At lunchtime. Most of the tables outside were occupied. Only a few seats inside. There were two male waitresses in white shirts who served all the tables. My waiter was very nice and worked a lot. No criticism here. The other waiter, on the other hand, spent most of his time behind the bar or at the bar making small talks with other employees. The female employees in the black outfit were exclusively for the bar? One blonde one walked through the restaurant and just chatted with colleagues. She then brought a restaurant visitor to the table dressed. I don't need to mention that due to the 1 1/2 waitresses for perhaps 20 tables, the service took a long time. The dish came very quickly and so did the drink. But if you had a request, it took 10 minutes for a (my) waiter to walk past (he wasn't sitting that far away from the bar). The concept is that you prepare the meat yourself on a hot stone plate to the desired degree of doneness. The meat initially comes medium rare (still bloody). I wanted my steak well done, although I'm also happy with medium well. When the steak is put on the hot stone, the meat only cooks for a few seconds/minutes until the sizzling stops. During this time the first portion of fries is eaten. By the way, they are very good. Then I had to wait a good 10 minutes until the waiter came over and I got fries (free of charge, that's good at this point) and another hot stone. Normally I know that I get my steak at about the desired level of doneness, as ordered, and then I can cook it a little more on the hot stone as needed, for example if it isn't well done enough for me. In that case, should I get a medium rare steak well done over the hot stone? This doesn't work. The inside doesn't turn red/bloody as easily because it's on the hot stone. Only the outside will make the meat browner. The steak would have to be grilled inside. Well, after the second hot stone was basically gone, I was half satisfied with the cooking level. I cut/cut the meat several times to sear it more effectively and also placed the inside on the stone. That helps a bit. Actually I would have needed a third hot stone, but then it would have taken me 30 minutes until I could eat my steak and build a tower at Barbel with the hot stones. I had finished my drink in the meantime, and no attentive waiter came up with the idea to check what was right and ask if anything was missing. I also had to reorder House Fries and approach the waiter myself with hand signals from a distance. When I was finished, I wanted to pay. It took at least 15 minutes for the waiter to come my way and bring me to me. After at least 10 minutes I placed the wallet on the table in front of me and then opened it. The people at the bar just looked. By the way, a man and a woman in a white shirt/blouse (probably the managers or even owners) were sitting behind me and had no interest in what was going on in their restaurant, preferring to sit in front of the PC. Maybe they could have intervened at some point. By the way, that slowly got to the point where I wanted to complain about the store to these same people. But then luckily I was able to pay. By the way, the toilet is very dimly lit and elegantly done, at the expense of visibility. I would like to mention that my criticism is clearly directed at the management of the restaurant and not at the waiter who served me. He really worked a lot and felt like he was operating alone. Despite everything, it was very friendly and committed. Overall, the steakhouse is a disappointment. I hope things go better in the evening/holiday, when potentially there is more going on.

We had a reservation for an outdoor table and clearly stated that we have a baby stroller that needs to be next to us. We were not seated for more than 30 minutes, and they only managed to find us the furthest table at the corner of the indoor hall with so many promises to move us outside that were not met even after 1.5 hours of sitting without even ordering a drink, sitting in unbearable heat. We had hijabis and it was clearly a RACIST decision to move a local group and not move us to the promised available table when it was cleaned and our patience and objection were only met with rudeness, loud waiters and manager answers and a request to either sit on separate outdoor tables or find ourselves another restaurant.

Despite receiving recommendation, it was an embarrassing mistake to bring our guests here. Nothing short of a disaster. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait before being seated. When we were given a table, it was in the deep corner indoors where the temperature was unbearable, despite our request for an outdoor table, especially due to having a toddler and a member of our group with a health condition. The waitstaff assured us that we could move outside when a table became available, but when one did, they gave it to another group instead. When we raised our concerns with the manager, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude as well as an unnecessary high tone on sight and ear of all other customers. Rather than apologizing or making any real effort to accommodate us, he offered to split our group across different tables or that we go to another restaurant. His comment that "This is the policy in this country" and "Why do I have to repeat myself?" was incredibly unprofessional and offensive, directed at us as a diverse and multi racial client group that is quite aware of local policies. Given the lack of basic hospitality and respect, we took our high end order elsewhere, to a restaurant where we were met with excellent food, outstanding service, and the respect that every customer deserves. I would not recommend this restaurant if you expect to be met with slightly respectful attitude, especially as international clients.

The staff was very rude! They just ignored our request to sit outside. we already had the reservation informing we have a toddler and it's too hot to say inside with him. They kept us waiting for more than 30 min inside. I kept confirming with them and they kept assuring me we can move to the table when it's cleaned. I noticed it's been cleaned so went to the waiter. He talked with another college and let a group went there. When we reached the shift manager, he talked to us in a very rude way and told us to leave then! Very inconsiderate to the fact that we have a toddler and I don't know if that was because we had hijabi women in our group or because he just didn't like us. Anyways we definitely refused to order and left in peace. Never again!

This used to be one of our favorite spots for steak in Munich. Today we can confidently say we are NEVER coming back due to the rude behavior of all staff from reception to management. We had a reservation and were not seated for longer than 20 minutes. We asked for an outdoor table and we were promised the next free table once it got cleaned. When a big enough table was free, staff smirked and seated another group and upon objection they, starting with shift manager, an Italian guy, confronted us with literal yelling and hostile behavior. We even tried to find solutions ourselves and they rejected all suggestions rudely and asked us to leave. This was a full 90 minutes without even having ordered a drink. We obviously left and are not returning. Our average bill would have been around 600 euros for this dinner. We took our business elsewhere due to your behavior, which I could only describe as discriminatory as the other group you preferred to seat outside after promising us a table were Germans and we are obviously expats.

I love the concept of having to cook the steak yourself on the grill…. That is entirely cool… would recommend

I'm going to eat grilled Angus. The only restaurant that if you ask for "well done" meat they will bring it "rare". Then... they tell you that you have to finish cooking yourself on the griddle But.... If I want grilled Angus, I do it at home. I don't go to restaurants. Typical restaurant that wants to make money without doing their job. Note that grilled meat has one flavor and grilled meat has another. Rubbish!

We were there twice. The first time we came by spontaneously and got a place straight away. The second time I wanted to make a reservation by phone for 6 p.m., but I was told that a table would only be available from 9 p.m. Since we were nearby, we popped in to make a reservation on the spot. At first we were told there was no room, but when I offered to sit both inside and outside, they suddenly found a table for us. I asked where we would sit and the answer was that there was seating both inside and outside. When we arrived promptly at 6 p.m., we got our four seats outside. We stayed until about 7:30 p.m., and during that time the place was at most half full. The reservation policy of this restaurant remains incomprehensible to me. The steaks are good, but the sauces provided didn't suit my taste. The hot stones cool down relatively quickly, but were quickly replaced upon request. The service is always friendly and quick.

A very nice atmosphere, the location is just awesome, and the food was terrific and the 500 gram US Prime Flank Steak was a dream, exactly as I ordered and that's how it turned out. The service was very, very friendly, and in conclusion I can only say that I can 100% recommend ABACCO'S SteakHouse.

Great food. High-quality meat that you prepare yourself on a hot stone. As many side dishes as you want, free of charge. The service had slight difficulties with a full house. 1-2 more staff would have helped a lot. Ambience good. I have never eaten better meat in my life! You can fry it yourself on hot stones at the table and an excellent wine was served with it. The final dessert melted in the mouth, the service was very friendly and it was nice when the waiter had a trowel with which the hot stones were exchanged. The evening was a culinary highlight. Luckily, Abacco's also has locations in other cities ^^ Admittedly, it is expensive. But worth every penny!

We like to go to Abaccos every now and then. Nice atmosphere inside, outside you sit on a street. So far, everything we've eaten has always been delicious. Price-performance suits us. The service varies - from good to can still learn something new, but has never been unfriendly. However, there seems to be a service that *only* brings drinks. But it is difficult to recognize as a guest. If it's full, it sometimes takes longer. Not a problem for us, but maybe. good to know - when you sit inside, you smell a lot like food afterwards (of course).

Initially, the food was very tasty apart from some very heavily salted fries. After we were seated, we waited for 25 minutes until our waiter came and we were allowed to order. Fortunately, the food and drinks came pretty quickly, because you then brown the meat yourself as you wish. When we wanted to order more fries, our waiter couldn't be found and he passed us so quickly that our efforts were pointless. So we spoke to another waitress, who simply replied that it wasn't her table. That may be true and is legitimate, but letting your colleague know briefly would have at least been helpful. But at some point he came. After we had finished eating and two of us went to the toilet again, which was then locked, we came back and our plates were cleared away and our empty glasses were still there. Then we waited for 30 minutes and tried again and again to catch the waiter but without success. He didn't come by again and asked if we wanted anything else or wanted to pay. Meanwhile, he managed to serve all the other tables and we realized more and more that we weren't considered full and that he probably didn't want to respect us enough because of our age. When he finally came, we were no longer so generous when it came to tips and here too he reacted very passive aggressively. I have also worked in service and know it has its pitfalls, but I always tried to serve every customer in a friendly manner, regardless of age. So if you have the appropriate age or demeanor you have the chance to be respected, but for us it was an experience that we will not repeat, let alone put up with.

We were there spontaneously, everything outside was full, and the inside was estimated to be a third full. We were then seated at the very back on a table for two, there were 4 tables occupied in that area/room. The waiter who brought us to the table also gave us the menu. Then we didn't hear or see anything anymore, and for quite a long time. Every now and then a waiter would peek around the corner, but even after hand signals they would always disappear. After a whopping 30 minutes (without drinking or eating) I went to the bar. Three waiters were sitting there folding napkins!!! The bartender said he would send someone immediately. But that took another 10 minutes (!!!). So after a total of 40 minutes (!!!) we placed our order. The waiter who did this told us that he would have left long ago if he were us and that he was actually already off work. However, due to the circumstances, he would ask if we would get something on the house as compensation. The food and drinks came relatively quickly, the food was good so far, but the service was also good afterwards (for example, we were never asked if we had another wish; when our hot stone was no longer hot, we had to have several Make attempts until we are noticed). When we requested the invoice, there was no longer any mention of compensation. Invoice amount for 2 people EUR 123,--. Conclusion: Food good, service subpar, once and never again.

An exceptional restaurant with very friendly staff and the steaks are also exceptionally tasty. We ordered Argentinian fillet 300g (€58.90) and this was very tender and also the US Prime Tenderloin Fillet 300g (€79.90), which was a bit marbled and therefore unbeatable in terms of taste. I am a fan of fillet but after trying this tenderloin, I will order this next time and that is why I can really recommend it. We will definitely come again. One negative point was that we were put in a private room and in the summer, it was really hot there. There was no ventilation and no air conditioning. My recommendation is to avoid this private room in the summer. Photos, menu and prices refer to July 2024.

Crazy, simply recommended. I actually had one of the best steaks ever here. The taste is great and you'll be full, side dishes can be reordered for free. Food came incredibly quickly. Steak was on the table after 2 minutes. Yes, really 2 minutes. Price wise OK Ambience really nice

The STAFFS are extremely disrespectful, i don’t speak german but could see that they were saying bad things about me, first because i didnt want to give tip (because i always wait a lot for someone to see me, and when they see, they say they will come but they never, i had to stand up twice to find a waiter, and the restaurant was empty) so the guy got mad i didnt want to tip said bad things in german.. i had to pay 10.90 i gave 20, and he was super mad that he needed to find coinds to give me.. so he was talking to other waiters they were laughing at me and saying things.. i felt very uncomfortable..

The culinary zero point! 1 star is still merciful! Worst service ever, Waited 20 minutes for drinks, other guests left the restaurant because the wait was too long. Ordered meat on a "hot" stone. Stone got cold relatively quickly, by the time new stone arrived the meat was dry and tough. Last but not least, the waitress didn't want to accept a 20 cent tip. Service would probably be better served in a shisha bar!

The top priority in steak houses is the taste and resting of the meat, followed by the cooking method. Here, unfortunately, they bring you a hot stone and the meat, you do the cooking process yourself, and when that stone cools down after a while, the remaining half of the meat is cooked very difficult and loses its water. Even though I ordered Argentinian rib eye, it was tasteless, hard and angry meat with no fat streaks. Unfortunately, I did not like it.

Great restaurant, friendly and courteous service and a nice atmosphere. The food comes very quickly and the selection is large (not huge, but more than enough)! The cocktails are also recommended. What's particularly nice is that you can make your own meat so that it suits everyone perfectly. If the hot stone is too cold, you get a new one immediately. In terms of price, the food is in the higher class, but in my opinion it is also justified. But we also had a good time. You can eat there cheaper, but also really expensive.

The food here is really great!!! Unfortunately, the service when people visited wasn't that good. We made a reservation outside and were then seated inside. The reason was not apparent. Then there was no service for about 10 minutes. The food (for 7 people) came at different times. Re-ordering drinks and food only worked after repeated requests and then took longer. It's a shame, they could have made more money if they had been more attentive.

We were very impressed with the food on the hot stone. The service on the terrace was also very friendly, but he only visited us four times in the 2 1/2 hours we were there. 1 for bringing the card 2 for taking the order 3 for clearing away or 2 taking the round and 4 for the last round where I ordered the bill straight away so I don't have to wait again. On the last round we waited 10 minutes for the 2 gin and tonics and the Jacky Cola, which had been standing there at the bar pass for 7 minutes and watering down. I had a direct view of the pass and could see exactly how long the drinks had been standing there. We were generally very satisfied with the service because he always gave a nice and pleasant impression and you could also tell that because he took part in the runner for other stations, he unfortunately lost sight of his own station. It can happen to anyone, I know it well enough myself that you might not look enough at one or the other table because something else is going on. But if he is assigned to the station on a Saturday evening, he should be able to stay there and not have to constantly help somewhere else. I'm happy to be proven otherwise because I would love to come back, but I'll think twice about it if you're paying a certain price for it. Despite everything, thank you for the wonderful birthday we were able to spend with you

Just at the reception we waited at an empty desk to be assigned a table. So no one came, we chose a table for two ourselves and watched as several waiters served the tables around us - but we were ignored! After asking several times about the menu, the waiters argued that no one was assigned a table. I then organized 2 menus myself when the desk manager came and told us in a very rude manner that we were only allowed to sit down if we reported to the desk - and in broken English even though we spoke German! When we pointed out that there was no one at the desk. When we entered the restaurant, she got mushy and told us again that we weren't allowed to sit down! After 30 minutes of this fiasco, we simply left, where the waiter mockingly called after us: “and bye!” “ We had never experienced such bad service! Never again!

The food is recommended!!! Rarely eaten so well! However, the absolute minus point is: We had a good insight into the kitchen or the area where the food is prepared. Before the meat reaches the customer, coarse salt is sprinkled on the meat by hand. Perfect for the taste, but I wonder where the hygiene guidelines are observed??? The service staff reach into the salt container without gloves and unwashed hands (at the same time they serve, collect money, etc.). In my opinion, an absolute no-go! We would have liked to take "leftovers" with us, but unfortunately we were advised against it or told that it wasn't that good. It's a shame, the money was thrown out the window! Even though I saw 4 service staff serving customers, not every table was served, it took forever and people asked several times if they could finally be served! You would often be referred to a colleague who never came. We also had to wait a long time for our drinks even though they were already on the tray (we had a good view). After 10 minutes I didn't get a cold beer or cold water. A pity. We had the impression that the conditions were overwhelming this evening... Despite the not-so-satisfactory experience, I'm happy to give it 4 stars... the staff was friendly, the food came quickly and was super tasty. My main wish with this post is that an alternative to “sprinkling salt” will be found and implemented.

Very good place for steaks! Excellent team and service. When you will eat steak, please remember, that is is prepared a-la rose and serviced on the very hot stone. Therefore, grease splatters on your white shirt leaving nice and visible spots.

I've never experienced anything like that in a steakhouse in my life. The meal was okay. I had a 200g rump steak. It already started there. The plate ran out and I told the waiter to replace the plate. I had to repeat it twice in total and still didn't have a hot plate. So he didn't bring me any then I just wanted to pay and leave because I just felt uncomfortable that a customer would be treated like that. Then I told him a total of four times that he should give me the bill. He nodded his head and did things with his hands that he would come soon, but he still didn't come. I would end up having to call the store four times to get someone to give me a bill. Well, I've never seen anything like that in my life. The waiter was still upset at my table, not even a single, sorry or anything else at 10:31 p.m

I recently dined at Abacos in Munich. While the food was acceptable, the delays between courses and the slow service were unbearable. There were many waiters walking around, but none of them seemed to be serving. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Good price/performance ratio with fast and friendly service. The food is good and is brought to the table really quickly. The service was on point and tried to keep an overview even when the tables were full. Responded to questions or requests for changes in a friendly and quick manner. It's very loud and you sit quite close to each other. In this case, not the best choice for a romantic dinner. In addition, there is only one toilet each. Definitely not enough for the size of the restaurant. But all in all: recommended.

The restaurant offers very tasty food at fair prices in a unique atmosphere. The dishes are prepared on a hot stone so that guests can roast their own meat for longer. Fries are served at will and are free. The restaurant has never disappointed me.

My husband and I went there to celebrate our anniversary and really loved the food. The steaks we chose were quite good in quality. It is great that you can continue cooking your steak on a hot stone according to your taste. 👌 In summer can get a bit hot indoors because of this, but anyways we enjoyed as the waiter Mr. Samir elevated our experience. He was extremely professional and polite. 👏
