been changed. When we recently wanted to have breakfast, it was still closed shortly after 8, even though everywhere says 7 a.m. as the opening time. An employee who just arrived said it wouldn't open until 9am. I don't think it's good.

Unfortunately we and the child were forgotten. We ordered food and after 40 minutes we were asked whether it was in the works. It finally got to 8:50 p.m. Unfortunately there wasn't even an apology, only evil looks.

It's just Meces, I can only recommend anyone who orders here and is allergic to something or has an intolerance to check their order carefully. Especially in the evening, it's not the first time that you order something from your burger like without tomatoes or without bacon and it's still up. In the evening you should also accept that your mood is so-so, I don't know why. Otherwise it's fine.

McDonald's like so many others in D. We would like to note 2 positive differences. The service is great. Great attention is paid to cleanliness of the squares and garbage trucks. The food also came very quickly, despite many customers at the same time. There are enough parking spaces available.

Apart from the fact that there are far too few employees, you can't pay any attention to the toilets. Every “Dixi toilet” is now cleaner and smells better. Just not nice.

McDonald's seems to be slowly disappearing. At least when it comes to food. The McRib was an absolute disaster. “Dead horse rubber bun” is the best consistency. The price is a disgrace. The fries were cold and had to be looked for in the box because the number was so clear. The only positive thing was the service. Our conclusion for the future: If you don't buy from McDonalds, you can save a lot of money!

Not recommended at all, staff so unfriendly under stress, 3 products out of 11 were forgotten, so you had to wait in line for another 20 minutes. The Mc Drive is an absolute disaster. Unfortunately, burgers are constantly forgotten when you order via Mc Drive. Already two orders like that. Unfortunately, it's only noticed at home. Never get the order together correctly. Too bad . What's wrong with getting the order right? Are they overwhelmed? I understand that everyone has difficulties with inflation, but not at my expense or my customers' expense.

Der Mc Drive absolute Katastrophe. Unverständlich bei der Bestellung, Bezahlung ging natürlich schnell nur bis zum Erhalt des Essen dauerte es 15-20 Minuten!!!!! Entschuldigen oder sich dazu äußern Fehlanzeige. Nie wieder!!!!!!!

I always thought this McD is okay and visited regularly, but the last visit was just awful all around. Firstly, the app barely works and their system failed as well, so nobody, including myself, could claim their bonuses (which basically means 2x prices for regulars). Secondly, the store was overcrowded and super hot (it was well above 30 degrees inside) so waiting for 15(!) minutes for a simple 2-position order there wasn't nice at all. Finally, good luck coming without a car and not getting run over by some peasant in a tuned Skoda or VW, parking lot and drive-through exit are dangerous to walk through. I left a complaint about all the using the link on my receipt, but received nothing. They could at least give me some bonus points and a brief answer. For now I'm done. Upd. At least they answer to complaints after a while and two attempts. It's a franchise, so they can't do anything meaningful after (or don't want it so much) but at least they pretend they care. Better than nothing.

Das Essen dort wird immer sehr schnell Serviert und da ich immer am Frühen morgen da bin ist immer alles schön warm und schmeckt am besten einfach gut dort.(Besser als gedacht)

Wie immer schneller Service, auch schmackhaft.Leider gibt es für die Getränke keine Trinkröhrchen mehr,dass ist für Kinder nicht mehr einfach!

Dreckige Sitzgelegenheiten und Tische, der Parkplatz ist immer voll geparkt mit den Lieferanten Autos von McDonalds, netztkarroffeln teilweise nicht durch gebacken ....

Preise sind ganz schön hoch. Für 15 Euro bekomme ich schon ein Schnitzel mit Pommes und ein Getränk in einem Restaurant und da bin ich aber auch satt.

Jedesmal fehlt etwas gerade wenn es mal etwas voll dort ist, kann nicht wahr sein. Wenn man dann hin geht wird man ungläubig angeguckt, Frechheit. Werden hier nicht mehr hin kommen.

Leider wird ständig ein Burger vergessen wenn man über Drive bestellt . Leider zu Hause erst immer bemerkt . Kriegen nie die Bestellung richtig zusammen . Echt schade . Was ist daran verkehrt die Bestellung richtig zu machen ? Sind die überfordert ?

Das Essen ist wie in jeden McDonalds man kann es essen, aber bitte nicht jeden Tag. Das Personal arbeitet gut und schnell.

Mit Fahrrad zu MC Drive 😁 ja geht. Wie die Autofahrer anstellen, Bestellen, Zahlen und Fahren.

Dadurch daß wir einen kl. Hund mit hatten, haben wir draußen gesessen. Ich habe noch Bescheid gesagt, dass wir draußen sitzen werden. Einige Tische waren mit Vogelkot gedeckt. Es kam niemand raus um wenigstens ein paar Tische draußen ab zu wischen. Da es kurz vorher geregnet hatte, rechnete ich damit, dass die Tische von Zeit zu Zeit und nach einem Regenschauer gereinigt werden. Ich fand es eklig, das Essen ( war nur ein Eis, aber die Enkeltochter hatte eine Happy Tüte) auf den Tisch auszubreiten. Wir haben dann im Auto weiter gegessen.

Sehr netter Service und auch am frühen Morgen schon für ein nettes Gespräch mit den Kunden aufgelegt.

Die neuen Bestelltabletts sind nicht anwenderfreundlich. Es bilden sich Warteschlangen für die nachfolgenden Gäste. Das Personal ist mit der Handhabung auch überfordert. Ich fahre nicht mehr hin!

Ich kam mit meiner Mc Donalds App an und hatte mir was vorbestellt. Leider war die Bestellung unvollständig die Soßen (Ketchup und Süß-Sauer Soße) haben gefehlt. Aber sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Ab Samstagmittag scheint hier die Laune der Angestellten zu sinken. Als zahlender Kunde kann man von den Angestellten schon etwas mehr Freundlichkeit erwarten.

Es lief alles schnell, vom bestellen bis zur Bedienung und es arbeitet hier auch ein Top-Personal.

Wo Fängt man an, wo hört man auf? Also als Deutschsprachiger Bürger würde ich dir Raten 30min Einzuplanen um einen Cheesburger zu Bestellen bis es der Mitarbeiter dann mal verstanden hat. Wenn man diese Hürde Überwunden hat ist es noch ein Glücksspiel ob man auch bekommt was man Bestellt hat. Der Drive ist eine Katastrophe..... Egal ob 1 Kunde oder mehr, der Begrüßungstext ist Grundsätzlich einen kleinen Moment Bitte was auch gerne mal 5 Min werden können. Weiß nicht ob die zum Feierabend alle durch eine Lichtschranke Laufen wo die Festplatte gelöscht wird und am nächsten Tag alles Neu Erlernt werden muss? Naja..... Wenigstens sind die Mitarbeiter "Freundlich" und Beherrschen das Wort Bitte Perfekt, was aber auch daran liegen kann weil es einfach jedes 2te ist was gesagt wird? Also im Grunde kann ich diesen Mc Donalds Store jedem Empfehlen der sich Missverstanden Fühlen will, Bock hat auf ewige Wartezeiten, das Wort Bitte Heute noch nicht gehört hat, beim Fahren aus dem Drive Feststellen will das Essen ist Falsch, naja ihr merkt schon........ Fahrt woanders hin :D

Unfassbar schlecht. Habe als Barzahler fast 1 Stunde! auf meine Bestellung gewartet, wurde mega unhöflich behandelt und hatte am Ende die Tüte voll mit Zeug, was ich nicht bestellt habe. Nie wieder!

Die Mitarbeiterin am Schalter war super unfreundlich und wollte den Gutschein Code aus der App nicht annehmen..und auf Nachfrage den Code nochmal vorzulesen, kam eine patzige Antwort. Am Ende sind wir reingegangen und haben den Code gescannt..spoiler er ging. :/

McDonald's ist halt McDonald's - also vom Essen alles so wie immer. Das Personal ist freundlich und auf Zack . Nach der Umgestaltung ist das Ambiente viel einladender als vorher . Update 2023: noch immer so. Die Möbel wurden seit dem neu eingerichtet

Die Donuts sind so hart, die lagen auf Garantie schon mehrere Tage unabgedeckt herum. 4,58€ sind somit direkt im Müll gelandet. Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell und der Lieferant war freundlich.

Burger war lecker, Personal nett und sauberes Lokal

Bisher, und das war oft, habe ich über die App bestellt und über Mc Drive dann meine Bestellung abgeholt. Es hat immer prima geklappt. Und die Mitarbeiter sind genau so gut. Gerne komme ich wieder zu Euch. Dankeschön.😋

Essen ist sehr gut nur wurde bei bei beiden Kindern die schleich figur vergessen dem entsprechend waren die Kinder enttäuscht als sie dies zuhause festgestellt haben 🥺

Die drive-in Bedienung ist so dermaßen langsam in der Bestellannahme, dass man sich förmlich die Reifen eckig steht. Trotz Nachfrage wurde mal wieder etwas bei der Bestellung vergessen. Auf Grund des zusammengequetschten Verpackung war eine Vor-Ort-Kontrolle nur eingeschränkt möglich. Nicht zu Stoßzeiten zu empfehlen. Personal scheint nicht ausreichend geschult zu sein.

30 Minuten im Drive gestanden... Schiebt es nicht auf den Sonntag, einfach nur unfähig. Nie wieder in CB.

Heute, 13.05.2023, 19:09, Zimmerstraße - Ecke Ewald-Haase-Straße, Richtung Sandow. Da ist eine Baustelle und Begrenzung auf 10km/h. Euer Fahrer hämmert dort, bei ausgeschalteter Ampel, munter mit rund 50km/h durch und hupt auch noch. Irgendwann läuft da mal ein Kind rüber. Bin gespannt wie es dann mit eurer PR ausschaut. Eure Fahrer semmeln ohnehin immer rum wie die Gaskranken, aber das war heut die Höhe. Norded die mal langsam ein. Andere Lieferdienste bekommen es ja auch hin.

Total unfreundliches Personal Am 07.05.23 um 20 Uhr Abendessen gewesen. Danach hatten wir noch zwei McFlurry und zwei MC Sunday geholt Beim ersten hatten wir dreimal Schokosoße, wo man einmal zusätzlich zahlen muss.. was okay ist ,wenn die angesprochene Menge drauf ist, was leider nicht der Fall war. Bei der Reklamation hieß es dann in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton" Die Soße läuft ja auch nach unten" und gab nur widerwillig mehr drauf. Überhaupt wegen sowas rum zu diskutieren ist eine Frechheit, statt einfach freundlich zu sagen wir machen noch was drauf... Bei dem zweiten Becher war zweimal Schokosoße drauf und es war okay( die gleiche Menge wie bei dem anderen Eis. Leider war das Eis so geschichtet, dass mehr Luft drinne war als wir alles andere... So das nach dem verrühren der Becher nur noch Viertel voll war...

Wieder 1x... Heute gab es statt dem bestellten Michshake mit Schokosause eine Cola... Ein anderes Mal fehlen Sausen oder Burger... Den Fehler haben wir leider erst zu Hause bemerkt, zurück fahren lohnt nicht... Wegen den Wiederholungen gibt's jetzt mal 'ne Negativbewertung... Vielen Dank...😤

Das Personal wird immer schlechter

Oftmals wird etwas vergessen einzupacken, oder das falsche Gericht wird eingepackt. Wenn es einem noch rechtzeitig auffällt korrigiert das Personal den Vorfall. Seit Einführung Selbstständige Bestellung via Bedienboard kommt es einem so vor dass die Wartezeit stetig zunimmt...und der menschliche Kontakt nimmt sehr ab . Schade
