McDonald's in Wolfsburg

No online order possible. No choice possible between books and toys for the happy meal. Even one supplement was missing (only found out after we left). Service personnel has no time for the customer even it wasn't crowded at all

The food doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Fries taste bitter, which is probably due to the rancid fat in the deep fryer. The citizens were lukewarm, dry and parched around the edges, making them hard. The staff responded to really friendly criticism with “that’s just “Mc Donalds” and that was it!! Sad service but matching the disgusting food. It's a shame that everything went to waste...

Don't trust "vegetable" Completely impossible. I ordered 20 mcPlantnuggets here and received them straight away in a chicken nugget box. When I asked, I was assured that they were plant-based and that only the boxes were empty. I trusted that and after one bite I immediately had a nugget with a piece of cartilage in my mouth! That was chicken... After complaining, the exact same thing was made to me again and sold as plant-based! Simply disgusting.

I'll never order again! Hair or whatever it was in the drink. Fries not a bit of salt on them! Not getting what you want! The citizen had something disgusting and hard about it and the staff allowed themselves to make jokes with such service - it was simply embarrassing!

before buying i asked if they have Mc smart db chicken. they said yes but they packed me db cheese. They seemed unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable to buy there. I also didnt get a receipt

So you have to say, this is honestly the bad branch that McDonald's owns. The fact that the store is so incredibly small that a kiosk is already bigger means that if there is little space you can't do anything if you can't fit it anywhere else. But that was the only thing that was remotely forgivable. But where do you start? The waitress had a two-year-old's knowledge of German, which I wouldn't have anything against, but if you can't even pronounce or understand your own products it becomes really problematic. Unfortunately, due to its size, McDonald's doesn't have many products. Everyone knows that this is a fast food shop, but there was almost nothing there. It went in and out again like lightning within 2 minutes, even if 1.3 minutes of that was wasted because of the order and the associated German knowledge. That was because absolutely everything was already there and not just 1-2 products but everything. So it was cold, sticky and hard, cheese etc. of course everything was already stuck. Luckily I don't live in Wolfsburg and it was a unique experience and will remain so. There is also a baker who prefers to go there and is really the best recommendation for everyone.

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was extremely disappointing. The burger was dry and hard, the fries were carelessly thrown into the bag. The store wasn't even particularly full. The service was rude and communication was almost non-existent. Overall a very bad experience.

I wanted a milkshake. There was no milkshake. Dumb.

I was once happy at the main train station. But whoever is the boss should do better shopping, there has been no Fanta for a while now, Big Mac was out. Often the ice cream machine doesn't work because it cleans itself or something like that. I've often eaten something that was already cold and sticky. I have to say about the staff that it doesn't work either, they often make phone calls or have private conversations with other people, and friendliness isn't very important there either.

I give this McDonald's at the main train station in Wolfsburg 3 stars because I always get exactly what I order here - especially when it comes to ice cream. I still dare to order hamburgers, cheeseburgers or fries here, but realistically I would rather eat somewhere else because there aren't really any options to eat the food there. At other McDonald's branches I often had the problem that the ice cream machine was broken, but here it works reliably. The McSundae and McFlurry are always delicious. If the store were a little bigger and better ventilated, it would get one more star. However, I also have some criticism: There is an employee who never greets me, neither with a "hello" nor with a "bye". That's a bit of a shame and bothered me at first. Today I didn't say hello myself for this reason, and that felt pretty bad. I even ended up saying "thank you" when I ordered my McSundae. I noticed how warm it is in this small branch - easily 40 degrees, while outside it's 30 degrees. The employee has probably worked in these conditions for hours, which explains why he wasn't particularly friendly. A lot of the reviews here are very negative, but I think you have to keep your expectations realistic. This branch is very small - maybe 10 square meters - and you can't expect service like a large McDonald's in a Munich shopping arcade. For me, this McDonald's offers good service, especially considering how limited space and resources are available here. If you want to eat properly, you can walk around the corner in 5 minutes to a good Asian restaurant or two good kebab shops that really do something good. This McDonald's is a snack McDonald's - nothing more, nothing less.

Worst branch I've ever seen. 💀Staff super unfriendly, don't understand the orders, serve wrong products, eat cold. Simply bottomless. I wanted to order water and ice cream and instead I got a hamburger and milkshake. When I asked, I received a derogatory and unfriendly answer that they didn't have any water and the ice machine didn't work. Conclusion: since a queue of 4 people took 20 minutes, I almost missed the train and didn't even get my water and had to be content with a cold burger and milkshake. Next time we'll go straight to the bakery👍

Somehow I don't learn anything from the past bad experiences here. This time I just ordered a vanilla shake and got something that was half chocolate and half vanilla. The employees here just don't care about anything.

So, motivation and being able to say “good morning”…. The employees absolutely need that, they don't have to smile, but they don't have to be in such a bad mood!

Go to Burger King. Burger King doesn't lead to mistrust, McDonalds is lame, they can't make burgers, do you like their food that much? Then you haven't tried Burger King yet. 🤤

This McDonald's is a disaster. Bad service probably the worst in Germany. When the burgers are served, the order of the waiting guests is not followed. One reason could be that I am a man. In several cases women were given preferential treatment. Today I wasn't served at all. I was the only customer waiting at the checkout and left after 3 minutes because I wasn't served or paid attention to. This borders on refusing to work. The boss can be proud of such employees... I will never enter this serviceless McDonald's again. 1 star is 2 stars too many.

We were there shortly before closing time yesterday, there was still a small selection of ready-made burgers, storage time uncertain. Fries were freshly prepared. The extremely sticky floor was impressive. The cashier had his cell phone at the checkout with a loud video playing and was paying attention to this more than his work. The coupons were hardly redeemable, and if they were, only one per order. Classically, the ice cream machine was broken. Wouldn't go there again.

This is the worst McDonald's branch I have ever encountered. Unfriendly staff, limited selection (which is also cold) and service are probably overrated. Better get something from the snack machine opposite.

This McDonald’s offer no breakfast menu despite opening at 05:00 in the morning. Take away only. By the way, most of the burgers are cooked long before you make your order. A medium coffee cost €4!! They need to bring back a better McDonald’s in the mitte/zentrum zone!

I have never experienced such unpleasant staff. I just wanted to know if vegan ice cream is available. Unfortunately the seller didn't give me any information because it wasn't my turn. After waiting 15 minutes, it was my turn and I was told by the clerk that there was no vegan ice cream at McDonalds. Which may be true for the branch there, but not for all branches. He could have answered that straight away.

Tiny. Limited selection only. Consumption on site is hardly possible as there is hardly any standing/sitting space available.

Unfriendly service. We were literally shouted at about what we wanted to order. And then they don't even have a McPlant menu with burgers. Only with nuggets. That wasn't a nice experience. In the end we didn't buy anything.

Small and fine. Service friendly. Very big point of criticism: no more Shadow the Hedgehog or generally no Sonic move. But that's what it was for. We were very entertained during the long train journey.

With delivery service to the table. Burger too small. Unfortunately there was a draft through the door and therefore cold. You couldn't sit without a jacket.

The food is not fresh, it doesn't taste good, they put the wrong things in larger orders and the employees are very unfriendly.

Worst McDonald's I know. Yes, it's small, by the train station and doesn't have the full range of burgers. But that is not the reason for the bad rating. The food was lukewarm and the fries were next to the spices (exaggerated). They were definitely some of the worst fries I know. The service was unfriendly and listless. As expected, the atmosphere is small, but not clean and with the bad-tempered employees, only 1 star can be awarded.

Kann ich als sehr gut 👍 empfehlen das Essen ist sehr gut 👍 man kann dort sehr gut und günstig essen gehen die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit man kann auch sehr gut mit kleinen Kindern hingehen

Ich habe mich selten in einem MC Donalds so nett aufgehoben gefühlt. 4 Mitarbeiter mit 4 unterschiedlichen Nationalitäten haben uns wirklich freundlich bedient…alles war frisch zubereitet…man lachte und wollte einem Geburtstagskind das zum Eis Essen mit Freundinnen im Laden war ein Ständchen singen….und das abends kurz vor Feierabend. 👍

Ich habe keine hohen Erwartungen an McDonalds, aber hier gibt es doch deutlich zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und auch sonst eher nicht FASTfood.

Parkmöglichkeiten miserabel... Ort ist auch Ungünstig!!! Personal könnte Freundlicher sein man selbst ist ja auch Höfflich! Toiletten stinken nach Pisse , kein Papier vorhanden! Gefolgt vom Händewaschen ebenfalls kein Papier Handtrockner kaputt!!! Kein Desinfektionsmittel vorhanden!!!!Dafür war das Essen für Mcdonald recht Warm!!!! Im großen und ganzen Unzufrieden!!!!

Mit Frau spontan dort was gegessen und nie wieder. Wir beide hatten halbe Stunde später sehr starke Magenschmerzen und Übelkeit. Burger waren nicht frisch und Fleisch war nicht gerade sehr essbar.

Mein Heißhunger wurde hier gestillt!

Hab nur zu bemängeln, wenn man das Monopoly Gewinnspiel anbietet und sich dann die sofortgewinne abholen möchte und es ständig heisst der Scanner sei kaputt, seit fast 2 Wochen, das geht gar nicht, sowas kann in 2 Wochen behoben werden. Denke das wird andere Gründe haben. Ansonsten Mitarbeiter nett und Essen auch immer frisch.

Ein kleiner "Express" McDonald's im Hauptbahnhof. Das Angebot ist begrenzt, jedoch ausreichend. Schnelle Abfertigung, trotz Warteschlange! Das Essen wird frisch und heiß zubereitet. Freundliche Mitarbeiter!

Sehr kleiner McDonald's ohne App Bestellungen. Leider auch nicht alle Burger und Coupons möglich. Noch dazu waren die Mitarbeiter nicht sehr freundlich. Würde den McDonald's ca. 1km entfernt empfehlen.

Die Bedingungen sind unfreundlich, man wurde, eher angeschrien als respektvoll behandelt. Das Essen war jedoch warm und lecker. Ich würde hier empfehlen nur etwas abzuholen.

Bestes McDonald's, das ich kenne. Super organisiert, schnelle Bedienung und auch bei großem Andrang sehr freundlich zu jedem Kunden. Schade, dass ich so selten in Bernburg bin,sonst würde ich dort öfter essen.

Meine Freundin hat hier bestellt: HappyMeal bestellt, mit Cheeseburger und Apfelschorle. Bekommen hat sie Nuggets und Cola. Einziger Pluspunkt: perfekt heiße Pommes. Nie wieder.

Sehr nettes Personal es hat aber leider sehr lange gebraut bis das Essen fertig war. Deswegen 4 Sterne.

Schlechteste Mc was ich kenne. Davon ab das man hier nur das mindeste von der Karte zur Auswahl hat. Bekommen die es noch nicht einmal hin, wenn diese mal mit Coupon erhältlich sind, vorrätig zu haben.

Gebe 5, weil es sich echt in gute Platz befindet. Gut für die Leute, die neben dem Hbf arbeiten. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch nett.
