The food is always very tasty but every time you want to order it doesn't work because they have put it on display, for example today I wanted to order and it said acceptance only from 5:35 p.m. I didn't think anything of it and waited, now it's 7 p.m. and you still haven't got it together either you deliver or you leave it completely, this back and forth makes no sense

The ice cream wasn't good at all, it tasted like strawberries and not like chocolate. The customer service is terrible, so if I were you I would never eat there again. It tasted rotten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ich habe meinen Rucksack im Lokal vergessen und war schon voller Sorge dass mein ganzes Bargeld weg ist (da es auch nicht wenig war) Zu meiner Erleichterung hatte das Team meinen Rucksack sichergestellt. Ein ganz fettes Dankeschön an das liebe Team. Es war noch alles vorhanden. Ihr habt mir meinen Abend gerettet ❤️

Advertising and reality... Always something like that. But this time this branch has come up with something. The wrap itself was delicious. So the lower part of the packaging which was full. The other half was very dry. No drink helped either. It's a shame that I only noticed it after I unpacked it in the office. Therefore only 2 stars for the food and 4 for the service.

They absolutely didn't understand the principle of fast food. The shop is almost empty and yet you wait almost 25 minutes for two tortillas. It would probably be quicker if you went to the supermarket and prepared your own food.

Even though it was dead quiet, I waited 10 minutes for four small, fried cucumbers... 4 euros. The iced coffee was so-so... I don't know if I'll go there again. It's a real shame.

My friend was out with our 6-month-old daughter and wanted to change her diaper at the store. She was denied this on the grounds that she should buy something first. I find something like that really annoying. We won't go there again, lost 2 customers.

The food is not worth the money. Ordered the burgers with extra bacon in the hope of getting fresh citizens. After 20 minutes of waiting for the food, there was disappointment. They were easily there for hours as they looked and tasted. Never again

They stayed open longer especially for us and were super nice 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
