McDonald's in Nordhorn

The food was brought very late. Then it was cold and something was missing. So wait again

It was tasty, clean and very quick. Can't really ask for more. I particularly liked the ordering terminals.

Cold food and unfriendly staff Been insulted by staff after asking a normal question. Impossible. After bringing it up, there was no insight.

Quality was very poor (burgers dry, hardly any taste, slapped together), and complete menus were cold, even though there was very little going on and we had our food in a few minutes. Staff slams the tablet on the table without saying a word. We thanked us (table service), but no response. Nordhorn no thanks 🤮

The food was very tasty, unfortunately it was very, very loud when ordering on site, the noise of the music made it very uncomfortable to stand in the shop

In between meals, McDonald’s is simply delicious!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed on my last visit to the McDonald's in Nordhorn. The cleanliness left something to be desired; Tables and floors were not cleaned sufficiently. In addition, the staff was inattentive, which led to longer waiting times. The quality of the food was not up to the usual standard; my burger was lukewarm and not very appetizing. Overall an unsatisfactory experience that requires improvements in service and hygiene.

We ordered 2 Big Röstis. The meat was dry. The hash brown was tasteless with a dollop of pure mayonnaise on it. We had the same hamburgers in an airport branch, which were much tastier.

Today it was the case again that a drink and all sauces were missing. Not only that, but also the stickers that you can peel off where a code is stored that could potentially win things. I think the driver thought quite coolly that it wouldn't be noticed. I don't know now... I'm not really sad about it (except for the sauces, I'll be honest) but it's still a bit bad, I have to say.

Impossible the supplier/employee! If you call that something is missing and you are told that it is not right and you won't get it delivered!!!

Worst McDonald's we've ever been to. We try it every now and then in Nordhorn, but the quality of the food is always poor, the burgers are never freshly prepared, and the burger buns feel old. Nowhere have we eaten worse burgers than in Nordhorn. Sooooo sad 😢

Nowadays you MUST order from the large display and all I wanted was two coffees, but apparently too much trouble so I was sent back to the ordering computer. Tabé Mac I would like to place my order verbally, so this chain deserves ZERO stars. And the tone in which I was addressed by the staff was very unfriendly, really very unfriendly. An SS commander from WWII could learn something from it.

What's interesting about Mac? This is that the taste and quality of food greatly depends on the products from which it is prepared. The company uses local products. It's delicious here. And 4 stars only because in Ukraine it was tastier and more dear to me. This is not the restaurant's problem. This is my personal problem. I think Ukrainians will understand me. Thanks to the guys working at Mac. They are a good team and make you happy always and everywhere.

The branch was clean and the employees were friendly. However, the curly fries tasted like old fat, which wasn't very tasty. The burgers had too much sauce on them so it was just greasy. Other branches do this better.

After two years I ate at this McD again. This time I found the fries greasy and the burgers dry and not warm. The ordering machine was a bit of a puzzle. Maybe it was rush hour, but at this time and on a Sunday I wouldn't recommend this Mac. Maybe next time I'll try the Whopper store next door.

Very nice McDonalds. Possibility to pre-order via the App. Very friendly staff and fast service. Unfortunately, the street to get out of the parking lot is very narrow, which makes it very difficult to get around with a large (wide) car. If you have a large (wide) car, I would advise you not to drive all the way to the parking lot. You have several options to park in the immediate area and then walk a bit.

Never forget napkins, 2 burgers and abnormal waiting times are standard. The system speaker mumbles incomprehensibly to himself.

For what you can expect from a mac, it is a great tent. Quiet but nice people who work there. Food arrives quickly and hot, which is something they can learn from in the Netherlands.

Well, there's the BurgerKing opposite, so we'll test it, how it works.

A typical McDonald's, unfortunately the entrance and exit are quite narrow, so I just managed to get through with our car (a little wider). The entrance is also quite hidden.

Ordered for over 50 euros. Fries all felt raw. Nuggets like plastic. It's probably all been there for some time. Never again Nordhorner Mc’s. I'd rather go one street further where everything is fresh.

The food is sometimes so sometimes cold, sometimes burgers are just thrown together. A bit too expensive for fast food of this quality. Service depends on the staff that is there at the time. In general, people are rather unmotivated.

Every other time something is missing when ordering at the drive-thru. It really is a gamble every time. And here's a little info: The onions that go on hamburgers and cheeseburgers are delivered dehydrated and then mixed with water. Complete. Someone FAILED to water these onions, put them ON THE GRILL and then let them burn... AND STILL PUT THEM ON MY BURGER. Only got one of two burgers, and because of the burnt onion it tasted deliciously like charcoal. 10 orders, of which only 4 were complete. There was always something on the receipt and it wasn't in the bag.

This is the slowest Macdonalds I have ever experienced.

I ordered 2 chicken burgers to take away. And when I wanted to unpack the burger, I noticed that there was no meatball/patty on it. Same story with the second one. Impossible! Apart from that, the last 3 times there was either not enough money or not enough burgers. A huge impudence.

Service friendly and super fast. I was wondering why my order arrived so quickly. When I took a bite I noticed - it had been there for a while. The fries are sticky and no longer warm, the vegan burger is cold. I've never had it either. Dear McD team, I'd rather wait a little longer, but I'll have fresh fries and bugs. But since I had a better experience on a previous visit, it's 3 stars - average.

We came especially from the Netherlands for the mcrib, unfortunately totally disappointing! Didn't taste anything like normal, hardly any onions and then too many old cucumbers, totally dry. No napkins or even refreshing towels.

The food itself was good, but my wishes were met 0 times. I didn't get any sugar or coffee cream with my tea despite ordering and my burger also had no sauce at all instead of twice the mustard sauce😃

This McDonalds in Germany is not comparable to a McDonalds in the Netherlands. The fries had been in the heated container for some time and were very soft. The mcBacon, on the other hand, was tasty again. The atmosphere is so much different than in the Netherlands. A bit more boring and barren. The parking lot was not spacious and the road to it is a bit strange.

2 times out of 4 there is nothing, ice cream, shakes, sandwiches. Once I waited for half an hour because my sandwich was out of stock, and finally when I went to ask what it was about, they told me to choose something else. Recht geflegter und moderner Laden. Essen: McDonald's halt...

Das Essen war fast kalt. Das Aussehen des Börgers war auch fragwürdig. Und das Ambiente ist wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Schade, leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Wie immer gut wenn es schnell gehen soll.

Bei Absolut jeder Bestellung fehlt irgendetwas. Wenn man das Essen mitnimmt muss vorher immer kontrolliert werden. Schön lange keine Bestellung mehr gehabt die komplett war. So kann man als Unternehmen auch sparen.
