I've never been inside, but I drive past it quite often. It stinks. Unfortunately, there's a traffic light in front of the shop where I often have to stop. I ride a motorcycle. The stench I have to endure is disgusting. Not even ten horses could persuade me to eat there.

The worst Whopper I've ever eaten. It was almost cold, with three tiny bits of lettuce and sauce scraped onto a quarter of the top half. My wife's burger was just as bad, and the kebab-style fries were inedible. They tasted like they'd been pre-digested. Never again! 🤮🤮🤮

The worst place ever! Only three tables were occupied. So, not exactly busy. Trash on the floor, the tables hadn't been wiped. One person was sitting at a table and had apparently "slept" there. The food was cold. When we complained, they gave us back the half-eaten burger after reheating it. What kind of hygiene is that? In a hotel, food that's been on a guest's table or buffet isn't allowed back into the kitchen; it has to be thrown away. At Burger King, food that's already been in a guest's mouth is allowed to go right back in the oven.

The food was great, no question. But you couldn't understand a single employee. At the drive-thru, they only spoke broken German; I had to explain what I wanted on my phone. Perhaps they should consider hiring a German-speaking person. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The screen displaying orders has been broken for over a month. As a result, we have to listen to the number being called out by the staff. This is particularly unpleasant when it's noisy. Things like this should be repaired or replaced immediately.

Waited over 17 minutes for my food!!! This morning, shortly after 10 a.m., I thought I'd quickly try a "King of the Month" meal at Burger King in Wolfsburg. So I ordered at the drive-thru and headed out. Or so I thought... I ordered the King of the Month meal without onions. After 15 minutes, I started to get a little impatient and asked the friendly staff if I should come back later and what might be causing the long wait. Two of the very (un)friendly employees immediately replied that the fryer had to be made ready before they could process my order. After a good 17 minutes, I finally received my order in an unfriendly tone and (instead of without onions as ordered) with onions. The fries were, as expected, fresh and hot, but the burger was almost cold again, perhaps because of the onions, which I didn't even want...

Ordering the King Junior menu isn't possible at the vending machine. It's shown in the vending machine menu, though. The cashier is completely bored, and you can tell she has zero interest. You can resol her shoes for everything she does.

Incompetent and even rude staff when you complain about incorrect orders. No hello, no thank you, no please, no goodbye. Not recommended!

In Wolfsburg, the Autostadt (auto city), where everything gleams, rolls, and whirs—where even the sidewalks look as if they were cast for four-wheelers—I really only wanted one thing: to enjoy a well-made burger at the Burger King drive-thru. You drive past facades that smell of efficiency, parking spaces so spacious you almost think you've accidentally landed on a test track for SUV reverse gear sensors. Everything seems bigger, more grand, more car-friendly. A place where even braking looks somehow elegant. But then: the drive-thru. I expected the entrance to roll out like a carpet of asphalt beneath my tires, perhaps with some symphonic rumble in the background—instead: sober sadness. No glitz, no glamour, no "Welcome, Drivers!", just plain concrete, loudspeakers, a menu board. I almost played a fanfare on my phone to save the mood. In a fit of experimental daring, I opted for the Kebab Style Lover, a symbiosis of a burger and a doner kebab, the best of both worlds. At least according to the packaging. In reality, however, the whole thing was so disappointing that you'd think someone had briefly lost touch with the flavor department while developing this product. It didn't smell like a doner kebab, it didn't taste like a burger, and somewhere in between, someone seemed to have forgotten to include any flavor at all. Every bite is a mystery. You can't help but wonder if the person who invented the product ever tried it themselves—or if they preferred to leave that to an artificial intelligence that had never eaten anything hot. I love burgers. I love doner kebabs. But this thing is neither one nor the other—and the symbiosis here is more at the quantum level: theoretically present, practically undetectable. By comparison: A decent doner pizza delivers more culinary harmony in one random bite than this burger in its entire existence. The Kebab Style Lover is simply the saddest taste experiment I've ever experienced. And yet – 3 stars. Not because it deserves them, but because the Wolfsburg staff can't help it that somewhere in burger headquarters, someone decided to marry imitation meat, flatbread fantasy, and conceptual chaos. Conclusion: Drive-thru in Wolfsburg: functional, emotionless, car-friendly. Burger: experimental failure. Me: hungry, but one experience richer.

Unfortunately, I accidentally pressed "send" on Lieferando before I finished writing, and now I can't edit/change the review. This is the first and last time we'll order from here. - Instead of brownie ice cream, I got a hot brownie (price difference). - My husband ordered two double burgers and left out a few things. Only one burger came, also not a double, and with pickles, which he had left out, for example. - I keep trying to call, but no one answers. Very, very bad. NEVER AGAIN

Worst Burger King in all of Germany. It has absolutely nothing to do with fast food. At the drive-thru, you wait at least 20 minutes, but only if there's no one in front of you. Otherwise, you wait twice as long. Some items on the menu, like a Hot Blondie, are never available. Absolutely incompetent staff; the place is simply awful.

It's a disaster there. The employees are desperate, the wait times are long, and every time they pack the wrong things or something is missing. Instead of Coke, I got schnapps. I got regular Nagels, vegan. Cheeseburgers without pickles are packed with pickles. I got mayo instead of ketchup. Ordered churros with chocolate sauce! I got them without sauce. Awful!!!!!

I highly recommend it; everything was excellent. There was a minor oversight by the staff, but they made it right and were friendly.

Just a regular Burger King. The computers almost always work, and you can also order and pay manually at the cash register. I don't think it's one of the cleanest Burger Kings, but it's not dirty either. In general, I prefer Burger King to McD's because it's juicier with more fillings, and the "buns" actually taste like something, not like the plain buns they use at McD's. Here, they also have whole onion rings and tomatoes on them, not just counted crumbs...

I visit Burger King regularly and am impressed every time. The burgers are fresh, juicy and have that unmistakable, delicious taste. I particularly like the large selection of menus and the ability to customize. The staff is always friendly and strives to provide guests with quick and pleasant service. The restaurants are clean and cozy - perfect for a short break or a meal with friends. A special highlight is the unbeatable price-performance ratio. If you are looking for good quality at fair prices, you have come to the right place! I always enjoy coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered, but didn't get anything. The money was debited. Fraudster! According to the timetable, the food arrived, so I haven't seen my money.

Unfortunately, there's just a sign on the door saying the salad is out. There's nothing posted at the ordering terminal, and nothing's said either. The menu only comes with a napkin, and there are no fries for the large burger. Unfortunately, there's no self-service napkin stand either. Luckily, I had tissues with me.

I got less than I ordered – but at full price. Especially with the children's menus, it's noticeable that the portions are getting smaller, not squashed, while the prices are constantly rising. Very disappointing! When I complain, they say we're just employees... a disaster.

The customers were very bad. I came to the restaurant, and there was one worker who was doing a very bad job throughout the entire restaurant.

This restaurant is constantly being criticized for not cleaning the tables and floor, even when there's no one around. The employees prefer to have private conversations rather than wipe down or sweep the tables. Of course, we're talking about fast food, but I still don't like sitting down or stepping in other people's leftovers... The burgers seem to have been warmed up/kept warm rather than freshly prepared.

An absolute disaster yesterday. The kids' menu couldn't be ordered from the vending machines. I had to wait 35 minutes for three kids' menus and one regular menu. They also had to ask me several times what I had ordered. That was the worst and last visit to this BK branch.

Problem at Burger King: There are often significant delays in preparing food for Uber, Lieferando.de, and Wolt drivers. We sincerely hope this issue will be resolved, as it is severely impacting their work.

The kitchen was closed 20 minutes before closing time. Employees are fooling around and deliberately trying to scare customers out of the store with loud noises. Customer-friendly is something else entirely!

I tried churros for the first time. They were delicious with the caramel on top. I bought more two days later because I'm so hooked.

Went there for the first time in ages, and it was simply disastrous. We used a coupon for cheddar sauce and wondered why it wasn't available. We had to go back and ask. The answer: sold out. Why not mention it when ordering? Then I'll just order something else. No matter. The burger I received was simply cold. I've never experienced anything like that at any restaurant. Because I was incredibly hungry, I ate the burger. It tasted like it was two weeks old. That's what I expected. The best part was that my friend's chicken still had a decent bone in the meat. Just imagine a child swallowing that. It was the crowning glory of this feast. I've never eaten anywhere as bad as this.

We ordered food from the drive-thru. The burger was supposed to be plain – it wasn't. The menu was supposed to be small, but it wasn't. The drink was supposed to be iced tea… Spoiler alert – it wasn't. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we got home because we didn't check. The food was hot, but my husband couldn't eat his burger because it wasn't plain… That was our last visit.

It's just a fast food joint, what can you say? The staff was very nice. However, the tables and high chairs should be wiped down more often.

Ordered two Whoppers with cheese, the packaging says with cheese... No cheese on either Whopper... Otherwise as expected

The restaurant wasn't full. Maybe about 10 people. Two people ahead of me and I were waiting for our food. After 10 minutes, I started wondering if this was a fast food restaurant. Okay, after waiting 15 minutes, I was sure my food would be freshly prepared.

BURGER KING WOLFSBURG simply cannot be recommended today we went there to eat with family the tables were very dirty left over from the food left over from the sauce was simply disgusting my husband went to the cashier and was NICE! Asked for the table to be cleaned after 30 minutes someone was there the woman was so unfriendly and disgusting and asked me if the place was dirty such a cheeky person I would have told them to leave but she immediately wiped our table with a rag and in her anger the rag jumped onto the dirty floor. She pinned the rag up and washed other tables. I was completely shocked no dirt, but there were already bacteria on the rag. She wiped other tables. Enjoy your meal!!!

Generally, I can recommend Burger King. However, during peak hours, they're often understaffed, which you'll notice in the wait time of a good 25 minutes. The burgers are also poorly assembled. Generally, though, the place is clean, and when it's not too busy, it's a good Burger King.

Burgers and fries are definitely a hit.

Pretty bad service and food, the staff are arrogant and constantly trying to cheat the customers. The machine often doesn't work, and at the checkout, the employee charged us €1 more than the machine. In the end, they just said, "That's the way it is; if we want to accept it, it's only with this higher price." Something was always missing... A total feeling of cheating as a customer, never experienced such a bad Burger King branch... I'd rather eat fast food somewhere else.

I had two XXL Burgers delivered via Lieferando. Both were cold and came with cheese on top, even though I explicitly requested that it be omitted when ordering. The phone number is unavailable, making it impossible to file a complaint. NEVER AGAIN via delivery service!!!!!!

A branch that has lost a lot of weight. The staff are unfriendly when they make mistakes. They can't speak or read German properly. If you can't read, you can't prepare food. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit here in Wolfsburg.

I sat about 2m away from the counter. The number was not displayed, the screen was black and not announced. When I finally got the pile of food after standing on the counter for 5-6 minutes, the number was called out, everything was cold and the burgers were completely dry. I have never had such a bad experience. Horrible, and that after at least 30 minutes of waiting. I found the staff to be rude. I really had to control myself before throwing these delicacies across the counter. Absolute nerve for the price. Even with good intentions and really hungry, this is the worst thing you can do in Wolfsburg. Absolutely embarrassing for the chain. And that's actually being too nice. All the guests seemed pissed off at the staff.

I have to agree with many of the people who have spoken before me. The wait was extremely long, about 30 minutes. The display was apparently broken, and the lady at the counter mumbled the order number so much that she was incomprehensible. So our food sat on the counter for about 5 minutes. At some point, she repeated the number and started shouting that it had already been announced. I told her she could say it loudly and audibly. There was no response. In the end, unlike other guests, we had everything we ordered on our trays, but the fries were cold and soggy, and the burgers were cold and dry. The disposable cardboard container was already half soaked, so you were afraid it would collapse while you were drinking. Due to the high price, the long wait, and the poor quality of the food, I can't recommend that place at all. An absolute disgrace for the chain.

Large parking and never crowded.

Clean and tidy, but incredibly slow in serving customers. On top of that, things get forgotten so often, and the constant lack of ordered items is simply unacceptable, even if you don't eat there often.

I haven't been here in a long time and was disappointed. The burgers were cold and soggy, the fries were soggy and not good, and I paid 14 euros for them.

Half-raw (diarrhea + tonsillitis), unhygienic, unfriendly. Impossible to add up. Tried again...cold again after two minutes, half-raw. Diarrhea immediately, etc. Mop used and the food picked up again without hesitation. Absolutely a case for the health department. Nope.

Typical Burger King branch. We had to wait quite a long time for our two orders. My tortilla was tasty, but there was barely anything in it. I don't know if that was intentional. I certainly won't order it again.

I tried this Burger King surrounded by parking lots and overlooking the Wolksvagen, but maybe I didn't have to. The food is full of sauces and weird things that aren't there elsewhere. When you order a children's menu, they even make you choose which sandwich to take but then they give you a completely different sandwich. The staff does not even speak English so if you are a tourist and you want to know which order has been called you must approach and show the number or see if the order has what you have taken.

Basically, everything was fine. Unfortunately, I can't rate the staff's speed in preparing the food, as we were alone and the food was ready in just a few minutes. The food was prepared properly. The shop itself was clean.

It is striking how often you get cold orders here, no matter how full the restaurant is, and how often the things just taste old and sticky. Not to be recommended in any case.

As always here, no napkins are provided at the drive-thru. That's it for me with this Burger King. If they're already cutting corners on such obvious things, how can the quality of the food possibly be?

Almost every time they miss to give something while I go through drive in.. this is unfair... Almost in every order they miss an item.. before you drive away please check your order... I started picking up my order on the counter and avoided the drive in. Updated: it's getting better these days..

The staff are incredibly confused and constantly manage to make at least three mistakes on a menu. It's simply unbelievable! You can also tell they're constantly running around and always seem overwhelmed!

Crazy, if I had known/seen that before ordering at the terminal, I would have fled. When we finished ordering, which actually went quickly, and we were looking for a seat, it became clear that this definitely wasn't a very busy place, but that's partly down to the customers. After 45 minutes, we asked when our order would be ready and were told we'd just have to wait, they'd mixed something up, and if it didn't suit us, we could leave. When I then said I'd like to cancel, they said it wasn't possible, and then, 5 minutes later, the food was ready, but others who had arrived before us still hadn't had anything. So, the staff deserves a solid 6, and the place should really be booming because of its great location. But if the staff is always like this, nothing surprises me.

My review for Burger Keng: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The employee in charge was inattentive and didn't do her job properly, which negatively impacted the service. I hope the customer service improves in the future.

I bought a Big King XXL for 9 euros. It was cold, and the meat had all sorts of weird spots. I didn't want a new one.

The value for money was not at all good. The food was extremely overpriced and the quality was very poor. The burgers barely had any toppings, and the salad was very soggy. The wait for the food was very long. Fries were missing when the order was opened at home. Otherwise, the atmosphere is modern and clean.

Fast food at a massively overpriced price. The food is often lukewarm, almost cold. The staff often seems overwhelmed. The restrooms aren't clean, and the tablet cart isn't either; it's overflowing. Tables are often dirty or greasy... Burger King lives up to its name and image in this "restaurant"...

The counter staff are VERY slow! It takes at least 10 minutes for the order to reach the customer! Result! Fries are lukewarm, as are burgers and the like! The worst bakery I've been to in a long time!

Like every GK. Unfortunately, a lack of staff is probably the reason that most of the tables are not cleaned even though there were hardly any guests at 10 p.m.

Yesterday after celebrating we stopped at Burger King to grab something to take with us on the way home. Although there was almost nothing going on, it took about 25 minutes until we received our orders, unfortunately it has nothing to do with fast food. The staff didn't seem like they knew what they were doing, they were very welcoming and unfortunately communication wasn't satisfactory either. At least the wrap, fries and burger were very tasty and made up for the rest.

Checked when I took it with me because unfortunately it happened to me the second time that something was missing, although with her packing list it was colored green something like that shouldn't happen.

Terrible experience. We ordered BK through Uber Eats and they did not deliver part of our order. We complained and got no response at all. Zero respect to the client.

Employees definitely understaffed on a Saturday 2 at the checkout, 1 in the kitchen and 1 at the drive in. Waiting times are far too long and the work speed is zero. There is garbage in the kitchen and behind the checkout in the form of crumpled bags, cloths, etc. No cloth is placed on the bags of fries but rather they are touched with bare hands and served on the tablet while the employee scratches their axel beforehand. Very hygienic and appetizing.

I would have given zero stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. Disappointed for the second time. Everything was old - the bun was hard, the meat was dry, everything was bad. Never again

Modern BK with ordering terminals, drive-in, children's playground and high seats for children. The products weren't prepared very quickly, but they were all very well prepared and with enough sauce and so on (that's what we often save on).

The worst Burger King in my entire life! Even worse than the one in Remscheid, which had to close. No toilet paper in the women's toilet, bored employees who didn't even give the order number. “It’s up there!” Ummmmm no! The screen is black!!! Rolli was behind the cash register. We ate the burgers right in the parking lot. They were cold!!! But it's no wonder if the burgers are ready before the fries even go into the deep fryer. Never experienced such a terrible BurgerKing. And that in over 40 years.

We wanted to get something at the drive-thru. There was nothing going on in either the restaurant or the drive-in. We had to wait at the order counter for minutes before we could even order. We then paid at the next window and waited for our order. We only ordered one portion of churros. We stood there for probably 10 minutes while the employees walked around aimlessly and, to top it off, one of them watched videos on his cell phone while preparing the food. We then drove and received our order from McDonald's from very friendly staff and at a reasonable pace.

Unfortunately not recommended, you can only order at the terminal. So there are other stores Burgerking no longer needs it!!

All employees should be replaced, even the supervisors. The waiting times are very long and when you ask why, you are told that this is how it is with us. If you don't like the situation, you can leave.
