A pure disaster... nothing more can be said about it. Everything was mixed up when ordering, we received different burgers than we ordered and many things were forgotten. The food was served cold even though there were hardly any customers. The employees are unfortunately incompetent and unfriendly. Never again !!!!! Pure disaster.

Last night a complete disaster. Waited over 30 minutes for cold onion rings and drinks without ice cubes even though ordered with ice cubes. Because of fast food... Yes, it can take longer, but that's when I expect warm food and correctly executed orders. It was dirty on the tables and on the floor too. That was really a refusal to work

The food is fast food, but the system is not. 20 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and a few nuggets. Even though the store is empty. That doesn't work at all. The burgers had already been there for more than 10 minutes, so they were cold.

I go to this Burger King often when I'm nearby. Since this branch is usually busy, the Ɓurgers I ordered were always freshly prepared.

Service was catastrophic, ordering took almost 1 1/2 hours, food only arrived lukewarm (and that's generous). After complaining, I wanted to take my half-eaten burger back with me - I've never experienced anything like that before

Food in the usual Bk quality. But it has nothing to do with fast food, so you usually wait around 15 to 20 minutes. The shop is very chic and modern, but I've been in the suburbs more and the term heating is probably a foreign word. It shouldn't be 25 degrees. But you shouldn't be cold like a dog and I think it's too cold. (I work outside all day in wind and weather)

Food itself was ok, but we waited for 30 minutes. Like, 2 burgers and drinks??? Half an hour???? Definitely too long Wouldn't recommend it.

Ordered three things, waited almost 25 minutes even though nothing was really going on. One burger was almost cold, one was more than lukewarm, the patty was fried to death (very dry) and there was hardly any sauce on it. The third was ok. Conclusion: Never again At mc's it's quicker and it's still edible

I ordered a Wopper and a Double Wopper there and, despite the fact that the shop was empty except for one other customer, I waited 15 minutes and then had the order canceled. Another guest even waited 20 minutes and canceled his order too! The Burger King was manned by 1 waitress, 2 other employees in the kitchen and the restaurant manager in the background! Can't recommend this Burger King, the staff doesn't seem to be properly trained and quickly becomes overwhelmed! But it seems like I and the other guests weren't the first to have to wait a long time for the food. It's a shame about the time I wasted there! Then I went to a competitor and ate there!

Eating cold and waiting 30 minutes for it won't work again

I was at the drive again, no receipt again and something was missing again. Really below all...

Went there on Sunday at around 2:30 p.m. Ordered 2 menus, almost 30 minutes waiting time. Instead of curly fries, lattice potatoes were brought (which wasn't a big deal). Burger cold… shame.

😔😀 Card payment is not possible, but only if the order is placed directly at the checkout. It would be nice if it were pointed out that card payment would have been possible at the ordering terminal. So I got cash, 2X Whopper menu was great, two days later on the way back I ordered 2X Whopper menu again. Disaster instead of fries there was a mix of fries and spiral fries of poor quality, and the lukewarm Whoppers were drowned in ketchup. Unfortunately, I see this fluctuating quality here again and again.

I've been there a few times with my family but two weeks ago I was there with my child and there was a long black hair in my cheeseburger and today we were there again and today there was another long thick black hair in my menu for me I had already paid too much money and even my child's drink was missing

Drive thru “Forgot” to pack the burger. When you noticed it and tried to call, no one answered the phone. Update After several attempts to get someone on the phone and having to spend a long, miserable time searching for the case in the cash register system, you then remembered that your colleague had forgotten to pack the burger. I was offered to keep the burger in the office so I could take it with me on my next visit. In the end they agreed on delivery. The employee at the checkout .. drr is doing the wrong job .. I work at BK in Saxony myself .. I've never seen anything like that .. My order was ready for 10 minutes but the employee first waited for another order and then gave me mine, which had been ready for 10 minutes.

I have never experienced such outrageousness in my entire life! I paid half a fortune for the large wings and didn't receive any. I called the branch 7 times without anyone answering. When I mentioned this today I had to insist that the shift manager come. She brazenly accused me of doing something like that more often, say her colleagues. When I asked which colleagues had said that and wanted them to tell me themselves, since it was my first time doing something like that, the colleagues mentioned were suddenly no longer there. Accusing a customer of lying about a few euros and supposedly doing something like that more often forced me to decide that this was my last visit to this branch. So often something has been forgotten and not spoken about. If you dare to do this you will be portrayed as a liar and cheat. INSURANCE!!

Well, where should you start...on the one hand, you wait significantly longer for your food at BK than at McD, for example, which was often already cold or, as recently, two burgers were missing and not for the first time. Some employees are simply not able to pack a bag completely. However, others are quick and friendly and remember to pack everything up. We won't visit this Burger King branch a second time. We waited just over 10 minutes for our order and we only ordered nuggets and churros. Then the people in front of us had their order even made twice. After we got our food, we went out into the outdoor area. As soon as I started eating, I started smoking. Is this a fast food restaurant or a smoking club. You come there to eat and then have to endure the smoke from the people sitting next to you. Why isn't there a smoking ban? You can go to the parking lot after eating and smoke there. Unfortunately, several tables inside and outside were not clean and there was very little going on. It's a shame actually...

You wait there easily for 20-30 minutes even though there were only 1-2 people ahead of me. This is definitely not FAST food. I visit this Burger King branch 1-2 times a week due to long journeys. When purchasing, you should allow 20-30 minutes. There seems to be an organizational problem here, as the burgers are usually already waiting and obviously for the customer. It's almost impossible to hand over the tray because the cart is always full. There is nothing wrong with the kitchen as everything tasted great so far. I recommend the management to keep an eye on the employees more often, as the workflow is absolutely not right.
