McDonald's as you wish. Order executed correctly. Fries fresh, burgers good. I will order there again.

Ordered a McRib twice... got a Big Mac twice. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home and now I don't feel like setting off again.

We were there to eat on site. About 50 euros for 5 people and even if we ordered the wrong drink, we got the right one for free and with the help of the service, the visit was wonderful except that the tables weren't completely clean. It is the best McDonald's restaurant in Hanover. The food is always fresh and tastes delicious. The service is very friendly and always helpful. My son and I always enjoy going there.

Drive in for just one burger takes over half an hour, employees are super unfriendly and I don't need to comment on the food. McDonald's probably doesn't know that they are a fast food restaurant...

We were in this branch for the first time last week. At 4 a.m. because the plane's arrival was late, we went there to have breakfast. The first thing we noticed was the tables that hadn't been cleared, then we tried to order at the non-functioning terminal. Whatever, go to the counter. . Not a soul to be seen anywhere, but then finally an unmotivated person who took the order. Another 15 minutes later the order came and we went to the outdoor area, I've never seen anything like that. . . Garbage as far as the eye could see, on the tables, floor and clearing cart full up to the roof, corresponds completely to the pictures from other customers, sorry never again, actually you have to send the health department there!

The toilet was clogged and there were lots of paper towels on the floor. The garbage can in the toilet was overflowing. The tables in the dining room were not wiped down and the tablet return stations were overcrowded. The staff was totally overwhelmed during our visit.

But the worst thing was the cleanliness, everything was very dirty and there were leftovers from the previous guests on the tables. Simply not recommended.

McDonald's is very dirty. There is no ice cream, coffee or shakes at night. Even though no one is here, it takes 5 minutes to get a cola.

Worst McDonald's in a long time. Waited an unreasonable 15-20 minutes for a simple menu. Very full, staff completely haphazard and overwhelmed. Dirty and hardly any free spaces. I was there today and ordered a coupon. The order terminals are as slow as my PC in 1990. I know faster ones in other branches. I got the fries without salt, which is what was ordered. but since I was traveling by motorbike, I wanted to get you a cola in a bottle, then the lady said that wouldn't be possible, these are only for delivery so I had the choice between apple spritzer and mineral water. Why the cola in the bottle isn't available to take with you is a mystery to me. The quality of the employees was also better

Until today (08/24/21 around 10:50 p.m. and yes, it's open 24 hours) I was still happy with the Mcdonalds. Went there at 3:30am. Arrived and you could tell from the employees that they didn't feel like serving 4 young people at 3:30. The codes via the Mcs app didn't work BUT there was a Big Mac AND a McRib and something else that I really didn't expect from McDonalds. The Big Mac was even really nicely topped but the McRib, my God, it was gravy with a bit of bread and meat. You had to put it together first, but it was tasty. The meal took no longer than 10 minutes, which is to be expected even at 3:30am. For a friend, the Sprite was simply water and when he asked to put real Sprite in it, he just got a Coke, okay. The interior looks pretty good, but I wasn't upstairs because it was closed at that time.

All the tables outside were dirty (leftover food, hair, tobacco) so we couldn't sit down to eat out of disgust while the children were sliding around, but ate our food standing up. The food was just typical McDonald's but fresh and he gave us the food in a super friendly manner. The things we ordered were broken except for one, the touch barely responded

Had a very unpleasant encounter yesterday. First we waited 35(!!!) minutes for our food. It probably would have taken longer if we hadn't complained. However, the food was almost cold and soggy.🙄 As compensation we received 3 menu vouchers. THE NEXT DAY we all had stomach problems. And 2 of us also vomited several times 😡 (assuming the meat was bad. The lack of hygiene has already been reported here several times). That was the last time we were in this store. Underground and unhygienic. I ordered two cappuccinos in the branch. The employee probably didn't notice that we were sitting at the table within earshot. Even before it was prepared, she told her colleague that we had ordered a drink with lactose-free milk and that we also wanted additional sweetener. While preparing it, she noticed that the cup was dirty. She removed the remaining lipstick with her finger (!!!) and placed the cup on the tablet to dispense it. Worst customer service I've ever had at McDonald's. The employees are nice, but the branch manager (?) named Sebeke or something is super rude. I have a full stamp card with which you can get a second free McMenu when you buy one in the drive, with 6 stamps in it. I was there a few weeks ago with the card that still had 5 stamps on it at the time, because it looked to me as if you would get the free menu with the 6th stamp instead of having to have all the stamps first then have to buy a menu. An employee told me that the stamp card first had to have 6/6 stamps and then I would get a free meal with my next purchase. Funny to me, but okay, they probably know it. Then I arrive today with the full menu, this Sebeke tells me in a very rude tone that I now have too many stamps and won't get a free menu. I then explain in a polite tone that I heard here last time that I didn't have enough stamps, he interrupts me several times and sends me away. It doesn't make sense to me why they can't still give me two menus for the price of one as a gesture of goodwill or whatever, since from that point of view I had already bought one menu too many, and that was because the employees there told me so. not even through my own stupidity.
