We very rarely go to McDonald’s or Burger King (2-3 times a year at the kids’ request). Very important! Check bags! 95% of the time something is missing. The burgers are also a disaster. Simply disgusting. I'd rather get something from the Greek. E.g. A nice gyrospita.

The employee with the headset should probably be demoted to cleaning the parking lot! I complained about a McRib that had just a touch of sauce on it. The arrogant employee then slapped so much sauce on it that it was inedible.

Unfortunately it has become a rarity these days, but here the burgers are prepared to look good. Absolutely great!

Unfortunately, communication is quite difficult if an order is brought to the table incorrectly because some employees speak very little or hardly any German. I also had to ask several times whether the soap in the toilets would be refilled. This took forever and my food was already cold. Everything seems slightly chaotic and stressful in the store.

It's quite remarkable. If you are the only McD fast food restaurant in Hameln, you have two options. You're either super or super bad. This store is super bad. The buns are often dry and the burgers are carelessly thrown together. But what's much worse is that something is ALWAYS forgotten! Partial ingredients or whole burgers. The parking lot is a disaster which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to pull into a free parking lot and check the food. If you drive away and don't check, something is ALWAYS missing. So you have to laboriously drive out of the parking lot, check and then get back in line. Most of the time, the employees are personally offended and behave as if someone is trying to cheat them. Terrible personnel management and extremely poor organization. I'm very disappointed about it and hope there will be a competition soon that will do it better.

Repeats eating the wrong food or is missing something.

The store used to be of very poor quality, including when it came to the food, but now it has become really very good. The burgers are very well prepared, the fries are not limp but crispy, just like the chicken nuggets. The places are all clean, the toilets are clean and the staff is very friendly. So everything has changed very positively and you just say: Great, please keep it up!🙏

Ordering online is an absolute disaster and I'm probably not alone. There's always something missing, even if it's only 4 things you ordered and that's now for the 5th time in a row. Definitely not recommended to order.

As always, something was missing again, for me the last time I ordered something, I ordered 2 cola and got 1 Fanta and 1 cola, mc rib, way too much sauce and put it at the bottom of the bag and the rest on top (through a blender and it looks exactly like that) 🤮 , not even 5 minutes drive and everything is cold. They simply can't read and check whether everything is there. No, never again Mc Dirt, the dirt is far too expensive, do it yourself and you'll get 3 times as much for the price

Service poor, especially the guy in the kitchen

I used the fast food service at McDonald's. The speed of service and the accuracy of my order met my expectations. What was particularly impressive was how quickly the orders were prepared, even at peak times. However, I noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant and the untidy look of the tables. I would also have liked a larger selection of healthy food options on the menu. Overall, McDonald's is a good option for a quick and convenient meal, but there could be improvements in terms of cleanliness and menu variety.

Fast service as it should be :) Unfortunately, every third order is missing something... Today all the sauces and one CurlyFries were missing... but the order was really small (20 nuggets; 3 small burgers; 2 CurlyFries)... Next time check your order and then drive away! Update from March 4th, 2024 Unfortunately, yesterday my car broke down in their parking lot while I was waiting for my order.... apart from the fact that I received the wrong burgers again... I was complained about twice within 5 minutes that my car was there not allowed to stop -.- Then (probably) a manager came who was very unfriendly and then pushed my car into the disabled parking space, so that I couldn't get it out of there without help.... Luckily the customers were friendly enough to help me. For such an unfriendly action I have now deducted 2 stars from service.

Essen wie immer bei Mc Donald.... lecker Am Nachbartisch hatte ein Kind ein Getränk verschüttet, der Vater bat das Personal den Rest der auf dem Boden war wegzuwischen, war verständlicherweise für eine Serviette zu viel Flüssigkeit. Die Angestellte kam mit einem Wischer, verteilte alles großzügig, ging und kam nicht wieder..... der Fußboden schwamm dann noch länger, zum Glück ist keiner ausgerutscht. Das Personal war an dem Tag im allgemeinen sehr unmotiviert und unfreundlich

Hatten was zum mitnehmen gekauft. Nur leider wurden die Fritten vergessen und das haben wir erst zuhause gemerkt. Angerufen und bescheid gesagt.... der Manager hat schnell reagiert und uns als entschuldigt ein Mac Menü geschenkt.

Ist halt ein McDonalds. Schnelles Essen. Funktioniert. Zu Bemängeln ist einzig allein, wie bei allen MacD's, der Versuch auch als Hipper Lounge Abklatsch zu Punkten. Braucht kein Mensch. Schnelles Essen sollte die Devise Nr 1 sein.

Drive Inn, 2 Autos vor uns, 15 Minuten Wartezeit bis zur Bestellung, dann 5 Minuten am Kassenschalter um zu erfahren, dass es das Produkt nicht mehr gibt. Dann Alternative angeboten bekommen, die auch wieder 10 Minuten dauerte und dann auch noch lauwarm war. Fastfood geht besser.

Der Parkplatz und der Drive in sind platzbedingt eher suboptimal

Ein saubere Restaurant drinnen sowie draußen, freundliches Team. Man wird immer mit lächeln begrüßt. Minus Stern für defekte Klimaanlage in Restaurant und Kinderrutsche die ein klein Mangel hat. Wobei Personal versprochen hat sich drum zu kümmern. Vielen Dank schon mal vorab.

Alles freundlich, alles gut. Toiletten sahen auch sehr sauber aus aber der Geruch war schlimmer wie in einem "alten Bahnhosklo" die Kinder wollten sofort wieder raus!

Ein typischer McDonalds. Alles so wie man es auch erwartet. Hier ist es aber meiner Erfahrung nach immer sauber und die Bestellungen werden schnell abgearbeitet, so dass es keine lange Wartezeiten gibt. Für Autofahrer, empfehle ich den Ausweichparkplatz, da dieser deutlich geräumiger und nicht so eng ist wie der normale Parkplatz.

Leider war der Müll überfüllt und der Boden vollgekleckert. Tische voll mit Ketchup bei weitem nicht voll mit Gästen
