Right at the main train station, unfortunately we waited 20 minutes for the annoyed waiter. The team meeting was also arguing about cleaning right next to my table, as far as I could tell. Unfortunately the meat tasted burnt. For just under €50 alone, unfortunately not that good

Very good restaurant from the Block House chain: it is next to the train station and a multitude of hotels, so it is a fairly busy restaurant. The staff is very friendly and efficient (super friendly Ihab, he served us both times we went and was more than charming), the service is fast and precise, but its strength is without a doubt the quality and variety of the meat: sirloins and fillets (also for the little ones) are 10!

Meat, chicken and soup are very successful.

Good afternoon. We were at the Black House in Lisbon 2 weeks ago - it was amazing, delicious, great service. And today (March 15, 2024) we wanted to go to the place of the same name in Munich - we went in, the location was semi-free - the girl in black said: wait a minute and... a minute later she went to take an order from a table of 8 people... oops, we, of course, stood/waited- She accepted and went to register. Waiters passed us with the words: now she will be free... If you have a big boss, then maybe you can enter an entry specifically for her? And to other waiters... well, so that people don’t hesitate in the aisle when there are empty seats?

Visited the Block House Elisenhof on my stopover from Hamburg last week. The food and ambience are the usual Block House quality. But the staff is great! There were only two service staff plus the bar in the evening. Despite rush hour, everyone was very friendly, attentive and quick. The operations manager had everything in view and managed the entire operation confidently with the attention and team spirit comparable to an air traffic controller. Was impressed by the perfect process.

Excellent choice for meat eaters - we chose to dine here as it's included on the AMEX premium eateries where you can claim the bill back - the atmosphere is nothing special but cosy. While the floor felt understaffed, the food was delicious, and the staff were lovely.

We took onion soup and it was not very good, the onion soup was not the same as what we were served.

The steak was excellent. we will definitely come back. Make sure you make a reservation in advance, otherwise you may have to wait in line a while, the place is quite busy.

While visiting the area my family and I decided to try this steakhouse. We were seated almost immediately but after that the customer service was non existent. We seriously had to look for someone to come take our order after sitting there for what seemed like forever, then look for someone else when it was time to pay. The food was good but the service not so much. There was a younger guy that came in right at the end who decided to help us but other than him, the older guys were of no help.

Food as always top! Ambiance as usual at BlockHaus! Service was a bit bad as we were there just before the end... unfortunately we felt it with comments like: "The kitchen is closing, choose quickly"!

Steak was very good quality, salad was fresh. Nice view, kind of cozy...

Everything was great. We were seated, seated and served quickly - and all in a very friendly manner. The meat, mister rump steak and rib-eye mastercut, was of good quality and very well done for our taste. The side dishes with the meat, baked potato with sour cream, bread and salad were also very tasty. There are parking spaces nearby.

Disappointing.....This food is nothing special. The open space kitchen is a big disadvantage. It's a horrible smell of hot oil. The tip was withheld without our permission.... It is a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. The food is excellent.

Service, Ambiente echt gut. Sonderwünsche wurden voll erfüllt. Bedienung sehr nett, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen auch gut, Salat frisch und knackig. Einziger Kritikpunkt war leider, dass das Steak teilweise etwas zäh, dh schwer zu kauen war. Aber insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Ich komme gerne und bestimmt wieder 😊.

Einfach nur grausam. Mein Bruder hatte Geburtstag. Ihm wurde ein sehr guter Tisch, ein Geburtstagssekt und ein tolles Essen bei der Reservierung versprochen. Was haben wir bekommen; Einen Tisch am Weg zur Toilette (das Lokal war kaum besetzt), keinen Sekt und dann das Essen...... JA das Essen - noch NIE in meinen 62 Jahren so schlecht in einem Steakhaus gegessen. Salate: Das Italia Dressing (Balsamico steht auf Karte) ohne Balsamico aber dafür mit ganz viel Öl. Also selbst angemacht Salz, Pfeffer, Weinessig. Balsamico gab es auch bei Nachfrage nicht. Burger: Leute lasst die Finger weg. Einfach nur schlimm. Brot, eine Salatscheibe, verbranntes Hackfleisch, Scheiblettenkäse. 17€ -> das Zeug würde ich heute nicht mal umsonst essen. Steak: Ja, Super von zwei Steaks war wenigstens eines halbwegs gut, mein Bruder hat natürlich zum Geburtstag das halbrohe, zähe Steak bekommen. Da hätten wir noch den Service: Der Kellner (der arme Kerl) hätte eigentlich 5 Sterne verdient. (meine Bruder gab Ihm ein überragendes Trinkgeld) aber das die Chefin nicht zu uns an den Tisch kam, obwohl der Kellner unsere Mängel immer wieder weitergereicht hat, ist unmöglich.

Muy buen sitio para carnes y buen servicio

Me gusto mucho el lugar. Un buen sitio para una buena carne en Munich, tiene variedades de cortes y muy bueno y en punto que uno lo pide. Si te gusta las ensaladas cada carne viene con su ensalada que puedes pedir con 3 tipos de salsa, la de vinagre es muy buena. Si eres más de pollo o vegetales el Bowl que ellos manejan está buenísimo, los vegetales frescos y el pollo muy bien cocinado y un sabor increíble. Sus vinos y cervezas también son muy buenos. El servicio y el personal de servicio muy bueno , muy bien atendidos. Es un lugar de fácil y central al lado de la estación del metro y a 10 min máximo caminando a la plaza principal.

Definitely the worst “burger” experience ever. Even the vegetables in coleslaw were spoiled…. Just a tourist place when you are hungry and maybe cannot understand the taste anymore 😒😕

Nicht angemessenes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und mäßiger Service. Ausserdem mussten wir getrennt essen, da ein Essen mit deutlicher Verzögerung kam.

Excellent experience at Block House... the atmosphere is very upscale, service is very attentive… at this point thanks to Ramin - our very friendly and amusing waiter, that we had… The food was great, particularly Tenderlion…loved it… we will be back :)

Essen war leider lauwarm. Hatte wahrscheinlich damit zu tun, dass die Servicekräfte mit dem vollbesetzten Restaurant überfordert waren und dadurch die Speisen zu lange am Pass standen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Restaurant. Service, Freundlichkeit und Essen waren Spitze. Auch unser Enkelkind hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍🏽

Ich war schon in mehreren Block house in verschiedenen Städten und habe jedes Mal verschiedene Steaksorten probiert. Leider ist dieser Laden meiner Meinung nach der schlechteste. Wir haben das T-Bone-Steak bestellt. Der italienische Salat war gut, die Ofenkartoffel war mäßig, aber das Steak hat uns sehr unzufrieden zurückgelassen! Erstens war die Qualität des Fleisches nicht gut. Zweitens hatten wir uns für medium rare entschieden, aber die Oberfläche war stellenweise verbrannt und hatte einen sehr bitteren Geschmack, und das Innere war stellenweise völlig rohes Fleisch! Am Ende musste ich den Kellner bitten, die rohen Teile des Fleisches für uns zu kochen. Die Einstellung und der Service des Kellners waren großartig, aber leider hat uns das Steak sehr enttäuscht! Als treuer Kunde des Block House war ich darüber sehr unglücklich!

Das Steak war nicht auf den Punkt Medium Rare zubereitet, sondern rare. Außerdem recht flachsig. Tolle location aber kulinarisch etwas schwächer als im Block House Leopoldstraße.

La camarera fue amable. Pedimos el plato de la semana Block Burger. La ensalada de acompañamiento con el aliño cremoso muy rica, me sorprendió en un sitio de carnes que no se pueda elegir el punto. Estaba muy muy hecha como gomosa. Ya me sorprendió que una hamburguesa viniera al plato, sin pan, pero el punto de cocción decepcionante. Se cobraron directamente 10€ de propina y no nos trajeron ni un ticket cosa que no me ha pasado en ningún sitio. Decepcionante. Añado un segundo comentario porque veo que no han leido bien el primero. 1. Solicite el punto de la carne poco hecha y me dijeron que no podía ser, que todas salían igual. Una pena cuando me explican que tienen tantos controles de calidad en origen. 2. Me parece muy bien que ustedes sirvan su hamburguesa al plato pero en cualquier ciudad del mundo una hamburguesa esta compuesta de de un panecillo abierto en cuyo interior se añanade la carne y otros ingredientes, deberia especificarse que no es así. 3. Como ya les he dicho no puedo adjuntar el ticket porque no se nos facilitó en ningún momento. Obviamente es culpa nuestra el no exigirlo pero me parece cuando menos extraño por no decir ilegal.

We ate there 2 nights in a row. Food was great, service was exemplary. We went back the 2nd night because the first was so good! Highly recommended.

Service was really nice, food was OK but nothing special, salad etc very disappointing- dressing was out of a package and not home made. Could do better. Atmosphere very hectic, like a fast food chain.

Leckeres Essen, ❤️👍🏼leckere roter Wein, sehr freundliches Personal(motiviert),👍🏼und es hat alles gepasst. Uns passt dieses Blockhaus von Atmosphäre wesentlich besser als in der Leopoldstraße.

Food is delicious. Staff is superb. It’s an oasis in the middle or at the end of a day out. Delicious meals guaranteed here.

The food was ok, we had the classic Rumpsteak dish. The salad was good as ever the steak was medium-rare as ordered but one corner was burnt leaving a bitter taste. The pepper sauce was ok but not great. I have definitely had much better steaks at other Block House restaurants in Munich.

A very mediocre steakhouse. We ordered the ribeye, lamb, some soup and veggies, but the meat has very little flavor, which is a bit disappointing, considering it’s a steakhouse. Their bread is good, but the rest of the sides are just so-so. Staff is very nice and attentive, so no complaints on that regard. It’s also very affordable.

Obwohl wirklich sehr viel los war an diesem Abend, war der Service wirklich sehr gut. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Lennard, unseren sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Kellner 👍 das Essen war absolute Klasse, vorallem die Bull Soup war sehr lecker 😋. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch bei Euch, ihr seid die Fahrt von Rosenheim auf jeden Fall wert 👍👍

The food is good, but awful service. Today I was asked to sit next to the window when entering, and then a waitress asked me to change into a smaller table, whereas 80% of tables were empty. It was afternoon, so very few customers, but she insisted that I should change, and commended me in a rude way. She even asked other waiters to support her against me. That was the worst restaurant service I’ve ever experienced.

افضل ستيك يمكن تاكله في حياتك لذيذ الطلب رب اي مديم رير مع الصوص الايطالي ومعه بطاطس مهروس الطلب يجي معه سلطه صراحة المطعم لذيذ و يقدم أكل بطريقة احترافية راح يكون مطعمي المفضل بالمانيا

平日のピーク時に行ったせいか、アテンドまでに10分は良いとして、オーダーをとるまでに30分くらいかかった。「1分待って」が3回くらい。東洋人だから？単に忙しいだけ？店員が少ない？ 気長に待てる人には、味は良いのでおすすめです。リブアイまいうーです。 にぎやか過ぎて会話が聴こえにくいとか、ペコペコでオーダー待ちが嫌なら、他を選ぶのも良いかも。
