The service has improved significantly thanks to the new supervisor and guests are treated with respect and their wishes are taken into account. Problems are solved immediately without discussions. Keep it up!!!!!

Service is top notch, very friendly…

Actually quite tasty, both burgers and McFlurry. I had double cheese and McFlurry caramel with Oreo and chocolate beans, everything was delicious.

Just be careful here, I've never received everything I ordered. I always had to check again to make sure everything was there

Something is forgotten with almost every order, even outside of peak times. Even if an order contains 3-4 items, employees may still be required to be able to count up to 5. You order a peach bag and you either receive nothing at all or an old apple bag. Good luck describing the problem if the employees speak neither German nor English.

Unfortunately I had to find a fried insect in my fries. In the summer, it can be difficult to keep flies and wasps out of the restaurant. However, this should never happen. I am absolutely disgusted. Edit: I asked the shift manager about this. She was of the opinion that it was normal for insects to be found here and there on the food. I got the money for the food back. But only after some discussion. I was assured that the frying oil would be filtered. Judging by the attitude of the shift manager, I'm not so sure.

Cozy, there is a toilet, the “standard” was well prepared. You can stop by and have a snack if there is a long road ahead.

Anyone who loves cold food is welcome. (Haselünne) Curly fries ice cold and I live locally...ordered crispy chicken without mustard sauce and got it twice and it was lukewarm at best. That's a drama and just too much money for that...The Curly Fries are also hard as concrete...I'd rather go back to Meppen...even if the team is young and fresh you should at least read orders and can be served warm...

We just waited 15 minutes just to pay, when we asked when it was our turn, we only made eye contact briefly and then turned around again. From what you could see in the kitchen, there wasn't much going on. 3/4 orders are partly wrong or things are simply completely different than ordered. It doesn't work at all

We have associated McDonald with cinema for years. First cinema then McDonald. And I have to say, it's always been good over the years.

Incredibly nice staff and well, the food is just fast food. But you don't go there to eat a 5-course meal.

Put people there who don't understand a word of German and then you pay and don't even get what you ordered because these people don't understand German. That's not possible and you eat it cold. Should you close the shop... Preferably o stars

Delivery service within Meppen - a pure disaster! In total, delivery took 2.5 hours and that was on a Monday evening! After 1.5 hours we called there to ask where our food would be. We were told that the driver was already on the way. After another hour of waiting, he finally arrived at around 9:50 p.m. At least everything was complete but unfortunately only lukewarm.

Haselünne location. Not again... ran out of cheese (I've never experienced anything like that). 90% of the burgers were unavailable. Employees relatively indifferent and unfriendly. All burgers can also be made without cheese, but at the regular price. Unbelievable, they made you feel like you were to blame for this misery. Ultimately, because we were hungry, we ordered things without cheese. These were also cold and in no way justified the amount of over €30 that we ultimately paid. I haven't been to McDonalds in a while. After this experience it will continue to be the case. The franchise owner should consider whether such a way can lead to success. I'm actually not a fan of this store in general, but this visit topped it all off. Definitely Haselünne never again...

An absolute disaster! (Mc Donalds Haselünne)On our first visit, it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Basically, I think a training period is certainly normal. However, when we saw that an employee had initially taken care of his entire clique who had arrived long after us, the waiting time had nothing to do with getting used to it or anything like that. The girls' table also got their food much earlier, strange.... Another time my son got 5 Mc Flurry and a Mc Sundae, only the Mc Sundae was correct. We've gotten burgers twice that were cold and when we complain, the staff seems incredibly annoyed. We were there again on Monday, but since we were told there was no cheese, we went back. Today we tried again and although we were told on Monday that it would only take half an hour for the cheese to arrive, there was still no cheese today, but the full price has to be paid. Our order today was initially on a tray at the counter, but it was completely wrong. Instead of a 0.5 Cola a 0.4 Cola instead of a Hamburger Royal Cheese a Royal TS. (We thought about putting cheese on it ourselves at home). When the bag was packed we checked the order at a table; the MC rib was missing. We went back to the order counter and without saying anything, they asked us if the MC Rib was missing....weird coincidence!!!! When we got home, one filet or fish had mayonnaise on it, the other had the usual herb sauce, the royal cheese turned out to be cold TS, and there were 2 on the rib!!!! Judging by the taste, the onions and the lattice potatoes were inedible!!! All in all, an absolute disaster, and that has nothing to do with the training period! Simply annoying for so much money!

I spend my last €10 and then I don't even get my €0.02 back and what's worse is that instead of 4 chicken nuggets I only got 3. Outrageous!!

I recently ate at McDonald's and was deeply disappointed. The food was of poor quality and the hamburger tasted terrible, I threw half of it away. Today, as usual, I got the McPlant Burger and the McPlant Nuggets to go from McDrive. At home I discovered that both the nuggets were made from chicken and the burger was made from beef, packed in the respective McPlant packaging. This should not and must not happen.

Complete idiot club. Simple order failed twice despite asking. The fact that every vehicle ordered had to wait in the waiting lane at Mc Drive was just the icing on the cake. The only competent person was the woman at the ordering counter and the two ducks in the parking lot.

My food was then cold and I could eat it alone because my family was mostly finished with the things from the first bag... ...could have made better nuggets and fries myself. I'm learning from it!

Today 03/10/2024We ordered takeaway, but the order was not checked on site. When we got home we discovered that a portion of potatoes was not included in the order. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and put a strawberry milkshake in it. We ordered two identical ice cream flavors but forgot to put caramel in one of the portions. I cannot recommend this McDonald's. When you stop by to eat, check your order.

I recently went to McDonald's in Meppen and had a mixed experience. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately the service was slow. The order was not carried out correctly and the cleanliness left something to be desired. It would be nice if the team there could work on efficiency and accuracy to provide a better customer experience. Hopefully the situation will improve in the future.

The food was surprisingly fresh, the atmosphere was slightly chilly and the request to delete my photo of the chocolate cake was unfortunately as direct as I would have liked when my burger was delivered... So you're not allowed to take photos in McDonald's!? 😵‍💫

When asked if there were toys from the Happy Meal in the box when I picked it up, the answer was yes. When I got home, my daughter noticed that there were no toys. Instead of double royal cheese there was simple royal cheese. For the MC Double Chilly Cheese we got a double cheeseburger... I'd rather stay with the King then!!

Me and my friend have been there several times and ordered takeaway. In any case, it is impossible to get a complete bag. Ich bin nun schon in sehr vielen MC Donalds Restaurant's in meinem Leben gewesen und der in Meppen macht viel richtig. Das Ambiente passt immer, die Sauberkeit ist für ein MC Donald's ausgesprochen gut und auch geschmacklich hat er über Jahre seine gewohnte Qualität behalten. Gerne wieder

Ondanks dat het druk was verliep alles goed en leek het personeel goed op elkaar ingespeeld. De toiletten mogen wel wat vaker gecontroleerd worden.

Morgens um 4.30 Uhr wird man noch sehr nett bedient. Gehe gern zu Meppener McDonalds.

Kaufe oft burger zum mitnehmen. Leider sind die immer öfter nur "zusammengeklatscht", so dass der Ketchup an der Seite rausquillt und man sich mindestens die Hände einsaut, wenn nicht noch mehr. Auch der Rest ist oft kaum noch übereinander.

McDonald's Meppen Man musste Ewigkeiten warten, bis man überhaupt mal registriert wurde und dann besitze ich auch noch die Frechheit, von den Mitarbeitern etwas zu wollen. Naja, als man dann endlich bezahlen durfte, habe ich noch geschlagene 45min auf das Essen gewartet - nur um festzustellen, dass das Essen eiskalt ist. Zu allem Überfluss waren die Mitarbeiter auch so richtig unhöflich und mehr als genervt! Wesuwe, Rhede, Papenburg - alles super. Aber Meppen - eine absolute Katastrophe!
