We were there on a Saturday around 6 p.m. You had the feeling that the entire staff was overwhelmed. Confusion, hecticness and an irritable mood. Some of our burgers were either cold or had obviously been ready for a while and had just been reheated. The waiting time of over 20 minutes wasn't exactly acceptable for a "fast food restaurant"

Well, the speed in a fast food is still up in the air here. Some of the employees are completely overwhelmed. Dishes come out wrong, it takes forever for the order to arrive, etc. But, you have to say, they always remain friendly, no matter how the employees are sometimes harassed. Maybe it's because nothing is left in stockpile and is actually freshly prepared?

Not only that, I waited about 30 minutes to order for one burger!! Moreover, the meat was terribly burnt and the Coke was carbonated and tasteless - a tragedy, I have never eaten anything like that in my life

There are paper napkins and packaging waste lying around on the floor. It's particularly crazy outside in the outdoor area. The waiting time was significantly longer this time. Too bad. ☹️

When I mentioned this today I had to insist that the shift manager come. She brazenly accused me of doing something like that more often, say her colleagues. When I asked which colleagues had said that and wanted them to tell me themselves, since it was my first time doing something like that, the colleagues mentioned were suddenly no longer there. Accusing a customer of lying about a few euros and supposedly doing something like that more often forced me to decide that this was my last visit to this branch. So often something has been forgotten and not spoken about. If you dare to do this you will be portrayed as a liar and cheat. INSURANCE!!

Well, where should you start...on the one hand, you wait significantly longer for your food at BK than at McD, for example, which was often already cold or, as recently, two burgers were missing and not for the first time. Some employees are simply not able to pack a bag completely. However, others are quick and friendly and remember to pack everything up. So light and shade... you have to be lucky that the right employee serves you 🤷‍♂️

We won't visit this Burger King branch a second time. We waited just over 10 minutes for our order and we only ordered nuggets and churros. Then the people in front of us had their order even made twice. After we got our food, we went out into the outdoor area. As soon as I started eating, I started smoking. Is this a fast food restaurant or a smoking club. You come there to eat and then have to endure the smoke from the people sitting next to you. Why isn't there a smoking ban? You can go to the parking lot after eating and smoke there. Unfortunately, several tables inside and outside were not clean and there was very little going on. It's a shame actually...

You wait there easily for 20-30 minutes even though there were only 1-2 people ahead of me. The staff hardly speaks any German, which makes communication difficult if you want to complain about something. The food is always incomplete and sometimes old and already cold. This is definitely not FAST food. I visit this Burger King branch 1-2 times a week due to long journeys. When purchasing, you should allow 20-30 minutes. There seems to be an organizational problem here, as the burgers are usually already waiting and obviously for the customer. It's almost impossible to hand over the tray because the cart is always full. There is nothing wrong with the kitchen as everything tasted great so far. I recommend the management to keep an eye on the employees more often, as the workflow is absolutely not right.

Food was OK, waiting time was a bit long (15 minutes from ordering), outdoor area was ok. Despite everything, the service staff was very friendly. Hence now 4 stars.

Once again we picked up something at the drive-in counter after training! When we got home we realized that a lot was missing! Sorry, but there wasn't much going on in the restaurant or drive-in either time. You can expect that the bags will be completely packed and you won't have to make phone calls afterwards and ultimately have to drive there again. Quality is something else...
