Terrible experience. We ordered BK through Uber Eats and they did not deliver part of our order. We complained and got no response at all. Zero respect to the client.

worst burger king experience ever. i waited for my order for over 20 minutes even tho there were 2 people infront of me. the food has been laying there the whole time. the stuff did not care. when i got the food it was already cold, also coke was watery and without ice.

Employees are damn slow. I am patience personified. However, we were 4th in line, right after the opening and we waited 30 minutes. And even “walking” was a stroll. Order was not complete (it can happen sometimes, but more than one thing was missing...) It was good that the food was warm

Employees definitely understaffed on a Saturday 2 at the checkout, 1 in the kitchen and 1 at the drive in. Waiting times are far too long and the work speed is zero. There is garbage in the kitchen and behind the checkout in the form of crumpled bags, cloths, etc. No cloth is placed on the bags of fries but rather they are touched with bare hands and served on the tablet while the employee scratches their axel beforehand. Very hygienic and appetizing.

I would have given zero stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. Disappointed for the second time. Everything was old - the bun was hard, the meat was dry, everything was bad. Never again

I visit Burger King regularly and am impressed every time. The burgers are fresh, juicy and have that unmistakable, delicious taste. I particularly like the large selection of menus and the ability to customize. The staff is always friendly and strives to provide guests with quick and pleasant service. The restaurants are clean and cozy - perfect for a short break or a meal with friends. A special highlight is the unbeatable price-performance ratio. If you are looking for good quality at fair prices, you have come to the right place! I always enjoy coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Modern BK with ordering terminals, drive-in, children's playground and high seats for children. The products weren't prepared very quickly, but they were all very well prepared and with enough sauce and so on (that's what we often save on).

Toilets full of piss I had to wait an hour for my food and I'm stinking angry

The worst Burger King in my entire life! Even worse than the one in Remscheid, which had to close. No toilet paper in the women's toilet, bored employees who didn't even give the order number. “It’s up there!” Ummmmm no! The screen is black!!! Rolli was behind the cash register. We ate the burgers right in the parking lot. They were cold!!! But it's no wonder if the burgers are ready before the fries even go into the deep fryer. Never experienced such a terrible BurgerKing. And that in over 40 years.

We wanted to get something at the drive-thru. There was nothing going on in either the restaurant or the drive-in. We had to wait at the order counter for minutes before we could even order. We then paid at the next window and waited for our order. We only ordered one portion of churros. We stood there for probably 10 minutes while the employees walked around aimlessly and, to top it off, one of them watched videos on his cell phone while preparing the food. We then drove and received our order from McDonald's from very friendly staff and at a reasonable pace.

Unfortunately not recommended, you can only order at the terminal. So there are other stores Burgerking no longer needs it!!

All employees should be replaced, even the supervisors. The waiting times are very long and when you ask why, you are told that this is how it is with us. If you don't like the situation, you can leave.

If you're in the mood for cold, sticky burgers, this is the place for you.

I was there last night. The branch was closed for a longer period of time. After reopening, the branch gave me a very clean impression. Also, I accidentally ordered something wrong. This was kindly corrected by the Burgerking employee. Thanks!

The citizens were COLD (almost like they came from the refrigerator) and after asking whether they could get a warm citizen they would only be warmed up in the microwave. And after further inquiries about whether you could get another one, it was answered in the negative. (An absurdity) The toilet facility was very unhygienic and disgusting. And overall very dirty. I would not recommend the store!!!!!!!

Burgers were cold and only warmed up in the microwave after complaining. The floor of the toilets was extremely wet (puddle formation) and dirty, even in dry weather and at lunchtime (1 p.m.) This shop is not recommended

The kids enjoyed their King Jr. menu. The lady at the checkout then informed us that the Quetschis (dessert) were out. I asked what alternative there is. The answer was that it was just a gift so we didn't get anything. It's a shame since you're paying for it. Similar to the cool answer, the heating system is probably also set, we were very cold there and quickly drove off again. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this BurgerKing.

Typical BK branch, clean and good service, order was prepared quickly despite a few extra requests and everything met my expectations. There are WiFi and USB ports to charge your phone

Several things that were ordered are missing A burger had to be replaced twice because the first was cold and the second was rancid (probably left under the heat lamp for too long until the cheese had dry edges). The service sucks If you complain, the store manager will look at you stupidly the entire time until you leave the country And when we swapped the burger for the second time we had to explain why The store itself. Well, as usual at Burger King Nothing swept, no tables wiped and the garbage truck was full to the brim! Never go to this place again!

Even though there was exactly one car in front of us, we waited at the drive-in for almost 30 minutes. When we took our order we were asked to wait a moment. Then there was no more announcement for over 10 minutes. After we ordered and drove up to the window, we were ignored for another 10 minutes. When we asked, we were told that the order would be coming soon. The employee then grabbed the bag, placed it on a table and disappeared. When asked again and called several times by a colleague, the employee came back, mumbled snarky words and handed us the bag. Almost 30 minutes of waiting for a few burgers that were actually ready long ago, just because of an unmotivated and uncoordinated employee.

Cold burger, should be warmed up in the microwave after the employee touched the unpacked burger with his finger. There was no milk for the coffee and no sauce for the nuggets. We'd rather go back to McDonald's...the store looks good me never again .

There are one or two language problems and there are often problems with the food, other citizens than ordered, etc.

I ordered at the terminal and sat in the corner because the screen with the order number kept going on and off and after a short while I stopped paying attention. Every few seconds someone shouted something incomprehensible across the store. When my meal (takeaway) was ready, the guy yelled at me incomprehensibly, I only roughly understood that he called out 3 times. The food was cold despite being picked up shortly after it was picked up (approx. 5 minutes), the burger was cold and the naggets were cold, at least the drink wasn't warm. So all in all I won't go there again

9 p.m. Door closed. 10 open orders left. 2 completed in 20 minutes. Impossible, some customers have to leave the store, the others can stay seated... waited over 40 minutes for a coffee, a Sprite and two churros

Long waiting time 30 minutes despite moderate crowds, the food was almost cold and not what was ordered e.g. extra onions missed and unfriendly staff + the toilets were very disgusting everywhere there was urine on the walls on the floor and on the toilets not very nice I will not recommend going to this Burger King I personally will never go there again

Before Corona, I used to go there quite often at night when I was out with friends. It was nice to sit around there for a long time, chat and have a good time. It was open around the clock, there was music playing and, despite being a fast food chain, it somehow had a pretty pleasant atmosphere for a store like this. In the last few years I've been out and about less and therefore less often at Burger King. Today I was there for the first time since the reopening and was almost shocked. The store really doesn't radiate anything anymore. You feel incredibly uncomfortable. The staff can barely speak German and the food takes forever. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. You could perhaps start by ensuring that one employee doesn't disappear and then chats with an acquaintance at their desk. I don't expect particularly high quality food in the fast food sector. But unfortunately this has decreased enormously compared to before. It doesn't taste as good as it used to and is also relatively cold. I live 5 minutes away by car. When I got home the food was almost completely cold. If you compare the Burger King Wolfsburg from 2019 to the one from 2024, there is such a big difference between them.

Open until 9 p.m. Then even at 8:45 p.m. they no longer wanted to accept orders - a shame. Please also adjust the opening times :)

It wasn't full...but you still had to wait a long time to order...drinks were only slightly carbonated...it tasted stale...and the people weren't warm either...never come back! !!

From 8:30 p.m. all doors (emergency exits) are locked, you can no longer leave the store and you have to ask an employee to open the door every time so you can leave. When we asked why this was being done, we were told "we do it like this 30 minutes before the end of the day."

Nothing is going on and the simplest order takes 20 minutes today. Nuggets old, cold and hard. Burger pattie is swimming with fat and tastes old. Why renovate the place if the food tastes like it's antique?

Absolutely lousy service. Very slow service and the tables in the store were not wiped down. Tray overflowed and food was only partially cold. Only the fries were good. In any case, Burger King Wolfsburg won't see me again.

The tables are all dirty, you're stuck to the floor and the return tray is overflowing with rubbish.

The breading of the chicken pieces on my chicken burger were really hard, I think it had been sitting for a while! The first cheeseburger was completely cold. After the complaint I got one with a warmed bun but the meat they took from a pot, I think they cooked before, was cold. My second comment that it was cold was followed by the rude statement "It's because of the cold cheese!" It's a shame that Burger King doesn't send its own testers and withdraws the French licenses from such stores!

Sometimes the door is simply locked by the cleaner before the end of the day, even though there are still customers in the store. (Deprivation of freedom???) In addition, escape routes must under no circumstances be blocked, for example in the event of a fire.

No soap in the toilet, the pickup screen was broken, the number calls were super quiet, the burger was cold, the tray drop-off was full. That's what happens when franchisees are squeezed like lemons.

Supposedly open until 9 p.m.......you can't get anything at 8:20 p.m. or the door is locked

So a very big disappointment, staff miserable, no one can communicate with you. For a menu you wait over half an hour for 2 cheeseburgers and fries. Just a pile of junk, none of the employees make any effort. And the one in the black shirt doesn't even want to lend a hand and thinks he's the biggest and just looks down at the employees. So Burger King definitely needs to help, otherwise they could just close the shop!

This Burger King is inedible I was recently in one in Göttingen (gets 5 stars) the difference is like night and day, everything here tastes kind of like shit but I wonder why because it should always taste the same in Germany, well you can't eat there...

Tried to order on the drive in a good mood, the good lady escalated at the first item (ice cream) and hissed at us with a list of everything they didn't have. In a tone that I didn't expect. We sat back and then let ourselves be pampered at MCDONALD'S. Juice shop! (If the juice isn't completely out again) (OLD)Unfortunately not a top branch, long waiting times and uncoordinated staff. If you're not hungry it's definitely worth waiting, the show is great, there's shouting, complaining and cursing 🤣🤘 If you are very hungry, I definitely recommend another company 🤙

The food was cold, as were the fries, there weren't many customers in the shop, but it felt like everyone was complaining about something, usually something was missing from the orders. The service was relatively friendly, but that doesn't change the quality. In terms of quality, the menu was a straight 6.

All in all the worst Bking I know Burger cold and bone dry and sticky The sprite is stale and there is an extremely long waiting time on the drive even though nothing is going on It's a shame that you can't give negative points

I've never seen such a bad shop. The ordering terminals are a horror and only incompetent staff work at the counter. No normal ordering possible at the counter. The drinks in the fridge are only for the delivery service and last but not least, how could it be, the milkshake and ice cream machine have apparently been broken for 1 1/2 years. Never again Burger King Wolfsburg

“Unfortunately my visit to Burger King was a huge disappointment. Since the reopening, only guest workers who apparently don't know any German have been working there, except for 2/3, when they can't read what was ordered on the display (wanted a chili cheeseburger, got the normal cheeseburger), you can't talk about exchanges because it's short was before closing time and we were lucky enough to be able to go in 12 minutes before closing time. That's when they close the doors. The wait was extremely long even though there wasn't much going on. The service was also unfriendly and seemed annoyed. I definitely expected more for the price and will probably prefer other alternatives in the future.”

The guy in front of me exchanged his burger 3 times 💀 There's something wrong at the front and back. Instead of continuing to serve the other customers, the employees discuss what the problem is now 😂 My Whopper was already on the shelf, one handle would have been enough. Worst Burger King franchise in the region. Burgers are often prepared so far in advance and are already cold. Presumably so that four of the employees can smoke outside (observed) Staff hardly speaks any German. Non-carbonated Cola (probably already pre-tapped). It's better to go to Braunschweig or do an apprenticeship.

We were there around midnight and I had a Fuze tea with my menu. We immediately noticed a smell at the drive-through window. We initially blamed it on the sewer, but the smell just wouldn't go away. Even when we got home it still smelled like that. So we looked for the origin of the smell and ultimately it turned out that the Fuze Tea smelled like sewage. We immediately poured out the Fuze tea and, just to be on the safe side, the other drink too. Afterwards I wanted to confront the person responsible and called them but of course no one answered. In addition, the food was soggy and looked like it had been warmed up again. I really wonder how the store can survive here.

Unfortunately I was there by car at 1:40 minutes in the morning. Date 21/7/24 A very bad employee treated me very badly even though I needed her help to order something. She didn't want to tell me her name and asked if I could talk to the shift manager. She ignored me the whole time. I'll never be such a rude employee Respect, I hope that things can change as soon as possible. Half of the order was missing (burger was missing, sugar cinnamon was missing), the specially ordered bacon was ice cold and soggy, the churros were doughy, the Pepsi only tasted like sweetener even though it wasn't Zero. The curly fries were crispy and delicious.

Unfortunately the stay there was very bad. Tables floor stuck everywhere. Yes, you could eat it, but you couldn't eat it anymore.

Didn't know that it was new that the bacon at Burgerking was served cold on the burger. In addition, my nugget burger stone was hard, paid a nice 20 euros and half was thrown away. This was the second and last time in Wolfsburg.

Update: After more than a year we tried again. Unfortunately nothing has changed. The hiring criterion seems to be maximum incompetence. Unfortunately this is the only BC branch in Wob. It is regularly shown how planned and incompetent the team there is. However, this is probably due to the management there. So I've given up hope of improvement and am avoiding the store.

Small but clean. The food is just like any Burger King. What I miss, as in every BK, is the table service that McDonalds already offers.
