I think it's the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen, tables aren't cleaned and people walk around eating.

The poor employees are completely understaffed... ice cold food arrives after 30 minutes... but that's definitely a logistical problem that the employees can't handle given the rush of customers... Simply bad!!

Something is missing from every order.

So this Mcdonalds is not recommended. We were at Mcdrive and there were complications when ordering. When we got home, two minutes drive, the food was cold, fries were cold, everything was cold, to be honest, I don't know it very well

Unfortunately, something was missing from the order again. Large orders should be picked up after ordering online. 2 burgers and the netted potatoes that were part of the menu were missing.

I prefer to place smaller orders because there were too many things wrong with my order even though there wasn't much to do. At the same time the employees are very friendly.

Went there once a month today as usual and it gets worse every time. Today is the absolute lowest point! Waited half an hour for the food (MC Drive) out of 4 citizens, 2 were ice cold and 2 were lukewarm! The fries are totally over salted! A few years ago this was the best McDonald's I went to with my family, but the waiting time and quality left a lot to be desired.

Waited 30 minutes for three cappuccinos and an apple turnover. In between we were asked for our number and nothing happened. When we asked, the youngest employee was asked to make three cappuccinos... that took another while. When we got our order, the employee said he had added two more apple tarts for free. However, one of them was inedible - almost black and ice cold. The other two were cold too.

I did not receive my reusable cup on September 27th, 2024 at 10:09:45 p.m. which makes me very sad because I collect these as a hobby. The last few times it worked very well, so my collection has increased a lot. Best regards Kevin Dirks

Very clean, food was fresh and delivered quickly. Staff was very friendly. Toilet were also very clean with birds singing. Can only recommend it.

It's just McDonald's. Slapped burgers, wobbly fries and too much ice in the drink. It's always wavering there. If you're lucky, you'll get decent burgers, but rarely. Insane personnel change. Too bad. We'll switch to Burger King.

Dirtiest branch I've ever been to. Employees slowly. Manager uninterested. 15 minutes in MC Drive even though there were only 3 cars in front of us with visibly small orders. Ordering in-house isn't any better either. Walls and windows smeared. Really EVERY table was dirty. The entire tray trolley was not cleared away during our 20 minute stay. We were only there on vacation. I can only recommend everyone to avoid the branch.

Great store, but often quite crowded.

For months now, after ordering drive-thru, you have had to drive past the second window and wait in front of the main entrance. What's the point of that? And several times not everything was included in the orders. I hope that something changes soon.

Wir mussten über 20 Minuten auf das Frühstück warten,das Café/mac Donald war mit wenigen Gästen besetzt. Da wir wenig Zeit hatten, fragten wir nach einer Zeit wie lange es noch dauern würde? Die Antwort hätte sie sich sparen können! Die restlichen mussten auch warten, es ging zum Teil überhaupt nichts raus. Das Personal unterhielt sich nebenbei und ließen sich auch nicht stressen. Das Frühstück würden dann gebracht, der Cappuccino wird noch gebracht, hieß es. Wieder warten, letztendlich noch mal wegen Cappuccino nach vorne hin. Anmerk: Die dunkelhäutige Dame vorne an der Kasse könnte auch etwas freundlicher zu den Gästen sein. Die macht ein Gesicht, unglaublich. Etwas unfähiger Service, kann ich nur sagen!!!

We were there for the first time today and were very disappointed. The food is fresh and is served fresh to the table upon request. The staff was very friendly, especially to children. Everything is clean. We were there at 12.30pm, it was very busy and the food took a while. Otherwise recommended.

At the moment it's no longer possible, you have to wait too long for a small order, staff are rude, the person who brought the food tray is very rude and threw the food tray on the table. As you can see in the photo, that's not how it works.

Stopover with 7 year old grandson. Only the food can be seen as positive. Hardly any of the unoccupied tables inside were cleaned or wiped down. Seemed very dirty. The slide outside was cordoned off with red and white tape and, according to the guest at the next table, it had been there for a long time. The young man at the distribution point gave a mushy answer and seemed listless and annoyed at 11:00 in the morning. We won't be coming here again

Food is classic McDonald's is cold and is, well, for quick eating. The toilets are extremely disgusting, no soap and urine on the floor and vomit on the standing toilets. One of the standing toilets also apparently didn't work because it was filled to the brim with urine.
