McDonald's in Norden

The toilets were broken! And the floor looked like shit...everything was dirty, probably due to the super cost-cutting measures.

Extremely dirty – every free table was covered in food scraps and dirt. Restrooms were beyond disgusting. We ate in our cars. I pointed out the condition to the staff. It seemed like they didn't have enough time. The condition hasn't improved after 11 months despite bad reviews – we won't be back – DISGUSTING – cucumber slices on the walls, etc...

I've never experienced a McDonald's like this before. It was just filthy. The tables were all dirty, as was the floor. The fries were cold. There were only six employees there, none of whom even managed to clean the tables. Instead, they stood there talking or were busy on their cell phones. The staff didn't even wear gloves while preparing the food.

You need a lot of patience. From ordering to serving your food can take up to 20 minutes, regardless of whether it's busy or not.

Everyone totally overwhelmed. 25 minutes for TWO coffees...

The employee, a dark-skinned man with glasses, about 50 years old, was very, very, very generous and incredibly friendly. Thank you!

Absolutely disappointing! McDonald's Norden: Poor service, dirt, and unfriendliness My visit to McDonald's in Norden was a thoroughly negative experience. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was struck by its dirty condition. There were food scraps everywhere, and the tables seemed to have not been wiped down in hours. A truly unappealing sight! The service was simply poor. The staff seemed lazy and unfriendly. My order was taken without enthusiasm, and when I asked for a solution, I received only a rude response. It seemed as if the employees had no motivation at all and were more concerned with their own business. The food itself was mediocre at best, but the dirty tables and unfriendly staff made me lose my appetite anyway. This McDonald's in Norden is a disgrace to the brand. Nothing is right here: neither the cleanliness nor the service. I would advise everyone to avoid this establishment. There are definitely better options in the area!

It's a McDonald's as it is. It tastes quite good and the food is ready quickly. However, the toilets weren't really clean when we visited.

The employees were friendly, unfortunately that's the only positive thing you can write here. We've never seen such a dirty McDonald's. The floor was so dirty that our shoes got stuck. All in all, the store seemed very unclean Simply terrible

What a cute corner shop. We now have 3/4 hour free and the nice young gentleman with brown hair gave us TWO BURGERS FOR FREE. What a man of honor. Always happy to come back :)

The worst drive in Germany. We waited at MC Drive for almost an hour. In order to falsify the statistics, all cars are sent to the main entrance. Completely unacceptable! Damages the McDonald's brand!

My son and I were there today. The whole 25 minutes we were there there were beeping from some devices. Which weren't turned off. Plus there wasn't much going on, our hamburgers were cold and so were the fries...

I ordered a cheeseburger, what should I get? A dry bun with (a) meatball, no ketchup, no onions and no cheese and my fries were wobbly. You don't know any fries!!!

... Unfortunately not... Food was almost cold... The chairs were put on the tables at the neighboring table half an hour before closing time... Very inconsiderate behavior towards the guest... Staff very unmotivated and disinterested at the end of the day... It's a shame... The language was only spoken in the Arsbian national languages... A bad thing about the German guest... It's not possible... Anyone who works at Mac D should also speak GERMAN as a migrant in public and as a guest... that's what I expect as a guest from an older generation!!!

Service, ambience, cleanliness and quality have deteriorated significantly since the property was taken over by a private owner. Dissatisfaction among the workforce and the resulting problems in the process have increased significantly as a result. Unfortunately no longer recommended, but at times a little more attention was paid to cleanliness.

Another absolute disaster this afternoon! One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The wait was well over 30 minutes, and the lunch break was blown out of proportion. Apparently completely understaffed?? 🙄🙄🙄🙄

As everywhere at McD, there is a constant, loud and almost non-stop whistle, beep and alarm in the air. Very UNPLEASANT.

Food was of expected quality and temperature. Staff was friendly and quick this evening. The location was clean and constant attention was paid to cleanliness.

I was at your place today, and you're just super nice and personable. Even though you were already cleaning and the place was actually closed, you still made me a 20-piece nugget with sauce. They were hot, crispy, and delicious. You were super nice, and as a customer, I still felt like a king, which is something you can't say about most restaurants anymore. Not clean at all, everything dirty and I don't even want to talk about toilets. I didn't want to go there with my daughter. There was no paper in any toilet, everything was disgusting on the floor and the handle on the toilet door 🤢😵‍💫 Everyone there should be ashamed.

Horrible, I've never waited so long for coffee in my life. It's currently 25 minutes and I'm still standing in Mc Drive.

Taste is like any McDonald's branch, but wasn't completely warm. There is 1 star because of the waiting time. It's not the first time something like this has happened.

Orders are simply clicked “ready for pickup” before anything happens. Only one out of 4 people works. Milk frother is not cleaned when changing the type of milk.

The music is too loud and breakfast was like that.

McDrive “new” normal in this branch: -extra cheese? "It does not work" -extra patty? "It does not work" -Eat? Is not issued at the second issuing window, but rather laboriously by individual employees at the main exit. 👎🏿

Unfortunately, the McDonald's in the north has deteriorated significantly in recent years. Once a well-run restaurant, it is now often dirty, with long waiting times and inadequate organization. On high-volume days, there are too few staff, which means employees are overwhelmed. It's not uncommon to wait 40 minutes for your food, which is often cold. In some cases, orders are simply pushed away. The toilets are in poor condition, some broken and dirty. The general cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired - it's better not to look into the corners. The lighting is not complete, which makes the whole thing even more dreary. Chaos is inevitable in the drive-in: on weekends, cars pile up around the restaurant, blocking access and the roundabout. Some shift managers like Mustafa are visibly trying, but unfortunately this is not enough to maintain the overall performance of the restaurant. In addition, the prices have now been raised steeply - unfortunately out of all proportion to the quality offered. This makes the entire development of this restaurant all the more disappointing. Personally, it makes me sad to see how much this restaurant has declined. Something urgently needs to happen here!

MC, just be a little cooler with customers and the clothing of the employees could be cleaner, it makes a better impression, otherwise ok.

Too few staff and then also a slow working speed. Meal preparation outside of peak hours takes a disproportionately long time (15-20 minutes). Unfortunately, it only comes to the table lukewarm. It's a shame, this wasn't always the case.

We drove through the mc drive, all well and good, food came very quickly, but... the fries were cold... I would say it could happen, but it has happened very often that food is cold. I had to go to the toilet afterwards, so I went back in and went to the toilet, but then I saw the pee on the floor and the toilet brush didn't look so pleasant either... But otherwise the food was good 👍🏻.

Untypical for MacDonald, a pretty unclean store. The fries were inedible and tasted like stale fat. Better to continue until the next 🍔.

Waited 45 minutes for cold food today. Had to go to the checkout 5 times to complain about a drink, fries or something else. Because not there or wrong size, wrong burger. Understaffed, dirty and greasy. By far the worst and slowest McDonald's between here and the west coast of Ireland.

Friday evening, totally overcrowded. Line of cars onto the main road. 15min. up to the parking lot.

We waited over 45 minutes for cold food. Drinks and fries were missing. We had to go to the checkout four times to complain about various things. Understaffed, dirty and uncomfortable. Unfortunately not recommended at all.

Drive in was a complete failure. We've been standing here for over 30 minutes for three small burgers. The second counter is not open, so no one can stand in the parking bay while others pass by with small orders. You're trapped in the queue and you really miss everything here. And, we bet, the burgers we get are probably only lukewarm. Couldn't we just think about increasing staff?

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. For a Happy Meal, Royal TS, Chickenburger Chessburger and fries there is a waiting time of 35 minutes after ordering. Added to this is the waiting time of 12 minutes at the Mc Drive counter. 47 minutes of my quality of life consumed. Child thanked you. And parts of the food were forgotten. The store should close. By the time the food arrives you are starving.

Food as always, if you like it - I like it every now and then! Service slow! And of course my order was missing another frieze!

Food was cold, there was constant beeping from the kitchen, how can people work there??? And even more unpleasant for customers. Dirty tables, all the trolleys for the empty platforms are full, they don't even bother to empty them. Worst of all, the whole order was cold, out of consideration for the staff we didn't complain, the main thing was to get it back quickly. We were there for 3 years the 1st time, 2nd time now is enough for us.

Very bad McDonald's. Waited almost an hour for our food BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT! Apparently the order didn't arrive. Completely understaffed, dirty in the restaurant and the toilets looked worse than a train station toilet.

Never had to wait so long for food, considering it's a fast food restaurant and you already drive through McDrive!

Today I arrived at McDrive with a friend at 5:06 p.m. and we ordered two ice creams. At 6:03 p.m., an hour later, an employee came out and said that she couldn't give us ice cream because the machine wasn't working. So we waited for an hour only to be told we couldn't get our order. We didn't get any compensation or anything. Really disappointing

It's unusual that you get stuck in the McDrive for two milkshakes because it only comes out at the normal exit. what kind of joke is that...

I used Mc drive in the north. Among other things, I ordered and paid for a Happy Mc Meal for a child. When we got home there was only one portion of fries in the package. There was no trace of the rest. When I called to complain, it was said that new staff had not yet been properly trained. In short, the last shop. One might get the impression that cheating is being carried out intentionally.

50/50 that something was forgotten. Actually, they always forget something. You go there and buy something for €22 and they forget about the mf burgers. If I worked like that I would be fired, outrageous

The poor employees are completely understaffed... ice cold food arrives after 30 minutes... but that's definitely a logistical problem that the employees can't handle given the rush of customers... Simply bad!!

Null sosse auf dem mc rib , alles kalt , obwohl Gurken abbestellt wurden , waren sie drauf. Wir waren alle sehr enttäuscht. Und nicht gerade für wenig Geld. Gehen wir nächstes mal zur Fischbude.

So this Mcdonalds is not recommended. We were at Mcdrive and there were complications when ordering. When we got home, two minutes drive, the food was cold, fries were cold, everything was cold, to be honest, I don't know it very well

So far we have actually always been satisfied. But you should always check your order ;-)

It takes forever for the food to be ready. When everything is right and there, it's actually already cold. The worst McDrive I know.

Unfortunately, something was missing from the order again. Large orders should be picked up after ordering online. 2 burgers and the netted potatoes that were part of the menu were missing.

I prefer to place smaller orders because there were too many things wrong with my order even though there wasn't much to do. At the same time the employees are very friendly.

Waited 30 minutes for three cappuccinos and an apple turnover. In between we were asked for our number and nothing happened. When we asked, the youngest employee was asked to make three cappuccinos... that took another while. When we got our order, the employee said he had added two more apple tarts for free. However, one of them was inedible - almost black and ice cold. The other two were cold too.

Went there once a month today as usual and it gets worse every time. Today is the absolute lowest point! Waited half an hour for the food (MC Drive) out of 4 citizens, 2 were ice cold and 2 were lukewarm! The fries are totally over salted! A few years ago this was the best McDonald's I went to with my family, but the waiting time and quality left a lot to be desired.

I did not receive my reusable cup on September 27th, 2024 at 10:09:45 p.m. which makes me very sad because I collect these as a hobby. The last few times it worked very well, so my collection has increased a lot. Best regards Kevin Dirks

Unfortunately we got the wrong food and waited a long time. But the staff can't help it. If the bosses allowed more people on shift, they wouldn't be so stressed. Poor pay and abnormal working conditions.

Waited 35 minutes for breakfast even though it wasn't busy. Things then came cold. several customers left the store and the store manager had to apologize to almost all customers. no recommendation. Apparently there is a lack of staff.

How can it be that the downtime at mc now lasts 30 minutes and we are just sent around to the entrance so that the camera doesn't record the downtime... I don't understand it, there are enough employees there, maybe we should consider a change think about the store manager......

Hello, I have never seen such a dirty McDonald's. We had to clean our tables ourselves, the employees were totally listless and the toilets were a disaster. Truly INCREDIBLE 😳 Would love to post pictures here... Unfortunately not possible
