Imbiss Crazy Pommes in Nordhorn

After ruining my husband's day with a visit to the garden center, 😜 this snack bar lifted his spirits considerably. 😍 The fries were incredibly delicious. I've never had better ones. He also had bitterballs and a delicious fried fish for me. Tender inside and crispy on the outside. Delicious and highly recommended 👌

Unfortunately, it was very bad. The fries were left in the oil for far too long. They were dripping with oil. The same thing happened with the kibbelings. I sent half back. But no one asked if they didn't like it. Even though they saw the half-full tray, otherwise I would have mentioned it there and then. I don't know how the other reviewers came to the conclusion that these were homemade fries.

Everything was super delicious! But the portions were also super small! 🙈

This snack bar is highly recommended because the food is a wonderful taste experience. We had homemade Dutch fries, kibbeling, and very tasty (homemade) sauces. We chose the "regular" seasoning for the batter and were absolutely delighted with the unique flavor. The fish fillets seemed very fresh, juicy, and delicious. Our son finished off with soft-serve ice cream with sugar pearls. Those more used to the soft-serve versions of fast-food chains will be very surprised here, because the ice cream tastes very creamy and is therefore incredibly filling. The ambiance is beautifully designed for its location in a parking lot. As we discovered, Nordhorn residents can even have their delicious food delivered. This way, you can create your own ambiance. For a snack bar, we're happy to give this place 5 stars+. We will now combine every trip to Nordhorn with a detour.

I used to be very satisfied, but unfortunately, I was disappointed on my last visit. The fries weren't as good as usual this time—they were more reminiscent of cheap frozen food from the outdoor pool, which is a marked change from before.

Crazy quality! It's not easy to find a snack bar where everything is just right. The Dutch snacks are very, very good. Making really good fries is an art. An art they've mastered here. I'll definitely be back.

We had sausage with curry sauce and French fries. I liked everything, only everything on the menu was fried, salty and sweet. You can hardly call this healthy food. My friend didn’t like the sauce, as it looked more like adjika. Although the city is German, the atmosphere in it is completely Dutch, Dutch speech can be heard all around, even the architecture is more reminiscent of the neighboring state. In general, if you want to leave Germany without leaving it, then I recommend this town for a visit.

Best fries and burgers I've had in a long time!

Peanut cheeseburger and fries, fries were good and crispy, but now I have to go to Germany for a cheeseburger. (I have to)😋😋 Best ever eaten. Good burger bun, nice edge, burger. Just well balanced.

The fried fish was perfectly fine. But almost 25 minutes for a fried fish is too long when there aren't many people there. Customers should be informed in advance about the wait time if the wait is that long. I suspect it was due to deliveries.

this food truck has really good chicken wings. it is hard to find good wings that also work for take out and this place gets it right. even after a 20 minute drive they are still crispy and just delicious. the only thing is that the wait can be a little long especially if its cold out but you could definitely just get back in your car and wait there

The sauce for the currywurst was very tasty. The fries also tasted great! The shell on it didn't bother me. However, the currywurst was quite small/little.

Best fries in Nordhorn! You can now also order for delivery via Lieferando. We were just missing a large french fry. After a short phone call, the missing fries were delivered to us within 15 minutes. Great service!

Best fries in Nordhorn. Delicious burgers. Friendly operators... Addendum on 8/18/24: -Unfortunately the preparation is no longer up to the previous standard, when the boss is not there, the production is not good. Criticism wasn't accepted either, which is a shame.

The food is top. Kibbeling with fries special are a dream. The number of covered spaces is limited, but when it's dry, you're sure to get some of the best fries in the area!

Die Pommes waren sehr gut. Sie sind aus frischen Kartoffeln hergestellt und genauso, wie Pommes sein müssen: heiß, außen kross und würzig, innen weich. Die Currywurst war nicht so gut. Sie war nicht vollständig gebräunt und nicht richtig heiß.

Pommes mit Käse und gebackener Fisch sind meine Favoriten. Man kann telefonisch bestellen und abholen. Vorort bestellen und man muss Zeit mitbringen, da es frisch zubereitet wird. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Service ist freundlich. Nächste Woche wird es wieder ein Fisch Tag geben. 😀

Habe die Manta Platte gegessen, sorry aber das war nicht meine Currywurst....die Wurst hell und nicht warm...sieht etwas so aus als würde diese aus der Mikrowelle kommen. Pommes lecker und frisch. Mich hat es nicht über zeugt, leider!

Ein reichhaltiges Menü. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Imbissen wirklich herausragend stark. Was ich am Menü besonders feiere, sind die Pommes und vor allem die XXL-Frikandel. Diese XXL-Frikandel ist die Größte Frikandel, die ich bisher gesehen und restlos verspeisen konnte. Auch kann man hier tatsächlich selbstgemachte Chips kriegen, in einer Papiertüte - die Nachhaltigkeit wird also hier ebenfalls mitgedacht. Eine Chipstüte allein hielt mich einen ganzen Tag lang satt, weil diese selbst gemacht wurden. Das will schon was heißen. Selbiges trifft auf das Menü "Große Pommes mit XXL-Frikandel" zu, das ich herausragend finde. Es ist das - aus meiner Sicht - beste Gericht, weil es besonders lange sättigt und einfach vom Preisleistungs-Verhältnis her unerreicht bleiben wird. Mayo und Ketchup sind ebenfalls frisch gemacht - auch das ein Pluspunkt.

Die beste Pommes der ganzen Stadt!! Preise sind trotz der Umstände auch mehr als human!!

Wir haben heute mit ganze Familie gegessen bei crazy pommes in Nordhorn, beste Imbiss. Noch nie so leckere selbstgemachte pommes 🍟 gegessen als hier. Backfisch war sehr gut. Und haben gratis selbstgemachte kartoffelchips bekommen zum probieren Wir kommen gerne nochmal vorbei!

Alles war frisch und sehr lecker. Leider mussten wir etwas lange warten, da nur 1 Mitarbeiter am backen war, der Andere war zu sehr mit anderen Dingen beschäftigt...flirten und rauchen z.B. obwohl viel Kundschaft wartete... dafür war es auch echt zu kalt. Wir kommen aber gerne wieder, vielleicht ist es ja nicht immer so😉

Friet prima maar voor de curryworst moet men zich schamen. Niet goed warm en gewoon niet lekker. Lijkt in de verste verte niet op een Duitse curryworst.

Schmeckt sehr gut. Bei der Pommes kann man erkennen, dass die Mal Kartoffeln waren.

Da gibt es wirklich crazy Pommes 👍 Habe auch noch nie so ein leckeren Hamburger gegessen 🤤 Milchshakes ebenso bombastisch!

Bestes niederländisches Essen in ganz Nordhorn. Hole mit meinem Freund sehr gerne Essen hier. Für Vegetarier gibt es auch viele Alternativen! Finde ich super. Der Inhaber ist immer freundlich und super nett :)

Super leckere frische Pommes, yummie! Wir hatten große Portionen bestellt, da hätte eine sogar für 2 Personen gereicht. Jetzt muss man nicht mehr nach Denekamp fahren wenn man Lust auf Frikandel Speciaal oder Kroketten hat ;-) Genial ist auch die Möglichkeit online zu bestellen und per Paypal zu bezahlen.

Sehr leckere Pommes, was ich bis lang probiert hatte schmeckt auch gut. Auch der Backfisch schmeckt sehr gut. Alles in allem kann man sagen empfehlenswert.
