Silverado Steakhaus in Berlin

I chose the mixed grill with three types of meat. The presentation was rather basic, with more onions than anything else. The garnish was unfortunately laughable. The meat itself tasted very good, but it wasn't anything special. The ambiance was somewhat nostalgic. The way to the restroom is down a steep spiral staircase and simply unsuitable for people with mobility issues. The service was polite and attentive. All in all, 3 stars from us.

Apart from the fact that the toilets are in the basement (I'm currently mobility-impaired), there was nothing to complain about! The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. I'd gladly come again!

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner today. We used to love eating there, and there were plenty of empty seats. Unfortunately, we weren't very impressed with the food today; it used to be better. The pork fillet didn't look appealing, rather shredded and much too pink, the turkey fillet wasn't cooked all the way through, the lamb was okay, and the fried potatoes were tasty but some of the pieces were perhaps too large. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was good. We'll see when we visit the restaurant again. Unfortunately, I can only partially recommend it at the moment.

We managed to get a table spontaneously. Friendly service throughout the evening, even when the place was packed. A wide selection of delicious draft beers and cocktails. The steaks are extremely tasty, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. For dessert, there are various cakes that are also delicious. Alternatively, there's apple strudel.

I had the fried veal liver with a baked potato. The dip was delicious, and the meat was tender. Unfortunately, there was no tiramisu. But there was a large selection of cakes.

Delicious fillet steak with fast service. Tip (Herb butter is not needed, the fillet steak is well and deliciously seasoned.)

A versatile steakhouse. The waiter was apparently unskilled. The food, in my case the stuffed steak, seemed to be the chef forgot to remove the fat cap. I had a fat crust that made it feel like I was chewing the steak for hours. I don't expect that from a steakhouse. The ambiance makes it very clear that it was probably previously a Chinese restaurant. Overall, there's probably a reason why it was hardly busy on a weekend. Since the waiter was so insistent on cash, one might also suspect a slush fund. I won't be coming back.

All in all, I thought my visit to Silverado Steakhouse was okay. The meat was good, but nothing special. The prices were pretty shocking. You order the meat in the desired weight. That's a decent price, but it's appropriate for good meat. What bothered me more were the extremely high extra prices for the side dishes. These weren't included in the price of the meat. I have to say, you can get much cheaper prices at reputable steakhouses, and the food tastes even better. On top of that, we waited over an hour for the food. A shame. The service was so-so. The restaurant wasn't full, yet we forgot to reorder drinks.

Great food, we had the zander and were very pleasantly surprised. It came with a delicious salad. It was definitely good value for money. We'd be happy to go again.

Location: Located on a main road. I wouldn't sit outside there. The interior is relatively dark and narrow. Staff: The service was quick and friendly. Food: This was where we were most surprised. We ordered zander, and suddenly a plate with a zander fillet appeared in front of us – cut in half, so it looked bigger. It's pretty sad for the price. There's only one trend: prices up, portion sizes down... But that seems to be a general approach among all restaurants... it just doesn't work, unfortunately. The food tasted okay. I probably won't come back. Note for people with disabilities: The restrooms are in the basement and can only be reached via a narrow, steep staircase, so the path is not wheelchair accessible.

Today we went to our favorite restaurant again, without a reservation. We were lucky, there was still space. We've been eating here for 24 years now (it used to be run by a different owner). The food is always delicious and the service is good. Even though the menu has a good selection, you still order your favorite dish. Because it's always delicious. See you next time.

We were here for lunch. The food was prepared quickly and freshly. I had baked mushrooms for starters, and my partner had baked Camembert. Both were beautifully presented and delicious. For the main course, I chose steak (medium) with peppercorn sauce and fried potatoes, while my partner had chicken breast with fries and mushroom sauce. Both were delicious and freshly prepared. My beef steak was cooked to a perfect medium (it was noted that it was initially just short of medium and then cooked to perfection). The fried potatoes were delicious and crispy. Even my partner's chicken was delicious and not at all dry. Finally, I must mention that the service staff was very friendly and accommodated our every request. Cozy restaurant. Parking is possible across the street at the P of the supermarket. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. Too bad the mayonnaise was forgotten.

We had reserved a table for five at 5:30 p.m. on a Monday. It wasn't busy, but the service was very stressed. It started with us having to wait a long time for everything. The food, however, was anything but good. The fried potatoes could have been called coal briquettes, the grilled salmon was dripping with fat and was black on the underside, the zander fillet had several bones, and the fries with the burger tasted of old frying oil - awful. It's a shame; you can only afford food like that at those prices in an area with no competition. We won't be back!

I'll give a review here. I ordered via Lieferando and unfortunately written criticism is limited there. 1. If I order a Pils (Bitburger, I don't want wheat and therefore no crystal) a Pils is a Pils and a telephone number was given for inquiries. 2. Fried potatoes were ordered but the product delivered was definitely not a fried potato. The ribs were good. Fajitas were a modular system, I wish it were communicated like that. I am a chef and restaurateur myself and I don't mean this criticism in a bad way. I hope you accept this and change these things. Thanks

The family dinner was unfortunately marred by cold food and very inattentive service this evening. The plates were cold and so was the food. The starters were not brought at the same time and bread was missing for two soups. This came to the table after several minutes. The house steak was particularly bad, and even after the complaint it wasn't any better. On the second attempt the plate was cold again and the meat was a little warmer. But then the meat quality was poorer, streaked with tendons and tough. Doesn't match the photos in the other reviews at all. After we had more or less finished eating, the plates were only cleared away after about 20 minutes. The criticism was more or less reflected in the service and there was no reaction from the kitchen. In any case, neither the kitchen nor the service was enough for a good rating today. After tonight, the restaurant is not recommended.

First visit as a couple, the second meal didn't come until I was finished... it was forgotten. Second visit we wanted to eat ice cream... we weren't noticed at first... only when we let them know inside... then we had to ask for the ice cream menu... after she came back she said we didn't have this or that... (I wanted a strawberry cup) her answer: it's not the season yet.😂 everyone has strawberries there Conclusion: I advise against it... but everyone should have their own experience.

I have visited this steakhouse several times and have always been quite satisfied. However, my opinion has changed a lot after my last visit. To give an overview of the dishes we ordered: Two out of three dishes were cold, as was a ready-made sauce as a base, and a steak ordered medium was well done and almost cold. Fried potatoes interspersed with whole boiled potatoes, served cold. Grill plate with three types of meat, 1 piece 1 cm wide and 5 cm long, with the other two types never 300 g. Covered with an exorbitantly huge amount of onions, presumably to hide the little meat. The third dish, a pan-fried dish, contained meats that had no place there. It felt like we were using leftovers. For the prices there, it's simply outrageous and not worthy of a steakhouse.

In contrast to November 2024, the overall package was inadequate. Absolutely improperly prepared food. Lukewarm to cold. Fried potatoes - weren't fried potatoes. Baked potatoes completely wrong. Meat not prepared correctly and onions completely wrong (burnt and way too fatty). And that in an empty restaurant???! Not acceptable in any way...

I had the Siverado plate. The lamb was ordered medium and was on point. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the fried potatoes. It was more like boiled potatoes that were briefly sautéed in the pan. You can also see this in the picture. The fried potato crust is simply missing and there was also no salt. The fried onions with the house remoulade were very good. We had also ordered a sirloin steak medium, but unfortunately it was rather raw. Unfortunately, the service when I was there was a bit inattentive.

Spare Ribs waren reichlich und fleischig, mit einer normalen Barbecue Sauce. Die Pommes cross und long. Würde auf Heissluftfriteuse tippen. Preis- Leisung genau an der Grenze. Insgesamt ok, freundliches und schnelles Personal. Wünsche wurden umgehen umgesetzt.

We had our Christmas party there and it was very nice. The food was tasty and there was a good atmosphere.

We were there in the afternoon around 4:30 p.m. with a stroller and got a nice place without a reservation and were very excited. My husband had an entrecôte/rib eye steak, which was perfect, nice and pink inside (not bloody on the inside and then through to the edge) and I was able to enjoy a delicious leg of goose with red cabbage and dumplings. Our waiter was super nice and you felt like you were in good hands. The stairs to the toilet are a bit narrow when carrying babies (small spiral staircase) but the bathrooms are nice and warm. Would love to come back, perfect for every meat lover.

We've known the Silverado for many years, but have no idea what happened there. I didn't really feel like eating meat and ordered the pike perch with dill sauce. I got a small piece of fish. The sauce was a disaster and tasted watery and chemical. It's a shame, we always enjoyed being there.

Solid roast beef. The cooking point was always perfect. Unfortunately the fried potatoes don't taste good. They are wobbly and taste almost exclusively like fat. But what I really don't understand are the sauces. Without exception, they come from a tetra pack or something similar. Unfortunately, not the good ones either, but rather the brands that really don't taste good. I think it's a shame because the meat isn't bad. The beer also tastes good and the ambience is right. In terms of price-performance ratio, it's all quite good.

I was here with my best friend for a community dinner to celebrate our 20th anniversary of friendship. Very nice staff, good beer and delicious food. We'll definitely come more often. And I've been here a few times. Just great, the steakhouse.
