A cozy German restaurant. The food here still tastes like grandma's. An absolute MUST if you like German cuisine. From solyanka to cucumber salad, black pudding, pork knuckle to broth noodles...or even, at the right time of year, the leg of goose... Simply delicious! The service is friendly, attentive and quick. A big compliment to you. Keep it up We really enjoy coming here!

We love coming to the Klosterschenke to enjoy the excellent food and delicacies, the great service and the delicious drinks that Ms. Lentes and her great team offer. For us it is always a special and valuable time and a wonderful experience... No matter whether we come to enjoy coffee and cake, a great dinner or a delicious wine with small appetizers (thanks to Mr. Philipps for his always excellent expertise), we all feel warmly welcome here at the Klosterschenke and hospitality is lived here I don't want to forget the beautiful and extraordinary ambience... Thank you very much and keep it up, the Jansen family (I can't judge the rooms, we live on site)

We're hiking friends and we called to see if we could come for lunch an hour before closing time on Sunday. We agreed. At the entrance all we heard from the staff was... the kitchen can go down, two more guests come and I just offer them the roulade . Drinks came quickly, the chalk board (5 dishes) was turned over to us without any indication, when we ordered... there were only 2 left... Service staff didn't give us a welcome feeling, but the food was hearty and tasted very good. Nice small guest room but there was a lot of noise or simply very, very loud guests.

Schönes Wirtshaus, in ruhiger und gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Gutes Essen, nettes und freundliches Personal. Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Normale Preise für Speisen und Getränke. Im Sommer gibt es genügend schattige Sitzplätze.

Ronald Otto war unser mietkoch zu unserer Hochzeit 2018. An diesem Abend war alles perfekt. Aus diesem Grund haben wir jedes Jahr an unserem Hochzeitstag bei ihm im Lokal gegessen und dieses Jahr war er als Mietkoch bei uns Zuhause. Die Erwartung und Freude auf das Essen waren sehr hoch und wir würden wie immer nicht enttäuscht. Es war super lecker, ein wunderbares 5-Gänge Menü, welches auch den Kindern super geschmeckt hat. Wir werden weiterhin jedes Jahr unser Essen bei ihm genießen!!! Für jeden der etwas besonderes, leckeres, ausgefallenes aber doch bodenständiges sucht ist hier genau richtig!
