Long waiting time. Only 2 people.

BK Meppen is getting worse and worse. Food was cold after a 3 minute drive, there were no toys in the kids menu again and children are very disappointed, unfortunately they only noticed it when they got home. My chili cheese nuggets were not cooked through on the inside, my son's hamburger bun was hard and not like it otherwise soft (probably older). And promotional products are somehow always “sold out” in this branch. I think this was my last attempt with BK Meppen. Update: I wanted to give it another chance for ages. It took 20 minutes for the order to be ready. (2 menus plus chili cheese nuggets). Cola was non-carbonated, Sprite tasted strange but not like Sprite. French fries and chili cheese nuggets occasionally tasted very strange. We wondered whether it was old rancid fat or something else. Toilet very unclean, cobwebs on the floor in the corners, toilet roll holder was heavily covered in dust. It hasn't been cleaned for at least 3 weeks. In my opinion, here should be Check out the health department! The store will never see me again!!!

Disillusioned... there's hardly any other way to express it... Constantly changing workforce. It is best not to order any special requests, as 80 percent of these will not be taken into account. The milkshake machine seems to have been broken since day one, as you only ever get half-frozen milkshakes. Cheese fries sometimes come with a tiny dollop of sauce, so you have to look for the sauce. One machine is constantly broken, currently both... not an issue in itself IF you could pay with a card at the checkout... But it doesn't work... at some point you'll get fed up. I can only recommend everyone to go to Lingen. Meppen is the worst Burger King I know... the stars were only there because a few people work there who really make an effort. I hope things get better for this one. Otherwise the few capable employees will run away... Edit: after 7 months the store has gotten even worse. Some food is served cold. Veggie King is sometimes not even heated properly. Apparently various products are never available, which is why people like to improvise and simply serve burgers with other buns (cold and sticky). We're tired of giving the bunch a chance again and again. From now on no more BK Meppen. The store is probably the worst store in Germany. PS: The post is 100% true and should be posted

No customer in the restaurant took 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers in the drive-in. The staff was unmotivated and stinking lazy once and never again

Food is ok but we've been waiting 20 minutes for an order in the drive and there was only one car in front of us and not much going on inside and those who came in got their food earlier and that's not the first time on September 1st 2:05 p.m.

Simply disgusting, the burger was very burnt and the fries were unseasoned and still raw. It was also very untidy there and the wheelchairs were full of rubbish. And it stank of piss, the toilets were absolutely filthy. And the employees were just stupid and didn't get anything done.

They seemed a bit understaffed. The lobby wasn't dirty, but it was difficult to put the tablet away. The order could have arrived quicker.

Was there late in the evening, food was ok, the fries were neither salted nor seasoned. There was nothing going on, some tables were dirty and the "dish cart" outside was full. Otherwise nice location

Long waiting times, whether in the drive or in the restaurant. You rarely eat at Burger King and every time your order is packed incorrectly or the burger is missing its trademark. A chilli cheese burger should ideally also have chilli cheese on it. Motivation has waned significantly, but it can also probably be related to the legalization on April 1st.

Ordered fries chili cheese, got curly fries... Ordered coke with ice, got lukewarm coke without ice and... The burger was fine.

The food servicw was extremely slow, unexperienced staff.

Unfortunately far too few staff, only 3 people on a Sunday...

While the manager kindly helped me, the staff member I previously interacted with was extremely rude and disrespectful. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I was served very friendly by the young man. The overall impression of the store was very clean, the products were fresh and prepared quickly. All in all a top experience. Gladly again.

Had several hairs in my fries. Then I saw another customer complaining because he had hair in his food. It's not possible, the guys who work there should wear a hairnet with so much hair on their heads.

They no longer have a lot of things that you can still order at the columns, we ordered freestyle coke, got regular coke while you can choose at the column so you pay extra for it, you indicate this, they say; you should have looked better, you could see that the machine was turned off, no defective paper or something on it and it was resolved very rudely in the end

Ordered chili cheese nuggets and got fries (including a hair in them). Completely forgot about cheeseburgers. Not the first time that the order was taken or issued incorrectly. When the bag is so full, you don't always check everything (especially not for hair). That was the last time.

Were closed while everywhere indicated that there was an open reason there was a malfunction then place it on the website that it is closed and not open

I don't know how you can eat at McDonald's with Burger King next to it...

The food is actually always good, but the waiting times for “fast food” are absolutely unacceptable. Both in the restaurant and in the drive-in you can often wait 20 minutes for your food. The cleanliness in the restaurant varies greatly.

20 minutes waiting time is still a short time. The best thing about the menu was the non-carbonated cola.

I have just come from the branch in Meppen and would now like to share my impressions. It was very empty and we still had to wait almost 15 minutes for two burgers and a drink. Compatriots (Arabic) get three ice cream on the house here. Unfortunately it didn't work for us in German. The floor was sticky and crumbly everywhere. The carts with garbage were ignored. Instead, three employees worked hard and figured out together how our burgers are made. I would also like to note that burger joint employees should know what a pattie is. That is not the case here. My needs are covered for now.

Es war nicht schön heute hier. Kaum ist Burger King aus der Presse und es wächst langsam Gras über alles, lässt die Qualität und Sauberkeit stark nach. Die überlaufenden Tabletwagen sprechen da für sich! Voller Müll und würden in der ganzen Zeit wo wir als hier waren, nicht geleert. Wir haben noch nie!!! So lecker bei BK gegessen und das Personal war der Hammer!! Super freundlich und zuvorkommend ! TOP vor allem der Filialleiter?!?! War mega bemüht und freundlich!!

Heute ein echter Fehlgriff! Alle Tische war nicht gesäubert. Wir haben über eine halbe Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet und auch noch falsche Burger bekommen. Das Personal wirkte überfordert

Essen war lecker.Es hat sehr lange gedauert. Wollte noch etwas nachbestellen aber ich hatte nicht so viel Zeit.

PRÜFT NOCH VOR ORT EURE BESTELLUNGEN LIEBE MITKUNDEN Bisher immer wieder gute und negative Situationen im King gehabt. Mittlerweile durch das gefühlt täglich wechselnde Personal ist es oftmals eine reine Katastrophe dort zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen.. viele Bestellungen werden vergessen sodass wir schon einige Male wieder zurück fahren mussten. Selbst auf Nachfrage ob man zum Beispiel noch eine Gabel bekommen kann, wird mit Ja geantwortet und im Endeffekt wieder nach einer Sekunde vergessen. So inkompetent kann man doch nicht sein.. Von nun an kontrollieren wir direkt im King die gesamte Bestellung um unnötig Sprit und dadurch kaltes Essen zu vermeiden. Großes Lob und dafür hauptsächlich die 2 Sterne für die sehr gute große vegetarische Auswahl.

Da ich ungern zum großen M gehe, war ich beim Burger King. Leider war trotz "Extra Bestellung" der Burger kalt und die Cola warm. Doch selbst das Entsorgen war nicht so einfach. Die Rückgabewagen waren wohl noch nicht geleert worden an diesem Tag. Die Kunden mussten ihre Tabletts schon auf den Boden davor stellen. Leider musste man am Terminal bestellen, da die Mitarbeiterin am Tresen die Bestellannahme verweigerte, ebenso die Hilfe als ich mit dem Terminal nicht klar kam. So wurde ich leider auch gezwungen, Food zu nehmen, das ich nicht wollte. Schade aber war sicher für lange Zeit das letzte mal, das ich den Burger King in Meppen besuche.

Schon wieder entäuscht. Pommers komplett ohne Salz, Mayo fehlte. Sobalt mehr als 5 Autos beim Burger King stehen, sind die überfordert. Sehr häufig fehlt was.

Essen war schnell serviert und auch sehr gut. Leider fehlten ganze 3 Sachen aus der Bestellung und ein Getränk war falsch. Aber das Personal war echt freundlich und hat sofort die fehlenden Sachen besorgt.

top! ich liebe es einfach... und da kann gelaber kommen was wolle. es ist einfach mehr, günstiger und leckerer als der gebratene rotz von gegenüber ;)

Nettes kundenfreundlich Restaurant, das Rollstuhlgerecht ist und von der ganzen Familie besucht werden kann! Qualitativ minderwertig, zumindest, wenn man der Stiftung Warentest glaubt!

Ich habe in Meppen bei Burger King noch nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Essen ist immer frisch und lecker. Dauert zwar manchmal auch gute 10/15 Minuten , aber dafür ist es frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Laden in der Regel auch super sauber. - selbst nach der Burger King Reportage, gab es keinen Grund, dort nicht hin zugehen.

Für Fastfood ok. Nervig sind diese bestelldisplays, reagieren sehr träge

Schöne und saubere Burger King Filiale. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet deswegen kann es ein paar Minuten dauern, bis man seine Bestellung hat. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und das Essen lecker. Einen Besuch wert

Angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr sauberes Restaurant, frisches Essen und sehr freundliches Personal, ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen 😘👌

WLAN langsam, ohne App dauert die Bestellung am Terminal länger.

Onpersoonlijk redelijk eten. Het lijkt op een andere 'eetreus'. Niet beter, niet slechter.

Essen top! Personal top! Egal wann ich nach Burger King gehe es passt immer alles.Ich bin absolut zufrieden und kann es nur empfehlen.

Pommes waren kalt und zuviel Salz, wir haben es uns leckerer vorgestellt 🤷‍♀️

Richtig nette Mitarbeiter und Essen ballert

Personal weitestgehend freundlich, besonders der Filial/Schichtleiter ist sehr entgegenkommend bei Fehlern in der Bestellung. Aus irgendwelchen Gründen machen die kein Eis in die Getränke, was dazu führt dass die meistens abgestanden schmecken und warm sind. Das Essen ist ok, es werden aber oft Fehler bei der Bestellung gemacht.

Sehr moderner Bugerking, das diese Filiale noch nicht besonders alt ist merkt man. Service war auch immer sehr freundlich. Die Burger werden immer ganz frisch gemacht, wenn man sie bestellt. Daher dauert es vielleicht 2 Min länger bis man seine Bestellung hat, aber das lohnt sich, weil halt wirklich alles Frisch ist. Besonders angenehm, sollte man ein eAuto fahren, ist direkt auf dem Parkplatz eine 75kw Ladesäule von EnBw.
