Me and 2 other guests saw a citizen fall down. It was picked up, packed up again and put in your bag - delicious! Something like that doesn't work at all I asked her about it too and she just laughed

Standing in the drive for 40 minutes only to arrive home with a full bag of trash.

Very slow workers. 1 menu was prepared for 15 minutes and this at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. And at the end they said that there was no coffee available.

Always worth a visit. It tastes very good there. Fast delivery. Friendly staff.

The preparation is carried out without gloves! You can see it very well from the guest area. I went straight back. Disgusting!!!

Preferably 0 stars. Redeemed points for a Plant based Wopper ten minutes ago. Sitting in the car on the way home, I took a bite and noticed that they had put a beef patty on it, even though the wrapping paper also said it was plant based. I'm going to eat at this franchisee again. Good thing I don't have to do that since I was only in Hanover for the trade fair. P.s. The other Burger King in the center of Hanover, however, was 5 stars.

Ordered food to take away and noticed at home that the wrong burgers (significantly cheaper ones) had been put in the bag.

Not too busy, everything is prepared just in time. Couldn't complain. Nothing special, but nothing to complain about either.

I was there for a children's birthday party and the food came very quickly even though there were a lot of people. The food also tasted wonderful! The whole staff was really very personable and friendly. I would recommend every fast food fan to go there at least once and let this culinary delight melt in your mouth. Definitely worth a visit! Ps: Better than the McDonald's opposite :)

We visited this Burger King for a quick bite and wanted to stay in the car so we drove down the drive and ordered 2 hamburgers. We paid and were asked to drive far ahead as nothing was ready. When we arrived at the front there were already 2 cars, 2 customers inside, everything else was empty. After 6 minutes of waiting we got our burgers. Pure disappointment, the paddies are getting flatter and flatter, it just can't get flatter anymore. It's unbelievable how Burger King has slacked off when it comes to quality and quantity. It's no longer suitable for a quick snack, even though it was empty you have to wait. The customer is no longer worth anything.

I went to this Burger King with my sister today as we are staying at a hotel in the city. It was very clean there and nicely decorated. The employees were very nice 👍 We haven't had such good service at a Burger King in a long time ❤️ In fact, everything we ordered was included when we ordered and the food was very tasty.

Even though the burger was supposed to be with cheese, I don't know what was in those breadcrumbs.

In itself a cozy little Burger King. When I ordered on a Monday evening (not particularly busy), my fries were forgotten (perhaps overlooked because there were also chili cheese fries in the order), my churros had no cinnamon and sugar, and the sauce ran out of the cardboard package and the next one Unfortunately, I also noticed that some of the churros (we had 2 xl packages) were not fresh, but hard and dry. Since there weren't all of them, I suspect that these old churros were deliberately "mixed in". It's a shame, but I'll avoid this Burger King in the future, as I'm used to both "better" food and more efficient and friendly staff. To clear up any confusion, I have to say that I'm not back because I was already on the train home when we discovered these things...

It's a shame that once again burgers were NOT served! You order take-out and when you get home you notice that there are no burgers AGAIN.

We actually really enjoy going to Burger King. Something is missing, it can happen. But with the last order, something went wrong. Well, it was full, 20 minutes waiting time at the drive in. Employees were nice as always, arrived home, totally the wrong order! Instead of two King of the Month and chilli cheese nuggets, we had a luxury package at its finest. Two Chrispy Burgers, two large fries, a thick burger, and a burger wrap! Whoever had our order, yours was delicious.. The employee who brought us the bag of food asked us only once about chilli cheese nuggets, which we answered yes.. Well, whatever it was.. the food is really good, but the wrong things happen too often. You should work on that.

I wanted extra salad and was allowed to pay extra for it. OK for me. But then I don't understand the argument that there should be more than 3 crumbs of lettuce on it if I have to pay extra for it. Maybe the good gentleman had a bad day but he doesn't have to take it out on me.

Drinks machine has been broken for months, real stingy people who take money out of their pockets

It's Burger King. Enough parking, nice location and drive thru. I have the feeling that the food here is usually a bit limp compared to other BKs.

Never seen such a clean Burger King. The toilets were also totally clean (although I was there at lunchtime). Staff very nice. Burgers came quickly too.

You rarely get what you order either something is missing or you don't get bacon on your citizens even though you pay extra for it. Not to mention the eternal wait for the food to arrive, it's better to go to McDonald's across the street

We had a quick stop to get home from Höxter and we were hungry, so off to Burger King. It was still quite early, around 12 p.m. Conclusion: Great store, tidy and absolutely clean and there was a super-friendly employee who could even smile on his own and was very accommodating. I haven't been offered such a good service combination for a long time, at least I can hardly remember. Chili cheese burger and fries red/white, simply a great grilled taste, simply better than Mäkkes.. 😄👍🏻

Very dirty restaurant, tablets on the tables everywhere and the floor was full of leftover food. According to the plan, the toilets were not checked for 4 hours. That's what it looked like there, not to mention the court

The food has gotten much better here. It is no longer so carelessly squashed together, but rather neatly assembled. The service needs to be improved. The ambience is just Burger King standard.

Went to the drive in, stood for 28 minutes until we had our food and there were only 2 cars in front of us. Not recommended, just drive next door to McDonald's

The food is "Burger King" exactly what you expect, that's not bad. But you wait a relatively long time. It's very important to look inside the bag, because in 2/3 of the cases something is missing from the order. However, the staff is accommodating and remains friendly.

To say that this Burger King is probably the worst in the entire region may still be being too kind. Employees appear to be overwhelmed and/or not properly trained. The self-checkout counters work irregularly at best. Either you can't pay by card or they crash completely and don't let you finish the ordering process. One of my personal highlights is that I have had coupons in the self-checkout terminal several times that the employee didn't want to accept (after the part crashed again and you had to go to the checkout). Hearing “The coupon doesn’t exist” while you see it on the screen is questionable. Each time something else was to blame. Sometimes it's the time, sometimes it's the head office that supposedly made an update wrong, and sometimes it's a system malfunction. Strangely enough, all of these problems don't exist with the Burgerking 10km further. You can't say much positive about the quality of the food, even by fast food standards it's carelessly slapped together and often lukewarm or colder. You can then wait up to 15 minutes for this. What has to be emphasized positively is that the cleaning staff really make an effort. In summary, I decided that I would rather drive 15 minutes longer to the next BK but not have this nightmare.

It was my first time here and I have been to other stores several times. I hardly have anything to complain about the service and the store itself, except that the service was completely overwhelmed (lack of staff). The normal checkouts were not staffed, but there are 2 terminals for ordering and, if possible, for paying. But everything happened quite quickly, which is what a “restaurant” like this is known for. There is no need to talk about the fact that food as such has become more expensive. But in the past, a burger + fries would still fill you up. (Unlike MC there you always had to take more than one burger) But what I got for over 20 euros, for 2 burgers and 2 fries without drinks) that was disappointing! In the future I'll probably think twice about whether I get my "food" there or whether I'd rather go to a real restaurant, which isn't much more expensive.

The saving grace, I'm now a regular customer See you later!

I've never had such a bad burger. Meat was lukewarm and not fresh. I know what a fresh Whopper tastes like. Tomatoes were soggy and the bread from below was also the second one I got. Unfortunately it was exactly the same, although I did get some new fries and a cheeseburger for free but unfortunately the quality was very bad I was really looking forward to the Whopper after work but that's now gone the only thing that was good was the fries my appetite is for Burger King unfortunately I'll never go to any burgers again King or something else where you can really save the money and the bad mood afterwards.

Eating is good The machine works as if the two left arms don't even accept card payments. Seating is great but there is more. The sockets have never experienced electricity in their life. Branch manager runs out the bum all the time. One more fries for Baba

Today for the first time I visited. The best part of this place. No parking issues. 2. The sitting arrangements were good 3. The best part was the manager on duty I asked him which is the most spiciest burger and he said all are good and then he come again to me to suggest the name chicken Louisiana. Being an Indian, hospitality is very important for us. Thank you burger king

Immer schnell, immer frisch, immer lecker! Ich esse aber auch nur veganes Zeug. Da scheint es viel weniger Probleme zu geben als bei dem Tierleichenfraß. Also selber schuld, würde ich den Motzern hier sagen. Und sauber ist der Laden auch.

Nach der Doku lange nicht bei Burger King gewesen, jetzt doch nochmal probiert und schau da: Endlich mal ein sauberer Burger King, ruhig im Innenraum und das Essen war wirklich mal lecker 👍🏽 da kommt man gerne wieder.

Es ist und bleibt schwierig. Alle paar Jahre muss man hin und fragt sich: Warum?

Die Pommes und Chickenburger waren gut, aber die Onion rings waren schrecklich. Wir kamen viermal und die Onion rings waren jedes Mal schrecklich

Das Essen wirkte nicht ordentlich aufgewärmt. Der burger mit doppelpatty wirkte so, als wäre er langsam dampfgegart worden, und es fühlte sich wie ein Stück durchgeweichte pappe an, als man in ihn hineinbiss. Der bacon wurde anscheinend auch auf kleinster Flamme erhitzt, bis er genießbar wurde, und sogar einige der onion Rings waren noch labberig. Ich hatte das Gefühl, als ob da noch mehr möglich wäre, aber als ob ab dem Restaurant keiner mehr die Lust hatte, die sachen ordentlich zuzubereiten

Über eine halbe Stunde am Drive Inn gewartet. Dann war der Parkplatz so voll, dass wir kaum runter fahren konnten. Zu Hause festgestellt, dass das Getränk meiner Tochter fehlt. Das Geschrei war groß. Also durfte ich nochmal losfahren. Gott sei Dank hatte die Shell FruchTiger so musste ich nicht nochmal dort hin.

Meine Frau hatte letztes Mal das der Petty etwas wässrig war. Sonst ist alles super. 👍🏻

Das wohl langsamste Fast Food in der Region. Selbst wenn der Laden leer ist. Immer wieder. Coupons in der App lieber erst aktivieren, wenn man „dran“ ist - sie laufen schließlich nach 15 Minuten ab. ;)

Verstehe nicht warum soviele zu MC rennen. Hier ist zwar immer wenig los dafür wird das Essen aber immer frisch zubereitet. Die Bürger haben ein rauchigen Geschmack was den Bürger auch ausmacht

Essen ist eigentlich immer frisch gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch freundlich und machen die Tische dann sauber wenn sie sehen, es kommen neue Leute. Es nervt halt einfach nur dass der erste bestellautomat seit Wochen einfach kaputt ist und man immer warten muss, weil es nur 2 gibt.
