It baffles me how someone manages to mess up almost every order. Please read the orders carefully. Been there a total of 3 times and each time something was missing or ingredients were forgotten. When it comes to delivery services, you can only expect less.

This has nothing to do with fast food. Waiting 20 minutes for your food is too much in my opinion. And every time. Entered this store one last time. Time is too precious to me. Never again!!!!! Only bad

You wait there easily for 20-30 minutes even though there were only 1-2 people ahead of me. The staff hardly speaks German, which makes communication difficult if you want to complain about something. Food is always incomplete and sometimes old and already cold. The tables are dirty and are not cleaned regularly. Unfortunately today we had to see the finalist coughing around at the back while preparing the burger, which was super disgusting. There is no staff at the checkout either, not anywhere but there.

This is definitely not FAST food. I visit this Burger King branch 1-2 times a week due to long journeys. When purchasing, you should allow 20-30 minutes. There seems to be an organizational problem here, as the burgers are usually already waiting and obviously for the customer. It's almost impossible to hand over the tray because the cart is always full. There is nothing wrong with the kitchen as everything tasted great so far. I recommend the management to keep an eye on the employees more often, as the workflow is absolutely not right.

Food was OK, waiting time was a bit long (15 minutes from ordering), outdoor area was ok. Despite everything, the service staff was very friendly. Hence now 4 stars.

Receipt roll in the ordering terminal at the end, 30min waiting time (fast food).....number screen failed.....woman with the softest voice beeps the numbers to herself while the place slowly escalates, I won't be coming back "ciao"

Disastrous service! Employees are overwhelmed and unfriendly. Unable to carry out the order and drinks are non-carbonated and no ice cubes even though you ordered them. It used to be better.

In the past I was very dissatisfied with the branch. However, the overall package has developed very positively. The staff is very friendly and the waiting times are not as long as they used to be. The food has the typical fast food quality. All in all, I'm very satisfied now. Keep it up. 🍔

Waited over 2 hours for food. Sorry, but if I order at 8:46 p.m. (busy time), I don't want to eat at 11 p.m. After Lieferando said “should arrive soon” for the first time at 9:45 p.m., we tried to call for the first time at 10:00 p.m. After 7! On calls where no one ever answered the call, but the other party always hung up automatically after too long of a call, we stopped taking the food and then ordered it from Dominos. They deliver within 30 minutes.

The food is good as always. But the new ordering system is a disaster, no matter which store. It takes too long and it's messy. We waited 25 minutes today. The order of the orders is made as you wish. The prices go up and up and the service gets worse and worse. Not to mention the overflowing tray trolleys. Oh yes and the tables aren't wiped down either, overall it seems as if the fewer staff don't have time for that. Eating here was fun once upon a time. A pity

It's been very chaotic here lately, you have to wait forever for your order and something is always forgotten, even at the drive-thru.

I scanned my Payback card. It is not possible to see on the receipt whether the card number has been recorded. None of the service staff could help me.

We had to wait forever - sad for a fast food restaurant!

Waited 40 minutes, no system in order order; the staff was totally understaffed and overwhelmed and the food was also cold!!! And no one is responsible for cleaning the tables and floors!

Once again we picked up something at the drive-in counter after training! When we got home we realized that a lot was missing! Sorry, but there wasn't much going on in the restaurant or drive-in either time. You can expect that the bags will be completely packed and you won't have to make phone calls afterwards and ultimately have to drive there again. Quality is something else...

I have one word: juice shop. Never been there without something from the order being forgotten or something broken in the store. Now I tried to order and a €10 burger simply wasn't delivered and you can't reach anyone by phone. 10€ for the bin. Never again. I only go to Mecces in Hameln...

Eat: Basically the food is quite good, it always looks fresh and always tastes quite good. Service: Unfortunately, fast food takes on a whole new meaning here. So I don't know what definition of FASTFOOD there is at Burger King, but in the Hameln branch it's absolutely not fast!!! All of the employees' shoes could be resoled, as work is going on slowly there. I would be happy if something changed soon.

Dafür das der Laden recht leer war,hat das Essen sehr lange gedauert und wir haben nichts besonderes bestellt.Was ich schon heftig finde das man für 1 Tüte Ketchup oder Mayo ,50 Cent bezahlen muss.Ansonsten ,es ist halt Fast Food. Aber Burger King schmeckt mir seht viel besser als die Kette mit dem M

Während der Öffnungszeiten sollte man eigentlich alles was angeboten wird auch bekommen. War leider nicht so.

Wir sind als Familie schon einige Male hier gewesen, meist wenn wir vorher im Multimarkt einkaufen waren. Der Parkplatz ist mittelmäßig groß und die Buchten kann man gut nutzen. Innen ist es ein klassischer BK. Die letzten Male mussten wir unseren Tisch vorher selbst säubern. Die Temperatur vom Essen war so, dass die Kinder direkt essen konnten. Was für uns als Eltern bedeutet hat, lauwarme Burger essen zu dürfen.

Eine solide Filiale in der man bekommt was man bestellt. Die Burger waren frisch zubereitet und so, wie man es von Burger King erwartet. Das Essen hätte etwas schneller sein können und von der Aufmachung her erschien es ein bisschen leer, daher der kleine Abzug. Aber man kann hier ruhigen Gewissens herfahren und essen.

Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und freundlich. Essen war frisch und lecker. Sonst alles Ordentlich und sauber. So auch heute alles in Ordnung. Essen wie immer reichlich und lecker. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich. Nur war es heute ziemlich kalt in der Filiale. Also, ohne Jacke war es sehr unangenehm.

Hat etwas länger gedauert bis wir unsere Bestellung erhalten haben. Aber dafür waren die Burger hervorragend. Alles in allem ist es für einen kurzen Stopp mit Imbiss zu empfehlen.

Die Sauberkeit im Fast-Food-Restaurant ist lobenswert. Die Tische werden schnell abgeräumt, und die Mitarbeiter halten den Bereich sauber.

Leider ist es dort viel zu kalt. Man muss in Winterjacke dort sitzen, damit man nicht friert. Kleine Kinder anderer Familien hatten dicke Jacken an und Wollmützen auf. Die Mitarbeiter laufen selbst in Küchenbereich wo es ja etwas wärmer sein sollte mit Pullover rum.

Immer freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommend, Fühlt sich familiär an. Der Meister bedankt sich ( moin meister)

Schlechtester Service in und um Hameln was Burgerking betrifft. Zeitmanagement absolut unter aller Sau! 2 Burger, 30 Minuten warten! Das ist die Regel Mittwoch 23:30 Uhr! Was ist hier Fastfood? Da kann ich das auch zu Hause selber machen. 2 Burger, 30 Minuten !!!???? Geht gar nicht!

Für einen Drive in, sind die Wartezeiten viel zu lange. Und wenn man dort steht und wartet benehmen sich die Mitarbeiter nicht wie gute Service Mitarbeiter
