A different kind of meal. Cook the meat yourself over a hot stone. Order side dishes as often as you like. Super friendly and attentive staff. And not just one waiter serves everyone else. Thank you for this experience.

We found our steaks on the lunch menu mediocre, the salad drowned in dressing, and the service inattentive. The ambiance right on the street wasn't our cup of tea either. Unfortunately, we didn't like it.

The two of us went there for dinner last night. We had made a reservation in advance and went back for lunch so my wife and I could "pick" a table for dinner. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible, but I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem that evening. First mistake...of course, the waiter didn't know that. So, "cat table"...only after reminding me again that I had specifically reserved a table by the window did I get a table in the middle of the restaurant. But not by the window. The service was very good, very attentive. The concept is incredibly simple...good meat (not premium) is "grilled" in the kitchen, and the guest does the rest. This ensures that only the guest can miss the perfect cooking point. You have to like the hot plate and the meat being grilled to completion at the table...It's not fine dining, but it's not what you want either...at least in my experience. That was my second mistake...we wanted great food in a cozy atmosphere. We ended up with grease splashes on our pants, and our clothes smelled of cooking. All in all, a hectic evening that wasn't cheap. You can get better meat in a better atmosphere and at similar prices...just elsewhere. All in all, it's not worth the price. Only the ladies and gentlemen in the service department earned it a third star.

Very good steaks in various cuts, which can be re-cooked on the hot stone if desired. Delicious fries and three sauces to choose from (the horseradish sauce is fantastic). When the hot stone cools down, you can order a new one. This gives you time to enjoy your meal. Of course, it's not cheap, as the meat is of high quality. But in my opinion, that's part of conscious meat consumption: little, but good. The service is attentive, very friendly, and fast. It's very busy at Abbacos's, but the staff make it a great experience!

We remembered it better from Augsburg. This time, there was a lot of excess fat and a tough steak. Disinterested service. Still a good steakhouse, but the prices don't match. The atmosphere only really shines inside. There are much better alternatives in Munich.

We ate here for Father's Day. The atmosphere is chic, clean, and stylish. The service was very friendly and attentive. Excellent! The food, especially the meat, was also very good. The hot stone is a great feature. You can cook your meat at your table the way you like it. The only thing that was cold was the potato gratin. But it was still delicious. You can park in the parking garage right next door or use public transportation. We'll be back. Thank you.

I think this was the best meal and the best dining experience in a long time. We were in Munich over the weekend, and Google recommended this one as the best steakhouse in Munich. So we went. We ordered, and within five minutes, three rump steaks with a side dish arrived. The highlight of this restaurant is that if you order a side dish like potato gratin or fries, you can reorder it as many times as you like for free. We ordered a potato gratin and then ordered it three more times, which only cost €5.90 for three pieces, which were incredibly delicious. I definitely recommend going there! We'd be happy to go back anytime.😊

Unfortunately, the service wasn't great. You get the feeling you're a nuisance when you need something. The stone wasn't hot, so I had to ask for a new one right away. The fries were cold. The meat quality was okay, but nothing special. The atmosphere is nice.

Classic German service. After fifteen minutes, the hostess saw me and asked if I would like to order. Waiter had never been to our table. We upgraded from fries to baked potato and sweet potatoes. We got fries plus our upgrades, double potatoes. This was not explained. The baked potato was a bunch of little potatoes. Also over cooked. We never saw our server again for quite a while. Cooking stones went cold. We waited, I had to go to the wait station to request new stones. Waiter was oozing bad attitude. Food was good. Wish service was better. We have had a great experience s few times at the Abacco in Stuttgart. Better location, better service, go there. Avoid the location in Munich.

The service was not in the same standard as the rest of the restaurant - slow (though the restaurant was nearly empty), and the waiter forced me (literally forced me) to give a tip. It's a nice place, with quality cuts. The service is a little inattentive at times, likely due to understaffing. The food flies out as it cooks on your table on a hot plate. Makes for a little rushed meal if you want to have it less cooked. Unlimited fries are a plus.

The worst steak we’ve ever had. We have been here several times before, and it’s been good. However, today, the steak was bad quality, smelled weird, and made us feel sick next day. We even talked with the couple next to our table, and they felt exactly the same. Their service was fine overall. We had bad experience and won’t come back to this restaurant at all.

Yummy food and interesting experience. You get meat of your choice with a "hot rock" on which you can cook your steak, shrimp, or fish ... to your own liking. We had to wait a bit for the waiter when we needed new hot stones, but overall, I would definitely go again. The English menu and waiters are available.

Great steakhouse with reasonable prices. All steaks come with a side of French fries (unlimited) and 3 sauces (chimichurri, bbq, and horseradish). I had the small Argentinian entrecote steak, which was quite big, delicious, and it was so easy to cut (it was literally like cutting butter!). All steaks are served on a hot stone that can be replaced at any time, and it's also part of the charm of the restaurant, in my opinion.

Expensive, but the fun is worth it. This wasn't a problem with puppies either.

We had our last meal here in Munich, and we went out with a bang! We love our steakhouses, and this one didn't disappoint. I had the fillet steak (300g), and it was delicious! You get unlimited fries, which is a nice touch, and I did order another portion. We really loved the truffle butter with our steaks. Is this the best steakhouse we have eaten at? No. However, we don't have a bad word to say about our meal and experience here, so we would recommend it for sure!

Very high quality steaks that you can fry yourself (on a hot stone). There are also good wines to accompany the food, but unfortunately the best ones are often sold out. It's a nicely decorated restaurant. Unfortunately, you often have to wait a long time until someone comes to your table.

My rating focuses primarily on the service and the ambience. I can't complain about the food, it was excellent. Regarding the service: the waitress takes the order quickly, the food arrives within a few minutes, so you don't have time to arrive. When I go out to eat somewhere, I want to arrive first and not have the food served after 2 minutes. At least not in a restaurant where you want to have a leisurely meal. The outdoor area directly on the street does not invite you to enjoy the evening comfortably and in peace. If that's not so important to you and you can ignore it, you can have a really good steak here.

Good food & value for money is right. The experience of frying your own steak on a hot stone is really cool and was something I had for the first time. The restaurant was well filled on a Friday evening and the service was accordingly busy.

Abacco’s Steakhouse is a real must for steak lovers! The meat is served on hot stone slabs directly at the table - a special concept that is not only fun but also tastes great. You can cook the steak exactly how you like it. The quality of the meat is top – tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The side dishes such as sweet potato fries, grilled vegetables and the Caesar salad were also fresh and delicious. The wine list is well sorted and offers the right accompaniment for every taste. The ambience is modern and stylish, but cozy. The service was attentive, friendly and competent - you felt like you were in good hands.

The lady at reception could be a bit friendlier… but the gentleman at the table was great, hence only 4 stars. The service was quick and good, the food was again excellent and the concept is still very casual in that you can grill the steaks yourself. Top taste, top quality, gladly again.

Cockroaches in the restaurant!! Terrible!! After we had ordered and eaten, we waited more than 30 minutes for the waitress and realized how dirty the restaurant was. Live and dead cockroaches under the tables. The waitress said that it is normal for there to be cockroaches in München! I don't think it's normal in any restaurant!! Bad service and poor cleaning for an "exclusive" restaurant In the end, just two of us paid more than 120 euros and we left with a lot of disgust! Anymore!!

We were there for the first and last time. A lady in trainer pants greeted us at the reception. In our opinion, it doesn't fit in a finer restaurant. At first we got the worst table with garden furniture like outside even though there were others available. The meat was good but the salad was not convincing (salad brown, bread not at all crispy and fresh, chicken tough and sauce not the right one for a Caesar salad). Unfortunately there is no WiFi for guests either. The empty plates weren't cleared away for 30 minutes and the service wasn't very friendly either. The only positive was the inexpensive children's menu. Our son was happy when he got his own hot stone.

Food (lamb, Iberico) was good, but not exceptional. The service is unfortunately poor, too many employees sit around and don't clear the empty tables. Overall, the management doesn't seem to place any value on high-class service. The waiter himself was nice and helpful, but apparently not instructed on how to keep the dining room clean.

They bring your steak almost raw and you get to cook to your taste with their amazing hot stone. I liked the experience and the meat. Servers don’t have clue how to sell wine or more drinks. Overall I would recommend this place to stop by if your are in the mood of steak.

One thing has to be said: The service, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, is extremely friendly. The food is great anyway… we really enjoyed being there and I'm looking forward to seeing you again on my next trip to Munich.

Unfortunately, reservations are messed up here. I made a special reservation for us as a company (12 people) over a month earlier. I repeated the appointment with my colleague 4-5 times to make sure that everything was entered correctly. Finding something spontaneous that same evening was really difficult. Luckily we found something at Blockhouse, they were very flexible and overall about half the price than the usual Abaccos. We won't come here anymore, what a shame!

Unfortunately, there was a malfunction in the kitchen while preparing the hot stones, but it's normal for equipment to break down from time to time, so everything was still top notch. Our waiter, Fernando, was super friendly, kind, and accommodating, so it was perfect. The atmosphere can get a bit noisy when it's fully booked, but that's normal.

Great place, nice staff. We were served by a girl named Angela, she was kind and friendly. If you want to sit quietly without constant clarification about the order and time, run out of this establishment. Here you can sit quietly, think and enjoy your free time. The peculiarities of this establishment are the special serving of steak, which you yourself finish frying the way you want it.

I was eating alone on Sunday April 9, 2025. I was immediately offered a great place outside and the waiter who served me was extremely friendly and competent! I ordered a Ribe Eye Steak 400 gr. The steak was really nicely streaked with fat, super tasty and the fries were really good, there was even dessert with fries at no extra charge. The only thing I didn't like was that the steak had to cook on the stone for a long time. I needed a second stone which came straight away, I actually needed a third but I didn't want that then it was just medium. Next time I would order it medium so that I don't have to spend so long making it myself. I would of course recommend the restaurant. Kind regards from Heidiland (Switzerland)

Great idea with the hot stone - so everyone can cook their own meat to perfection. As a quick warning in advance: After the visit, absolutely everything you wore has to be put in the laundry. It's still worth it. The story of the experience: Despite reservations and empty window seats, we were seated at a table in the middle of the room and right next to another couple. (We could have eaten from each other's plates^^) Here only deductions for the attempt - you can of course “say something” and implement it at this point. When choosing a steak, a cut of the Argentinian steak was no longer available (no pay-out sticker) and the service advised us to simply take the cut of the Uruguayan steak, as this would be exactly the same... I personally think it's a bold statement in a steak restaurant. After ordering the side dishes, we were asked WHICH butter we would like with it - in a tone as if it were included. I found this to be a questionable upselling. In general, I found the service to be brisk, not particularly warm and not very attentive, as you had to wave relatively aggressively to refill the supplements. The little “fun” at the beginning, where the gift bags we had brought with us were picked up without asking and jokes were made at our expense, was also rather mediocre. The food itself tasted great, unfortunately there was a very tough one among our 3 steaks. (The recommendation of the service) I thought it was great that you can order side dishes and hot stones, so you have plenty of time to enjoy. Especially in larger groups, it's worth ordering a variety of side dishes, as you can share and have them refilled. Short summary: Reserve a window seat, Don't let the butter take away from the bread (or talk up), order a Uruguay entrecôte (RIB EYE - that was really fantastic and I should have taken the 500g) and side dishes to share. Great evening guaranteed.

The food was outstanding—perfectly cooked, juicy steak full of flavor. The service was friendly and attentive. The espresso martini was the best I’ve had in Munich over the past three days. Highly recommend!

We were at Abaccos for lunch today and wanted to order the minced steak. After we chose our food and wanted to order, the waiter said “oh we don’t have the minced steak today” We were there specifically for that reason and then had to order the prime beef for €15.90 instead of the minced steak for €10.90. We had extra side dishes that you can order free of charge, but the waiter never came here once. But you often read that the “cheap” things are out and you then have to order the more expensive ones. Still, it tasted delicious.

I recently visited this restaurant but unfortunately the experience was not particularly pleasant. The reception was initially friendly and we were allowed to choose our seat freely. However, what bothered me was that the wine I wanted to order wasn't available - just like it was a few months ago - even though it's still on the menu. The service was okay overall, but there were some negative aspects. The fries were cold and the size of meat requested was not available. The meat is served on hot stones, which is an interesting idea. But since I ordered a large piece (500 g), a single stone was not enough to fry the meat evenly. Unfortunately another stone wasn't brought to me in time and when I tried to ask for it I was told to let me know if I needed anything as the waiters themselves were at the table. After a few minutes I had to get up and go to another room to ask for a new stone, which I found to be unprofessional. Another drawback was the temperature of the food: the grilled vegetables were only lukewarm. All of these little things added up and made me feel less than welcome. I think the organization of the staff could be improved to provide guests with a more pleasant experience.

Great concept with the Hot Stone, as in other restaurants you often don't get the meat you want. Still reasonably priced, especially if you want to enjoy fries.

Four of us stayed at ABACCO'S and were warmly welcomed. There was virtually nothing going on on a Thursday afternoon (in winter/January). First of all, despite the fact that there was hardly anything going on, it sometimes took a long time for the waitress to come to the table. Orders were then taken quickly and everyone received their food at relatively the same time, also all equally warm/hot, which is commendable (or is it supposed to be?). The important thing: the food was great. The principle of the steak is that you get it lightly pre-fried and the hot stone does the rest at your own place. You have a stone that keeps the steak warm and one on which you can cook the steak to your own favorite degree - and it works great. If the stone ever gets cold, you can simply get a new one and move on. I haven't had many steaks in my life, but this was the best I've had so far - even though I had to "prepare it myself". ;) Others who weren't particularly enthusiastic about steak were also completely convinced. The dips are more unusual than anywhere else, some people liked them, others didn't quite like them. The potatoes with sour cream were without exception good. The fries, on the other hand, were a bit weak, but could be balanced out well with the dips. By the way: You can reorder any addition to the steaks free of charge as often as you want (or can eat). We didn't make it to the desserts or dare because we were too full. Depending on the choice of steak, starter/side course and drink, the price is in the slightly higher middle range. On average, you should expect to spend €40 - €50 on a good meal, but if you only want something small "in a hurry", you can also get by with €15 - €25. Apart from the poor service at times (maybe just my opinion), the steakhouse is a definite recommendation!
