The fastest MacDonald in the world. I was at the counter, took a 10 second pause and ordered a double cheeseburger. "Here you go", I got it handed over right then, it was warm. I paid, and as i walked away, slowly.. whilst wondering, how they got it ready.. Ok maybe they've some algorithm predicting user behaviour and they've prepared the popular orders in advance to save the travellers time. My curious mind had to check it, I went back, ordered a double chilli cheese burger. I had a solid reasoning for this particular order: usually people don't prefer this much scharf, and double patty isn't a frequent demand either. Obviously not going to be ready. But no! She hands over another warm burger. It was like magic! Especially for a person who had to once wait 20 minutes and then choose between missing either the burger king order (Hanover hbf) or the train. Thank you for valuing my time 🙏🏻 Edit: for those who complain about the food being already prepared: if you can complain about fast food being fast, you probably complain about everything! 😄

A very small shop, not at all suitable for eating in. The seating was very hard, and the tables and floor were not clean. So I didn't even bother eating there. My order was processed relatively quickly (5 minutes), but that's to be expected from such a large fast-food chain. I ordered 20 MC plant-based nuggets with curry sauce, so nothing complicated. When I received the food, however, the sweet and sour sauce was included instead of the curry sauce. I did get the sauce replaced, but of course, such a mistake shouldn't have happened. What is completely inexcusable, however, is that my plant-based nuggets had real chicken nuggets mixed in. For people with allergies, this is extremely irresponsible, and I won't be visiting the shop again. Definitely not recommended - 1/5 points

This is the worst McDonald's I've experienced in years. I visited right after a wonderful concert and just wanted a quick, uncomplicated bite to eat because I had a rather long train ride ahead of me. Since I wasn't the only one with that plan, there was a line, and I joined it. The McDonald's is very small and doesn't even have the now-standard ordering kiosk. So you have to order directly from the staff. In my case, it consisted of an overwhelmed woman trying to organize orders and a man running the kitchen in the background. He did this while listening to Mallorca hits at an exaggerated volume, explicit hits that raved about the virtues of topless dancing. It was embarrassing. My colleague obviously didn't like the music either, but what can you do against a man who's in a two-person team with you? That's right: Nothing. To escape the whole thing quickly and avoid bothering others in line with even more waiting time, I ordered two cheeseburgers that were already on display. They were truly awful cheeseburgers. Dry buns, completely soggy, inedible meat, and the cheese was already hard. Overall, a terrible dining experience. For a city like Wolfsburg, which is essentially an ultra-modern one, the train station has the feel of Delmenhorst from 30 years ago. The McDonald's branch was apparently forgotten in the wave of modernization and desperately needs an upgrade. The neglect of the branch is reflected in the behavior of the employees. I only give it 3 stars for service because I felt sorry for the woman.

On my last visit, I clearly told the lady at the checkout that I wanted ketchup – I didn't get any. Instead, I just got dirty looks and a disrespectful, dismissive attitude. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional. If you don't like your job, you should seriously consider doing something else. And then: When I asked if they had salad, the answer was "no." Wraps? Not there either. The ice cream machine? Of course, broken again – as it has been for what feels like years. You start to wonder if anyone even notices anymore, or if you've just gotten used to the fact that nothing works here all the time. The food always seems carelessly thrown together, as if they just don't want to hand it out. I honestly can't recommend this McDonald's to anyone. The only reason I still go there is because there's no alternative nearby—but that doesn't make the visit any less frustrating.

The food was kept warm by the mass. The buns were completely dry, some burgers weren't topped as you'd expect, and the taste was simply awful. I've never seen a McDonald's that didn't serve a McRip, and I don't even want to get started on the friendliness. Just stay away.

The bar staff preferred texting on their phones to serving customers. They were rather unfriendly to customers. The fries were raw. It's not the best food, but to make it even worse is a real art.

We got ice cream there and it was so bad that we threw it in the nearest bin. It was already half melted when we got it. The Smarties in the ice cream were almost dissolved and the color in the ice cream was smeared, which worsened the external appearance of the ice cream. Went there on 12/7/24 around 11:30 a.m. Long queue because only one person was serving. The young man at the counter was unfriendly, and a little understandable because the colleague left to smoke despite the crowd. The burgers were put together carelessly. No menus as usual. Even if you are under time pressure, you should ALWAYS check whether everything has actually been packed. Unfortunately, there's a lot of missing items... really noticeably often, almost as if it's a calculation, burgers, fries or other things. Don't trust "vegetable" Completely impossible. I ordered 20 mcPlantnuggets here and received them straight away in a chicken nugget box. When I asked, I was assured that they were plant-based and that only the boxes were empty. I trusted that and after one bite I immediately had a nugget with a piece of cartilage in my mouth! That was chicken... After complaining, the exact same thing was made to me again and sold as plant-based! Simply disgusting.

So you have to say, this is honestly the bad branch that McDonald's owns. The fact that the store is so incredibly small that a kiosk is already bigger means that if there is little space you can't do anything if you can't fit it anywhere else. But that was the only thing that was remotely forgivable. But where do you start? The waitress had a two-year-old's knowledge of German, which I wouldn't have anything against, but if you can't even pronounce or understand your own products it becomes really problematic. Unfortunately, due to its size, McDonald's doesn't have many products. Everyone knows that this is a fast food shop, but there was almost nothing there. It went in and out again like lightning within 2 minutes, even if 1.3 minutes of that was wasted because of the order and the associated German knowledge. That was because absolutely everything was already there and not just 1-2 products but everything. So it was cold, sticky and hard, cheese etc. of course everything was already stuck. Luckily I don't live in Wolfsburg and it was a unique experience and will remain so. There is also a baker who prefers to go there and is really the best recommendation for everyone.

I give this McDonald's at the main train station in Wolfsburg 3 stars because I always get exactly what I order here - especially when it comes to ice cream. I have never experienced such unpleasant staff. I just wanted to know if vegan ice cream is available. Unfortunately the seller didn't give me any information because it wasn't my turn. Unfriendly service. We were literally shouted at about what we wanted to order. And then they don't even have a McPlant menu with burgers. Only with nuggets. That wasn't a nice experience. In the end we didn't buy anything.

Worst McDonald's I know. Yes, it's small, by the train station and doesn't have the full range of burgers. But that is not the reason for the bad rating. The food was lukewarm and the fries were next to the spices (exaggerated). They were definitely some of the worst fries I know. The service was unfriendly and listless. As expected, the atmosphere is small, but not clean and with the bad-tempered employees, only 1 star can be awarded.

Ich habe mich selten in einem MC Donalds so nett aufgehoben gefühlt. 4 Mitarbeiter mit 4 unterschiedlichen Nationalitäten haben uns wirklich freundlich bedient…alles war frisch zubereitet…man lachte und wollte einem Geburtstagskind das zum Eis Essen mit Freundinnen im Laden war ein Ständchen singen….und das abends kurz vor Feierabend. 👍

Ich habe keine hohen Erwartungen an McDonalds, aber hier gibt es doch deutlich zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und auch sonst eher nicht FASTfood.

Parkmöglichkeiten miserabel... Ort ist auch Ungünstig!!! Personal könnte Freundlicher sein man selbst ist ja auch Höfflich! Toiletten stinken nach Pisse , kein Papier vorhanden! Gefolgt vom Händewaschen ebenfalls kein Papier Handtrockner kaputt!!! Kein Desinfektionsmittel vorhanden!!!!Dafür war das Essen für Mcdonald recht Warm!!!! Im großen und ganzen Unzufrieden!!!!

Mit Frau spontan dort was gegessen und nie wieder. Wir beide hatten halbe Stunde später sehr starke Magenschmerzen und Übelkeit. Burger waren nicht frisch und Fleisch war nicht gerade sehr essbar.

Hab nur zu bemängeln, wenn man das Monopoly Gewinnspiel anbietet und sich dann die sofortgewinne abholen möchte und es ständig heisst der Scanner sei kaputt, seit fast 2 Wochen, das geht gar nicht, sowas kann in 2 Wochen behoben werden. Denke das wird andere Gründe haben. Ansonsten Mitarbeiter nett und Essen auch immer frisch.

Ein kleiner "Express" McDonald's im Hauptbahnhof. Das Angebot ist begrenzt, jedoch ausreichend. Schnelle Abfertigung, trotz Warteschlange! Das Essen wird frisch und heiß zubereitet. Freundliche Mitarbeiter!

Sehr kleiner McDonald's ohne App Bestellungen. Leider auch nicht alle Burger und Coupons möglich. Noch dazu waren die Mitarbeiter nicht sehr freundlich. Würde den McDonald's ca. 1km entfernt empfehlen.

Die Bedingungen sind unfreundlich, man wurde, eher angeschrien als respektvoll behandelt. Das Essen war jedoch warm und lecker. Ich würde hier empfehlen nur etwas abzuholen.

Bestes McDonald's, das ich kenne. Super organisiert, schnelle Bedienung und auch bei großem Andrang sehr freundlich zu jedem Kunden. Schade, dass ich so selten in Bernburg bin,sonst würde ich dort öfter essen.
