I'm truly speechless about this place. The processes seem completely disorganized. We ordered a liquid cheese sauce and received a sauce that could have been cut into thin strips. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that was normal. If that's really your standard of quality, I'm truly baffled. As if that weren't enough, I ordered a children's meal for my daughter without toys. Only after I'd placed the order was I informed that no toys were available. A heads-up beforehand would have been appropriate, or at least a small compensation, like a small ice cream for the child.

Been there 3 times, received the wrong food and drink 3 times.

The food is okay, it's fast food after all, but there's a large selection of different burgers, fries, and sauces. I personally like that they always have one or two set meals that are a bit cheaper than the others, but you still get pretty much the same thing. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer for your food, especially Fridays through Sundays, but that's only because the place is busier then. The decor is very nice and quite clean. What I really like is that you can order on the screen; you have all the time in the world, and when you order on the screen, you don't have to pay by card, etc., you can also pay in cash. A little tip: if you're coming by car and ordering takeout anyway, I'd recommend using the drive-thru; it's faster.

I don't exactly pay a fortune, so I can expect my order to be correct and not like this.

For us, delivery was better than eating in. We've done both before.

Waiting 21 minutes for 2 hamburgers and then finding out upon inquiry that they had been lying in the display case for minutes and were getting cold.

I received only half of my order, and some of it was incorrect. When I tried to complain at the counter, they ignored me. They also refused a refund. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

How bad was that? The food was abysmally bad. The prices are beyond exorbitant. There were four of us visiting. No matter what we ordered, everything came out wrong. The service was barely understandable. When I finally went to the bathroom, the water in the sink wasn't working. Man, how disgusting is that. 100% NEVER AGAIN

I had to wait 24 minutes for a menu at 11:00 PM on a Thursday evening. The staff there can't be blamed for this. This isn't the first time I've had to wait this long... Management definitely needs to take action here.

Absolutely unfriendly staff! My two-year-old simply added Coke to his junior bag, and when he asked for it, they responded absolutely unfriendly. There were no toys in the junior bag, and no sauces either, and you pay so much for that. My son was very sad; that was the last time we'll be here. THIS SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!!

The food is well made but sometimes the food is cold. This has improved over time. The problem is the toilets. There are young people chilling there who throw away a jibbet and offer a hit. I find this very thoughtful but it's not good for doing business. I once met a homeless person in the toilets who was pinching his veins and saying questionable things. The mayonnaise looks very questionable and tastes a bit nutty and rotten, but it has definitely improved over the years. Overall, I would give this branch a good 3 star rating. The staff are very friendly and helpful and prepare the food very quickly.

Incompetent "professionals" can't even handle the simplest order, and unfortunately, I couldn't even complain due to lack of time... hence the review. I'll probably avoid this location in the future...

I'm not checking all the bad reviews here. I was there at lunchtime, so it was quite busy. There were a lot of orders ahead of me, and it still only took 14 minutes. The restaurant is clean; burgers were fresh and hot, with clean toppings, making them enjoyable to eat. The staff were stressed, but friendly.

While we were waiting for our orders, I wanted to go to the women's restroom. The restroom was so messed up that I wasn't able to use it. There were splashes of feces on one seat and used toilet paper on the rim of the other seat. I politely pointed this out to the staff. I said several times that I'm not one to complain and I know it's stressful, but the state of the restroom was truly appalling. The staff member was visibly annoyed, went with me to the restroom and told me they would take care of it. When I went back to the restroom later to finally use it, the rims of the seats had been roughly wiped and the toilet paper had been removed. I took these pictures after they were supposedly cleaned. I wonder what the kitchen must look like.

During the 45-minute wait, you'll get hungry! If you're lucky, it'll be right, but then it might not be fresh anymore. Old burgers that had been returned were repackaged and returned to the display or thrown away. This was clearly noticeable during the 45-minute wait. But it tasted pretty good 👌🏼 The staff was really incompetent, and others returned their food four times before it was finally right. Let's see if you can tolerate the food and stay in! A 21-minute wait for two milkshakes, and the shakes tasted nothing. We will definitely not be going back to this shop. The waits are always incredibly long, and the quality has really gone downhill.

You wait forever for your order (40 minutes), then it's incomplete (a burger was missing), and the churros and baklava come without pistachio sauce because they supposedly ran out (but they didn't tell me). The food is cold and soggy (the fries). I will definitely avoid this place in the future. Unbelievable.

The tables were very dirty; despite complaining, they weren't cleaned. Drinks were warm because the ice machine was broken. A note or a note would have been sufficient. They could have taken the drinks from the fridge. Lukewarm Coke and other drinks were served in this weather 😡, and the burgers were like cardboard, and the fries were lukewarm and not crispy. We won't be ordering or eating there again anytime soon...

Forgot half of the order. Every time you don't check your order right away, something is missing. This is the third time now that the order is incomplete. Unfortunately, we didn't check right away today, and once again, two fries and two burgers are missing. Considering the prices, that's truly outrageous. Complaining later wasn't possible. Unfriendly and slow staff. Not recommended. Better to go to McDonald's.

We had to wait 1 hour for 2 menus on site. The food was cold and the drinks weren't right. I understand the staff shortage but what I don't understand is the constant eye roll when customers complain about their cold or incorrectly packaged food!!! That's everyone's right! We were able to observe this several times during our first hour wait.

I can't rate anything if the food takes 40 minutes to arrive. If you're a bit tipsy after a festival and want a quick bite to eat, definitely not this restaurant. The staff are very friendly, but a bit sleepy. At least, that's how it feels when you wait 40 minutes for three burgers and one ice cream. The store is otherwise nicely set up, but 50% of the terminals are already closed and out of service.

Sometimes you wait over 15 minutes after placing your order, even though the store is almost empty. At least the orders have always been correct, and special requests have been accommodated. During peak hours, however, the store is very loud and warm, and the employees are running around chaotically.

It's best to check immediately, because half of it is usually missing. It's not fast food either; it always takes forever. But if you get the right thing, it tastes good.

I ordered 5 and left 57 euros there, waited 30 minutes, was disappointed at home, drinks inedible, fries were sticky and hard, burger cold and well, I think the photo says it all, annoyed employees although there was nothing going on when we arrived at the drive in, very unfortunate the whole thing

The employees wore a lot of jewelry during preparation. They didn't disinfect their hands after cleaning and continued serving.

Today was very hectic. First, the 9-piece nuggets were missing... no problem, they were still under the heat lamp and had just been forgotten to be placed on the tray. When I got to my seat, I noticed that my French dressing for my snack salad was missing. So I went back to the counter to order more. The answer I got was: no, that's not my right; I should have ordered cheese dip instead. What nonsense... they don't even know what they're selling. The cheese dip was for dipping this special new long chicken and was part of the menu. I ordered the salad instead of fries. But I got them anyway (without ketchup/mayo) and now I had the salad without dressing. But honestly... did the clerk think I was just going to pour the cheese sauce on the salad as a dressing? Especially since the receipt says salad with French dressing. Well, I ate it dry today. 😂

I ordered takeout food today. I had to wait about 20 minutes for it to arrive. When I got home with the food for my family, I discovered that the wrong burgers had been packed (even though the labels said they were the right ones), and two burgers were missing, and two wraps had been put in the bag. So, I received the completely wrong order. An employee also commented that I didn't need to check the order because he knew what he had packed. I won't be seeing that store again anytime soon 🤬 Going back to complain about the order on the spot wasn't an option for me, considering it was a 20-kilometer drive one way.

Fun for the whole family. After ordering your food, you have at least 30 minutes to play a game of cards with your loved ones. Even if the place isn't full, you'll be given plenty of time for that. The order is also a fun puzzle to solve when you call it a night. The voice, not loud or indistinct, just barely echoes over the counter. But that's not all: they let you check your order yourself, and then you can chat again with the competent staff, who practically read your every word. Then it's time to eat, and the fun never ends. The burger arrives fresh from the fridge, while the milkshake has reached the otherwise wonderfully lukewarm temperature of the burger. After the meal, you're kindly allowed to play Tetris with the trays, as the containers look as if they haven't been emptied in a week. All in all, one can say... NEVER AGAIN!

The price/performance ratio is good, but the service and staff leave a lot to be desired. Waiting 5 to 7 minutes for 4 hamburgers and 2 drinks when there aren't many customers is quite a challenge.

This is the very last Burger King 😡 With every order there has always been something missing. If you check, everything is there, if you don't check what's missing. Special requests such as extra cheese, etc. are generally forgotten. Staff are usually unmotivated and prefer to have small talks in the back of the kitchen. Every time we were there, we had waiting times that were beyond good and bad. It's unbelievable that this Burger King can still survive.

I haven't eaten this badly in a long time! The only advantage: I wasn't disappointed. The quality of BK has been declining steadily in recent years, so it wasn't surprising that you had to wait 15 minutes for a cold Whopper. Tip: Lettuce cuts beautifully with a knife. The wait was very long, even though it wasn't busy. I bought a 0.5 liter of Coke with the coupon. They told me I couldn't get a 0.4 liter, saying the coupon wouldn't work. The employees seemed somewhat haphazard and disorganized, which also explains the long wait. Better go to McDonald's next time.

I'm so annoyed. I ordered through Lieferando, and then it said a delivery time of 60 minutes. A bit long, but no problem if it's stated there from the start. So I waited, then Lieferando said "Right here"... Okay, then it'll probably be right here. Then I got a dirty look from the delivery person. I think that's pretty cheeky, but it wouldn't be a reason to leave only one star. I open my bag and, firstly, I have the wrong sauces, and secondly, the curly fries are barely half full (there's usually ALWAYS more in there) and upgraded to five fries... To make it look like more? If they're out of curly fries, why don't you call and ask what I want instead? You have my number? I paid so much money for that? For 10 curly fries with five fries mixed in?... Okay. Plus, the food was cold.

I just ordered 20 chili cheese nuggets and various other things - then when I got home, I unpacked 20 regular nuggets :( As someone who doesn't eat meat, this is very disappointing. But since I'm driving 15 minutes and have kids here who were waiting for their six burgers... I'm going to make myself a sandwich and throw the nuggets away :( It can't really be that difficult, really...

It's bad here, don't come and eat here! I ordered a king crunchy chicken as a meal without bacon, then I took my first bite and I got a piece of bacon, and with the meal I ordered fries and a vanilla milkshake, but they didn't give me a straw, and I also ordered a coffee, and they didn't give me a stirrer even though I wanted sugar with my coffee, and then I went to the cashier and asked if they could give me a stirrer, and I even had to explain to them what a stirrer was.

No, unfortunately not. The food was cold, not lukewarm as usual. The lady at the drive in was in a bad mood or was overworked, I have no idea why she was so unfriendly. And paying €13 for cold food was already hasty. We drove about 300 m from Drive to eat with friends. But it wasn't tasty.

They absolutely didn't understand the principle of fast food. The shop is almost empty and yet you wait almost 25 minutes for two tortillas. It would probably be quicker if you went to the supermarket and prepared your own food.

The burgers are dry every time! What's the point of putting too little sauce on the burger? Every time you have to check whether you have the right one! Eight times out of ten there isn't the right one inside! I wonder how other Burger King branches manage this.

Ordered takeaway food at home was missing a crispy chicken burger and ketchup, you should always check on site, that's how it will be done in the future. The burger is still paid for, but calling them doesn't help anyway, unfortunately disappointed

In contrast to many negative reviews, I actually have little to complain about. You expect Burger King, you get Burger King. There are still some small drawbacks: Unfortunately, the waiting times, especially for plant based products, are not “fast” food at all. If you're in a hurry, definitely use the drive-in, which is highly preferred. Napkins are not included as standard, so you have to ask each time.

A BK like many others. Anyone who goes there usually knows what quality they can expect from burgers and the like. Acceptable parking situation. The only thing is that when it comes to "to go" it's better to look straight into the bag. It occasionally happens that something is missing.

Despite a normal operating situation, we had to wait around 30 minutes for our food - an unusually long time for a concept that is designed to be prepared quickly. When the food finally came, the fries we ordered were missing. These were only delivered when we had already finished the rest of the food. In addition, the sauces we ordered were not included and were only added upon request. Another drawback were the drinks: although they were ordered with ice cubes, they were barely chilled. What should be highlighted positively, however, is that the food itself tasted very good. Nevertheless, the entire experience was overall disappointing due to the long wait times and the missing components of the order. If you value quick and complete orders, you may be disappointed here.

It would be nice if the employees at the drive in could understand you. The language barrier was so huge that I got chicken burgers instead of cheeseburgers and nuggets instead of Whoppers.

Employees very overwhelmed even though there wasn't much going on, no hello, no thanks, no please, one burger was good, one burger was ok but nothing more, small fries currently cost €3.29 (really very small, felt like half a potato) Far too expensive and not crispy and cold, not again for us.

A pure disaster... nothing more can be said about it. Everything was mixed up when ordering, we received different burgers than we ordered and many things were forgotten. The food was served cold even though there were hardly any customers. The employees are unfortunately incompetent and unfriendly. Never again !!!!! Pure disaster.

Last night a complete disaster. Waited over 30 minutes for cold onion rings and drinks without ice cubes even though ordered with ice cubes. Because of fast food... Yes, it can take longer, but that's when I expect warm food and correctly executed orders. It was dirty on the tables and on the floor too. That was really a refusal to work

The food is fast food, but the system is not. 20 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and a few nuggets. Even though the store is empty. That doesn't work at all. The burgers had already been there for more than 10 minutes, so they were cold.

I go to this Burger King often when I'm nearby. Since this branch is usually busy, the Ɓurgers I ordered were always freshly prepared.

Service was catastrophic, ordering took almost 1 1/2 hours, food only arrived lukewarm (and that's generous). After complaining, I wanted to take my half-eaten burger back with me - I've never experienced anything like that before
