The food was great. We had burger menus for four people. Even though it was a bit large, it was served really quickly, and everyone was satisfied. Overall, everything was well-made and tasted very good. The branch was very tidy and clean during our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It's changed quite a bit in the last few years. The team seems to change monthly, and there are often language problems/barriers. (But always friendly!) It often happens that something is handed out incorrectly, and it happened again today. Ate there, everything was fine so far. Took something home and only then realized it was the wrong burger. Ordered extra sauce on the burger, which of course costs more, and once again realized it was the wrong burger. The return boxes are somehow always overflowing when we're there, more than overflowing. A few weeks ago, someone was working in the kitchen with headphones on and occasionally took her phone out of her pocket. She had a continuous video call going on... while preparing food. Hands on the phone, hands on the food... It's really gone down a lot.

Staff very friendly. The chili cheese fries were fresh but there wasn't enough sauce. The chili cheese nuggets could have stayed in the fryer a little longer.

Friendly BK employees... quick and fresh preparation... and as expected, absolutely delicious... perfect!!!

Everything is good here and nice

You feel like you're abroad. The employees don't speak German to each other over their headsets. The trash cans are overflowing. Two young employees stand outside chatting with girls instead of clearing tables or doing other work. The food: very, very bland. I've never eaten such a tasteless double wopper. The curly potatoes were simply mushy.

11:15 p.m., the guy on the intercom couldn't understand the numbers, didn't ask me what kind of drink I wanted or what kind of dip. The order was handed over incomplete. Then at home, the bombshell. The fries were like rocks. The nuggets were just as inedible. Probably scraped together the leftovers. The burger tasted okay. It's a disaster every time. I'd rather go to McD's.

Everything was as it should be. Friendly staff, and there were never any problems with the food. The store itself is always clean, too.

Well, what should I write about that? 😉Quick food if you don't feel like going to a restaurant 🤣🤣We would be served with friendly service and it doesn't take long because they all have a set price in this system. Well, you can say a lot about the prices, although I personally find them quite excessive. It's a shame that you can't get the delicious burgers like before, but it doesn't matter which chain you go to. And I'll gladly do anything for the guys 🤗🤗

My Experience at Burger King Meppen I recently visited the Burger King in Meppen and was very pleased with my visit. The restaurant is clean and well-organized. The food was truly delicious—freshly prepared and cooked to my liking. I particularly enjoyed the burgers and fries. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. They worked quickly and always had a smile on their faces. Overall, the service was very pleasant. I can definitely recommend the Burger King in Meppen and would be happy to come back!

Outside clean. Windows clean. Lobby clean. Toilets clean. Ordered 4 burgers. Came within three minutes. Even got a sample of ice cream. Best BK experience.

I went this morning to order something and the lady who is in the kitchen was on duty, washing the floor.. with the gloves that washed the floor she went into the kitchen to prepare my menu and I refused to eat anymore I asked for my money and left :))) it shouldn't be like this but unfortunately they don't care who and how they eat

it wasn’t busy at all, the staff were super helpful and patient. we even got a free ice cream! we got the new chili cheese tortilla and the churros, both were sooo good. would recommend!

I ordered food from the drive-thru and then waited 30 minutes for cold burgers. There was nothing going on at the time (less than 8 people). I threw the burgers on the counter and demanded my money back. Never again at Burger King Meppen! It wasn't the first time it was a disaster!

Doesn't taste good, really strange taste 😖 Burger King tastes good and tasty all over Germany, just not here. I can't describe it, really strange, different and not fresh bread, salad wasn't fresh either, unfortunately I have to rate it with one star, otherwise I wouldn't have given it a star.

Flies. Little fruit flies everywhere in the restaurant, almost flying into your mouth while you were eating! And warm drinks, the wrong sauces… the rest was okay!! Very friendly staff :)

This store is actually a disaster. Long waits of up to 25 minutes are common. Parts of the order are regularly forgotten. I've also experienced drinks that were at least 13 degrees Celsius. I wonder how this store can still survive. Overall, I can't recommend it. Which is a real shame.

Very, very, very bad service Sometimes rude and aggressive at the drive-thru Once I waited over 20 minutes, only to be told at the end that we're closing, there are only two of us. One of us is going home; I can't work alone. Often, products aren't there or they simply close early. The drinks aren't cold, and they don't have ice cubes either. You just get drinks that aren't chilled at all... Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to write any more here. Comments are immediately deleted 😅

Unfortunately not! The long chicken was inedible, and they don't seem to know what a calibration mark is either.

The food was inedible; my burger tasted of perfume and was moldy. My Coke wasn't cold, but warm, as if it had been sunbathing. The fries were okay, but not the best. While I was waiting, they said there was a power outage. I won't be going back.

The visit was a disaster. Our three drinks (two Cokes, one Sprite) had no taste or carbonation - they tasted like stale tap water with a hint of sweetener. Something like this is not only unappetizing, but also simply outrageous in terms of prices. The burgers were hardly better: the buns were really burnt black, both in appearance and in taste. It was like you had forgotten to take them out of the oven - just bitter and inedible. The only plus point: the fries were okay. But that doesn't save the overall impression in any way. Such loveless, inferior service is unacceptable. We definitely won't be coming back.

Went to the drive-in restaurant this evening and took the food home with us. The Mirinda had no carbon dioxide at all and there was a lettuce stalk on the hamburger. But the staff was very friendly

Waited 20 minutes for 2 citizens at Bürger King then everything is so overpriced so I'd rather go out for a kebab and have more of it 👎🏻

I wonder why they run a fast food restaurant with a drive-in but every time I've been to the drive-in in the last six months I've been asked to order inside... if I wanted to order inside I would have gone straight in 😅

Worth less than one star. We waited over 45 minutes for our food even though there wasn't really much going on. Tables dirty and staff totally overwhelmed and unfriendly.

Plenty of parking, ordering via terminal or drive-up, orders are processed quickly and reliably, and the Whopper always tastes great. 👍

This Burger King is great, it's really tasty and it's not that expensive and the employees there are really friendly and always help if you have a problem

We were there last night, underground!!! I wanted a chili cheese tortilla, it was a rock hard package, completely tasteless!!! When I bit into it, everything came out, the cola was non-carbonated and also tasteless!!!The guy who served us probably couldn't speak.....!!!!All the "fun" for 12 euros!!!Not recommended...tables and surroundings dirty and greasy...NEVER AGAIN!!!

Burger King. Clean and cozy. Not very crowded gladly. Always has a different selection than the Dutch BK.

We wanted to use some of the coupons valid until March 7, 2025 at the drive-in today (February 8, 2025, around 12:15 p.m.). After the first one was rejected with the note “no longer current,” I named the next one, shaking my head. Same announcement. Then I canceled the order and drove to the competition (where, by the way, everything worked great and tasted good). The store will be avoided in the future.

Disaster. Incompetent staff. Half of the order was missing and wasn't brought to us. We went through the drive-thru last night and waited over half an hour for our food. When the order finally came, we discovered that half of the order was wrong (double chilli cheese burger instead of a normal chilli cheese burger, churros were brought with Oreo and chocolate even though we had expressly ordered the churros without Oreo). A long chicken burger and 2x mayo were also missing. I then went back to the restaurant to explain the missing parts. We were told that the missing parts would be brought to the car. Then we waited in the car again for half an hour. But nothing came to us! At some point we just drove away because we were really angry. That was our last visit here.

Without lying, the meat is super juicy, I've never had it so tasty anywhere else. The whopper was really tasty. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was also very tidy and well looked after. I felt very comfortable here, not like at other Burger King. I waited in vain at the drive counter for 20 minutes....... I thought it was called FAST food....... Maybe there were 10 people in the restaurant in total but only 2 employees on site.... The other side of the main road is running that MUCH better! BK Meppen never again!!

That was the first and last time I ate something at Bürger King and the food came cold every time. Drinks like Cola, Fanta, Sprite are available from bottles from Aldi and unfortunately they don't fill them from the machine. Opening times are different every time. However, the meat from the hamburger is never cooked but rather raw. In short, it is not recommended

The Bing King small has weakened considerably. Furthermore, you were insulted at the checkout because you bought a small one instead of a large one. Apparently they only worked there on the Big King XXL, cheekily. Never again!!!

Drive in not occupied. Sometimes the shop is open, sometimes closed. Poorly organized considering that it is right on the B70

Was at the drive-thru. 20 minutes waiting time for three planted-based nugget burgers. Coincidentally, the card payment was defective and so was the receipt printer. Quality looks different. Was the last time. 👋

I'm actually the last person to give my opinion on this because there is a lot of understanding. Employees at the drive in were unfriendly or not present at all. When you get there you are told that the EC payment doesn't work. If you could have posted a notice somewhere, not everyone still has cash and a bag. Then I am informed that there is no receipt for no reason whatsoever. Be glad that “only” sauce was missing today! Something is always missing or not working. Service technically absolute catastrophe. Probably the last time there if nothing changes

Drive in with 2 cars waiting time of more than 10 minutes. The employees are super slow, the switch is always broken, I-what do they always have. Better to move on to the competition

I was there last night. I actually wanted to order something. We waited for 20 minutes and were ignored by the employee during that time. There were notes everywhere saying that there was a free drink at lunchtime. In return you would be happy to receive a positive review!! Are you serious? 😀 The store was full, but only because people had to wait so long

Simply the last store. Were there several times and there was always something wrong. Just now in the drive, the good lady took more than 10 minutes to say that you should order from the restaurant because she is alone. That can't be. Understaffed, problems with EC payment, products not there even though you could pre-order.... It's better to go to the golden M right across the street. Burger King Meppen is really the last one. Even one star is still too many

20min waiting time at the Mcdrive for 2 chicken nuggets today on December 6th, 2024. That was the last time I was here even though there was nothing going on and it was my first car In the Mcdrive was!!!!!!!

The food is always very different.

When we placed our order at the self-service machine, no receipt came out. When I went to the checkout the cashier said she would do it right away, but nothing was done. We had to wait a long time for our food and when it finally arrived we had cold burgers and cola without ice cubes. It was the last time we were there.
