Burger King in Nordhorn

Old, cold burgers followed by stomach cramps that night. The restaurant was fairly clean. It wasn't busy when we were there. The order arrived incredibly quickly, less than a 3-minute wait despite a fairly large order. I've never experienced that before, so I took it as a positive. So much for the positives. Unfortunately, we then discovered that both of our burgers were cold, or rather, still slightly warm. I've had this experience at Burger King before. The burgers were almost cold, soggy, watery, and moist. The flame-grilled patty in the Whopper tasted like boiled beef. Hungry made us eat them, and the fries were fresh. The sauces masked the boiled beef taste of both the almost cold burger and the chicken burger. I strongly suspect that the burgers had been sitting around for quite some time and were then served despite Burger King's own policies. There's no other way to explain the incredibly fast production, the coldness of the product, and the soggy, wet, and lukewarm texture of the burgers. The flame-grilled patty of the Whopper didn't taste grilled at all, but rather boiled, as if the meat had been frozen and then microwaved. The worst part, however, was that we barely slept that night. My stomach was rumbling and belching, I felt slightly nauseous, and the food took forever to digest. I had to take Iberogast, and after that, it became more bearable. That's it for me and Burger King for a long time!

We ordered a plant-based hamburger and received a cheeseburger. With cheese. Lactose. 😃 Quickly: Wrong order, Not suitable for allergy sufferers.

The restaurant itself is just about normal—not cozy, but not uncomfortable either, but nicer than the mces. However, the food has always been fresh, warm, and delicious on my visits (much better than McDonald's in every way). The staff just do their thing and are friendly, too. The burgers feel like they're still piping hot. Whether that's because they're less busy often because it's not always hectic here, I don't know. But they're always ready quickly. Except for one time.

As a Dutch person, you have no business here. The staff is extremely rude and discriminatory. They can screw up even a simple order.

Ordered large fries for €4.29!!! (received small, cold fries) Charged €0.60 for mayo, but didn't get it. Hamburger wasn't hot either (At the drive-thru counter) NEVER AGAIN

The burgers and meals are quite good. Sometimes a bit cold, but otherwise OK. However, the women's restrooms are sometimes even dingy, like those at a crowded rest stop during peak season. Only one functioning toilet! The restrooms are broken, nonexistent, or greasy. Sheep, the operator isn't making a good impression on the Burger King chain!

The food tastes good. Wait times aren't long. The restrooms could be a bit cleaner.

The branch was very clean. The staff was friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. You couldn't ask for more!

Exceptionally tidy, bright, friendly fast food restaurant

The shop has undergone a wonderful transformation since our last visit. The service has improved significantly, and they have an extensive menu. We had a delicious meal there and will definitely return. I just don't understand why it's so quiet here compared to the McDonald's across the street.

Now an American diner, the ambiance, service, and food are superior to the competitor across the street. Best burger at a fast food joint in a long time.

It was barely busy at 2 p.m. It took more than 10 minutes for our food to be ready. The fries were scattered across the tray. They tasted like normal Burger King style. The whole place was absolutely filthy; the tables had probably been wiped down last night. The sign in the restroom said there was a baby changing area...but it wasn't available. We won't be back.

Another restaurant that doesn't want anything to do with its customers. You walk in and find these disgusting ordering terminals. They practically scream, "Give me your money, but we don't want to deal with you." One day I'll lose a lot of weight because more and more fast food restaurants are too lazy to be there for their customers. In any case, that was the last time I went to that place.

I think the name was Mr. Straßburg. I've rarely been served so well at Burger King! Respect. It's usually a disaster, but not at this one.

The stand where you can order is very slow, I came up to ask if I could order without the stand, they ignored me twice. Sets only via QR code 👎🏿 . In general, I turned around and went to McDonald's. Burger King is awesome!!!!

I was at the drive-thru on May 31, 2025, and was extremely pleasantly surprised by the nice young lady "Sara" at the counter. She was super friendly, with a genuine smile on her face. It was refreshingly different from the listless, grumpy people who usually struggle through their shifts at many branches.

Mrs. Lamparska is a very good employee, friendly and helpful and always serves fresh fries 😂😂

I don't know if it's the branch manager, but apparently he has something to say there. The gentleman has been incredibly unkind and absolutely misogynistic and oppressive! It's incomprehensible that someone like that has personal contact with others!

If you're quickly hungry, you can get something to eat here. But if you want to eat really well, go somewhere else or cook yourself.

Biggest disaster in the store. Waited 20 minutes for the food and then everything was still cold. This BK, never again!!!

So far this is the best Burger King in Germany. I come here almost every two weeks. The service is always great, the staff is friendly, most of them speak English and even if there are mistakes, they fix everything very quickly. The only thing is, guys, finally fix the lock in one of the toilet cabins)))

There wasn't much going on. Had to wait a long time for that. Fries, cheeseburger cold, but exchanged without any problems. Despite it. Not again at first, but better compared to MCDONALDS

Quite good for a quick snack. Friendly staff and served quickly. However, the toilets should be cleaner and intact. Please check it more often. A repair or replacement couldn't hurt.

Normal fast food restaurant, good for a quick bite to eat. The staff is very friendly and you generally always get what you order at the drive-in window. I recommend using the coupons and the app, otherwise it will be a bit expensive.

I came here yesterday with my partner and two friends. My partner and I ordered a bacon king burger. I’m from the Netherlands and we went straight home after eating. I could only eat like 3 bites. It was awful. And on the way home I started to feel sick. I’m now at home with food poisoning. Never going back ever again. Way too expensive and I got sick

If you want to pay a high price for microwave food, this is the place for you. In addition, all the burgers are cold and simply impossible to enjoy... the whole system is dilapidated! Hands off!!

… so not much going on, waited almost 10 minutes for a menu. The fries that were already on the tray were put back in the fries bowl, probably to keep them warm, with the hint that you could sit down. Well, you think you're getting a freshly made and hot burger. So the chicken on the “Gouda Lover Chicken” was lukewarm - and very dry, it had probably been sitting there for a while and was kept warm. Dark and dry on the outside, dry on the inside too. You don't need that!

We were just eating at the restaurant on site. We have eaten there several times and have always been satisfied. Just like today, the employee on site (E.S) was super friendly, the food was warm and the tables were clean. We can only recommend this Burger King.

The food was ready pretty quickly and there are plenty of vegan alternatives that are even cheaper than meat!

The orders are always hot to warm. Well built and not shifted burgers. Hot fries.

Catastrophe - the employee is about to order, I see the lady sucking ice cream off all her fingers, then I instruct the lady to wash her hands and put on gloves because I take it for granted, she laughs as if nothing were wrong and keeps running and has herself sat down comfortably with her boyfriend and ate.

It's a shame, I forgot to check the food in the car and discovered at home that unfortunately two burgers were missing again. Unfortunately, it happens too often that burgers are forgotten... at least the menus were complete.

Despite apparently sufficient staff, the burgers were cold, the tables were dirty and greasy (our requests for cleaning or at least a cloth to clean ourselves were persistently ignored) and the toilets were neglected... There was no soap, disinfectant or anything similar in the entire restaurant. Never again!

We went to this Burger King at around 9 p.m. to get takeaway food. The deep fryers were already cold and the fries were bottled, soggy and cold. The burgers in the bag were lukewarm, but tasted very sticky, as if they were "old". Pooh.

The burgers have already been thrown together with more love. It's okay that the burgers don't look like the pictures. But a burger for €7 and then a milliliter of one sauce and a whole ladle of the other. And no sauces for the side dishes (ordered but forgotten). Even though there wasn't much going on. A pity.

My daughter only likes non-carbonated water. Unfortunately they don't have that. When we asked, we didn't even get simple tap water... that's not possible...

Nettes freundliches Personal Alles sauber Essen war schnell da Da kann sich der Laden auf der anderen Straßenseite echt eine große Scheibe abschneiden

Der Laden war sauber und das Essen gut. Leider war nicht alles bestellbar. Am Ende konnte man über den Kassenzettel eine Bewertung abgeben, die eindeutig auf die Sauberkeit des Restaurants anspielte. Als Belohnung für die Mühen sollte man einen gratis Kaffee bekommen. Leider war die Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Ein kleines Gratiseis für meine beiden Kinder wurde vom Verkäufer auf Nachfrage abgelehnt. Schade, es sind die kleinen Dinge, die einen Besuch positiv oder negativ erscheinen lassen! Das bei den bestellten Kidsmenüs auch das versprochene Spielzeug vom Werbeposter fehlte, hätte man mit dieser Geste sicher auch überspielt.

Die Plant Burger sind wie immer prima. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider waren die Tische draußen sehr dreckig, sodass wir drinnen sitzen mussten.

Hat noch keine Terminals, um Bestellungen aufzugeben muss man noch vorne zur Kasse gehen. Was ich persönlich absolut nicht schlimm finde. Der Laden war sauber, die Bedingungen sehr freundlich und das wichtigste, das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Der Platz im Inneren sollte für Kinder und Spiele verbessert werden. Es gibt gute Menüs, aber es sollte mehr Wert auf die Art und Weise gelegt werden, wie das Essen zubereitet wird. Und die ganze mit Arbeitern da Sind sehr freundlich und nett Das ist konstruktive Kritik, weil wir Sie lieben ❤️😊

Bin sehr zufrieden hab es bis jetzt immer frisch bekommen, ich sag halt so geht's zu MC hast du nach 10 min wieder Hunger gest du zu Burger King bist du SAT so ist mein Eindruck.

Einer der wenigen Läden wo es zu 100% pass. Service nett und höflich. Essen frisch und heiß. Restaurant sauber und ordentlich. Sollten sich viele BK mal eine Scheibe von abschneiden!!! Nur weite so👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Immer die bessere Wahl als McDonalds. Die Burger sind saftiger und die Pommes angenehmer. Außerdem mit der BurgerKing-App auch viel günstiger als Mcs.

Die Gerichte sind generell so wie man sie kennt, allerdings hatte der Bacon die Hitze nur von weitem gesehen… s. Bild Das Lokal war trotz nur 4 besetzter Tische ziemlich verdreckt, Tischflächen inklusive… mit benutzen Tabletts Flackerndes Licht von defekten Lampen runden das ausladende Ambiente ab.

Die Burger sind immer noch gross und lecker. Und vor allem: Heiss! Beim Konkurrenten gegenüber mit dem goldenen M bekommt man seit Monaten überall nur noch kalte Burger. BK ist für uns jedenfalls der klare Favorit (nein, ich bekomme kein Geld für diese Meinung 😀 )

Маленький ресторанчик, але все смачно та швидко, у залі чисто та затишно. Обслуговування на вищому рівні. WC чистий. Ставлю 4 зірочки тільки за те що немає екранів для самостійного замовлення та оплати.

Ik had alleen een milkshake. Jammergenoeg was deze veel te koud en vol met ijskristallen. Misschien toevallig, maar ik ga de volgende keer toch weer naar de overkant, naar de McDonalds 🤷‍♀️
