Went out to eat recently, good meat and friendly service from Pablo!

We had a wonderful evening! The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. We'd especially like to commend our waiter, Ioannis: he was attentive, warm, and always had a smile on his face. Thanks to his recommendations, we had a great meal and felt completely at home. A visit we would gladly repeat!

Unlike other steak restaurants, they cook their own meat here, which is really cool. However, if you want your meat well done, you probably won't be able to achieve that on just one hot stone. However, it's perfect for medium rare. A positive is that you get three free sauces and fries with every steak. The homemade sodas are also delicious, but sweet. The ambiance is elegant, and the service is average and friendly.

I spontaneously went to this restaurant even though I'd seen it a thousand times while driving by. Very chic, very luxurious. Great and high-quality cuisine. Prices are also very fair. But the service, the service, was 15 out of 10! We ended up with Pavel, a really competent and friendly guy. We'll be back. Reservations are recommended. Getting a seat outside without a reservation is absolutely impossible.

Very disappointing and extremely disrespectful! I was at Abbaccos Munich yesterday, and it was an absolute disgrace. The waiter completely ignored us, even though we called him twice just to get the menus. When he finally came, his attitude was rude, disrespectful, and cheeky. I won't tolerate being treated like that! We immediately got up and left. I certainly wouldn't pay that much money to end up being treated so disrespectfully. Abbaccos used to be much better, but now the standard is catastrophic!

We where 4 adults and a kid. The steaks truly are the best. The radish souce was amazing. Even the kid meal was served on their signature hot stones. Very nice. Staff speaks English perfectly and has English menus. Very spacious, there is plenty of room between the tables so it doesn't feel crowded at all. Did I say the food was great? Cause it was. Not cheap, but definitely worth it.

Visited on August 24, 2025. The service was fast, attentive, and friendly. Drinks and steaks were quickly served: Argentinian rump steak and US tenderloin. What can I say: perfect! The cocktails afterward were equally excellent. We look forward to seeing you again, thank you very much.

I visited ABACCO'S Steakhouse and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the steak was perfectly prepared and of the highest quality. The service was first-class – the waiters were very attentive and fulfilled all my requests perfectly. You just feel completely at home here. We decided to try this place out in Munich after walking by it. The service was fine. We ordered and were not made aware of all the food that came when you ordered dishes. If we had been aware we would not of ordered so much. We were traveling so we could not take left overs. The best part about the meal was the tomato soup. Everything was edible. We definitely spent way too much on a meal that was only edible.

The food is served on a hot stone, and you can cook it however you like. If you can grill steak, that's perfect 😉

The concept certainly isn't for everyone: steakhouse prices, but the steak isn't grilled to perfection, but rather lightly seared on a hot stone. From then on, you're the grill master yourself – which, with a €50 steak, requires a bit of courage and personal responsibility. The staff's tip: "Just keep cutting into it." Sounds pragmatic, but doesn't exactly seem like the secret Michelin strategy. Things got really tough when it came to the voucher: it hadn't expired, but was "technically invalid." IT wanted to take care of it, and we waited... and waited. We also inquired several times by email. No response? So far, no response. Bottom line: If you eat here, you should not only come hungry, but also have a plan B for service.

We went to Abbacos with high expectations, but the reality was different. The service was simply appalling. The waiter who served us was rude from the start, seemed annoyed at having to serve us, and at several points simply ignored us. Customer service is lacking. Although the food wasn't bad, everything was overshadowed by the terrible attitude of the staff. As visitors from another country, we felt treated differently than locals. It was obvious and very uncomfortable. We left feeling unwelcome, which completely ruins any dining experience. Later, we realized we weren't alone: there are many negative reviews that echo what we experienced. Had we read them beforehand, we would have avoided a very bad experience. Places like this should be more concerned about how they treat their customers. We won't be returning.

We visited Abbacos during our trip to Munich and unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences we have had in a restaurant in Europe. From the beginning, the service was lousy: the waiter consistently ignored us, noticed his disposition and acted as if our presence bothered him. At no time did he appear attentive or professional. The food, while acceptable, does not make up for the poor treatment received. The most worrying thing is that as tourists we clearly perceive a discriminatory attitude by the staff, which makes the visit even more uncomfortable. We left with the feeling of not being welcome. After the experience we reviewed other opinions and realized that there were already many similar warnings... I wish we had read them before. It is clear that customer dissatisfaction does not matter to them, but ultimately it is the restaurant that loses. We don't recommend it. There are many better options in Munich where they value their customers, no matter where they come from. We visited Abbacos during our trip to Munich and it was unfortunately one of the worst restaurant experiences we have had in Europe. From the beginning the service was miserable: The cooper ignored us standing, was uncomfortable and really frustrated by our owners' stupidity. No signs of friendliness or professionalism. The essence was already in order, but bad service has completely ruined that experience. It was especially great that we felt discriminated against as foreign guests – which made the visit even more unattainable. First of all, we saw the many negative reviews... we should have read them earlier. It is offensive that the discomfort of the guests equals the restaurant – but ultimately it only hurts the effort itself. Not to recommend. There are many better restaurants in Munich, in which all guests are valued – regardless of your opinion.

We've been to Abacco's Steakhouse Munich several times now, just the two of us – there's plenty of seating inside and outside, and the atmosphere is always super relaxed. We particularly love the hot stone concept: You get your steak served on a hot stone, allowing you to cook it exactly how you like it – incredibly simple and simply brilliant. The meat is consistently of really good quality – juicy, tender, and perfectly prepared. You can choose from various side dishes, such as coleslaw or potato gratin, and the best part: you only pay once and can reorder as often as you like! The sauces are also top-notch – perfectly flavored and perfectly matched. The drink selection is also fantastic – whether wine, cocktails, or non-alcoholic drinks, everything here is of high quality and beautifully served. The service has always been friendly, attentive, and pleasantly relaxed. In conclusion: For us, Abacco's is one of the best steak restaurants in Munich. Top concept, top quality, top service – we'll definitely continue to come back regularly!

The meat was delicious. The sauces and butters that came with the meat were also quite tasty. The atmosphere was nice, but the inside area had a strong smell of meat as meat was being cooked on every table. We had apple pie for dessert, but it wasn't a hit. The black tea comes in latte glasses. If you're ever in Munich, it's definitely worth a try. 👍🏻

The steakhouse generally offers a cool concept and good food. While the prices aren't cheap, you can eat anything from moderate (around €25 per person including a drink) to very expensive, depending on your choice. A particularly positive aspect: fries are free, and side dishes can be ordered, which is great for big eaters. A reservation is absolutely necessary. The only major drawback: the noise level is extremely high. If you sit in the middle of the room, it's often so loud that conversation is difficult. The service is good, but not particularly attentive. In conclusion: Recommended for meat lovers who enjoy hearty side dishes, but not for quiet evenings.

After the first visit in Stuttgart, this location is pretty much less crowded. You get to choose Argentina or US meat. Feel free to request the replacement of hot stone to prepare the right temperature of your choice.

Good steakhouse with minor improvements to its B rating. We got a table without a reservation during the week. I suspect it would be difficult on weekends. After placing our order, it arrived quickly. Unfortunately, everything came together: appetizer and main course. They could work on the timing here. The steak could be cooked to order at the table. The prices weren't justified in some places. There are better ones in Munich.

The "Argentinian Filet" I ordered turned out to be disgusting. The meat itself didn’t taste fresh. The hot stone used to self-grill that meat was only exchanged after multiple requests were made by me. This resulted in the meat becoming chewy and dry. The potatoes were undercooked. I asked the manager to explain and offer a compensation but he said it’s simply the way they serve their food. Overall the service was extremely slow and unfriendly and the food quality was terrible.

You order a steak for 60 euros, and the stone it's supposed to be cooked on arrives lukewarm. It took a while to get a new stone. The meat was ruined, inedible. The service couldn't care less... neither the unfriendly little girl nor the southern-speaking manager cared. I would have rather set fire to 80 euros than leave it in this place... Avoid!!! It's not half empty for nothing.

We were truly disappointed with our visit to Abaccos. The food itself was okay, but the service was truly poor. We had to wait forever for anyone to come to us—and this continued throughout the entire evening. It was particularly annoying when we needed a new hot stone slab: we'd already lost our appetite by the time we got it. Even when paying, the service remained true to its motto: Why rush when you can have it inconvenient? Unfortunately, you had the feeling that the staff were completely overwhelmed or simply not attentive. It's a shame—at these prices, I definitely expect better service. I won't be back anytime soon.

Great food, great atmosphere but service takes all the time in the world when the restaurant is almost completely empty.

The steaks on the hot stone are really good. However, I ordered the meatballs for lunch today. They were definitely from a package and simply heated up. The picture on the menu, however, suggests otherwise: they look homemade. That's why I ordered them – what a disgrace. The salad tasted okay, but it was drowning in salad dressing. And the leaves were so limp, it had been sitting around dressed for a while and was portioned out as needed. What annoyed me even more, however, was the 'service'. In quotation marks because I hardly want to call it that. Although there were only five tables occupied and a man serving, it took us more than five minutes to even get a table. Ordering was quite quick, but we then waited another 10 minutes for the drinks. When I wanted to pay, my son told me we were paying and by card. The colleague then came promptly, but then asked me again whether I wanted to pay with cash or card. And of course, he didn't have a card reader with him. 🙄 Plus, the two guys were so inattentive and unfunny that I eventually lost interest. So two stars, because the food is good, especially when it comes to steak. The service is pretty much nonexistent. I get better service at every takeaway, and the prices are also much more reasonable, because the place isn't cheap. Which is basically fine if the service is good.

Nice steakhouse in the city center, high quality meat served for you to finish to your liking on a hot stone. Value for money is absolutely ok. Pay once for sides and have them refilled. Fair game! Service a bit slow, but that was due to the fact that the place was busy on an otherwise slow Tuesday night. Recommended, would come again.
