Waiting times of over half an hour for food are now standard. In McDrive I had to wait around 10 minutes twice to order, and sometimes more than 30 minutes for the food. Catastrophic conditions. The kitchen looks dirty and the staff constantly say that they are understaffed. Something urgently needs to change!!!

Waited a really long time for the food (not bad, but there wasn't that much going on. Well, maybe due to a lack of staff). Food was cold, there was constant beeping from the kitchen, how can people work there??? And even more unpleasant for customers. Dirty tables, all the trolleys for the empty platforms are full, they don't even bother to empty them. Worst of all, the whole order was cold, out of consideration for the staff we didn't complain, the main thing was to get it back quickly. We were there for 3 years the 1st time, 2nd time now is enough for us.

I can't understand some of the negative reviews at all. Once again, we as customers have received extremely friendly, professional, quick and very satisfactory service. The food was fresh and hot, the drinks were cold and the surroundings were clean. When we placed our orders (5:13 p.m. and 7:40 a.m.) the branch was well attended and of course the employees cannot constantly clean after the sometimes very inconsiderate guests; There is then a lack of time in the service and that is definitely not due to the very hard-working employees.
