The most disgusting service, they deceive at the checkout, everything is fine in the neighboring establishments, although a little slow, when I came here I thought I was going to vomit from the smell, don't come here and don't waste your money I advise you to go to the main train station or the Steintor, good luck to everyone for the day

At certain hours it gets very crowded which leads to long waiting times. They do also sometimes forget some of your orders.

I drove to mcs at 10 p.m It started with the terminal not working, you had to break your index finger on the screen to get it to respond. I got a mcsmart menu and got cold, raw fries that were cheesier than dog food. The sauce I got (chives) felt like water. I don't want to know which rat has already messed with it. The chicken burgers were raw, I thought I was eating a live chicken, which I only noticed after 5 bites. I then handed them over and only heard that the chicken was done. Then got 2 new ones and what happened, I ate live chicken with wet breading again. The first employee who came to us and brought our food couldn't speak any German. We tell him there's something else on the number, he says I don't understand and leaves. Shortly afterwards he also broke a plate. Would recommend to anyone who likes to go to the toilet to sink ships 5 times a day, but just a note: it burns

Unfortunately incorrect or missing products with every order. Cheeseburgers and chicken burgers cannot be distinguished. Nuggets and fries are usually cold. You get ice cream straight away and then wait 30 minutes or more at low capacity.

I like to eat a burger every now and then. 3 stars because the taste of Whopper and Big King matches. The service in Rotenburg is catastrophic. Been there twice and both times unmotivated and even unfriendly employees at the drive-in. It's a shame, it tastes worse and I'm staying away now.

Biggest disaster in the store. Waited 20 minutes for the food and then everything was still cold. This BK, never again!!!

Very small Burger King right at the train station, but ok.

Waited almost an hour to order and get food. Staff bad, food cold and chicken bones dry and hard. Many ran away again. I haven't experienced anything like this in 20 years. Especially since there was nothing going on.

Unfortunately, I don't understand at all why this "restaurant" offers outside sales. The older lady on the other side just looks at you as if you were sitting on the wrong side of the window of the monkey enclosure. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this "fast" dress restaurant at all, but you have to know that for yourself. There are also a lot of anti-smoking stickers on the outside. Very doubtful.

Food was OK, cashiers unfortunately have little idea, don't deduct the correct amount from the receipt, and change is less than it should have been.

It was very crowded. Unfortunately we could not eat there at that time. We will make a reservation for next time.
