Well if you want hot and quick food you have to go to another bk, the food is usually cold and you sometimes wait 10 to 15 minutes for your food

The burgers are ice cold. The plant nuggets are hard and old. The fries are fine. Absolutely not recommended here.

We were there around midnight and I had a Fuze tea with my menu. We immediately noticed a smell at the drive-through window. We initially blamed it on the sewer, but the smell just wouldn't go away. Even when we got home it still smelled like that. So we looked for the origin of the smell and ultimately it turned out that the Fuze Tea smelled like sewage. We immediately poured out the Fuze tea and, just to be on the safe side, the other drink too. Afterwards I wanted to confront the person responsible and called them but of course no one answered. In addition, the food was soggy and looked like it had been warmed up again. I really wonder how the store can survive here.

Unfortunately I was there by car at 1:40 minutes in the morning. Date 21/7/24 A very bad employee treated me very badly even though I needed her help to order something. She didn't want to tell me her name and asked if I could talk to the shift manager. She ignored me the whole time. I'll never be such a rude employee Respect, I hope that things can change as soon as possible. Even though I told her I drove for almost two hours and I wanted her help, unfortunately she didn't want it Very very bad employee 👎🏻

Unfortunately we waited far too long... employees seemed uncoordinated. One employee only prepared the citizens.

Half of the order was missing (burger was missing, sugar cinnamon was missing), the specially ordered bacon was ice cold and soggy, the churros were doughy, the Pepsi only tasted like sweetener even though it wasn't Zero. The curly fries were crispy and delicious.

Food was very bad, the iced tea smelled like rotten eggs and the burgers tasted like they were 3 days old and then steamed in old oil. It also took a very long time before you could even eat it. Because it probably took 20 minutes

Picked up food. Saw at home that there were short black hairs on the burger. Order was not complete. Long waiting time.

Unfortunately, every time I want a crack or a shake, usually in the evening, the ice cream machine is broken... wonder how often a machine can be broken... You urgently need a new one

Unfortunately the stay there was very bad. Tables floor stuck everywhere. Yes, you could eat it, but you couldn't eat it anymore.

Didn't know that it was new that the bacon at Burgerking was served cold on the burger. In addition, my nugget burger stone was hard, paid a nice 20 euros and half was thrown away. This was the second and last time in Wolfsburg.

Update: After more than a year we tried again. Unfortunately nothing has changed. The hiring criterion seems to be maximum incompetence. Unfortunately this is the only BC branch in Wob. It is regularly shown how planned and incompetent the team there is. However, this is probably due to the management there. So I've given up hope of improvement and am avoiding the store.

Small but clean. The food is just like any Burger King. What I miss, as in every BK, is the table service that McDonalds already offers.

Super bad service. Due to language barriers, the staff often doesn't understand the order, even after repeating it several times (and that's with a 3-digit coupon number). It feels like the wrong burgers are packed into the order every time. Once even a normal long chicken instead of the plant-based (the packaging even said plant-based). It really doesn't work at all. Also extremely slow, even though there is little going on. The ice cream maker has been broken for over 6 months and there doesn't seem to be any effort to get a new one. Never again!!! Better to go to McDonalds - 1000x better!!!

Really every time you go to Burger King, things are forgotten or given out cold and they are usually not nice when you ask about the missing things. It's impossible

Half of our food was missing. What was there was cold. The fries were so flabby that not even the children ate them. There were no squeezes in the children's menu either, but we only found out when the children noticed and asked. I will NEVER enter this store AGAIN. I was really disappointed.

Defective ice cream machine: The ice cream machine in this Burger King restaurant has been broken for what feels like a year. For me, as a lover of soft ice cream, this is of course particularly annoying, but this could also be a big drawback for families with children. The fact that the machine is taking so long to repair is incomprehensible and shows a lack of service. Increased obligation to pay in cash: To make matters worse, this isn't the first time that this Burger King only accepts cash payments. Nowadays it should actually be standard to be able to pay by card, especially in a fast food restaurant with walk-in customers. This restriction causes unnecessary hassle and makes it unnecessarily complicated to go out to eat. Conclusion: Due to the problems described, I unfortunately cannot recommend this Burger King restaurant. The lack of reliability when ordering, the broken ice cream machine and the restriction on cash payment make visiting the restaurant a frustrating experience. I hope that these problems will improve in the future so that I can visit Burger King again with a clear conscience.

Waiting time about 15-20 minutes for 2 citizens and one onion ring. Due to the long waiting times, there were of course more and more waiting customers. Even though there were 10 people working there, everything seemed quite uncoordinated. The burgers were lukewarm (cheese didn't even melt). The onion rings were at room temperature. The toilet and seating were a bit dirty. I didn't see any gloves on the hands of the "cooks" when preparing food. If I hadn't been so hungry and if this hadn't been the first stop on a big trip, I would have asked for my money back. However, hunger drives him in.

Long waiting times (over 20 minutes) for 2 burgers and not much going on. Employees look visibly bored and are taking all the time in the world. So this is not a “fast food” restaurant. Never again.

It's a real shame how much the quality of the service and especially the food fluctuates. I now prefer to drive to Lehrte rather than order here. 7 out of 10 orders are wrong and almost always the burgers are not warm or are already hard, which is a shame...

Dirty, no music, order incomplete and cold... But the employees were nice and cleaned the table when asked...

I found it very unpleasant that in the men's restroom there was NO soap to wash hands, I asked the Manager and they only gave me a couple of wet wipes... terrible service... and lack of hygiene.

Burger King is actually a FAST food chain, but the food here is anything but fast. You can go to a restaurant and the meal doesn't take any longer.

Unfortunately not so good anymore. I like to eat the chili cheeseburgers and lately they've either been cold or the jalapenos taste rancid... it feels like too many burgers are prepared and then sit on the display for ages.

My colleagues enjoyed the food. Everything looked good so far. What really put me off is the cleanliness of the restaurant. From the entrance, through the entire restaurant to the toilets, we were glued to the floor at every step. This continued with the furniture. Very disappointing.

Food is dripping with fat, that's how it tastes, service is bad, unfriendly and very slow. I try it every year and am always disappointed with the store... the worst BK I know.

The children could actually choose the toys themselves. But no, Sure said everything is already there. 2024: the food has gotten better, no more stomach problems afterwards and it's hot and fresh. I'll adjust the review accordingly When we're on the go and don't have time, Burger King is an alternative, especially because of the vegan selection. It's unbelievable how slow and insecure the employees here are. Here, too, it is important to learn the language of the country in which you are located as soon as you serve customers.

Employees preferred to chat among themselves in their local language. It wasn't clean. But that's normal when it's in full operation.

By raising the chairs you were kindly asked to eat faster. The high-pressure cleaner was then used. The atmosphere there is great, friendly and inviting. Time 10:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Faster service, warm burgers and clean ambience ☆

The food was quite good. It took a while because we had special requests, but it was still quite pleasantly hot. It was something different. I usually always go to the big M. As far as the ambience goes, I have to say it's more for adults. I still know both of them; it was designed more for families and children and was more friendly and colorful. Seems rather bleak and unimaginative.

My Big King was not good on 2 different days. The meat was marginal and unfortunately didn't taste fresh.

I was there in the drive earlier, the burger and fries weren't even lukewarm. Large fries are somehow a small package. BUT THE BEST: I was cheated out of 2 euros. Thank you, never again.

Very nice shop, it was very good for a Burger King. When we got there it was already very late. It was so late that the doors were connected and you could only get out upon request, that's a bit freaky...

After I ordered, the Cuntry Fries were missing (they were already sold out...) But didn't offer anything as an alternative. The children were missing the “Quetschi” When asked, they also said that it was sold out and that they had no right to anything comparable, as the Quetschi was just a gift for King Jr. So we will avoid this store in the future.

The dog 🐕 was buried at 10:30 in the morning...no one in the store. The occasional waitress was hiding somewhere at the back of the kitchen. To order you first have to call loudly for someone until they slowly come trotting up. Eating takeaway actually went so quickly. The price was also ok because we were able to use coupons and it tasted quite good.

Was here again after a long time. It was a great sight when you walked in. An employee sat with her cell phone in her hand in the corner where guests usually wait for their orders. When someone asked her something, she couldn't really help. Shortly before we were about to complete our order, another employee came out of the kitchen and said there was only chicken available today, nothing else was available today. We didn't care why, but it was actually an impossibility. The shop was in a clean condition. The waiting time was also more than long. The next visit will not be here.

Was there today... there was no beef at all, just chicken, but the coupons could still be scanned. While I was paying, an employee came up to another group and said there was no beef. In a not so friendly tone they then asked me why I had taken beef. (Had a coupon and already paid). Instead of a double cheeseburger (part of the coupon) I only got a nuggets burger. In addition, I ordered a crispy chicken burger, which I didn't have in the bag, instead I also had a chicken nuggets citizen which only costs €2.79 and the crispy chicken for which I paid €5.49. So I paid more again... the store wasn't nearly full or anything like that. A pity!

Today I went to Burger King and the food was incredibly delicious. I ordered spicy Checken and King’s crunchy Checken. And the service was great 👌👌I want to eat there again 😋😋

I ordered a Big King and got a Whopper Jr. When I asked why I got this, they said they didn't have any other papers. Unfortunately I can't verify this as I don't remember there being another paper. But the sandwich was much smaller. Besides me, there was a couple in the entire room who had already received the sandwiches they had ordered. My order took 12 minutes to complete. So I was the only one waiting for the sandwich I ordered to be ready. The service is a bit slow. But there are guests who get a sandwich for free and without queuing. I see that there is a new team because that wasn't the case a long time ago. There wasn't that long of a wait as there was no one there except me.

Been there today. 6 visible employees on site. Stood at the checkout for 7 minutes without a hello or greeting. 4 more customers in the restaurant. After another 10 minutes of waiting at the place we got almost cold Whoppers that were already in the warmer. Wedges charred. I can only advise every paying customer to avoid THIS location.

Bigking and whopper always works

Katastrophe.. Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll.. Bei meiner Bestellung haben mehrere sachen gefehlt. Burger waren Kalt -Schafft diese SB Terminals ab. -Stellt Personal ein das motiviert ist/oder schafft das Personal komplett ab und automatisiert alles.. Ein schrecklicher Trend. Alle paar Jahre esse ich Mal was dort aber der Abwärtstrend bleibt bestehen.

Burger King ist immer noch etwas Besonderes, das bessere Mc Donald's. Dank der Bestelltableaus erhält man das Essen sehr schnell und alles ist auch noch heiß.

Essen war schnell fertig ...aber das Fleisch kalt, das brot hart und der salat dunkel

Essen ist kalt gewesen, habe bescheid gesagt und meine Zwiebelringe würden einfach noch mal frittiert richtig eklig habe keine neuen bekommen Keine Seife auf Toilette und das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich

Obwohl das Restaurant nicht besonders voll gewesen war, haben wir, drei, 40 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Der einzige Trost, die Anderen erging es nicht besser. Man hätte vielleicht darauf hingewiesen können, daß es etwas länger dauern könnte.

Toiletten ohne Seife. Verschmutzungen überall, überquellende Abfallstationen. Unterirdisch!

Habe bei Burger King schon unterschiedliche und meist schlechte Erlebnisse gehabt. Hari an diesem Standort ist wirklich der beste Mitarbeiter den ich je in einer Franchise Gastro begegnet bin. Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz, Auftritt absolut top, immer weiter so und alles Gute!

Jedesmal auf's neue die Bestellung nicht auf die Reihe bekommen. Ist es denn wirklich so schwer eine Bestellung mit den auf dem Tablett liegenden Artikel abzugleichen? Ein Teil fehlt, ein anderer ist falsch .... und das jedesmal

Der Mitarbeiter der uns bediente war megaaa! Super gute Laune gehabt, Essen/Getränke waren perfekt. In der kurzen Zeit in der wir im Gespräch waren, wurde viel gelacht und gescherzt. Wenn wir wieder in Wolfsburg sind, kommen wir definitiv nochmal bei euch vorbei!

Das Burger King in Wolfsburg, hat einen hohen Standard, was das Essen und Sauberkeit angeht. Alle Angestellten sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier kann jeder in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, seine Pause machen.
