Otherwise I was always happy, but the salad is subpar! 2 tomatoes and a cucumber, otherwise just hedge (disgusting lettuce, not the crunchy kind but the disgusting one). Burgers are ok but the salad never again!

The McDonald's is located at the Lgh./Mitte train station and is beautifully decorated for Halloween on the ground floor. The ice cream and the chocolate bag tasted good and were there after 2 minutes with a lot of orders. The burgers looked appetizing and the fries looked fresh. Would order again.

Rush hour is all well and good, but waiting 40 minutes for the cold food with two small children is really crap! Staff was completely overwhelmed. Mc Drive, delivery service and table service is probably a bit too much if you don't increase the staff, especially at peak times. Tables dirty, toilets dirty and no soap. Hygiene also leaves much to be desired. The play area upstairs is just disgusting and the three Duplo stones can then be better removed. And it was cold up there too.

Never waited so long for my food (35 minutes). Some have been waiting for 45 minutes and some have already gotten their money back. Apparently something isn't going as it should here.

So I don't know what to say, I've never experienced anything like that before. I was at the drive-in here at 3 a.m. I waited 20 minutes for my turn even though I was the only one in the drive. The nice and extremely friendly employee said the store was full and I had to be patient. If 3 customers means a full store, I don't know. After I ordered, I waited another whopping 25 minutes, i.e. I waited over 45 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken burgers. Impossible !! Employees should be more motivated and work instead of chatting and doing nonsense in the kitchen!! The food was also cold, which I unfortunately only noticed when I had already set off. The other bad reviews are fully justified!!

I recently visited a McDonald's in Germany and although the food was good, the cleanliness unfortunately left a lot to be desired. The toilets lacked both toilet paper and paper for drying hands, which was very unpleasant. Also the tables could have been cleaner as some of them were obviously dirty. Overall, the store has potential, but the staff should pay more attention to hygiene.

We were in this branch for the first time last week. At 4 a.m. because the plane's arrival was late, we went there to have breakfast. Worst McDonald's in a long time. Waited an unreasonable 15-20 minutes for a simple menu. Very full, staff completely haphazard and overwhelmed. Dirty and hardly any free spaces. I was there today and ordered a coupon. The order terminals are as slow as my PC in 1990. I know faster ones in other branches. Went there at 3:30am. Arrived and you could tell from the employees that they didn't feel like serving 4 young people at 3:30. The codes via the Mcs app didn't work BUT there was a Big Mac AND a McRib and something else that I really didn't expect from McDonalds. The Big Mac was even really nicely topped but the McRib, my God, it was gravy with a bit of bread and meat. You had to put it together first, but it was tasty. The meal took no longer than 10 minutes, which is to be expected even at 3:30am. For a friend, the Sprite was simply water and when he asked to put real Sprite in it, he just got a Coke, okay. The interior looks pretty good, but I wasn't upstairs because it was closed at that time.

We spontaneously came here for breakfast this morning.
