Juice shop!!! The employees themselves complain that personnel costs have to be saved and that this leads to extreme waiting times (in the Drive Inn). 20 minutes for 2 hamburgers…. Craziness !!!

Inkompetent , unfreundlich nicht kundenorientiert und faul dazu .Dem Personal kann man beim Laufen die Schuhe besohlen. Entsprechend dauert es ewig , bis man sein Essen bekommt. Kunden werden nicht begrüßt, werden ignoriert, kein Bitte und kein Danke. Hier versteht man nicht, wovon man lebt .

Staff was friendly but, Fries: Cold and no salt Whopper: Cold Chili Cheese Nuggets: Cold and Old Big King: Cold and tastes old Fried pickles: Inedible Cola: non-carbonated and room temperature. I threw it away straight away. Really not a good experience here.

Overall everything is OK. The food tastes good and everything looks relatively clean. When there's a lot going on, the tables aren't always clean, but the toilets and the rest are. There are, however, two major points of criticism. If you order more than one menu you have to wait forever. 2 menus and a kids box about 20-30 minutes waiting time. And then it has never happened to me that the order was correct. Sometimes all the sauces were forgotten, sometimes a burger or fries were missing, or yesterday a double beef burger was put in the bag instead of chicken. But they also put in chili cheese nuggets that weren't even ordered. When you wait at the front you often see other customers coming and complaining that something is missing or wrong. After all, the employees have always been friendly.

0 stars is more accurate, first they touch each other's hair and then they touch the food, there is no trace of hygiene and then the nuggets are rock hard and on top of that we had to wait a very long time for the food even though there was hardly anything going on

Half of the order was forgotten, the rest was cold. And for the umpteenth time. Do you also have people with understanding working for you?! We will never order from you again

Can't recommend it at all. I asked about the Cola campaign if they still had a blue glass and was told no because it was for someone from the staff team even though there was one in my hand. Then I said ok then I'll order the menu with the selected glass and then as soon as I got in line it was given to the next customer at the front. Luckily she was so kind and gave it to me.

I was there with my grandchild on May 14, 2025 and was completely appalled by the desolate condition! Completely filthy and deteriorating! I'm going to notify the health department!

The fries are ok, but you only get a mini portion for €6.95! I asked the saleswoman that it wasn't even half of what was shown on the ad. She said she uses a larger bowl than the one pictured.

Everything as usual, but no parking spaces, which are included, and the toilet has to be paid for separately.

The burgers are so covered in sauce that you can't eat them in the car without making a big mess. In addition, you should keep the doors closed when eating in the parking lot! 5 minutes in the parking lot and a rat ran directly to our car 7 times! Pest control might be in order.
