Food was very tasty 🤤 Service was friendly and accommodating 😊 Ambience was chic, brought back memories of Thailand 😋 Only the parking situation wasn't perfect...we didn't know whether the supermarket parking spaces could be used 🙈

This restaurant is very nice, and the food is excellent. We had a four-course meal. The service is very friendly and attentive. The ambiance is very pleasant. It's great for special occasions, but also expensive.

Wir waren erstaunt über die moderne, gemütliche Einrichtung. Angenehm klein gehalten, ruhig und gediegen. Aufmerksamer Service, ohne viel chichi. Es war ein phantastischer Abend, eine Genussreise, die leider doch irgendwann endete. Man kann die vielen Kleinigkeiten, die diesen Abend ausmachten, nicht umschreiben. So viele kreative Ideen werden hier auf einem Teller drapiert, absolut höchstes Niveau und jeden Stern wert!

Das Balthasar stand schon lange auf meiner Liste. Das Menü hatte mir allerdings nie so zugesagt. Nun verbrachten wir einen sehr schönen Abend hier. Ich hatte das 7 Gänge Menü mit Weinbegleitung. Das Restaurant ist stilvoll eingerichtet aber leider empfanden wir es als etwas zu dunkel, d.h. die toll angerichteten Teller kommen nicht so gut zur Geltung. Es gab das ein und andere Geschmackserlebnis. Einzig der Rotwein hat mir persönlich nicht so zugesagt. Der Menüpreis ist ok und die Weinkarte hat faire Preise. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Blick in die Küche ist schon eigenartig (Huhn, Wildschweinkopf). Der Stern ist gerechtfertigt und ich kann das Restaurant weiterempfehlen. Leider bekommt man nicht mit ob der Chef im Hause ist.

We enjoyed the menu in the studio at the beginning of May. A top performance from the kitchen. Very varied, wonderful aromas and also visually outstanding. The wine accompaniment we chose was excellent; However, it was a bit white wine-heavy. The service staff did a really perfect job. Very attentive, approachable and always with the guest in mind. The studio, if you want to treat yourself to it for the price, is worth a real recommendation. We'll be back ;)

I was here last night with two friends and we really ate a lot - starter, main course and dessert. Surprisingly, we got the starter on the house, which was a really nice gesture! The service was friendly and attentive, and the entire restaurant is beautifully decorated. The food tasted very good. A really great place for special occasions!

After a long time, we rediscovered the usual excellent cuisine, the friendly service, the selection of wines and drinks and the famously beautiful ambience at a private event. As always, it's worth studying the opening times and events and looking for the winding paths to this beautiful place and finding "Dirk Maus". We'll be back!

Alles in allem gut. Allerdings fand ich die vom DJ aufgelegte Musik grauenhaft!!!
