Die besten Restaurants in Deutschland mit Steakhaus Essen

Bei Marko gehört in der Region schon zu den gehobenen Restaurants. Das Ambiente ist auch wirklich schön. Allerdings hat mich das Essen nicht so umgehauen, dass ich Marko zu meinen Favoriten bei den gehobenen Resturants in EU zählen würde. Vom Preisleistungsverhältnis bin ich daher auch nicht überzeugt. Zudem wirken die Gerichte auch eher langweilig und mit wenig besonderem Pfiff zubereitet. Aber ich denke, dass es hier wirklich am Geschmack des Einzelnen liegen könnte und dass es sicherlich Kunden gibt, die das ganz anders sehen als ich.

Fin gammel indretning. Vores wienerschnitzler kom helt ekstremt hurtigt. Wienerschnitzlerne var små og kun med pommes frites, intet øvrigt tilbehør. Betjeningen var uhøjtidelig, men også uopmærksom og ligegyldig. €20 for en wienerschnitzel er i overkanten, når kvaliteten ikke er højere. Samlet set en meget gennemsnitlig oplevelse.

It was really great, the meat was excellent and the side dishes were fresh and well prepared. It's a shame that you can't order Béarnaise sauce with the rib eye. the wine list could also be more extensive.

Very nice and friendly staff and the food was delicious

I was visiting Essen for two days and ate there twice: once I had beef fillet with vegetables, once I had ribeye with salad. The meat was great and cooked perfectly. The staff were very attentive. I particularly liked the fact that you can deselect something on the menu and add something else. For example, I didn't want potatoes, but I wanted something different. You then only pay for what you want to eat. Since we also have BLOCK HOUSE in Stuttgart, I will also eat there. Thanks for the positive experience. (Since there is a lot of begging in the pedestrian zone in Essen, I wouldn't sit outside.)

Solid steakhouse with good food and great, fast service for larger numbers of people The goose was convincing across the board, clear recommendation. The meat was tender and juicy and literally fell off the bone and the skin was crispy. The T-bone steak was medium rare on the inside as ordered, but unfortunately it had no crust at all on the outside, which means I would say it wasn't worth the price in terms of taste. If it had been properly fried on the outside, that would also get a recommendation from me. The New York Cheeseburger is different than expected. The burger bun is served on Block House bread and not a classic burger bun. There is also no burger bun on top. A solid burger in terms of taste. The stir-fried vegetables were fresh and crunchy and I would recommend them. And when it came to desserts, I would have thought that the apple strudel would be the best because I'm an absolute fan of all apple desserts - and it was also great with the vanilla ice cream and vanilla sauce, but actually the Belgian waffle convinced us even more . With the perfectly crispy outer layer and the fluffy inner core, it was perfectly complemented by the fruity compote. The lava cake was ok, but it didn't go well with the sauce and unfortunately the cream couldn't save it either. Overall, a clear recommendation for the Block House, especially for the great and fast service and the solid food, which was served for 8 people at the same time and our waiter approached us attentively and proactively when we needed him

We spontaneously went in for lunch with our 3 children. We received a very friendly welcome and were given a large, beautiful table. It was quiet and there was plenty of space. We ordered lunch and it was super tasty! The salmon was fried to perfection .The service was very friendly, funny and accommodating. Thank you for the relaxing lunch break!

Service was great, food didn't convince me for the price. Side dishes small and nothing special. The steak was very dark on the outside and tasted good, but nothing special.
