McDonald's is a solid choice when you're in a hurry. The burgers and fries are mostly okay, and the selection of snacks and drinks is good. The quick operation and the ability to order via the terminals are particularly practical. However, the quality can vary depending on the branch - sometimes the food is fresh and hot, sometimes it is lukewarm. The cleanliness and service are not always consistent either. Okay for a quick snack, but nothing special.

Never waited so long at a McDonald's before. Burgers weren't a big hit either. Maybe it's because of Goslar, who had the same experience at Burger King.

Highly recommended! Delicious burgers, friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean, and my food was prepared very quickly, even though it was a bit busy! Great!

This is by far the friendliest and most polite McDonalds I have ever experienced. I only had one coffee and the employee still remembered that there was a refill discount. Since there was still a puddle left in my cup, I rinsed it out voluntarily: “no problem at all….very welcome!” That's all I can say...from hello to goodbye... VERY GLADLY AGAIN

So, my dears. We stood in line for 20 minutes for two large fries with mayo, and we only got two small fries without mayo. Besides, there was only one car in front of us, which had probably been there even longer.

Nice employees, but completely overworked. The boss shouts at employees in front of guests and generally has little interest in the well-being of her employees. That's why unfortunately only 1 star, the boss's behavior is unfortunately not good at all.

As far as McDonald's go, this has to be one of the best....clean toilets (with piped in bird song - yep, you read that right), no waiting, freshly cooked food, pleasant and helpful staff.

Unfortunately, the store has slacked off quite a bit. If you actually get what you ordered, the burgers seem more like they were "slapped together" than made. The bags are on the drive in front of the serving window so that the food gets nice and cold. But the crowning glory was the missing toy in the Happy Metal. You don't buy that because of the pretty packaging. That gave you big crocodile tears at home. Thank you for that... we won't be coming back.

The food was good. The SchwipSchwap Zero, which was offered, was unavailable. The men's restroom was dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. The faucet was unsecured in the sink. Several tables in the restaurant were dirty, making them unusable.

Too few staff and a slow pace of work. Food preparation outside of peak times takes a disproportionately long time (15-20 minutes). Unfortunately, the food only arrives lukewarm at the table. It's a shame, this wasn't always the case.

This place is getting worse and worse. We constantly receive our orders incomplete. This is quite annoying and expensive. Personalized burgers are not personalized, incomplete burgers, often dry and the toppings are usually wrong.. To top it off, I now have a crying child sitting at home because his toy isn't in his Happy Meal. We ordered the Happy Meal because of the toy...otherwise we could have ordered the dry burger without the menu. And we can't drive back to ask for the toy because we always have to travel 30 minutes to get to McDonald's. (We always check in the parking lot to make sure everything is there, but we can't open and take apart every single burger, happy meal and drink). That was the last time at McDonald's. If so, then only Burger King.
