The food is delicious and the service is excellent.

We were there for a children's birthday party and the staff were very friendly and helped us manage the large number of children.

The entire dining area smells unpleasantly of toilets, which spoils one's appetite. The food and service are okay.

The restaurant smells incredibly bad - despite repeated complaints, no one is doing anything about it - the suspected cause is the out-of-service drinks system.

The food has improved significantly. It's no longer sloppily thrown together, but neatly prepared. The service has also improved. The atmosphere is typical Burger King, but it's cleaner now.

I like it here quite a bit, but no crowns have been unlocked the last 4 times.

There were hardly any customers in the drive-thru and hardly any customers inside. Nevertheless, it took more than 10 minutes for the meal to be ready.

There were only 3 employees present (too few), some of the customers behaved badly, and the prices were quite high.

The food is charred, and there's no apology. The shop should be closed. Here you can see how burnt it is, and there's no follow-through, which is the worst!

Waiting time in the branch was 15-20 minutes for the fourth or fifth time in a year. And apparently, it wasn't just us. The mood among those waiting was uniformly bad. Staff were competent but severely understaffed. This shouldn't be the case during peak times. Kudos to the management.

The food took way too long for a fast food restaurant! We waited 20 minutes.

We ordered the Naruto Burger from the vending machine, and when we picked up the order, we weren't told anything about the Naruto figures. After asking, we were told they were all gone. What a disgrace! And only after asking did we get some money back. Definitely not here again.

It was really clean and pleasant here, hot food freshly prepared, no stale burgers... The manager, Mr. Malinowksy, was also extremely helpful with the service and special requests! Thank you very much.

Very friendly staff; I felt more like I was in a restaurant than a fast-food chain. I was approached by a young lady, and the staff came over every now and then to ask if everything was okay. The fries were really great, nice and crispy and hot. Very clean atmosphere and great music. By the way, there's a phenomenal view for airplane fans; every now and then you can see a plane taking off or landing practically right above your head.

I can't recommend this Burger King. When we asked if we could order at the counter, we were very rudely told to go to the self-order counter. When we explained that this didn't work with the QR code, we were simply told they didn't have time. But the rude staff isn't everything. We ordered at 5:48 PM and didn't get our food until 6:19 PM. So we waited over half an hour for our food. The food arrived warm and was quite tasty. But the service was terrible.

It took a little longer to prepare, but it was hot and freshly made. It was a bit annoying that, despite stating that we were sitting in the restaurant, the ice cream for the King Jr. meal was prepared immediately, so it had melted by the time it was our turn. This could be handled better if we could come back later with the receipt to get fresh ice cream. But after the comment, we were asked again if the ice cream was okay.

A small, cozy, and clean restaurant. The staff are also very polite. I highly recommend it. 🙂

The staff are very nice, especially the manager. It's always very clean here. Now I come to the food/drinks. The Coke tasted more like Coke, and the burger buns were fresher and not so dry. I also noticed that the burgers are topped without gloves, which is a no-go for me. Which means I have to say that today (for the last time) I'm only eating the fries.

Never experienced such a clean Burger King store before, with such friendly new staff. Highly recommended.

Ordered €40 on May 27, 2025 at 8:30 PM, and it wasn't delivered. We were told on the phone that we would file a complaint with Lieferando. Never again!!!!!!!!!!! McDo is right across the street and 10,000% more reasonable than you bunch of improfessionals!!!

We ordered the food through Lieferando, after over 2 hours COLD FOOD was delivered to us. When we complained over the phone they hung up!

I was there on April 24, 2025. The employee simply serves the burgers without gloves, who knows whether he has washed his hands. The meat was simply disgusting with hard cartilage and not intended to be eaten, a case for Team Wallraff!!

I've eaten in this branch twice so far, both times I went home and quickly went to the toilet. Food from consumption condition catastrophic. I have no idea what they don't clean properly or prepare incorrectly in this branch, but in any case something isn't going right here. Would definitely avoid this branch.

You can be lucky or unlucky. I had burgers that were warm and freshly prepared but also cold burgers that felt like they sat on the shelf for hours.

Sitting in the car on the way home, I took a bite and noticed that they had put a beef patty on it, even though the wrapping paper also said it was plant based. We visited this Burger King for a quick bite and wanted to stay in the car so we drove down the drive and ordered 2 hamburgers. We paid and were asked to drive far ahead as nothing was ready. When we arrived at the front there were already 2 cars, 2 customers inside, everything else was empty. After 6 minutes of waiting we got our burgers. Pure disappointment, the paddies are getting flatter and flatter, it just can't get flatter anymore. It's unbelievable how Burger King has slacked off when it comes to quality and quantity. It's no longer suitable for a quick snack, even though it was empty you have to wait. The customer is no longer worth anything.

I went to this Burger King with my sister today as we are staying at a hotel in the city. It was very clean there and nicely decorated. The employees were very nice 👍 We haven't had such good service at a Burger King in a long time ❤️ In fact, everything we ordered was included when we ordered and the food was very tasty.

Even though the burger was supposed to be with cheese, I don't know what was in those breadcrumbs.

Anyone who leaves their money here has only themselves to blame! 🤣🤣🤣
