Toilets totally dirty and disgusting

A really nice Burger King, the employees are super friendly and the food tastes very tasty and good, I would always recommend it, but you do have to wait a bit, but that's not a problem

No. My complaint was answered with this, actually not but for once I'll do it. I just wanted to complain about my cocoa drink, which wasn't okay. ... of course I left disappointed. What happened to the McDonald's I used to know and, above all, that people could understand me.

The burgers were tasty and crunchy, but the fries were unfortunately already worn out and very soggy when they were ordered.

Absolutely bad. Things have been missing several times. You should definitely check your order very carefully. Sometimes the nuggets were missing, sometimes the sauces. But this time they surpassed it. Wrong burger spicy instead of curry and all sauces are missing. We will definitely avoid this McDonald's restaurant in the future!

We only ordered 6 burgers and nuggets and had a wait of 30 minutes. First customers at 10am. During that time, 8 customers have already canceled their orders and left. Only two employees (1 at the front and 1 at the back) the lady at the front was on the phone the whole time. The first impression says it all (employees) no real knowledge of German and totally unfriendly customers. Please, dear McDonalds team, replace the tenant or close this position!!!!!

Very annoying: the sanitary facilities are only accessible for a fee. For a gastronomic company, even if it is just a fast food restaurant, this is absurd. At least guests should have access free of charge. The new ordering machines aren't bad, but the ordering process is a bit complicated. This is somehow better solved with the capital “M”. By the way, there is also guest WiFi there, but apparently not in this BK branch. Unfortunately, the shop always seems a bit dingy and a renovation is probably overdue.
