Great atmosphere, just like it used to be. I haven't been there in a long time, but I felt very comfortable. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive, yet unobtrusive. The food was very carefully prepared, and the portions were generous (almost a bit too much for me, but it tasted so good that I was able to eat it all). My companion had the spare ribs and was also very impressed. Spare ribs aren't available very often, and especially not this good. Everything was absolutely reasonable in terms of price. I don't want to let too much time pass before I come back. Great place, we all had an incredible time.

First of all, the service here is simply fantastic, friendly, and attentive. The food was also really delicious and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, all three of us had a queasy feeling in our stomachs. Note: all three ordered the same thing.

This was our first time here, as we received a gift voucher. We had chicken and the beef fillet. The fillet was truly a dream. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the warm baguette and the garlic cream as a welcome gift. The old ambiance was a bit of a downside... Conclusion - We'd love to come back

I can definitely recommend it; it has a lovely ambiance, very spacious yet still offers a private atmosphere thanks to the separate tables. The quality of the food was also very good. Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky with the service, which, although very friendly, was a bit forgetful, clumsy, or absent-minded.

Perfect! I ordered a rump steak and lamb fillet for pickup today. Both were perfectly prepared and tasted great. No wait for pickup and very friendly service. I definitely recommend it.

We went to ASADO for lunch. The outdoor seating is quite inviting and appealed to us. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly friendly—at least not to the regulars. They, unlike us, were treated very warmly. The food was okay. The steak was cooked to perfection and was excellent. Huge point deduction: it needs to be much cleaner! The restrooms were very poor. Cobwebs and dirt everywhere. It would be worth investing in a good cleaner. All in all, the food was good, but the ambiance and service could be improved. We won't be back.

ASADO has been my favorite restaurant for over 10 years! The whole family always orders spare ribs; it's a highly recommended dish and my favorite. I haven't had the sweet and spicy marinade, the tender meat, and the house sauce anywhere else before; I've been disappointed with spare ribs from other restaurants.

I really enjoyed the food. The prices are quite high, but the atmosphere is very cozy, the staff is friendly, and, as I said, it was delicious.

Very friendly and attentive staff. But the food was, unfortunately, simply weak. The same pink mayo was served with every course. And a 300g, €33 entrecôte should have weighed at least approximately 300g. Unfortunately, it wasn't even an entrecôte, and it was tough, too.

We go there regularly and it's always delicious. You are always served quickly and very friendly, it feels familiar from minute 1. Now about the food, everything we have tried so far has been very tasty, the meat is always cooked to perfection and is very tender. The price is really very good for the quality delivered (not too cheap, not overpriced). We are already looking forward to the next visit :)

Mmmhhh delicious. Starting with the delicious grilled pepperoni and the super delicious aioli with bread, as a greeting from the kitchen. And our main courses are just as delicious. Great meat and also the side dishes, especially the fries, were perfect. The portion was big enough to fill me up. Then Leo, the relaxed yet very friendly waiter. We have been living in Zehlendorf for several years and will now come more often.

We've been guests at Asado for more than 20 years now, but we've avoided the restaurant in recent years because the much-hyped ribs there have become more and more expensive and worse (the meat has been very tough lately). Now the five of us have dared to do it again. When it comes to the ribs, it has to be said that at over 18 euros they set a high bar in terms of price, but they have now gotten better again (the meat was nice and soft and sometimes almost fell off the bone). Unfortunately, the ambience, including the many cobwebs in the corners, as well as the operating staff, has remained the same over the years. Today we were annoyed with the waitress because she brought the wrong dish, which we pointed out. She said succinctly that there was nothing they could do, even though the mistake was hers. There was also no apology from her for what might have been a forgivable mistake. The price difference between the food ordered and the food delivered was quite a few plus EUR 6.50. No question, the food was delicious, but unfortunately the service hasn't improved.

Unfortunately no response has been received to date. Order from February 16th was unfortunately almost cold and a lot was missing. Otherwise there is another way, we were always satisfied.

Consistently high quality for what feels like half a century! If you look at the negative reviews, you'll feel sick. If you can't afford it and then have excessive expectations, you should just stay at home.

The fillet steak was fried to perfection, unfortunately the prawn pan for €28 was a failure. 5 shrimps in The taste of a watery sauce cannot be compared to croquettes. Conclusion: always happy to eat steak, which is really recommended here.

We have been coming to Asado for years, and the restaurant consistently maintains its high standards of food and service! The meat is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The blonde waitress, who has been working here for many years, is exceptionally polite, friendly, and positive. I wish there were more waitresses and waiters like her in Berlin!

Here's my edit: for two you'll probably spend €80. I don't understand why the valuation keeps "jumping back" to a lower amount. => Excellent meat! Rarely if not never eaten better steak. Also tops is the log cabin, which also serves very good meat in 95% of cases. For years I have regularly eaten fillet steak at Asado with only herb butter and a boiled potato, sometimes an ear of corn. In the last 5 years, I remember having one that wasn't grilled to medium rare as desired, but rather overcooked. They prepared a new one for me without any problem. The decorations on the plate - a leaf of lettuce here, a dollop of sauce there - are not my thing, but they don't deduct any points. The facility appears to have been the same since 1970, e.g. For example, lamps hanging too low above the table can now probably be described as iconic again, overall a bit dark and stuffy. Lately I've found the service a bit dreamy, even when the store is empty. Slow dawdling, even the food is handed over in slow motion. For me, however, a steakhouse doesn't depend on lamps or anything like that, but rather on the quality of the meat. Terrace very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The meat (rump steak) medium was, as always, super tasty. The beans were first late and then not warm enough. Unfortunately, the Asado's ambience is already getting old. Too dark and a bit dusty.

Went to the Asado Steakhouse and I have to say that we were all very satisfied! We immediately felt at home in the restaurant. It is appropriately furnished and both the restaurant itself and the toilets were very clean. The waiters are very nice and attentive, small special requests are catered for without any problems :-) But now about the food: We had bruschetta for starters, a grill pan, a filet and lots of side dishes for the main course. The dishes came quickly and we enjoyed them very much. We also ordered dessert - it also arrived quickly and was really tasty! We find the selection of dishes to be very good. I really liked the fact that in addition to complete dishes, you could also order individual side dishes and sauces. Definitely coming back :-)

We had dinner at the ASADO Steakhouse last night and absolutely loved it! The arrival was pleasant - the parking situation is ideal. There is enough parking space right in front of the restaurant, so you don't have to worry about this point. Now to the most important thing: the food was first class! I had a fillet steak with fries and it was simply phenomenal. I would particularly like to highlight the garlic sauce - you shouldn't miss it. She took the already perfect steak to a new level. But what really made the evening special was the service. All the waiters were incredibly cheerful, friendly and warm - it was a real pleasure! The positive and infectious vibe made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, service like this is far too rare these days. It impressed us very much. Conclusion: An absolutely recommendable steakhouse with outstanding food and service that is really fun. We'll definitely be back! Tiny side note: Although it is a steakhouse, the range of vegetarian alternatives (for the "one" vegetarian in the group) could be a little larger... 😉

We are very happy with the food and staff was very friendly. Ribs, rumpsteak and Hamburger was delicious. Atmosphere is nice in both outside and inside the restaurant. The only suggestion would be for tomatoes salad, if they have sliced tomatoes and onions thinner it would be better in my opinion. Overall I recommend here to anyone.

We've been coming here for a long time and have always been satisfied. However, we were really disappointed on our last visit. Overall, the food was very greasy and not very tasty. The cream on the ice cream parlor was sour and it was also expensive. That day the price performance and quality really wasn't right, sorry.
