Für Liebhaber von rauchigem Grillgeschmack und Käse-Snacks eine gute Wahl, solange man eine gut geführte Filiale erwischt.

Personal war sehr freundlich und authentisch, schnelle Abwicklung am Schalter, die Pommes kross und noch heiss sowie die Burger.

Eigentlich ein ganz netter Burger King. Leider ist das Personal hier (und heute) furchtbar. Obwohl das Restaurant am frühen Nachmittag nur mäßig besucht war und die Leute Zeit zum Quatschen hatten, dauerte die Zubereitung 20 Minuten und dann waren noch Korrekturen notwendig. Bei der Rückgabe der Tablets, mussten wir diese oben auf dem Wagen balancieren, da diese offenkundig schon lange nicht mehr geleert wurden.

Burger King ist die größte Lachnummer. Man bestellt über Lieferando innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten und bekommt nach einer Stunde die Nachricht, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde. Das an sich ist schon eine Frechheit, aber zu diesem Zeitpunkt hat kein anderer Lieferdienst mehr geöffnet. Einfach eine Frechheit… Für einen Laden, der sowieso im Schatten von McDonald’s steht. Das ist auch nicht das erste Mal. Burger King storniert Bestellungen regelmäßig oder braucht über zwei Stunden für die Lieferung. Das erste Mal ist mir das bereits 2020 passiert, und über die Jahre hat sich das immer weiter gehäuft.

Glaube das war der grausamste BK-Besuch meines Lebens.... - keine Klimaanlage bei 34° - klebriger Boden - unhygiensche WCs - für ein Longchicken Menü 30 Minuten Wartezeit (Laden war so gut wie leer) - Ware lag bereits zur Auslage, Burger wurden dann kalt (neue Burger waren auch kalt, keine Ahnung wie das möglich ist und das PlantPatty war auch nicht richtig durchgebraten) - unprofessionelles Personal (haben des öfteren über ihre eigene schlechte Organisation gelacht) - kalter Käsedip - Ketchup vergessen Also schlechte Laune vorprogrammiert

Dieser Burger King ist eine Katastrophe. Zu blöde eine Bestellung richtig zu packen. Erreichbarkeit ist genau so toll. Man ruft an und keiner geht dran. Eigentlich 0 Sterne. Lieferant war sehr freundlich und kann da gar nichts zu .

Leider sehr lange Warte Zeiten und bei dem warmen Wetter keine Klima. Gerade bei den Wartezeiten nicht zu ertragen.

Muss meine frühere rezesion anpassen! Eigentlich mied ich diesen laden aber der heisshunger überkam mich nach der arbeit. Es war nicht nur sauber sondern auch aufgeräumt. Das personal war wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich und das essen wurde schnell und anständig zubereitet. Alles lief reibungslos, so wie es sein sollte. Danke das hier Service und Qualität hoch gehalten werden!

Bestellungen dauern ziemlich lange, Mitarbeiter sind teils sehr freundlich, teils unfreundlich und nicht bereit, auf Beschwerden einzugehen. Sauberkeit ist ok.

Bin oft da und leider läuft gar nichts, ausser der geschäftsführer oder was auch immer das ist ist da. Gerade wenn überwiegend weibliches personal da ist (leider) ist alles durcheinander, dauert extrem lange obwohl nix los ist. habe 20 Minuten auf meinen Matcha gewartet bei gar keinem betrieb, sie hat während sie den Matcha zubereitet 3 andere Sachen gemacht und ich sah ihn die ganze zeit fertig hinter dem Tresen stehen. Zwischendrin fing sie an den Boden zu wischen und verschwindet mehrmals hinten. Am ende hat sie nur noch den Deckel drauf gemacht und mich dann erst aufgerufen??? solange stand der halt einfach da und ich habe meine Pause dafür verschwendet. macht gar keinen sinn. Die Zubereitung bestand nur aus Sirup und fertiges Tetrapack Matcha in einen Becher kippen. Das 20 Minuten in die länge zu ziehen und andere aufgaben zwischendrin zu erledigen wirkt als ob es mit Absicht provoziert wurde. Bessere Handlungsplanung und Aufteilung der Aufgaben wäre nicht schlecht.

Von einer Fast Food Kette kann man an diesem Standort nicht sprechen... Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal gestaltet sich leider oft schwer. Bei den Bestellungen fehlt leider auch oft einiges oder sind die falschen Sachen auf dem Tablet.

Per Tab bestellt, Bon Rolle war leider leer. Unglücklicher Moment. Man könnte und den Beleg leider nicht erneut ausdrucken. Sehr schade bei den Kinder Gerichten ist, dass die Auswahl der Spielzeuge nicht aktualisiert wird. Daher gab es ein trauriges Kind. Sonst waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und haben auch problemlos ausgetauscht. Leider sind einige Sitzgelegenheiten schon ordentlich zerstört worden. Diese könnten zumindest abgesperrt oder ausgetauscht werden.

Erstmal haben wir zu dritt eine große Bestellung aufgegeben & es hat wie so oft viel gefehlt, deshalb habe ich hier aber nie eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben. Jetzt ist es aber soweit, denn zum Schluss, wo einer von uns mehrmals beim Tresen war um zu klären, was mit unseren fehlenden Sachen ist, kam auf einmal ein Mitarbeiter + eine andere Mitarbeiterin zu uns und unterstellten meinem Kollegen, dass er sie angeblich bedroht hätte, was gar nicht gestimmt hat warum auch?, da wir genau gehört haben, dass er nur Bescheid gegeben hat was in unserer Bestellung fehlt und deswegen nachgefragt hat. Wir wollten eigentlich schon aufstehen und gehen, weil das eine echt wahnsinnige Unterstellung war und ist und alle haben uns angeschaut und wir wussten gar nicht was los war. Man hat gemerkt die waren dort maßlos überfordert mit allem. Daher ist für uns eins klar wir kommen nach so einer unverschämten Unterstellung/ Bloßstellung nicht mehr wieder....!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde nie wieder hingehen❗️. Man geht nach längeren mal wieder hin und möchte dort etwas essen und dann bestellt man in einer Summe für über 100€ .Dann guckt man nach, ob alles da ist und einem fällt auf das was fehlt , dann geht man hin und sagt Bescheid, dass etwas fehlt & die Mitarbeiter werden direkt unfreundlich und sagen, dass alles da ist, man macht sie aber trotzdem darauf freundlich nochmal aufmerksam das was fehlt und auf einmal sagen die, dass man sie bedroht hätte darauf sagen wir zu denen das man freundlich drauf hingewiesen hat das was fehlt und niemand jemanden bedroht hat . Sie haben dann zu 2 gesagt doch das war so um sich dann raus zureden. Das war für uns das letzte Mal bei Burgerking.

Update, ein Jahr später: Oh man... Bleibt da bloß weg, die Figuren die Pfingstsonntag Tagschicht hatten haben da eine Szene veranstaltet die sowas von erbärmlich war... Stehen da zu Dritt um einen Tisch rum und bölken den halben Laden zusammen wegen...Keine Ahnung, Ehre oder so, die können da ja kein Deutsch. Und der Tisch war voll, das wird ordentlich Geld gekostet haben, das kam sicher gut dass man die Leute in unverschämtester Weise zum Gehen aufgefordert hat... Sowas hat NICHTS, aber auch GAR NICHTS, im Gastgewerbe zu suchen. ======= Naja. Ein schöner und verhältnismäßig sauberer Laden und das Essen, das man bekommt, ist gut / genauso so qualitativ wie es vorgesehen ist. Wenn man es denn bekommt. Dass bei Bestellungen mit mehr als 3 Teilen zum Mitnehmen in aller Regel was fehlt, während andere BK-Betriebe schon längst vernünftige Systeme mit Kontrolletiketten verwenden, war hier schon immer so und ist auch heute wieder so gewesen. 30 Minuten Zubereitungszeit sind hier auch normal. Kontrolliert unbedingt eure Außer Haus-Bestellung, vor allem wenn es volle Tüten sind - ist doch egal dass ihr den ganzen Laden aufhaltet - tut es trotzdem. Sie kriegens einfach nicht hin. Bei einem Gesamtwert von über 100,- EUR (viele Leute), zum Mitnehmen, ist Ware im Wert von rund 15,- EUR einfach mal wegignoriert und eines von 4 Getränken komplett falsch ausgegeben worden. Da das bis auf 1x jedes Mal, also mindestens 6 Mal im Laufe der letzten 2 Jahre vorgekommen ist, muss dieser Zustand als Normal angenommen werden. Man gewöhnt sich wohl an alles... Oder fährt doch weiter Richtung Hannover und probiert einen der anderen Betriebe aus.

Leider keine gute Verständigung bei Drive in

Sehr schlecht geworden. 1 Burger hat bei Lieferung gefehlt. Burgerking war telefonisch für mich so wie für Lieferando nicht erreichbar. Also ein Burger zu viel gezahlt und nicht erhalten. Die Lieferung hat sehr lange gedauert, Burger waren kalt, das Brot hart und das Fleisch extrem trocken und das alles für den Preis, Burgerking hat wirklich stark nachgelassen.

Beim Drive-in fehlte zum wiederholten Mal ein Teil der Bestellung, wie Pommes und Mayo. Das Essen war teilweise kalt. Ich kann diesen Burger King nicht empfehlen.

Thank you for the excellent service. I wanted a specific Christmas ornament, and they immediately checked in the warehouse to see if it was still available. I'm very satisfied.

The staff makes mistakes and tries to blame them on the customer. Instead of apologizing or correcting the order, they argue heatedly and make excuses. The word "service" is foreign to them. Seat cushions are ripped and tables are smeared.

I received the wrong burger and had to argue with about 10 employees because no one believed me. Very disappointing, unfortunately.

A complete disaster!! It was practically empty, yet we still waited over 45 minutes for four burgers, which were then cold. The only good thing about the food was the drink, nothing else. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here.

At least everything worked here. Quick preparation.

Great service. Ordered again after years. Two kids, one adult. Takeaway. €36. Not cheap. But when I ask if it's ready and if everything is okay, and you answer yes, it's not okay when you haven't included the items I ordered at the terminal, especially in the kids' meal, but instead two completely different things. Your place is a complete dump; you don't deserve any other name. That's no way to treat children. If I see something is missing, and the customer is standing right in front of me, I say so. The contract was based on the understanding that I would receive exactly what I ordered. Is that too difficult for you? Are you incapable of that? Therefore, service deserves zero stars. And you should take care of your restrooms. This is a case for food safety inspectors.

Been there 3 times, received the wrong food and drink 3 times.

I'm truly speechless about this place. The processes seem completely disorganized. We ordered a liquid cheese sauce and received a sauce that could have been cut into thin strips. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that was normal. If that's really your standard of quality, I'm truly baffled. As if that weren't enough, I ordered a children's meal for my daughter without toys. Only after I'd placed the order was I informed that no toys were available. A heads-up beforehand would have been appropriate, or at least a small compensation, like a small ice cream for the child.

The food is okay, it's fast food after all, but there's a large selection of different burgers, fries, and sauces. I personally like that they always have one or two set meals that are a bit cheaper than the others, but you still get pretty much the same thing. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer for your food, especially Fridays through Sundays, but that's only because the place is busier then. The decor is very nice and quite clean. What I really like is that you can order on the screen; you have all the time in the world, and when you order on the screen, you don't have to pay by card, etc., you can also pay in cash. A little tip: if you're coming by car and ordering takeout anyway, I'd recommend using the drive-thru; it's faster.

I don't exactly pay a fortune, so I can expect my order to be correct and not like this.

Waiting 21 minutes for 2 hamburgers and then finding out upon inquiry that they had been lying in the display case for minutes and were getting cold.

I received only half of my order, and some of it was incorrect. When I tried to complain at the counter, they ignored me. They also refused a refund. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

How bad was that? The food was abysmally bad. The prices are beyond exorbitant. There were four of us visiting. No matter what we ordered, everything came out wrong. The service was barely understandable. When I finally went to the bathroom, the water in the sink wasn't working. Man, how disgusting is that. 100% NEVER AGAIN

I had to wait 24 minutes for a menu at 11:00 PM on a Thursday evening. The staff there can't be blamed for this. This isn't the first time I've had to wait this long... Management definitely needs to take action here.

Absolutely unfriendly staff! My two-year-old simply added Coke to his junior bag, and when he asked for it, they responded absolutely unfriendly. There were no toys in the junior bag, and no sauces either, and you pay so much for that. My son was very sad; that was the last time we'll be here. THIS SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!!

Great service, excellent food, beautiful decor

The food is well made but sometimes the food is cold. This has improved over time. The problem is the toilets. There are young people chilling there who throw away a jibbet and offer a hit. I find this very thoughtful but it's not good for doing business. I once met a homeless person in the toilets who was pinching his veins and saying questionable things. The mayonnaise looks very questionable and tastes a bit nutty and rotten, but it has definitely improved over the years. Overall, I would give this branch a good 3 star rating. The staff are very friendly and helpful and prepare the food very quickly.

I'm not checking all the bad reviews here. I was there at lunchtime, so it was quite busy. There were a lot of orders ahead of me, and it still only took 14 minutes. The restaurant is clean; burgers were fresh and hot, with clean toppings, making them enjoyable to eat. The staff were stressed, but friendly.

Incompetent "professionals" can't even handle the simplest order, and unfortunately, I couldn't even complain due to lack of time... hence the review. I'll probably avoid this location in the future...

While we were waiting for our orders, I wanted to go to the women's restroom. The restroom was so messed up that I wasn't able to use it. There were splashes of feces on one seat and used toilet paper on the rim of the other seat. I politely pointed this out to the staff. I said several times that I'm not one to complain and I know it's stressful, but the state of the restroom was truly appalling. The staff member was visibly annoyed, went with me to the restroom and told me they would take care of it. When I went back to the restroom later to finally use it, the rims of the seats had been roughly wiped and the toilet paper had been removed. I took these pictures after they were supposedly cleaned. I wonder what the kitchen must look like.

The tables were very dirty; despite complaining, they weren't cleaned. Drinks were warm because the ice machine was broken. A note or a note would have been sufficient. They could have taken the drinks from the fridge. Lukewarm Coke and other drinks were served in this weather 😡, and the burgers were like cardboard, and the fries were lukewarm and not crispy. We won't be ordering or eating there again anytime soon...

You wait forever for your order (40 minutes), then it's incomplete (a burger was missing), and the churros and baklava come without pistachio sauce because they supposedly ran out (but they didn't tell me). The food is cold and soggy (the fries). I will definitely avoid this place in the future. Unbelievable.

A 21-minute wait for two milkshakes, and the shakes tasted nothing. We will definitely not be going back to this shop. The waits are always incredibly long, and the quality has really gone downhill.

During the 45-minute wait, you'll get hungry! If you're lucky, it'll be right, but then it might not be fresh anymore. Old burgers that had been returned were repackaged and returned to the display or thrown away. This was clearly noticeable during the 45-minute wait. But it tasted pretty good 👌🏼 The staff was really incompetent, and others returned their food four times before it was finally right. Let's see if you can tolerate the food and stay in! Forgot half of the order. Every time you don't check your order right away, something is missing. This is the third time now that the order is incomplete. Unfortunately, we didn't check right away today, and once again, two fries and two burgers are missing. Considering the prices, that's truly outrageous. Complaining later wasn't possible. Unfriendly and slow staff. Not recommended. Better to go to McDonald's.

I can't rate anything if the food takes 40 minutes to arrive. If you're a bit tipsy after a festival and want a quick bite to eat, definitely not this restaurant. The staff are very friendly, but a bit sleepy. At least, that's how it feels when you wait 40 minutes for three burgers and one ice cream. The store is otherwise nicely set up, but 50% of the terminals are already closed and out of service.

Waited about 45 minutes for the food on site

We had to wait 1 hour for 2 menus on site. The food was cold and the drinks weren't right. I understand the staff shortage but what I don't understand is the constant eye roll when customers complain about their cold or incorrectly packaged food!!! That's everyone's right! We were able to observe this several times during our first hour wait.

Sometimes you wait over 15 minutes after placing your order, even though the store is almost empty. At least the orders have always been correct, and special requests have been accommodated. During peak hours, however, the store is very loud and warm, and the employees are running around chaotically.

It's best to check immediately, because half of it is usually missing. It's not fast food either; it always takes forever. But if you get the right thing, it tastes good.

I ordered 5 and left 57 euros there, waited 30 minutes, was disappointed at home, drinks inedible, fries were sticky and hard, burger cold and well, I think the photo says it all, annoyed employees although there was nothing going on when we arrived at the drive in, very unfortunate the whole thing

The employees wore a lot of jewelry during preparation. They didn't disinfect their hands after cleaning and continued serving.

Today was very hectic. First, the 9-piece nuggets were missing... no problem, they were still under the heat lamp and had just been forgotten to be placed on the tray. When I got to my seat, I noticed that my French dressing for my snack salad was missing. So I went back to the counter to order more. The answer I got was: no, that's not my right; I should have ordered cheese dip instead. What nonsense... they don't even know what they're selling. The cheese dip was for dipping this special new long chicken and was part of the menu. I ordered the salad instead of fries. But I got them anyway (without ketchup/mayo) and now I had the salad without dressing. But honestly... did the clerk think I was just going to pour the cheese sauce on the salad as a dressing? Especially since the receipt says salad with French dressing. Well, I ate it dry today. 😂

Definitely better than McDonald's Burgers taste much better, fries are just right, not too salty Price-wise, both are almost the same. They've remodeled, the atmosphere is much better than it was 6 years ago.

I ordered takeout food today. I had to wait about 20 minutes for it to arrive. When I got home with the food for my family, I discovered that the wrong burgers had been packed (even though the labels said they were the right ones), and two burgers were missing, and two wraps had been put in the bag. So, I received the completely wrong order. An employee also commented that I didn't need to check the order because he knew what he had packed. I won't be seeing that store again anytime soon 🤬 Going back to complain about the order on the spot wasn't an option for me, considering it was a 20-kilometer drive one way.

The food has become very bad, the staff doesn't understand the order, and the salads aren't as fresh as they used to be. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Burger King! Better to go a few meters further.

Fun for the whole family. After ordering your food, you have at least 30 minutes to play a game of cards with your loved ones. Even if the place isn't full, you'll be given plenty of time for that. The order is also a fun puzzle to solve when you call it a night. The voice, not loud or indistinct, just barely echoes over the counter. But that's not all: they let you check your order yourself, and then you can chat again with the competent staff, who practically read your every word. Then it's time to eat, and the fun never ends. The burger arrives fresh from the fridge, while the milkshake has reached the otherwise wonderfully lukewarm temperature of the burger. After the meal, you're kindly allowed to play Tetris with the trays, as the containers look as if they haven't been emptied in a week. All in all, one can say... NEVER AGAIN!

The price/performance ratio is good, but the service and staff leave a lot to be desired. Waiting 5 to 7 minutes for 4 hamburgers and 2 drinks when there aren't many customers is quite a challenge.
