Everything is great here, I just wanted to know which country you source your meat from; the waiter didn't know.

We come to Koblenz once a year for a few days. For years, one evening has belonged to the Buffalo Steakhouse. This was no different here. As always, we felt well looked after. The steaks were very good, although it seemed they had not only become more expensive but also smaller. It was still delicious. Only the spare ribs should arrive at the table differently. That was always the case. For us, spare ribs should arrive at the table with plenty of roasted aromas straight from the grill. Ours felt like they were only heated, as they were pre-cooked (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). This meant that the meat was still a bit tight on the bone, and the delicious marinade soaked the ribs. Perhaps serve the well-grilled ribs on the plate and serve with the great BBQ sauce. Thank you, see you next year.

After a 30-minute wait and a few excuses, the waitress arrived. It wasn't her fault, but after another 10 minutes, nothing happened. Except for some excuses and the wine being on the house. No thanks.

Modern restaurant, good vibe, good foods, and good service. We ordered a buffet salad as side dish for our main.

The food is very good there, the staff is friendly, and there was also a welcome from the kitchen.

The main course was very good, although the steak was more medium rare than medium. The service was also very good. The portions were ample, and we really enjoyed the salad buffet. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a point for the dessert. The chocolate mousse was some kind of compact mass, probably a mixed powder, and nothing like a wonderfully airy chocolate mousse.

I went there for the first time today, and I don't eat much meat, so I'm very particular about it. The appetizer platter with shrimp, avocado, and capacio were very, very tasty! The fillet steak was super delicious.

Ordered a 200g rump steak, it wasn't 200g, ordered medium, it wasn't medium, €30.00 is a complete rip-off. Impossible. Everything is way too expensive.

On my first visit in May, the steak wasn't medium-well, but well-done. The saffron rice was rice with curry/turmeric, but there was no trace of saffron. My colleague's was fine, though. Last week, I gave Buffalo Steakhouse another chance. This time, my steak was medium-well, except for the perfect spot, but my colleague's steak was cooked all the way through. The saffron rice was the same as always; the curry flavor was completely overpowering. A tip: if there's curry in the rice, it's curry rice! But if you've run out of saffron, let the customer know.

As good as it has been for decades

Lunch was okay, the steak was cooked to perfection and the salad bar was plentiful and mostly tasty.

Very good food. Very friendly and attentive staff. We were there for our son's 18th birthday. For dessert, there was a surprise from the house with a large sparkler. The only downside is the traffic.

We've been here several times, and today we had a top-notch rump steak again, as well as attentive service. We ordered medium, which was excellent, as was the extensive selection on the salad buffet. We look forward to our next visit.

My wife and I ate from the salad buffet and both had diarrhea the next day. They obviously don't care about fresh produce and/or hygienic handling of the buffet.

If you are in Koblenz and wish to eat a good steak; go to this restaurant. I ordered an avocado carpaccio (w/great vinaigrette) and the most tender bavette that I’ve eaten. Staff very professional and attentive. Beautiful design restaurant.

Unfortunately disappointing – it used to be much better I used to enjoy going here, but unfortunately the service has deteriorated considerably. The staff seemed uncoordinated and uninspired, even though the place wasn't busy. The meat wasn't cooked properly – an absolute no-go. Furthermore, the prices have risen significantly, which in no way reflects the quality offered. It's a shame, because the food used to be really good and the service friendly. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place at the moment.

I ordered a medium flank steak. I was served a steak that was completely raw. You couldn't even cut the meat properly because it was so raw. The server didn't even apologize, but simply said they'd have to put it back on the grill. I've never experienced anything like that before, and in a restaurant that's actually considered "upscale." Once and never again!!

The lunch menu is incredibly good! I think it could be a bit more attractively designed, and the outdoor seating is a bit lackluster! But we're always happy to come back! We often have lunch here while shopping on Saturdays!

A steakhouse in Koblenz is a viable option. Outdoor seating at an intersection, but still okay. The food is good, too, but you can't compare it to steakhouses from the "old days," like Maredo or Asado...

We went there for a steak dinner based on the good Google reviews – our expectations were accordingly high. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations. The steak was okay, but definitely nothing special – the taste was rather average, and the preparation wasn't quite perfect. Overall, everything seemed rather random and not as high-quality as the reviews suggested. On the plus side, the friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention – the service was really pleasant and attentive. Verdict: Not bad, but definitely overrated. If you're looking for a really good steak, you probably won't get your money's worth here.

We've eaten here with the family many times. The salad buffet is truly a highlight. The service is always excellent, as is the food.

A reservation was easily made online for the same evening. The restaurant was not busy yet the wait time was long, even just to receive a bottle of water. We viewed the salad bar, but we did not choose this option because of the available options. Bread was given to us and the onion spread was very good! Both meals were very good as well.

The manager immediately wanted to talk to me, with a friendly intention, but for me, the topic was closed. The place is busy and often full, so it's a bit loud and lively. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, you might want to come during off-peak hours. In summary: Solid quality, good meat, friendly service. A popular spot for steak fans with minor weaknesses.

Avoid imperatively! Tasteless! How can a grilled piece of sirloin steak be tasteless?! And that horrible sauce! Anything but pepper sauce could taste like. And I thought that the prices could have talked about the quality… I’ll never fell into the google ratings’ trap again. I asked for grilled vegetables and I got a soup with pieces of winter veggies. The waitress did not even bother to inform about the lunch menu.

We had a delicious meal, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was great. I particularly liked the salad buffet, which also offered unusual salads and you could help yourself.

The food was delicious. We had a mixed starter and the main course was sirloin steak with a mushroom sauce and potato gratin. The service was very attentive and friendly.

For decades, the steakhouse in Koblenz, right next to the theater. =Channel catering for the high-income, if you were being malicious.= But the quality and price have always been right. The extensive salad buffet is a great way to fill your stomach at a reasonable price.

We hadden onze zinnen gezet op een boterzachte steak en kregen het! Smaakvol en een tikje modern ingericht steak restaurant. Een niet overdreven kaart met diverse steak specialiteiten. Vriendelijke bediening. Ik nam als voorgerecht Carpaccio met champignons. De plakjes champignons waren echter slechts een micron dik, maar het vlees was perfect. Bij de superieur bereidde en misschien wat prijzige steak konden we kiezen wat we als bijgerecht en (dip) saus wilden. Groenten werden niet standaard geserveerd. Uiteindelijk hebben we er uren gezeten, dus prima!

Unfortunately I can't comment on the food because we only went here for a drink. We sat outside with 10 people. The friendly staff were quick and attentive and pushed a few tables together for us. Our orders were taken quickly and delivered promptly. Everything fine.

As is always the case when a restaurant is hyped. Personally, I expected more and if I order "medium" and then get "medium rare", then that's not a good signal from the kitchen. The service was tried hard, but unfortunately there was a lack of politeness. This in turn could also be due to the service concept, as you pay with your receipt at the checkout. The tip, if any, will probably be split between everyone.

The best steakhouse I know. Always happy for about 40 years! Today we had the lamb fillet and the pink veal with baked potatoes and sour cream or herb butter.

The food may not have been the best in the price range, but it was also fairly priced - and really, really good service! We never had to wait long for anything, the service person was still up for his job and was just on the go. For that reason alone, I would definitely recommend it!

The salad buffet is definitely the highlight of the restaurant. The meat is a matter of luck. We like to order the lunch menu, which is still reasonably priced, but on my last visit, I was very annoyed that the side dish on the lunch menu can no longer be swapped. I've been ordering the menu for years, and it's never been a problem to get a different side dish from the menu instead of the ones listed. Now I'm supposed to pay extra to swap the side dish. Either the owner changed it, or the waitress was having a bad day—either way, not particularly customer-friendly.

Good evening dear team, Visited you for the third time today, service, friendliness, food, drinks and the time slot we were given between courses was impeccable. It was my wife's birthday and it was noticed, sincerely and honestly, that's all there is to it. The functioning online reservation is simple and expedient, flowers and cloth napkins were placed, a champagne for a toast was quickly at the table, the water was cold and delicious, the wine - a poem, the beer was tasty. The service is friendly and unobtrusive, the ambience is as classy as usual without being intimidating - everyone can come here and feel at home. The salad bar is versatile, delicious with ready-made sauces but also all kinds of oils, vinegars, herbs, garlic and much more. The calm nature of the billing gives you enough time to check the bill, and people are happy to give tips! Thank you for that! Greetings from Dieblich

The salad buffet has little competition in Koblenz and the offer for an inexpensive lunch is recommended. But you should always reserve a table.

Ich war schon öfter und sehr gerne Gast im Buffalo und möchte endlich einmal sagen, dass ich immer und so auch gestern sehr zufrieden bin und war. Die Steaks sind wunderbar und vom Garpunkt jedes Mal exakt so wie bestellt. Der hausgemachte Sangria ist köstlich, und ich bin ein Fan des Salatbuffets und der Desserts. Auch das Personal gefällt mir, sehr freundlich und gut orientiert über alle Speisen und Getränke des Hauses. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The three of us were there spontaneously. The cooking levels were advised. It was suitable for the price-performance ratio. But we would recommend a burger rather than a steak.

The four of us visited the restaurant to celebrate a sixtieth birthday. The food tasted good as usual, but the portions felt like they were no longer there. When we were surprised about the supposed 250g steak and asked the waiter that the 200g was larger, he simply replied: “The steaks have been weighed.” The question was not even addressed. Of course, 250g never ends up on the table, that's completely normal. But if 200g is more than 250g, the service can at least be a little more polite about it. We hope to find the Buffalo as it used to be soon and won't eat here again for the time being.

The all-round best steakhouse in Koblenz! In summary, the Buffalo can be described in one word: “Uncompromising”. In terms of the quality of the food, the service as well as the ambience and flair, you will find a completely well thought-out and harmonious implementation here. The menu is almost puristic, steaks, burgers, seafood and salad. The focus and signature is clearly recognizable and the strong specialization means you get quality and freshness on your plate. A visit is not cheap, but worth it. A recommendation for meat lovers and those who are willing to pay a fair price for excellent quality.

Starter: prawn pans and then a rib-eye steak. Both absolutely great. Prices are commensurate with performance and quality. See you next time.

Three people went to the restaurant for an evening. The ambience is high quality. The steaks are okay... However: For a restaurant with this ambience and price range, I have a few suggestions for improvement: no Heinz bottles as sauce. Feel free to make the mayonnaise yourself or at least present it that way. Unfortunately, the sauce I ordered (Jus Royal) was no longer available at 5 p.m., so I can't say whether it was homemade. The alternative “Spicy Barbecue” definitely came from a plastic bottle. The fries and "potato skins" were more standard or convenience. We hoped for more here. We also only answered the question at the end, “How did it taste,” with a long pause and “That’s okay.” The waitress didn't seem interested in the answer and continued to clear away without asking. Unfortunately disappointing.

The ambience is very nice, the service was OK. Despite being medium rare, my steak was bloody and sinewy and my partner's was top notch. My crème brulee dessert was fantastic. The ice cream with cream that was ordered was brought without cream. It was only empty when I asked.
