Burgers are smaller than in regular McDonalds. Service not satisfactory. During the time we were there, the tables or floors weren't even cleaned. Attendance was normal to low.

Cash registers are not operated.

Friendly staff but cleanliness could be better.

Waited 20 minutes for a McRib menu without being particularly busy and then the burger was swimming in the sauce.

The grandfather in the staff thinks for a very long time... The order was collected by 3 people and brought out in parts with breaks of a couple of minutes Payment through the terminal did not work, I had to pay at the cash desk The food itself was surprisingly tasty)

This McDonald's offered us a solid meal with the usual taste and typical quality. Service was OK but could be more attentive. The ambience is functional, but not particularly inviting. The restaurant was a bit unclean in some places. But the staff cleaned up during our meal. Overall, a decent stop for a quick, reliable meal, but no particular highlights.

Cheapest breakfast at the airport, other shops are more than overpriced. Breakfast was offered until 10:30 a.m. The food and drinks were delivered relatively quickly.

I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience at the McDonald's at Hannover Airport. The condition of the restaurant was simply unacceptable: the entire area was extremely dirty, from the tables to the floor. It seemed like no one had cleaned properly for a long time. The staff, especially the shift manager, was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. It was also frightening that the shift manager hardly spoke any German and this caused significant communication problems. Overall, the visit was an absolute disaster and I cannot recommend this location under any circumstances.

This was a couple of months ago but I forgot to write a review until now: I had a really early flight and decided to eat at McDonalds to pass the time and to charge my phone as my flight wasn't until ~5am. At around 2am, I ordered and sat down to eat to help me stay awake until my flight. I'm a really slow eater (for medical reasons) and got rude stares from the employees. When I was done at around 3am I decided to just wait a bit longer until my phone was done charging. I was sitting in a corner booth. An employee approached me and told me that I can't keep staying there because I'm taking up space for other guests. Most of the other tables were free however and there was barely any people coming in or out because it was 3am. So, as to not bother them I get up and leave to stretch my legs. Around 4am I come back and buy something to drink and a small snack and sit down again for a bit longer. Not even 10 minutes later I get approached by an employee telling me I need to leave. I told them I had bought something and showed my new receipt. I got left alone for another 5 or 10 minutes when I was told that "the manager wants you to leave". Made me feel super unwelcome and unlikely to come back again. In summary: Super rude and unfriendly staff that kick out their paying customers even though it's not busy and I'm not disrupting anything. The seats are fairly comfortable with USB chargers at almost every table. The food is standard McDonalds quality. If you are a slow eater I would suggest staying away from this location or else be risked to be kicked out. If you have the time just take the train to the main station and eat at one of the few 24h restaurants there.

Staff are not well trained with the McDonald's app.. The employees cannot redeem my 400 bonus points.

Slow hanging ordering equipment made the ordering process cruel. A cheeseburger was ordered. I have no idea what kind of nonsense was put in my bag. Never again!

The service at this McDonald's is simply 0, when I asked the restaurant employee where my order was he just became rude to me and said it wasn't his problem. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Nevertheless, they try to attract customers to the more than clean, tidy places... In my opinion you are prioritizing in the wrong place...

Terminals don't work, long queues, staff seem disorganized, don't communicate with customers. Very weak.

The McDonalds branch is located between Gate A and B/C at Hanover Langenhagen Airport.

Here and there I don't have to check again whether the tables are clean and the seats also had a stain on my clothes because the seats were dirty, unfortunately

We were there with a larger school class. We were welcomed very nicely by the store manager. Special requests were also addressed. Our students and staff were very enthusiastic. If we go on another trip, we would be happy to come back. The manager is really worth highlighting!

The positive thing is that the branch is open around the clock. Everything else is negative. Staff unmotivated, endlessly unfriendly, very slow (wait 30 minutes for a menu) and there are always things missing from the bag.

As soon as we got home, the order was wrong again. It sucks...

There is no longer any service; once you have typed your way through the order on the screen, you can then pick up the order at some point. Yes, I know, you can also have them brought to your table....... MC Rib arrived totally "mushy", Coke and Diet Coke were not marked. We should have chosen the Leberkäse roll from the Edeka across the street. Sorry, that really could be better!

It says everywhere that breakfast is at McDonalds at 7 a.m. So I don't understand why breakfast is already shown at 6:15 a.m. I'm looking forward to a burger after the night shift and then something like that.

Staff unfriendly... what was ordered wasn't right, when I pointed this out I was treated very unfriendly, even though I spoke normally and calmly with the older employees. Only after the 3rd attempt with lies that it doesn't exist and that I didn't order it that way (receipts don't lie) did I receive my order (although according to the employees it wasn't possible or it doesn't even exist) strangely enough receive.

We ordered two cappuccinos and a schocko muffin. The cashier (middle-aged with red/blonde hair and a Russian accent) was very rude and impatient. In addition, the muffin was very dry and old and the cappuccinos were served without a saucer.

I only wanted two Mc Fluryy and a 20 piece of chicken nuggets first, the order took 15 minutes and when I wanted a third spoon the employee gave me a spoon. In vain...another employee came and probably got up on the wrong foot. She asked me why I didn't take my order even though I wanted a third spoonful. Also, the Mc Fluryy chocolate tasted disgusting. I wouldn't recommend McDonald's...my son's experience.

Because I visit Mac Donald in Hanover very often throughout the year as a frequent flyer. Mac Coffee is always closed. The cake in the counter is usually days old and is offered as fresh. You have to order and pick up the coffee at the food counter. If you order vigorously you will receive the coffee in a cup without a saucer etc. Otherwise in a paper cup. The quantities of food are also small. E.g. At breakfast with scrambled eggs in a cardboard box instead of on a plate, as is advertised. Not even a mouse can get enough of the crowd. The thin fries also taste terrible. Even with the burgers you think that there are cutting discs in between. They used to be really plump. (No saturation) Everything has a bland taste. Etc. If the quality is good, it continues to be called Mac Donald. If the quality is poor, it's a Mac disaster. Not recommended given the quality. Surely a French company???. The local authority and veterinary office should stop by. The operators are to blame. S. G. T. M. Since I visited Mac Donald again I got a coffee again without a saucer, without a spoon and without a biscuit. Then it's still not Mac Donald but Mac sloppy and dirty.!!!!!!!! Burgers weren't cooked through, all 3 people sat on the toilet the next day with a stomach ache. So if you have constipation 😉

Were here on a Friday at lunchtime and have rarely had such good burgers. We wanted to grab something quick to eat before the flight and were thoroughly pleasantly surprised. The burgers were juicy, fresh and really great! The salad was still really "crunchy" with the perfect amount of sauce. We were happy to have been here to try out new burgers, otherwise we would have been put off going to another place after the holiday and would never have ordered them again.

Since there was no paper in the printer on the order board, I didn't get a receipt for the food and therefore didn't receive it. Very disappointing...

Leider bekommt man bei Mac Kaffee keinen Kaffee weil es ewig geschlossen ist. Die Kunden müssen sich dann den Kaffee in einer Tasse bei der Essensausgabe abholen. Nur wenn man ausdrücklich und energisch es zum Ausdruck bringt, bekommt man eine Tasse Kaffee ohne Untertasse und ohne löffel so wie beigaben von Milch und Zucker auf ein Tablett. Das heißt dann nicht Mac Donald sondern Mac Dreck mit schmudelefekt. So geht das schon Jahre. In München bei der hauptzentrale sollen sich die Kunden schnellstens Beschwerden. Meistens sind die Mac Donald frenschich Betriebe mit dubiose Geschäftsführer!!! Da sollte das Ortnungsamt und Veterinäramt mal vorbeischauen so wie die Hauptstelle von Mac Donald München F. G. T. M. Kunde von Mac Donald.

It wasn't very busy but the fries were crispy, which isn't really the case at Mcs. Burgers were still warm too. Food went over the counter quickly. Points deducted because there were crumbs in my sprite

I've been working at Hannover Airport for the last four days (February 10th) and stopped by there a few times to have a delicious coffee. During the late shift, which probably lasts until the morning, I met a somewhat portly young man behind the counter. Unfriendliness is still present... If I had something to say there, I would throw the employee out the door. I went there four times (4) and only got stupid and stroppy answers. When I asked if I could have a straw with my cola, I was told they didn't have any more and that they didn't have any for this drink. I was very surprised because I got one straight away at another branch. And if there is nothing going on in a branch that is open 24/7 and you want to buy another item, the young man finds it too much and sends you to the machine, even though he was able to cash in at the counter. When I asked him why he was being so rude when I asked politely, he turned away and talked to his colleagues. He left me there and stopped responding. So I went to Terminal A and was served in Cafe 1A. Therefore ZERO points for the service there!

Very clean, large are pleasant. Food really fresh! Great facility, very comfortable. Watch football with flight overview and giant TV. I'm positively surprised.

Der Laden ist besser als andere, leider funktioniert jedoch die Technik und die Online-Bestellung manchmal nicht.

Hat rund um die Ihr geöffnet. Im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Geschäften. Essen war ok.

Ein McDonalds am Flughafen der bestimmte Speisen nur zu bestimmten Zeiten ausgibt. Um 9:30 gab es keine Pommes und kein Cheeseburger, ein Unding für den Standort.

Ein guter Ort, um die Wartezeit am Flughafen mit einem leckeren Kaffee vom Mc Café zu überbrücken. Auch kurz vor Ende der Öffnungszeit ist das Personal super höflich und zuvorkommend.

Vielen Dank an die Chefin, die am 07.12.2023 kurz nach 1 Uhr nachts, den von mir wegen Schlafmangel im Restaurant versehentlich zurück gelassenen Rucksack an sich genommen hat und sicher verwahrte. Ich habe ihn gerade abgeholt und bin überglücklich, ihn samt vollständigem Inhalt wieder in meinem Besitz zu haben. Es waren Atemregler zum Tauchen, sowie mein Tauchcomputer im Gesamtwert von 1.600 € darin. Da es mir versagt war, ein Trinkgeld/Finderlohn zu hinterlassen, möchte ich mich auf diesem Weg für diese Fürsorge und Service außerordentlich bei ihr bedanken. Bitte leiten Sie meinen Dank an sie weiter. Selbstverständlich gibt es dafür eine 5 Sterne-Bewertung.

Geht so: Einige Tische voller Krümmel, nicht gewischt. Macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Bedienung wirkt teilweise unmotiviert - zumindest habe es so empfunden. Gute Lage. Essen wie in den anderen McDonalds Filialen. Sehr schnelle Zubereitung.

Dieser McDonald's befindet sich in der Abflughalle in Hannover. Ist genau wie alle anderen Filialen auch,auch die Preise sind gleich. Ich würde euch den MC empfehlen, da er das günstigste Angebot zum essen und trinken auf dem Flughafen ✈ hat.

McDonalds kennt ja nun jeder. Wir waren hier zum Mitternachts snack, es war nicht los, mussten aber fast eine halbe Stunde auf unsere 4 Cheeseburger warten was für mich nicht akzeptabel ist ( der Laden war leer). Das Ambiente hat uns gefallen.

Hier konnten wir wunderbar unsere Wartezeit auf unseren Abflug verbringen, es war sauber, Lademöglichkeit für Handys waren da, einigermaßen ruhig.

Zu der Cola gab es keinen Stohhalm, trotz Anfrage. Ansonsten ganz in Ordnung. Sehr gepflegt.

Ein ganz normales McDonald's, allein das Ambiente hebt sich ein wenig ab. Das Personal ist freundlich. Ich habe einen ganz normalen Big Mac gegessen, leider mit darauf geklatschten Salat eine Scheibe Gurke und eine Scheibe Tomate. Der Paddy war fast kalt und die Soße ein kleiner Kleks. Dafür aber war der Preis saftig 🫣🥴🥴🤮🤮...

Standard McDonald's restaurant, in the airport departures area. Exactly what you would expect. Other food outlets are closed so hope this is OK for you.

Pretty decent McDonald’s outlet. Modern interior including Corona-related transparent separators, quick service, McCafe, power outlets and self-serve kiosks. Together with the 24 hour opening, this serves as save backup for all sorts of waiting times you might have during travel. May not be the most healthiest option, but they got you covered.

Halt typisch Mc Donalds am Flughafen. Satt wird hier bestimmt jeder und es stehen alle Gerichte zur Auswahl

Mitarbeiter richtig unfreundlich, Nix gegen Leuten die, die Sprache nicht so gut beherrschen, aber wenn man was bestellt dann verstehen die es nicht, man versucht die es zu erklären, aber dann werden die sauer, also nicht zu empfehlen 🤚🏼

Hier erwartet man das, was man überall von der Kette erwartet und wird nicht enttäuscht. es schmeckt, geht schnell und es ist relativ sauber.

Typisches McDonalds essen halt. Preise minimal höher, was aber normal an Flughäfen ist. Bestellung lief schnell ab, da mehrere Kassen geöffnet waren & das frische und heiße Essen wurde nach kurzer Zeit direkt an den Platz gebracht, welcher ausreichend vorhanden ist.

Als Alternative zu den Flughafenrestaurants gibt es zwischen Terminal A und B einen geräumigen MCD. Essen ist bekannt, Selbstbestellterminals funktionieren einwandfrei, Wartezeit wie in anderen Filialen. Gemütliche Sitzplätze, gratis WLAN, Steckdosen an einigen Tischen. Spielburg für die Kids, obwohl im Innenbereich. Alles im grünen Bereich.

Dieser McDonald's ist wirklich schlecht. Man bekommt falsche Getränke, das Essen wird lieblos auf das Tablett geworfen und die Curlie Fries sind einzelne kleine normale Pommes.
